Wifi güçlü çekiyordu. Çalışan hanımefendiler çok kibardı. Check-in öncesi valiz bırakabildim. Kahvaltı 11 euro idi ve doyurucuydu.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Aimablement accueillis par une hotesse sympathique et souriante. Notre chambre correspondait à notre attente. L'emplacement, non loin de Cité, nous a permis de nous y rendre à pied et de visiter par la même occasion les quartiers de Carcassonne. Pour le petit-déjeûner, excellent est le mot qui convient. Vaste choix pour s'alimenter et aborder la journée dans de bonnes conditions.
Nous n'avons pas de remarques à faire puisqu'il n'y rien à dire.

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et très calme. La clim permettait de faire redescendre la température, et c'était un luxe appréciable pour des vacances tranquilles dans une ville très charmante.
Nous n'avons pris le petit déjeuner qu'une fois, et il était bon, mais après avoir lu les commentaires, je m'attendais à plus. Rien de grave néanmoins, il était fourni et de qualité.

Se nota que es un hotel que tiene sus años pero se han hecho las reformas necesarias. Por ejemplo las ventanas de nuestra habitación estaban nuevas y las del baño eran muy antiguas.

Está ubicado en una zona céntrica pero es a la vez muy tranquilo. Como detalle te dejan café y té, además de unas galletas para un pequeño desayuno. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Il y'a un très bel escalier menant aux chambres. La salle du petit déjeuner est agréable. La proximité des restaurants est un plus. La chambre supérieure est vaste et fonctionnelle.
Le matelas est un peu trop ferme pour nous.

Juste ne pas mettre parking gratuit car tous les parkings sont payants à Carcassonne. Par contre facile à faire sur son téléphone avec l appli Paybyphone et moins de 6 euros la journée avec le parking sur le boulevard tout à côté.

Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné, toujours à l’écoute des besoins des clients, très sympathique et accueillant. L’emplacement est excellent, avec des possibilités de stationnement à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour !

Slow drain in the shower, although it seems like that is a common issue throughout France... This was not the only place with the same issue, and I'm pretty sure they are trying to make some improvements, considering other parts of the property are well maintained.

Un poco pequeña la subída a las habitaciones, hay un pequeño recibidor para entrar a ellas, resulta un poco agobiante, huele como a humedad, hay frigorífico, los muebles, bueno... Lo compensa la atención ofrecida, por el precio no nos ha sorprendido mucho

D'autre part, grâce à la climatisation, le logement était très agréable et nous avons pu dormir sereinement. Le personnel d'acceuil était vraiment adorable, a été très accueillant et nous a fourni un plan de la cité. L'isolation phonique était top vers l'extérieur.
L'isolation phonique était moyenne vers l'intérieur (on entendait beaucoup les voisins et le bruit de l'eau dans les canalisations).

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Ho dormito una notte in una stanza al secondo piano. C'è l'ascensore, l'aria condizionata e un frigorifero in camera. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gli ambienti puliti.
L'albergo è "datato" al punto che la vernice dei serramenti si "sfoglia". Non è che le foto siano proprio rappresentative della stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato. L'area circostante l'albergo è in uno stato di abbandono, con molti negozi vuoti.

Décoration un peu vétuste, et odeur forte de produits d entretien sur le palier. La climatisation était bien ancienne et sa performance était discutable.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did an overnight stay, as a solo traveller, for an early flight the following morning. The staff helped me understand when and where to get the airport shuttle, which was not much more than a 5 minute walk. The hotel is well situated in the city with easy access to shops and restaurants and also to some of the sights. The room was lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. It was also very quiet. The air on in the room was good- it was 36C outside the day I arrived, but I felt very cool in my room. There was a good variety at breakfast with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and staff nearby to help if needed. Easy check in and check out. Would go again…and will recommend it to my friends.

no tenía parking. Debimos dejar el auto en un parking público en la calle. Afortunadamente no pasó nada.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Hotel vicino alla stazione dei treni (comodo per spostarsi in treno) e a circa 25 minuti piedi dalla citta medievale. Camera ampia con un bagno grande e comodo. Personale gentile con possibilità di depositare le valigie dopo il checkout.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Alla reception il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto accomodante. La stanza era pulita, con un letto comodissimo.
La struttura è vecchia e le stanze andrebbero rimesse a nuovo. Nonostante ciò, si vede l’impegno per renderle comunque accoglienti e tenerle ben pulite.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026We booked this hotel as it was near the station and we had a lot of luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size.
We had air con but it didn't work well and we stayed during the heatwave so we were a bit hot. The area around the hotel as it was near the station was a bit unpleasant but it was very walkable from the station.
