The hotel is just next door to Panakkukang Mall - so convenient. Speaking about convenience, Alfa Mart is just outside of the hotel. Easy to get Grab too. If you need to do Jumaat prayer, that too is just next door. Oh, the staff are ever so polite. There's a car park facility at the ground floor.

Nothing. I like everything as long as you don't expect 5-star hotel amenities.

C’était sale, les draps étaient tachés il y’avait des taches d’humidité au plafond, et dans la salle de bain. On aurait dit que des personnes avaient déjà dormis dans les draps, il y avait une odeur … bon pour une nuit et encore. J’ai demandé une autre chambre a la réception ils m’ont donné une autre carte mais c’était pire alors on a gardé la première

I was waiting for the key for about 1 hours after checked in since I moved to the another room due to the previous room they were given to me having a terrible smell. I guess its a smoking room or something, but I requested to move to the another room and I have to wait for the key for that long.

The property was clean and located in a great location. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

I purchased the room based mostly on price, but also proximity to the airport.

The room is small. I bought it for a friend traveling from a remote location. He said the room was not so clean. The properly literally NEVER responded to any messages from me written in English. In local language, they responded quickly. I will cancel the reservation for his return, and will not stay again.

Good location, value for money and close to food stall, kiosk and mini market around the hotel

Walls and floors of the room and bathroom so dirty, its like never been cleaned for long. Linen / bed sheet, pillow sheet and towel looks dirty. Need to renewal all the linens and change the bed as well.

A night at amaris hotel makassar. All hotel crew member, include security guard, shows warm hospitality. I choose to stay here because suit for bussines and family. 2 star hotel with good service in centre Makassar City. The breakfast is good, for start the new day. Including hot tea or cup of coffee.

The room next door very very noisy at midnight, I cannot sleep and there was no warning at all from the hotel clerk.

Budget hôtel that have great location coz just beside of big shopping centre Mall Panakkukang, near from café and resto. Just walk when you want to go to mall or take your lunch or dinner. Friendly staff and rooms are clean. Even not many choice of breakfast but over all is good.

Convie banget... Lumayan strategis tempat nya jalan sedikit kalau mau ke pantai. Recommended Place to stay over nite in makassar.. Wish to visit you soon as possible... And i love to take flight in afternoon so that i can landing at night becoz its a wonderful time before landing... You can see the lights like twinkle twinkle little star 😁

I stayed 1 night before continue my trip to the southern region of the province and I must say it was a good choice. the location is on top of my expectation as I would find everything I need less then 100 meters from the hotel (of course with the staff direction). The staffs were very good, they are responsive to all my inquires and they are reallly informative. The room is quite spacious and the breakfast is standard, which you will find in almost every budget hotel. It would be excellent if there is an electric jar available in the room, tough. The internet was really fast if I may add. all in all, it was a good stay!

This hotel close to office and housing area near Panakukkang. The amenities is very standard without shower cap. The room is small. The hotel provide free breakfast and standard taste. There's local snack available.

As other Amaris hotel, its a standard budget hotel. Room was not very spacious but still have enough space. Bed quite comfy, clean. Staying here for 1 night only on my business trip. Breakfast was quite tasty even there's not much choice...but hey, with the price u pay its worth it. Love their tempe bacem I must say. People are nice but poor view from my room. But am not too fussy about it since I was there for business not on holiday.

Aircond was not cool. Breakfast was poor. But the location is great. Restaurants and mall are within walking distance.

The hotel is literally just an average hotel in a good location. Stay there for one night only and it's enough for our group and I to get some rest to continue to the next trip to Toraja. The breakfast is just a budget hotel standard. Nothing really special. However the location is good. Many cafes and restaurants just walking distance from the hotel. There is also a big mall close to the hotel. So, it is good enough for transit hotel in Makassar before continue your trip.

Actually this hotel is nice and quite cheap at the center of the City. Yet you will find it has poor view around the hotel. I try to open my window I found neighbor roof with some of garbage on it. You will also find AC outdoor unit decorating outside of the hotel's view.

Need more choosen menu of Breakfast, overall it was a nice place to stay and nice hotel to recommended.

near panakukang mall, just a few meters by walk. simple hotel, room only. the room space is quite ok for family with one kid. the bathroom provide shower only. too bad there is no refrigh in the room, so that i must put the frozen food i bought for kid on the hotel kitchen.

Secara keseluruhan bagus mulai dari staff, kamar, menu sarapan, namun untuk di kamar mandi tidak ada semprotan air. untuk wifi lumayan cepat (walau kadang agak lambat).

Lokasi yang bersebelahan dengan mall panakukkang memudahkan kita untuk mencari makan atau sekedar hangout setelah kegiatan bisnis. Layanan sangat baik dan ramah.bisa menjadi pilihan tempat yg representatif sbg tempat istirahat saat anda sdg melakukan perjalanan bisnia

the hotel is simple and clean. the location is near from panakkukang mall, so you can sightseeing or buy sometehing there. unfortunately i had bad experience with the wifi. i can't access internet in urgent time. the food is good, but the restaurant is small.

The hotel was a great place to stay as we visited the city. The breakfast was wonderful, great choices and well setup. The staff were very helpful and polite. I will stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Completely satisfied with my stay here. Right next to a big mall with everything needed (coffee bean and tea leaf)! AC and Hot water. Breakfast buffet included Indonesian dishes with a basic omelet station. Rooms are not big but big enough. We stayed on 3rd floor. Nice and quiet. I'll be staying here next time I visit.

That's okay for stay, but the sounds from others guest was to noisy.

the hotel was my third experience staying in amaris group hotel. the room, as usual was OK. the breakfast OK. the location, very good. it was located right on the side of mal panakukang. you'll find some food and stuffs here. but, I think the room they have here was smaller than the other amaris.

I stayed at the Amaris Hotel Panakkukang 3 times (one night each) over a two week period, using it as my stopover place as I went to areas outside of Makassar. The room was clean and simple. All three rooms had the usual non-functioning safes I find in hotels all over Indonesia (someone made a killing selling these to the hotels). The breakfast was more complete than most inexpensive hotels, including made to order omelets.

The Amaris Hotel Panakkukang is right next to the Panakkukang Mall, which is a huge selling point. I stayed in three rooms over a two week period (coming and going as I visited locations outside Makassar). All three rooms were clean. The Wifi worked well in the rooms. The breakfast was better than most budget hotels, including made-to-order omelets.

I've been here for 2 nights with my husband. The room is good, nice and clean. but got trouble with the shower, it's difficult to set the warm water. one minute came with cold water and minute later came too hot, can not warm constantly. The price is fair enough for hotel with strategic location. Next to Panakkukang Mall and near to interesting places such as cafe & restaurants. The breakfast is average. The staffs are friendly. That's all i can say..

It is literally located next to Panakukkang Mall, ITC Panakukkang, where you can virtually anything you need. I stayed here for an overnight only.Price is good. In my opinion, Amaris is still unbeatable, room size is still good. Price is good. Breakfast is very basic but good, but still can be improved though. I stayed once in Amaris Panglima Polim, where the breakfast was much better.

A no frills 3-star hotel with good bufet-style breakfast and a very helpful staff. Very close to the new shopping malls, but they are of the generic kind and can be found almost anywhere in SE Asia. Panakkukang is over 5 km from the centre of Makassar, so you'll need to catch a bemo and switch to another one to go to Makassar Mall or Fort Rotterdam. Or take a taxi for 15K rupiah.

Located at Panakukkang area, surrounded by shopping mall, restaurants, bank and other business office. The room is basic, the service is limited, but overall nice and clean. Price is not cheap but fair. Good choice for people who need reliable budget hotel and good location.

Located in the town center. Towels should be changed with new one and bigger size. I wonder why toilet water took some time to flow out.Overall ok.
