good location - that's about the only thing I can recommend about this hotel.

felt like a 2 star hotel rather than a 4 star. no serving staff to speak off, no room service, no minibar, awful breakfast, hard beds, room is pretty bare, the whole thing felt like I was overpaying through my nose for a pretty mediocre experience.

Location is amazing, 1 minute to the beach and right by the harbour. It’s our 4th time here, always seamless. Friendly staff, always very clean. There is a room you can keep your luggage prior to checking in or leaving. Breakfast is plentiful, it even had a chocolate fountain!

We love the breakfast there, but noticed the chef used to cook you an omelette made to order, now they pre make 2 tortillas and you take a slice. More mushrooms please. Decaf tea bags please.

Très très proche de l’aéroport à seulement 10mn. Vous pouvez prendre le bus A2.

La piscine est minuscule. Le rooftop où se trouve la piscine ferme tôt donc le soir on ne peut pas en profiter.

Gym und spa Bereich nicht wirklich gut. Im gym sind alle Geräte kaputt, im spa ist es etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten sind sehr durchgelegen.

Todo perfecto, a destacar el trato, la comodidad de la cama y almohadas, las instalaciones (maravillosa la zona de hamacas y piscina).

Me hubiera gustado un baño más cómodo con ducha y el WC no tan pegado a la puerta de entrada.

Das Frühstück war vollkommen okay, aber eben kein 4 Sterne Frühstück.

Kellner beim Abendessen etwas überlastet. Mir wurden keine Getränke angeboten.

Hotel ligt op een mooi plekje direct aan de boulevard en veel restaurantjes en supermarkten in de buurt. Vanuit het dakterras ook een mooi uitzicht op de haven

Wij hadden een straatkant kamer. Zelfs van de straat was niks te zien want ons balkon grensde direct aan dat van het gebouw ernaast. We keken zo andermans kamer in en zij die van ons. Dit leek het hotel te compensen met een wat grotere kamer maar deze was niet super schoon. Vieze handdoeken met vlekken en ook de badkamer was redelijk beschimmeld. Gelukkig waren we veel de deur uit

Right beside nice beaches safe to swim in and near restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Small pool and gym needs some investment. Rooms could do with a little freshen up.

Superb room, balcony and views

2 pieces of gym equipment were broken, reported to reception staff who didn’t take any detail of the 2 pieces of equipment, I was told “I’ll get them to check them all” I had little confidence they would be found and fixed. First night at dinner, numerous tables left with dirty plates on. Not enough staff to provide adequate service.

Snídaně byla dobrá, formou bufetu. Lokalita podle mě skvělá, minuta chůzí od dlouhé písečné pláže (která je teda velmi pozvolná), pár minut chůze od nejbližší MHD zastávky směr letiště. Vedle hotelu půjčovna kol, několik restaurací, za rohem supermarket.

Můj pokoj měl výhled z pokoje do balkonů a oken z vnitřní strany. Koupelna podprůměr, ale vše tam bylo funkční. Snídaně mají sice štědré časové okno (snad až do 10:15), ale v 10 už na stolech chybí příbory a hrnky na kávu.

The cleanliness of the hotel

Die Lage war super. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon und konnten direkt auf den Hafen und den Strand schauen. Kleiner Pool auf dem Dach, sehr gemütlich.

Leider dreckiges Laken bei der Ankunft. Die Ecken im Bad sind teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze war Knüppel hart und somit echt unbequem, dass ich Rückenschmerzen über die Nacht bekam. Bin da sicherlich auch empfindlich, aber etwas mehr Komfort wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Leider war das Personal zwar per se freundlich, aber sehr kurz angebunden. Keine Erklärungen über Bereiche/frühstück was es gibt, bei Abreise keine Fragen, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das erwarte Ich schon von einem Hotel. Frühstück leider auch nur mittelmäßig, aber ok.

Es war alles top ! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Kommen gerne wieder !

Отель расположен почти на первой линии в прекрасном городе Кан Пастилья в 4 км от аэропорта Майорки и несколько километров от самой столицы. В отеле отличные номера , с большой ванной комнатой. С балконом с видом на Средиземное море. В номерах отличный общий кондиционер, очень тихий и очень хорошо охлаждал . Хороший интернет,есть холодильник, на ресепшене можно взять в залог чайник. Но самое главное отеля это превосходная кухня! Мы брали полупансион, и были очень довольны! Что на завтрак, что на ужин нас поражал такой вкусный ассортимент блюд! Большое спасибо все поварам отеля . Вы великолепны! В отеле прекрасная уборка, всегда приятные девушки на ресепшене! Мы очень довольны отелем и конечно прекрасным городом Кан Пастилья и его красивыми длинными пляжами и береговым променадом прям до столицы . Еще нам очень понравилось видеть каждый день как взлетают и садятся самолеты . Это очень красивое зрелище. Мы обязательно еще приедем в этот прекрасный отель и чудесный курортный город .

Tomuto hotelu nemôžem nič vytknúť. Bol som tu ubytovaný druhýkrát a isto sa sem opäť vrátim. Super poloha, skvelé bary reštaurácie okolo. Veľmi pohodlné postele a útulné čisté izby. Skvelá kuchyňa a vynikajúci výber či už na raňajky alebo večere. Jedlá super dochutené. A pomer cena a kvalita zodpovedá.

Also im großen und ganzen ein super Hotel kann ich jedem Empfehlen. Personal war sehr nett und sauber war auch alles. Das Zimmer war groß also für 2 Personen total ausreichend. Auch die Gegend ist am Abend auch sehr ruhig so das man gut schlafen kann. Die Bar unten hat auch bis 1 Uhr morgens auf um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen.

Das Frühstück hat mir leider nicht so geschmeckt aber das ist vermutlich auch Geschmackssache. Die Auswahl war da aber geschmacklich hat es mich nicht so abgeholt.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast offered a great variety of different options. Für einen Wochenendaufenthalt würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett.

The rooms are quite small and the interior is not the newest. Für einen Badeurlaub ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Balkon von meinem Zimmer hatte einen Hinterhofflair.

Die Lage war sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Das Hotel fande ich auch sehr sauber.

Das Bett war zu hart, die Tür zum Balkon klemmte, die Klimaanlage pustete die kalte Luft direkt auf das Bett, wo man schlafen musste. Bin jetzt erkältet. Das Essen war sehr einfach, weniger Auswahl, Speiseraum sehr eng.

It was a bit loud especially in the mornings from 7-8.30.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el, közel a strandhoz. Monika a recepciós pultnál nagyon kedvesen fogadott késő este, az ellátással nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Köszönjük!

Only inconvenience was that I was on the 4th floor, there’s two separate parts of the hotel with two lifts so had to come down to the ground floor to get the other lift up to the pool (or take the stairs)

The hotel has perfect location by the beach , everything is super close located and the breakfast was also very nice! The rooms are clean and new , and the view from our balcony was amazing.

Todo muy ordenado y limpio, el buffet del desayuno tenía mucha variedad y la ubicación del hotel estaba perfecta para llegar en autobús desde el aeropuerto. Muy fácil de llegar y tiene varias paradas de bus cerca, entre 6-13 minutos caminando dependiendo de a cuál parada quieras ir. Y también el hotel está cerca de Palma ciudad!

Es un poco costoso, sobretodo considerando que a lo mejor no vas a usar todos los servicios porque estás fuera todo el día; pero igual está bien.

Low quality finishings, terrible bed, pillows, and air-con. Very noisy throughout the hotel. The hotel is old and quite dirty - it needs a refurbishment to modernize itself to the level of the newer hotels in the area.

Frühstück war für mich vollkommen ausreichend und reichhaltig. Wer da nichts findet ist selber Schuld. Die Lage des Hotels war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Ich konnte alles zu Fuss erreichen..auch die Playa de Palma..perfekt eben :-)

Das bereits um 07:00 die Zimmerreinigung beginnt und dabei warum auch immer immer sehr lauter Krach gemacht wird., im Pool war an einem Tag nur 50 cm Wasser umd die Rooftop Bar immer lange unbesetzt , obwohl geöffnet.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Schöne große Dusche und das Bett war sehr bequem

Leider waren im Abfluss der Dusche so viele Haare, dass das Wasser kaum ablief.

Alla sorters oljud stör nästan dygnet runt. Sopbilar vid 6-7 på morgonen och glaskross lite senare. Barn och ungdomar spelar fotboll och skriker hela dagarna och sent. Krog precis nedanför med mycket högljudda gäster och personal som sitter kvar efter stängning. Sen finns privata bostäder mitt emot med full insyn.

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, u blizini plaže, restorana i prodavnica. Doručak je bio dobar i raznovrstan.

Nisam sigurna da ovaj hotel zaslužuje 4 zvedice. Za tri provedena dana nisu nam nijednom zamenili peškire iako je spremačica dolazila svaki dan u sobu. Krov na bazenu - okej je, ali ništa specijalno. Dosta je mali i sav taj prostor na krovu ne izgleda ništa posebno. Parking oko hotela je nemoguće pronaći. Mi smo parkirali na nekih 10 min pešice na jednom od javnih besplatnih parkinga, na kojem je takođe teško pronaći slobodno mesto iz prvog pokušaja, ali uz malo upornosti i strpljenja mi smo svaki put uspeli naći mesto. Hotel je okej, ali mu fali “toplina”.

Poolhanddukar bör ingå utan deposition. Hotellet är inklämt mellan andra hotell vilket innebär att det inte finns någon utsikt från balkongerna. Vi reste med barn och var tvungna att ta två olika hissar till vårt rum. Fanns bara en hiss då väntetiden blev väldigt lång.

- Absprachen wurden leider nicht eingehalten (hatten Donnerstags zugesagt bekommen das wir den Late Check out nutzen dürfen. Montag morgens am Abreisetag wurde dies widerrufen) - Essensbuffet etwas klein - man wurde fast nie bedient beim Essen und musste Personal suchen das einem Getränke verkauft - Zimmer sehr hellhörig - Fitnessstudio mega klein und jedes zweite Gerät kaputt.

Mein Zimmer lag in der 1. Etage im alten Track, direkt über dem Speisesaal und zur Straße hinaus wo man morgens um 7.00 Uhr von der Müllabfuhr geweckt wird. Das es einen neuen und alten Track gibt ging aus der Hotelbeschreibung nicht hervor erklärt aber warum ich fast die Hälfte als andere bezahlt habe. Man muss also aufpassen

Trop bruyant, petite piscine, saleté et moisissure dans la douche de la chambre, fuite dans la douche, literie pas du confortable.

Hotel molto pulito, personale gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Menù a buffet sia colazione che cena buono. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse, zona tranquilla.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko plaży i promenady. Hotel był czysty, obsługa miła i pomocna, a jedzenie smaczne. Bardzo podobał mi się również widok i atmosfera hotelu.

Nie mam większych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt był udany i ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony.

Balcony with a sea view, nice breakfast, cleaning lady so friendly. And ladies at the reception was so helpfull regarding any questions. Location of the hotel is like 1 minute far from promenade and nearby a lot of restaurants. Airport is like 10 min on scooter and carrefur for any groceries like 8min away.

The only negative thing is that the hotel doesnt have private parking even if the charge some extra € for it.

Me gustó la ubicación ya que estaba cerca de la playa, los de recepción y el vela lounge que era es bar del hotel. El Camarero era muy agradable.

-No me gustó el personal del restaurante, tienes que estar tú encima de ellos para que te sirvan la bebida. Pasaban un montón de veces por la mesa y ni te preguntaban por la bebida. -La habitación tenía hormigas pequeñas -El servicio le limpieza aparece cuando a ellas les apetece. Estuvimos fuera toda la mañana y apareció a las 14h con las prisas para hacer la habitación por qué ya terminaba su turno. Y pretendía que nos saliéramos de la habitación para hacerla deprisa y corriendo.Y claro, se quedó sin hacer. - El menú del restaurante no me gustó, ya que había poca variedad. -En la ducha no había para colgar los geles y tenías que dejarlos en el suelo. La ducha tenía poca presión y el agua salía flojita todo el tiempo.

Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft sehr zugesagt. Freundliches Personal, sehr gute Sauberkeit, alles wie im Angebot beschrieben.

Mein Sohn hat bemängelt, dass der Pool öfter gereinigt werden sollte, da er gewisse Ablagerungen in den Fugen zwischen den Fliesen mit seiner Taucherbrille feststellte.

Materasso del letto era troppo molle e si sformava con il peso. Cuscino troppo grandi e duri. Difficoltà per parcheggiare l'auto.

A szállás rendkívüli! A tengerparton helyezkedik el, a part az út túlpartján található! Nyugodt szép környezet, közel a nyüzsgéshez, sok étterem a közelben, számos busz megállója közel, a reptér is csak két megálló! A személyzet segítőkész volt, még azt is engedték, hogy kicsekolás után megfürödjünk, mert este indult a gépünk! Minden van, tetőtéri medence, bár, étterem, tényleg egy négycsillagos szállásnak megfelelő! A reggeli elképesztő!

A széfért a szobában külön fizetni kellett, bár benne van a foglalási részletekben, ezen a szinten nem értem miért nincs benne!

It’s close to the beach and restaurants yet very quiet at night (I asked for a quiet room facing the inner court). Spa and treatments are nice although spa beds would do with a proper cleaning.

It was very hot and humid. There should be an A/C in the staircase and hallways as well, not only in the lobby and the rooms.

Location was very good

The AC at the reception was crazy powerful. Was extremely cold. I even got sick because of it. All the time that we cross the reception the contrast of the temperature from the rooms and specially from outside was extremely crazy

Staff was very rood. No information given. We need to find how to connect to wifi, no breakfast information given. Very hard open balcony door, always stuck. Cleaners take staff without asking. First day took our personal coffee cups, but we did not said anything. Was thinking maybe it was mistake. Next day she took personal wine glasses, which we bought from shop and paid our money in Mallorca. This glasses was sign and very different from hotel glasses. We go to complain to reception, but they can not find it and do not want to return or refund money. Was asking proof what we had it. We still had glasses original boxes left. They said what we did not had it. Us well was missing from our room my husband Samsung Bluetooth air pods, but later they found it somehow in reception. Do not believe them. Asked cleaners about wine glasses, she said with translator: why you worried about this glasses, enjoy holiday, sun and forget about this little things. Afraid to leave stuff in room. Very disappointing

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé, ce qui permet de profiter facilement des alentours. Le personnel est très agréable, accueillant et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, tout comme le dîner. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !😍

Good for the airport bus, only one stop away, approx 4 mins. Bus was A2 to Arenal, 4.50 euros; very convenient location next to the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Comfy rooms Staff helpful Good bar upstairs with a nice view of the marina and plenty of seating in the downstairs bar, reasonable prices similar to the UK Breakfast: plenty of food; always find somewhere to sit Approx 20-minute walk for aviation lovers like me, to sit and watch the planes arrive and depart by the runway! Can also see planes depart from the rooftop

- walls are very thin; can hear people upstairs; need earplugs - bar upstairs only open until 7.30 pm (however, the waiter was lovely!) - pillows and bed quite hard; however, there were softer pillows in the closet :) - good housekeeping - the view onto other rooms but can't be helped
