The stay me and my wife had was good in all areas except the breakfast. The range of food on the breakfast was very good but wasn't warm especially the beans every day and the cereal didn't seem very fresh, the orange juice was very weak making it undrinkable, but over all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again

Mir hat es sehr gefallen. In der Lobby ist es schön klimatisiert und duftet angenehm. Frühstück Buffet hat viel Auswahl. Man hat 2 Pools zur Auswahl unten und auf rooftop. Find ich gut.

Wasser im Zimmer hätte jeden Tag eine Flasche geben können.

A superb adults only hotel. Delayed flight meant we landed early hours. Room given to us was awful, it literally held two beds with perhaps one foot around space around them. A shower in the wall of the bedroom and a toilet the other side of bed. Balcony with a brick wall to look at. Room 102. I went down to complain and was told nothing could be done, hotel fully booked, I was told to come back in morning and complain. We did that and were immediately given another room later that day. We were not the only people that were assigned that room. It seems that they must overbook then wait for people to check out early hours of morning /late morning then rooms become available. It was not a great start to our stay especially as I had paid to upgrade for room with balcony. New room was 10/10. Large bright and airy with a en-suite bathroom good sized balcony overlooking pool. Hotel is lovely, ideally situated by the harbour, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold options. Rooftop pool and sun terrace is an added bonus. Pool bar was great too. Will definitely go back to this hotel.

Leider hatte das Zimmer nur einen Balkon ohne Ausblick (Blick gegen eine Wand). Und starker Geruch nach Tier Urin. (Nicht nutzbar). Zimmer war sehr dunkel.

Friendly hotel less than 10 mins from the airport - clean and modern rooms, attentive staff and lovely buffet breakfast . A quick stroll outside and you are at the local harbour and palm tree boulevards. Roof terrace is a real feature

Hello, my name is karim and I've been staying in HM alma beach hotel August 2026. The location is fantastic,2 minutes walk to the beach also near to palma city. The staff in the hotel were nice, friendly, very helpful staff. My favourite staff in the hotel is the chef his name is Cantoni! As I'm a solo traveller,so my first few days in the hotel going down to have my breakfast and cantoni made me feel soo welcome, always smiling 😃 making me laugh, sociable, confortable, positif really made my holidays perfect I mean it 👌I would definitely recommend this place. After a long flight and transfer we eventually got to our hotel in the early hours of the morning check in was fast and efficient and we were offered food but we didn’t want it just needed sleep, but there was water in our room. The hotel was lovely and clean and all the staff were friendly. Food was excellent. The roof top pool is the best as gets sun all day but limited sun loungers, the main pool gets the sun late afternoon, there is also a terraced area with loungers. Very close to beach which is nice and cost 10 euros for a sun lounger and 10 euros if you want parasol. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back

We had a lovely stay, all the staff were really friendly. Hotel was kept lovely and clean. Rooms are a little small, but for the price we were really satisfied.

A very good hotel! The food was really good (we never got the feeling they are economical at expensive food, for example fresh fish/sushi) We got clean towels and new bedsheets every day and in our 10 days vacation they deepcleaned our room 1 time. The Employees, in special the people at the infodesk were very friendly and helpful. We really recommend this hotel!

The double room we slept in and marketed as a Double Room was better suited for a two sardines who are used to being tightly packed, but not conducive to a comfortable stay.

I would like to have a grab rail fixed in the shower unit. At least in my preferred room 116. (I`m planning to return next year) I`m afraid of falling having had two hip replacements. I did, however, appreciate a slip mat in place this year, thank you for this.

No es un hotel para trabajadores remotos. Es complicado trabajar en un silla decorativa Pero no ergonómica. Abajo en la entrada tampoco hay espacios adecuados. La zona es de difícil aparcamiento. El Roof es bonito y con buenas vistas pero tampoco invita a quedarse

It's a great modern hotel conversion, probably the least clinical feeling in Can Pastilla, of which there are many. Beware of the single rooms. Room sizes are generally small throughout, but of the single rooms, of which there are about 9, 5 are exceptionally tiny (101, 201, 301, 401, 501). 121, 221, 321 all have large balconies with morning sun, and a window in the bathroom. 421 has a window in the bathroom but a lack of balcony. The bathroom and showers are also larger in these latter rooms, with more space around the door and wardrobe areas. Whilst the offer of single rooms is rare and commendable, the difference between these room types is immense for comfort, and arguably should be on a different room rate.

Our room was comfortable, clean and air-conditioned and the hotel has a tastefully-decorated and air-conditioned lobby and adjoining lounge and dining areas. There are two outdoor pools (one on the roof) and each has a bar where you can order food and the service is good. It was easy to find places around the downstairs pool but the roof terrace is popular and the loungers are taken early. The piece-de-resistance of this hotel is its fabulous breakfast and evening dinner buffets, with a wide choice of dishes, all of excellent quality. There are themed dinner nights, such as Italian, Japanese, Spanish and a cheese night. All fabulous and delicious. Alma Beach is about 2 minutes’ walk from a lovely Mediterranean bay and beach and the town comes to life after dark, with endless shopping streets and restaurants to explore. All the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I think it’s also fair to say that some parts of the local neighbourhood are very deprived, so the views of the rooftop pool you see on the travel brochures give a more contemporary feel to the resort than the reality. It’s more ‘old town’ than modern. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which included a short uber ride into the vibrant capital of Palma, where you can find everything from a stunning cathedral to high-end retail stores.

Me 43 and my mum 65 had a 5 night break here at the end of June. We had a double room with a balcony. We knew we didn’t have a sea view as that was extra. Our view was of buildings like residential/hotels. But you can see the planes taking off and landing depending on your floor, we were floor 5. One thing that struck us with the room, like others have said, is the shower cubicle being in the middle of the room. It is frosted out but not 100%. Toilet is behind a closed door, it’s just the shower and sink in the main room. There is not much storage but we managed as we travelled light. You get a fridge, safe, hairdryer and kettle in the room. Two chairs and a table on the balcony plus a drying line. Otherwise the room is very nice and spotless. The ground floor pool doesn’t get the sun until much later and not that many sun loungers from what I saw. We used the sky bar pool on floor 8. It’s really nice but again not many sun beds or loungers. The snacks from the sky bar are very nice but pricey. They have music playing which we thought was quite loud especially if your lounger is right next to it. There is another area to sunbathe on floor 5 with no pool which has beds and loungers and is usually quiet. We didn’t eat at the hotel other than the one snack so can’t comment. We had food at El Goucho which is very nice and also Mel’s bar for home cooked British food. There is a bar called The Manchester Pub too which is very friendly. Really nice place to fully relax and unwind. We will be returning.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where all the staff are very friendly, happy and seem to enjoy working there. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the facilities are great. Breakfasts are great with a lovely selection of food including local specialties. The rooftop pool and bar is a lovely place to spend the day, yes there are only a finite amount of sun beds, however there is another sun terrace on the forth floor and a further pool and beds on the ground floor. There are a number of comments about the size of the rooms and yes the smallest rooms are small and probably could do with a few more shelves to put clothes etc, however the air conditioning works brilliantly and the bathroom facilities are to a good standard. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Tolle Lage, Mega Ausstattung. Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach. Insbesondere möchte ich das herausragende Essen hervorheben, tolles Frühstück und ein super Buffet am Abend.

Das Einzelzimmer ist wirklich sehr klein, besonders der Platz in der Dusche und der Gang zur Toilette ist für große Personen eher ungeeignet.

Friendly and helpful staff lovely views just off from the beach with lots of good restaurants near by.

Location is excellent and close to everything you need, 2 mins from beach, local shops, bars and restaurants etc. Walking is very easy around the area and the area links well to Palma/other areas, very accessible. My hotel room had no balcony/view but this is what I booked and expected- I don’t spend much time in the room. Solo room was lovely, enough space for one, bathroom was perfect with good facilities (like the room overall). Decor/furniture is modern and cleanliness is spot on via daily cleaning in room and throughout the hotel. Didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I did, they were all pleasant and helpful. No issues getting a space by either pool, the skybar has a fantastic view. Food is great from all inclusive style breakfast to snacks/lunch/dinner available to order at the bar.

Kurze Anfahrtswege zum Airport (öffentlich, Bus 2 Straßen weiter) und nach Palma Stadt. Schönes, modern renoviertes Hotel, sauber, komfortabel mit guten Betten, ruhigen Zimmern (wenn der Gang ruhig ist, Zimmertüren zum Gang hellhörig) geräumigen Badezimmern, Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Angestellte zuvorkommend und freundlich, Adult only ist für Paare super. Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt und blitzsauber. Gemütlich und sehr trendy eingerichtet.

Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon, das war für 2 Nächte schon ok, aber Urlaub möchte ich so nicht machen. Zeitweise starke Lärmbelästigung durch Airport, an einzelnen Tagen ist der Anfluf fast direkt über das Hotel. Rooftop Pool nett aber sehr beengt und gleich überfüllt. Lifte brauchen lange in Stoßzeiten um in die Stockwerke befördert zu werden.

For a 4star hotel ammenties could be a bit better, and would expect for that money rooms to be more modern/ renovated. You can hear alot when someones passing by your door or simply people talking.

Hotel was really clean, and staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great too.

The lifts were a little slow and some doors slammed which meant you heard them sometimes from bed. But these were minor points and overall it was great.

Reception staff patricio was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The general areas of the hotel are clean and a nice atmosphere. Drinks reasonably priced. Our room wasn’t perfect but adequate for a short trip. Clean and tidy with all the amenities expected kettle / clean bedding / AC / fridge Overall would recommend this hotel.

La verdad que muy pocos alojamientos son asi, con habitacion amplia , limpia y silenciosa. La comida muy bien, bueno el dessyuno que fue lo que cojimos y era bastante abundante y variado. El.personal ejemplar y muy amables.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, although they were a little small. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Short stay. Excellent service from start to finish. Super hotel. Excellent location in terms of transport from the airport and linking to Palma and all of the local facilities.

Posizione strategica per muoversi sull isola. Zona servita, areoporto vicino raggiungibile in bus A1 e A2, bella e comoda la piscina specie se non affollato, cibo ben fatto, colazione ampia specie per il salato. Staffa accogliente. Camera discreta, un po' datata ma fatta bene specie per un soggiorno in tempo di mare. Da ampliare un po' i kit da bagno, nel mio caso inesistenti eccetto per le asciugamani.

A lovely hotel- a very classy feel. Food was really good and hotel spotless. Great location with a short text ride to Palma and minutes walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. A very chilled vibe. Great for a relaxing break for me and hubby! We didn’t have a balcony, but would recommend the extra for one to give you a little more space in the rooms, as they are compact.

Breakfast was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The wifi was great and very stable. The hotel is close to the beach and nice restaurants. I'd definitely recommend to people visiting.

Stayed at HM Alma Beach over half-term May 2026 and did not disappoint. It's close to the beach and all the necessary shops. Restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops around the resort are really good and offer value for money too. Look out for the menu of the days for lunches etc!

My partner and I enjoyed our 10 night stay at this hotel. Staff were always friendly, attentive and professional, they couldn’t have done more to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately on day two, the guests in the next room kept us awake until the early hours with loud talking and slamming doors, we immediately requested a room change which was promptly catered for; we moved rooms the next day into a more peaceful and serene part of the hotel and we slept very well thereafter. Our room was fairly small but comfortable and clean, our balcony overlooked the pool and provided an extended sunny space to relax in before dinner each evening. The buffet bar restaurant was excellent, the food was delicious with a different cuisine each evening. The location was excellent, a short walk to the beach and extensive coastline to explore. The beaches along the coastline are very clean and pretty. We are quite active so ran, and also walked, the 4-5 mile coastal route into the beautiful city of Palma with its old churches, medieval cathedral and cobbled narrow streets. There is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere in Palma with live music and an array of restaurants and bars. Back at Can Pastilla, we hired electric bikes for €25 for the day and cycled to Palma along the route that runs parallel to the beach. We also cycled to the opposite end of the coastline to S’Arenal which is not has clean or family friendly but appears popular with 18-30s and stag and hen parties, which is defiantly not our scene. Overall, a wonderful area to explore and would highly recommend this hotel.

Location of Hotel is near to beach and access to the many restaurants shops and bars is good. Palma is nearby and it is a short transfer distance from airport.

This hotel is a good town hotel,near the beach,airport,and promenade,breakfast buffet unbeatable.But all the staff made this holiday excellent,will be rebooking again later this year.

De locatie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wegens centrale ligging, dichtbij auto verhuur bedrijven en de airport. Daarbij was het heel erg schoon, werd je bed netjes opgemaakt en schonen frisse lakens. Het personeel is vriendelijk!

Zijn weinig parkeerplaatsen in de plaatszelf en in het rondom het hotel bijna niets tot geen. Wij hebben 1x 60 min lang rondjes gereden om een plek te kunnen vinden. Verder zijn de bedden erg hard, wordt het snel licht in de kamers door slecht verduisterende gordijnen.
