O espaço certo para uma família passar um excelente momento na natureza com o conforto duma habitação moderna.

Der Pool war sauber, die Anlage war wunderschön, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer hilfreich bei Fragen oder Bitten, die sie erfüllen konnten. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend. Es wurde jeden Tag das Bett gemacht und Handtücher mitgenommen (wenn man wollte) und man konnte sich Strandhandtücher kostenfrei ausleihen. Die Lage ist super, man kommt schnell nach Ponta Delgada und sie liegt nahe einer Verbindungsstraße nach Osten oder Westen.

Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer in dem man oft sehr früh die Hähne krähen hörte, aber wir durften das Zimmer wechseln.

Die Anlage ist groß und schön bewachsen. Die Zimmer sind auch hinreichend groß und werden ordentlich gereinigt.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich schlecht. 4 Teller für 4 Personen, kein Toaster, usw.. Selbstverpflegung ist nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Ansonsten wirkt es sehr funktional und wenig gemütlich - keine Kissen auf dem Sofa, keine indirekten Lampen etc.. Die Terrassenmöbel sehr spärlich und wurden nicht gereinigt. So konnte man leider nicht draußen sitzen.

The whole complex is lovely. Beautiful gardens, great pool and green space area. The chicken coop and the cats were a bonus. I can see the appeal for longer term stays as well. Good location, close to everything.

Nothing about the property - everything was great. The reason it didn’t get a 10 was because the pillows were much too firm.

Joli environnement avec végétation. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les chats! Personnel souriant et gentil. On a apprécié le prêt de serviettes pour aller aux sources thermales.

L'équipement pour la cuisine est limité, si on était resté longtemps cela aurait été moins pratique pour faire des repas maison.

Ruim huisje op een mooi aangelegd parkje. Veel bloemen en (heel gezellig) veel katten. De badkamer was ruim en de tuin mooi. We hadden er erg veel privacy

Het bed was erg hard en kussen lag niet lekker. Het huisje was ook erg gehorig. De huisjes hebben 2 verdiepingen, boven verblijven ook mensen. Wij hadden de pech dat dit mensen waren die steeds rond een uur of 1.00 s nachts thuiskwamen en dan flink veel geluid maakten of dat klonk in elk geval heel hard door.

Eu adorei o espaço todo em si. O facto de se localizar em rabo de peixe nunca pensei que fosse tão bonito. Tudo cheio de vegetação, gatinhos por todo o lado, fascinou-me. Os apartamentos eram bem mimosos e tudo muito bem higienizado e preparado.

Não houve alguma coisa de que não gostasses

Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft OK.Die Küche war etwas klein und spartanisch ausgestattet. Leider gibt es auch nicht für jede Wohnung eine Möglichkeit draußen zu essen. Ansonsten super Pool. Es gibt viele Katzen die auch gerne mal in die Wohnung wollen.

The property is not maintained properly, you can really feel from a lot of things. The pool cleaning schedule was not followed (they say they do it at 5pm - I stayed by several times on purpose to see it, but it never happened), while once there was a guy washing his shoes in the pool. In the middle of kids playground there was dog's shit, the garden got wild and there was a huge dump of old broken beds (just beside what was supposed to be a barbecue spot). On our first night of stay we had a flood in the bathroom as the drain was not cleaned or maintained, but what enraged me most was that I could not hang the shower as the pipe was too short to reach the fixture on the wall, I had to hold it always in my hands while taking a shower. The beds were not comfortable, I had to put 2 extra blankets on the mattress to be able to sleep with no pain.

Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were able to buy breakfast that we didnt have originally arranged. The property is located in amazing Zen garden with pool, complete tranquility a privacy secured. It was a lovely stay.

The property itself was amazing. There should have been more clear instructions on how to get onto the property itself. The property was enclosed completely and access was unclear.

positive: - The swiming pool area is really nice - privat parking - Spacious and they clean the apartment every day - Very nice beach in walking distance - You get beach towels, but you have to ask for them.

Negative - Provide the beach towels at check in. For every person it will be clear you should not use the shower towels. - There is a very nasty damp/moist smell inside the apartment (they know this issue in their apartments, but cannot solve it. You get a spray to get better smell, only helps a bit) - We didn’t got the booked apartment on the first floor, instead we got ground floor. - Terrace is not really private. - You have to ask for a drying rek to dry the bathing suits outside. Inside it won’t dry due to high damp. - Price of 150 euro per night is too steep. - terrace door is difficult to close/open

The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely worth mentioning. I’d recommend this place to anybody. My one real and only gripe is to access the property the first time it’s a hassle. It’s a private gate and everyone gets a remote, but when you’re first arriving you need to call. It’s not well labelled where you need to go either. Besides that it’s perfect. We will be returning.

When I rrived on aute I was told by the hotel that room that I booked had some issues with the plumbing, they downgraded me to a smaller room and instead they offered me breakfast (it was pretty OK) the place needs more maintenance and cleaning, the room smelled like humidity. The pool area is nice.

The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a longer stay, kitchen, lots of space inside, outdoor terrace, beautiful grounds, staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking space in the car park. Dogs are accepted for an additional fee

The property itself was very nice and well look after. Facilities were good.

Please read - known thieves operating here. During our stay we woke up at 5am to a man who had broken into our apartment. The locks on the sliding doors were in quite poor condition. Following this we had called the police who explained to us that they knew the man who had broken in as he has been breaking into apartments at Quinta de Santana and stealing from customers regularly. The police had been to the same area of apartments around 3 weeks ago. During this time the accommodation had still been renting out these apartments, have not changed locks or improved security in any way, as well as taking money from paying customers knowing the risks and dangers they are placing their customers in. When I spoke with the staff they offered us 1 nights free accommodation or 2 free breakfasts following this traumatic event. I pushed them for a full refund which they did give us, but seemed very unhappy about it. They did not apologise or admit fault in any way. This event completely spoiled our 2 week trip to the Azores; both myself and my partner are traumatised by the event.

Setting is nice but kind of worn out. Old furniture and bit smelly. Swimming pool was nice. People very friendly.

Apartment got broken in by locals, had to sort it out with the local police. Thankfully, they were able to retrieve the most valuable items, but my headlamp got stolen. They should definitely improve their security.

The apartment is large, quite quiet and has a view of the garden.

We were very bothered by the humidity and the smell of mold, which we were unable to ventilate in any way.

Clean and pleasant. Basics in the kitchenette. For anything else like groceries, excursions, beach etc you need a car. 1 restaurant in walkable distance.

I stayed here with my mum and my kid. They set a bed in the main room for the kiddo. The apartment was big and clean. And had everything we needed (we only missed a coffee machine). It had a private outdoor space (where we missed a table and chairs to enjoy dinner outside) but we were super comfortable overall. The crew were so nice with us and the Quinta had an amazing gardens and kids playground and also a pool, which we could not enjoy because it was not allowed to use after 5.30pm, and we always came back from spending the day outside around that time or some later, it would be so good to have some pooltime after a long day. But we had a very good experience, would recommend and would go back again for sure

The booking.com room was a two beds appartment which was on the upper floor, it is very large. with own entrance. Adequate catering equipment provided. Large clean white towels.

It was dusty. The curtains were dusty, the sofa bed covered with white fluff, the floor felt dusty. The apartment was quite large and did not feel like it was mopped, I am allergic to pollen and hand a hayfever fit as a result. The shower pressure was very poor I had to remove the shower head off to get a some water. The microwave door did not work properly. The external property was not swept, including the pool, lots of dried leaves everywhere. Old furnitures and equipment even, functional.

Very well located hotel to explore the northern part of the island. Set up with kitchen is good and comes in handy for a break of eating out and prepping lunches for hikes. The pool is a nice addition after a full day of walking

Its located in a nice and calm place. It’s very well maintained, it’s looks like a garden. The houses are cute and spacious.

The only thing I have against it is the mold smell. Be sure to turn on the dehumidifier as soon as you arrive

One remark: duplex with climatisation in the kitchen but not in the bedroom.

Location is close from Ribeira Grande and the beaches but the immediate surroundings are not very nice. There was a smell of humidity in the apartments and the linen.

Very beautiful garden around the hotel with lots of flowers, but some places are not cared for. The playground for children was dirty and needed updates. The apartment was really old and not the same as was in the photo. The kitchen equipment is old and unsafe. It was very noisy because you can hear every breath of your neighbors. Without a car, you cannot access the facility. The area around looks like an industrial. Also, there are lots of cats and they come in into apartments and can steal something from your table. I have a strong allergy, so it was a pity surprise for me. I do not recommend this place for the vacation.

Reception staff were unclear and not very accommodating. There are also a lot of cats around the property which we were not aware there would be, I am allergic and the reception’s response was ‘staff usually enjoy them’.

The staff was very nice. The rooms are very outdated and smell of mold. The property needs a renovation. Would not stay here again until they renovated

The apartments were clean and had everything we needed, the grounds were beautiful with a nice area for children to play, the staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned every day. Plenty of space to park in the carpark.

Nice, big pool in lush and green gardens. Very large area with bananatrees, orange trees etc. Also a playground for the little ones. Parking for everyone behind gates. We stayed in a big appartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. A big terrace and semi-private garden (semi-private because open for everyone, but every appartment had their own limited space and I saw no one going into our part in our 9 days there). We loved our stay here.

It could be nice just to be able to buy and ice cream or a soda/beer on premises as nothing is within walking distance.

Stor og fin leilighet med liten kjøkkenkrok og egen terrasse og hage. Stort uteområde ellers på området, fint badebasseng. Mange katter som vandrer rundt, hvis man spiser ute blir de litt innpåslitne.

Unser Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber beim genaueren Hinschauen etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Uns hat viel mehr die Lautstärke durch den angrenzenden Straßenverkehr gestört. Leider hat es im Appartement sehr unangenehm gerochen beziehungsweise schon in der Nase gebissen. Haben dort vor Ort das Frühstück für 12€ pro Person und Tag dazu gebucht, was es definitiv nicht wert war! Auf dem gesamten Unterkunftsgeländer und zwischen den Appartements befinden sich viele, sehr schön angelegte kleine Gärten.
