el recorrido que hay que hacer desde el sotano donde se guarda el carro a la recepcion es muy enredado y ademas toca subir escaleras con maletas, bueno yo no viajo seguido a esta ciudad asi que no sera algo de lo que deba preocuparme a futuro

La caja fuerte no funcionaba. El desayuno tenia pocas opciones.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Grand établissement moderne. Très propre. Notre chambre était jolie et spacieuse. Nous n'avons pas visité la ville, juste de passage mais l'hôtelest bien situé. . Le personnel est aimable et serviable .
Le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Il n'y avait pas grand chose. Il a fallu réclamer un peu de beurre et de confiture. Le petit-déjeuner n'a pas été au même niveau que les prestations de l'hôtel.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025El personal es muy atento y agradable. El hotel tiene una bonita estructura, La habitación asignada superó nuestras expectativas en cuanto a tamaño, las camas y las almohadas muy comodas. El desayuno rico. Buen servicio de parqueadero.
El hotel está ubicado en el centro, no es posible caminar en la noche es bastante inseguro. Considero importante trabajar en el aseo y mantenimiento (la alfombra del hall estaba muy sucia, sin barrer. En la habitación habían trabajos de resane y pintura a medio hacer, dejaron el polvo ahí). La puerta del baño chirrea bastante. En la noche te encontrabas las escobas y el carro de aseo cerca de la puerta de la habitación). En el baño había acondicionador pero no champu, aunque lo pedimos varias veces).

Me dieron una habitación que no contaba toda con luz, lo solucionaron pero en la mañana volvió a fallar. Tuve que conectar mis aparatos en el baño. No había papel higiénico y ponen una cafetera en la habitación pero sin nada. Está de adorno. El sitio es un hueco en la noche. No hay agua caliente. Aunque me pidieron los datos de mi tarjeta de crédito y se suponía que el pago se hacía por booking. Al llegar me hicieron pagar con tarjeta pese a que ya había dado mis datos en la reserva.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2024Ok place for a night but I made the mistake of pre-paying a reservation through expedia and when I get there they have no record of it. Even after them talking to an expedia representative they still could not cear it up and I had to pay. My bank statement verified that the payment went through but disappeared somewhere in the internet void. Food prices in their restaurant are outrageous and mediocre. The food options in the area are very limited for a place downtown.
