A guest's first impression of a hotel begins at check-in. After a long overnight flight, I was looking forward to checking into my room and starting my vacation. Unfortunately, despite the hotel's official check-in time being 14:00, my room was still not available. Only after discussions with both a reception employee and the Customer Relations Manager was I finally able to access my room at 14:45. My first recommendation is: if you would like to start your vacation without unnecessary stress and frustration, do not book a deluxe or special room category at this hotel. Save your money and your peace of mind. I booked a Deluxe Sea View Room, but upon arrival I was assigned a room in Block 4 with an Aqua Park view, located far away from the sea. After discussing the issue with the reception staff and the Customer Relations Manager, I was moved to a room closer to the beach. However, this "deluxe" room had a strong smell of fresh paint, and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, sounding like a tractor. Despite keeping the window open for several hours to ventilate the room, I developed a headache, most likely due to the paint fumes. Following this unpleasant experience with what I can only describe as a "toxic deluxe room," I had no choice but to accept the downgraded room in Block 4 with the Aqua Park view.The food quality in the main restaurant was very disappointing. In fact, I seriously question how the hotel meets hygiene standards. During my stay, I observed sushi rolls being left unrefrigerated while the outside temperature was around 40°C. Unsurprisingly, I decided not to risk trying either the sushi.The à la carte restaurants were not much better. The food served at the Italian restaurant Balsamico could hardly be described as authentic Italian cuisine. Furthermore, the service there can best be described in two words: unprofessional and arrogant.

Swim-up room harikaydı, ortak havuza hiç gitmedik, havuzu sadece bir aile ile paylaştık, özellikle öğleden sonraları gölge olmasından dolayı çok keyifliydi. Yemekler harika değildi ama güzeldi, seçerek bulmanız lazım, kalamar çok kullanılıyor ve genel olarak lezzetli yapıyorlar, humus başarılı, pazartesi günü çıkan tavuk döner gayet iyi. Kırmızı ette ise hiç ama hiç lezzet yok, tatlılar da güzel değil ne yazık ki. Yine de sebze, deniz ürünleri ve kızartmalar güzeldi. Ayrıca ala carte restoranlardan İtalyanı denedik iki akşam, deniz mahsullü spagetti güzeldi. Odanın temizliğini yapan çalışana teşekkür ediyorum her gün havlu veya temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi sordu ve minibarı yeniledi. Latitude bardaki kokteyller de gayet güzeldi.Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Tatlı çeşidi çok fazla ama tatlılar hiç güzel değil. Bir de resepsiyonda gündüz vardiyasındaki kısa boylu görevli çok sinirli.

Ho apprezzato molto la bellissima Suite Diamond Pool Posh Club con piscina privata, la pulizia impeccabile, il cibo buonissimo e la formula all inclusive. Un elogio particolare a tutto il personale, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e professionale.

Non ho riscontrato nulla di negativo. È stato tutto molto piacevole e ho apprezzato la struttura.

В целом сам отель нам очень сильно понравился, приветливый персонал,вкусная еда,самое главное разная! достойный выбор фруктов,что очень впечатлило ,вкусные без алкогольные коктейли!очень понравился ресторан a la carte Mongolia,персонал там на высшем уровне ,в принципе как и в д ругих ресторанах!на бассейне adulte only 16 ,очень хороший бармен и человек который ответственный за лижаки!всегда подойдут,предложат чего то!комнаты очень чистые!

А вот что мне не понравилось,то это posh club!!!!!!!!!!если бы я знал,что в этом отеле такой высокий уровень обслуживания,то я бы posh club не брал!!!!мы уже отдыхали в posh club Montmartre resort и там ты себя действительно чувствовал vip гостем,в этом posh club ,ты себя чувствовал как в 3 * отеле!!!во первых сам posh club не соответствует уровню,находится он между дорогой и морем,своей кухни нету,своего бара нету,официанты бегают в соседние рестораны,posh club не очень чистый ,запах был в середине не очень приятный, сидеть ближе к окнам было очень жарко,так как у них там слабо работали кондиционеры,ближе к кондиционеру сидеть тоже не очень хорошо,на улице на террасе сидеть не возможно и за жары,потому что нету ни каких вентиляторов ,даже в общем ресторане на террасе были специальные охлаждающие вентиляторы!а ты как vip гость должен страдать!один из администраторов posh club не умеет обращаться с гостями его зовут SAYED !!!!официанты в грязной униформе ходили,если сравнивать с общим рестораном или другими ресторанами a la carte,то мы себя больше чувствовали vip гостем там,чем в posh club!официант под именем Mohamed,вечно был не доволен,когда ты просил ещё один напиток принести,то на лице было видно его не довольство!!! иногда приходилось им нарисовать по 10 раз,что бы услышать обратный ответ,при заезде хотели заселить нас в комнату ,которая не соответствувала моей брони!при выезде мне пришлось уже звонить на главный рецепшн,что бы забрали наши вещи,а то мы ждали минут 25 персонал с posh club !мой совет их posh club не соответствует тому что бы переплачивать,да у вас будет джакузи с террасой,но джакузи грязное ,и ни кто его не чистит!от силы вы там помочете свои ноги пару раз!отель полностью хорошо собой ,кухня,напитки все на уровне!кроме posh club!!

Türk olduğumuzu anlayınca istisnasız tüm çalışanların sürekli aynı bayat şakayı yapmaya çalışması ve ‘yavaş yavaş’ demeleri çok çok rahatsız edici. Otel yönetiminin çalışanları ile bunu çok ciddi bir kurala koyması lazım.

Super hotel. Staff super gentil, accueillant et au petit soin. Prise en charge très rapide à l’arrivée. Propreté des infrastructures ainsi que le service sont irréprochables. Grande variété du buffet qui satisfait tout le monde. Je le recommande vivement.

La struttura è moderna, accogliente con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è ottimo per gli standard del posto!

First time Sunrise Sharm el sheikh, just like makadi sunrise it is a very relaxed resort. Good buffet, restaurants are same across the sunrise resorts but good aswell. Friendly staff and good room. Clean and overall well maintained, swim up pool very big, but depends on your room. Also room depends if you get a swimpool chair or not.

The only little minus is the fact the house reef is not so long (+-100m). Sadly most resort in Sharm have small reef (officially), compaired to Makadi bay for example.

Ana restoranda masalar çok geç temizleniyor, ayakta bekliyorsunuz, yerler uzun süre yemek artıkları ile kalıyor. Pool barlarda yemek çeşitliliği çok az.

Bonjour, j’ai tout aimé sur ce établissement c’est vraiment magnifique les piscines, la mer, la restauration et surtout la restauration. C’était un délice avec même des mètres de cuisson comme Monsieur Aymen ils sont ami c’est vraiment un délice. Merci à vous et bon continuation.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, our room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the food was very diverse with plenty of good options. However, unfortunately, my wife and I both experienced some stomach discomfort on one of the days after dinner. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. In particular, the staff at the main restaurant and Jamila Restaurant were exceptionally polite and professional, and we truly appreciated their attitude and service.

Unfortunately, there were a few aspects that negatively affected our experience. The staff at the main lobby bar could have been more polite and professional, as their attitude did not meet the standard we expected from a hotel of this level. We also had an unpleasant experience at the snack cart in the children’s Aqua Park. At around 11:55 AM, we asked the staff member for a sandwich, but he told us that his shift had already ended, even though it was supposed to end at 12:00 PM. We understand that staff have working hours and shifts, but we expected a more helpful and guest-oriented response, especially since it was only a few minutes before the end of the shift. The most disappointing experience, however, was on the day of check-out. We tried repeatedly to contact the reception by phone, but no one answered any of the available numbers for approximately 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to go down to the reception myself. Due to the lack of response, I ended up contacting the general management of SUNRISE Hotels in Cairo to file a complaint. In conclusion, we really enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the beautiful hotel, the cleanliness, the food variety, and the excellent service from most of the staff. However, I believe the reception team, in particular, needs to improve their professionalism, communication, responsiveness, and the way they interact with guests. Answering calls promptly and dealing with guests in a more professional and respectful manner would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

We had a wonderful 11-night family stay. The resort is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, with lovely pools and stunning sea views. The staff were friendly, polite and always willing to help. Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pools and water activities. The room was comfortable, the food offered a good selection, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. A very special thank you to Mr Raafat for his kindness, professionalism and exceptional support. He made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Yüzerek erişilebilir oda tercih ettik ve çok konforluydu, odamızdan çıkıp sadece bir kaç kişiyle havuzu paylaşmak muazzam bi fırsattı. personel çok ilgiliydi ve her konuda destek oldular. Resepsiyondaki personelden garsonlara baristalara kadar tüm personel çok güleryüzlü ve çok iyiydiler.

Il resort è tenuto in maniera impeccabile, lo staff è gentile, caloroso ma mai invadente. È pulitissimo, le camere sono immacolate e sistemate giornalmente come all'arrivo. Il cibo è variegato e gli addetti alla sala e gli chef sono super attenti ai dettagli: già dal primo giorno riconoscevano mia moglie che necessita di cibo senza glutine e le proponevano sempre qualcosa di speciale per lei ad integrazione di quanto gi presente nei menù/buffet. La posizione è clamorosa ed ha una parte di barriera coralline estremamente ben conservata ed accessibile da un pontile breve. Non è un mega resort tipo cittadina ma un ambiente più raccolto che offre comunque tutto (teatro, animazione, discoteca, pub, 5 ristoranti, centro estetico, centro diving, etc etc) inoltre c'è la possibilità ogni di andare a taal avenue che è letteralmente una via di proprietà del Sunrise esterna al resort dove hanno altro intrattenimento orientato alla movida... sinceramente è meraviglioso e ritorneremo appena ne avremo la possibilità

Ho veramente difficoltà a trovare qualcosa perché si rasenta la perfezione

Personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, decisamente sopra la media rispetto ad altre strutture provate a Sharm. Posizione ottima a Shark Bay. Il cibo, nel complesso, è buono per gli standard della zona e anche il ristorante italiano rimane una buona scelta. L’hotel è curato e l’esperienza è stata comunque positiva. Tra i resort che abbiamo provato a Sharm, continua a essere uno dei migliori.

Eravamo già stati qui due anni fa e purtroppo abbiamo notato un calo generale. La pulizia è sufficiente e l’hotel non è assolutamente sporco, ma per la categoria e il prezzo ci aspettavamo maggiore attenzione, soprattutto in camera e nella zona ristorante. Anche il cibo due anni fa era decisamente migliore: quest’anno abbiamo trovato alcune pecche, anche nel ristorante italiano, e spesso i piatti non corrispondevano esattamente a quanto indicato nel menù, con ingredienti cambiati senza avvisare. Anche la barriera corallina ci è sembrata molto più ingrigita rispetto al passato, anche se ovviamente non possiamo attribuirne la responsabilità all’hotel. Due anni fa l’esperienza era stata ottima e infatti siamo tornati; quest’anno è stata buona, ma non sappiamo se torneremmo una terza volta.

La piscina y la playa son estupendas. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. En el restaurante Indú y el bufet la atención fue inmejorablle. El hotel en general es muy bonito.

En el restaurante italiano la atención era pésima. Mostafa, el camarero de Latitude, como no le dimos propina el primer día de nuestra estancia ya ninguna noche nos atendió. Las bebidas, tanto refresco como cerveza y cocteles estaban siempre calientes y el hielo escaso. Faltaba variedad de comida internacional.

La chambre qui n’était pas une suite alors que j’ai réservé une suite Les restaurants (seulement 3 dont un indien avec tout au curry) PAS DE PLAGE !!!!!!! Car construit sur un récif et ça n’est pas annoncé !!! Un Posh club qui ne sert à rien!!!!!! Aucunes animations, aucun relationnel, Pas de restaurant au Posh club le soir!!!!!! Bref la liste est bien trop longue !!!!!

Ottimo hotel formula all inclusive eccezionale avendo anche 3 ristoranti alla carta (cucina indiana, mongola, italiana) da poter provare oltre al buffet internazionale principale. Il nido per i bambini è molto bello pieno di giochi e attività lo staff che ci lavora molto competente e disponibile. Uno speciale ringraziamento a tutti i camerieri che sono molto disponibili e gentili. Un ringraziamento anche a Raafat che ha saputo gestire i piccoli inconvenienti che abbiamo avuto con la reception.

I ragazzi della reception per niente cordiali fanno attendere le persone per ore anche per una minima richiesta, volevano farmi pagare 24 dollari in più al check out e farmi pagare 7 dollari per ogni confezione di latte per mio figlio che poi servono gratuitamente in tutti i bar e ristoranti.

Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ καλό, Τα γλυκά εντελώς άνοστα. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο κ στην ρεσεψιον ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Οι concierge ήταν αγέλαστοι. Ιδιαίτερες ευχαριστίες στον οδηγό Μωχάμεντ. Κολύμπι μόνο από την εξέδρα κι ευτυχώς που ήταν Αυγουστος κ ήταν πολύ ζεστή η θάλασσα.

Ηρθαν στις 9 το πρωι έξω από το δωμάτιο για να κουρέψουν τα φυτά με το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο κ μας ξύπνησαν! Είναι λάθος να μην υπάρχει απλώστρα ρούχων έξω από το δωμάτιο σε resort με πισίνες κ θάλασσα. Το σχοινάκι μέσα στη ντουζιέρα δεν είναι αρκετό. Τα γλυκά ήταν εντελώς άνοστα. Το δείπνο στο εστιατόριο Gamila καθυστέρησε πάρα πολύ να σερβιριστεί, παρόλο που δεν είχε κόσμο. Χρειάζονται περισσότερες ξαπλώστρες στην περιοχή που είναι μόνο για ενηλικες. Χρειάζεται ενίσχυση του wifi, καθώς δεν υπήρχε καθόλου καλό σήμα στο δωμάτιό μας (που ήταν αρκετά κοντά στη μεγάλη πισίνα).

Pulizia molto sommaria della camera, decisamente da rivedere, un giorno siamo rientrati e si erano pure dimenticati di metterci gli asciugamani puliti. Amenities da bagno messe solo il primo giorno.

On the positive side, the restaurant offered a good variety of food, and the resort has several swimming pools. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service, which made it convenient to move around the resort and get to the beach.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially considering the high price of the stay. The room was not properly clean, the furniture was noticeably old and worn, and the bedsheets and pillow covers appeared very old and below the standard expected from a hotel at this price level. The air conditioning had an unpleasant smell, and there was also a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the room and toilet. I contacted the reception several times to report these issues, but unfortunately, there was little to no effective response. I repeatedly requested to change the room, but each time I was told that there were no other rooms available. What was particularly frustrating was that only on the last night, when I became extremely upset and was genuinely unable to tolerate the smell in the room and toilet, did the hotel finally move us to another suite. The new suite was noticeably better than our previous one, which made me wonder why an acceptable room could not have been provided earlier. For the amount paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, furniture, bedding, air conditioning, and customer service. The resort is very expensive for the quality and condition of the accommodation provided and does not offer good value for money. Overall, the resort has good facilities and some positive features, but the accommodation and service did not meet expectations. I strongly recommend that the management pay more attention to housekeeping, room maintenance, the condition of furniture and bedding, unpleasant odors, and—most importantly—responding promptly to guests’ complaints instead of waiting until the situation becomes unbearable.

أعجبني جمال المكان ونظافته والعاملون فيه من أرقى وانظف وأكرم الناس لديهم شغف لخدمة النزلاء ورفع قيمة المنتجع وأشكر بكل ود واحترام الادارة العليا للمنتجع على هاذي التحفة الجميلة مسابح نظيفة وتشجير جميل نظافة غرف ونظافة المطعم الرئيسي للفندق وتنوع الاطباق والمشروبات أنصح بالمكان للعائلات والازواج من كل الجنسيات .

تصرف فردي من قبل الموظفة( ماترينا) بالتاخير في خدمتى عند الاتصال بخدمات الغرف لفتح الغرفة وانتظرت انا والعائلة نصف ساعة بدون فائدة وبعدها اتصلت عليها ولم تتجاوب وتحل المشكلة وذهبت لها شخصيا وردت على بتعالي وفوقيه غير مبرره وقالت هذا اسمي وقيمنى بالاسم ولذلك حققت لها طلبها بذكر اسمها وانزال التقييم الى (9) وأتمنى أن لايكون فعلها متعمد لكى ينزل تقييم المنتجع مع العلم هذا الموقف لا يلغى جهود العشرات من الموظفين والادارين المتميزين في المنتجع.

Het hotel was geweldig, zeer veilig voor kinderen en bood alles wat nodig was om hen te vermaken; bovendien was het erg schoon. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, professioneel en respectvol. De heer Raafat van Public Relations was uiterst behulpzaam en beleefd, en Kyrillos van het restaurant was bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. De restaurantmanager was een fantastisch persoon. Bedankt voor het heerlijke verblijf en voor de geweldige mensen – of het nu ging om de receptie, het restaurant, het zwembad of de koks in de keuken.🙂🌸🌸

La struttura e’ molto grande ed ha tanti comfort: diversi ristoranti, piscine e spiagge. Abbiamo visto che ci sono anche spazi solo adults, per chi volesse rilassarsi. Nostro figlio di 3 anni si e’ divertito tantissimo tra scivoli ed intrattenimenti. Non abbiamo usufruito del miniclub che parte dai 4 anni. Siamo stati solo al ristorante a buffet perché forniva una vasta scelta. Struttura pulita, sia camera che spazi comuni.

Un po invadenti i tour operators interni alla struttura che insistevano più volte nell’acquistare escursioni. Animazione serale ripetitiva.

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok avantajlı. Havaalanına yaklaşık 20 dakika, şehir merkezine ise yaklaşık 15 dakika uzaklıkta olması sayesinde hem ulaşım konusunda hiç zorlanmadık hem de istediğimiz zaman merkeze rahatlıkla gidebildik. Özellikle tatilde ulaşımın kolay olması bizim için büyük bir artıydı. Otele giriş yaptığımız ilk andan itibaren çalışanların ilgisi ve güler yüzü bizi çok memnun etti. Resepsiyondan restoran çalışanlarına, temizlik personelinden diğer görevlilere kadar herkes son derece nazik, yardımsever ve çözüm odaklıydı. Herhangi bir konuda yardıma ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Buradan bütün çalışanlara ayrı ayrı teşekkür etmek isteriz; gerçekten otelde geçirdiğimiz süreyi daha güzel hale getirdiler. Otelin içerisinde ATM bulunması da bizim için büyük kolaylık oldu. ATM üzerinden paranızı oldukça düşük bir komisyonla Mısır pounduna çevirebiliyorsunuz. Bu nedenle Türkiye'de veya havaalanında daha yüksek komisyonlarla para bozdurmanıza çok fazla gerek kalmıyor. Biz bu özelliği oldukça kullanışlı bulduk. Yemekler ise otelin kesinlikle en başarılı olduğu konulardan biri. Daha önce Şarm El Şeyh'te farklı otellerde konaklamış kişilerle de konuşma fırsatımız oldu ve onların yorumlarına göre de bu otelin yemek kalitesi birçok otele kıyasla oldukça iyi durumda. Biz de kaldığımız süre boyunca hem yemeklerin lezzetinden hem de çeşitliliğinden çok memnun kaldık. Ana restoranda her gün farklı mutfaklardan ve kültürlerden yemeklerin bulunması özellikle güzeldi. Sürekli aynı yemekleri görmek yerine her gün farklı seçeneklerle karşılaşmak tatil boyunca yemek konusunda sıkılmamızı engelledi. Et, tavuk, makarna, salata, tatlı ve çeşitli sıcak yemek seçenekleri oldukça fazlaydı. Ayrıca à la carte restoranların ücretsiz olması otelin en güzel avantajlarından biri. Önceden rezervasyon yaptırarak istediğiniz konsepte göre farklı restoranlarda yemek yiyebiliyorsunuz.

Un episodio purtroppo ci ha fatto perdere l’entusiasmo iniziale e fatto dire ‘mai più’.Al rientro da una cena, presso un altro loro Hotel molto acclamato,pagata da noi,siamo stati male e con febbre.Ho chiesto alla reception di chiamare una farmacia perché il nostro medico in Italia ci ha risposti di notte dandoci indicazioni.Loro ci hanno proposto una visita a 60 dollari a testa dopo aver speso 6000€ per una camera con piscina privata e abbiamo noi dovuto chiamare una farmacia per farci consegnare i farmaci.per 3 gg a letto senza cibo e disidratati grazie a Dio il ragazzo delle camere era eccezionale e ci veniva lui a chiedere come stavamo.Pessima assistenza.Dopo che siamo stati bene e abbiamo fatto presente ci hanno offerto un check out posticipato di due ore e la macchina per l’aeroporto😳No grazie 5€ per il taxi li abbiamo ma va!Nel momento del bisogno tra l’altro con intossicazione nel vostro di ristorante dove eravate.Fare L assicurazione viaggio prima di partire.E non mangiate dai buffet all’aperto perché il cibo rimane ore al sole e spesso va a male

Pulizia perfetta, tutti gli spazi ben curati e malgrado fosse tutto pieno non hai mai la sensazione della confusione. Cibo buonissimo soprattutto la pizza di Mohamed al ristorante Gamila a pranzo e la sera buonissimo Basilico. Tutto il personale incontrato e cordiale e gentile.

Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected from a hotel with this rating and price. The biggest problems were poor cleanliness and very poor service. Our bathroom was not properly cleaned before we received the room. Even after contacting Guest Relations and having staff come to clean again, visible dirt was still left in the bathroom. The attitude of many staff members was also disappointing. Almost every simple request was answered with “we don’t have it,” with little effort to help. I even struggled to get a simple paper cup to prepare special food for my baby. In the restaurants, tables were frequently missing basic cutlery, and we repeatedly had to ask and wait for forks and knives. We also had an unpleasant experience at the beach. While I was standing to the side of the sea-access stairs to supervise and help my children enter the water while also caring for my baby, a staff member insisted that I move for other guests. Those guests then sat on the stairs themselves, yet nobody asked them to move. The way the situation was handled felt unfair and disrespectful. Another major disappointment is the atmosphere at night. Lights in common areas are switched off, staff sometimes ask guests to leave certain areas, and even the air conditioning in the reception is switched off around midnight. It feels as though the hotel simply wants guests to go to their rooms rather than enjoy their evening. We also experienced an electricity failure while showering and had to finish showering in the dark with children in the room. However, one of the most unacceptable incidents happened when we changed rooms. Reception specifically told us to enjoy the pool while hotel staff transferred our luggage to the new room. When we returned at around 7 PM, we found all of our luggage and personal belongings left unattended in the corridor outside the room. We tried calling reception without any response!!!

Wir waren mit unseren vier Kindern in diesem Hotel und können sagen, dass es mit Abstand eines der besten Hotels auf unserer Ägyptenreise war. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Anlage bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Kinder und Jugendliche. Selbstverständlich verfügt das Hotel auch über einen direkten Zugang zum Strand und bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team an der Rezeption. Alle Mitarbeiter Khalid, Fares waren äußerst professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Manchmal hatte ich sogar den Eindruck, dass sie schon wussten, mit welchem Anliegen ich gleich zu ihnen kommen würde. Man fühlt sich hier als Gast wirklich willkommen, wahrgenommen und bestens betreut. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass mir bei der Buchung ein Fehler unterlaufen war: Ich hatte das Zimmer versehentlich erst ab 14 Uhr gebucht, obwohl wir bereits in der Nacht zuvor ankamen. Diese Buchung hatte ich noch kurzfristig am Flughafen in Kairo vorgenommen. Herr Saber von der Rezeption begrüßte uns herzlich mit den Worten: „Herzlich willkommen, ihr seid zu Hause. Ich schaue, was ich tun kann, und werde mein Bestes geben, damit ihr so schnell wie möglich einchecken könnt.“ Während wir warteten, wurden wir mit frischem Saft und sogar Essen versorgt. Und genauso kam es: Er kümmerte sich sofort um alles und ermöglichte uns einen frühen Check-in. Nach einer langen Reise mit vier Kindern war diese Hilfsbereitschaft für uns besonders wertvoll und alles andere als selbstverständlich.

主餐厅拥挤，需要提前预订的餐厅备注了生日确毫无表示，不知道是不是区别对待。

The room is not clean as expected, Disappointing check-in experience and a serious security concern with our luggage. After check-in at 14:00, our room was not ready yet. Since we had the kids with us, we decided to head to the pool to swim while waiting. I specifically arranged with the reception desk to have our luggage moved into our room as soon as it became ready.However, when we finished swimming and finally went to our room at 19:00, we found our bags left outside the room in the hallway unattended. This is a major security issue, as anyone walking by could have easily stolen our belongings or tampered with our bags. To make matters worse, I spent 5 continuous minutes trying to call the reception desk to complain, but absolutely no one answered the phone. We expected much better organization and responsibility from the staff regarding guest safety

I can honestly say this is the #2 resort in all of Egypt when it comes to food quality and variety! ​The Exceptional Team: The staff hospitality was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to ensure our stay was flawless. ​Restaurant Staff: Special thanks to Muhammad Yahia, Ibrahim, Ahmad, Walid, Abdul Rahman, Islam, and the rest of the team for their dedicated service. ​Resort Transportation: Managed brilliantly by Ammi Fathi—a wonderful, unforgettable person! ​Kids Club: Esraa and Nada were fantastic with the children. ​Pool Safety: A warm thank you to Mustafa, the lifeguard at our family pool, for keeping us safe.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un excellent séjour ! Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel. Toute l’équipe est très chaleureuse, souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Une mention spéciale à Monsieur Khaled, de la réception, pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Il a été particulièrement attentionné et nous a fait sentir les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Les repas étaient variés, goûteux et de bonne qualité, avec un choix qui permet de satisfaire tous les goûts. Le service est tout simplement irréprochable : une équipe professionnelle, à l’écoute et toujours avec le sourire. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! 🌟

المكان حلو ونظيف والخدمات متوفرة وفي سياره توصلك للشاطئ وتوفف في اماكن محدده كل 10 دقايق خدمه حلوه،، بالنسبه للمطاعم جيده ولزيزه وفي مطاهم بالحجز زي الهندي والايطالي والمطعم الرئيسي كان طعم والاطباق متنوعه والخدمه ممتازه فيه مع انه اوقات ينزحم ويقفلو دقايق لحد مايفضى،، بالتسبه للغرف حلوه ونظيف وواسعه حجزي كان فاميلي روم واعطيت خبر للاستقبال انه ابغاه دور ارضي ومع كدا اعطوني دور ثالث ولما رجعت وكلمتهم قلي انه الفاميلي روم كلها في الدور الثالث واتفاجأ انه في غرف فاميلي في الدور الارضي ورجعت لهم وعدوني يغيروها وعلى اخر يوم تم التغيير

الاكو صغيره وعددها 4 زحاليق كبيره والوقت قصير جداً تفتح من 12 ل 3 العصر ،،، بعض المرات نلاقي الطاولات في جميع المرافق مااتنظفت والوسخ موجود !!! نقص عماله او اهمال ؟!

UNO DEI MIGLIORI HOTEL DI SHARM!!!! Siamo stati io e il mio fidanzato in una camera superior di fianco alla piscina solo per adulti. Un'oasi di pace e relax. - Cibo: l'hotel ha molti ristoranti, tra cui italiano, indiano e anche mongolese dove è possibile ordinare anche il sushi, tutto incluso nell all inclusive SENZA nessun costo aggiuntivo (ci sono solo due ristoranti in cui si deve pagare extra, ma è specificato). Anche i ristoranti a buffet sono super forniti e si mangia veramente bene. Consiglio di prenotare il giorno prima, il nostro ristorante preferito è stato il mingolese. - Camera: solo il bagno valeva il prezzo della camera. Pulizia giornaliera e cambio asciugamani, letti comodi e frigo riempito giornalmente con bevande gratuite - Servizi e staff: il personale del Resort vi rimarrà nel cuore. Ogni giorno ci hanno accolti con il sorriso e nonostante le temperature altissime erano sempre pronti per servirti e renderti la vacanza speciale. Ci siamo quasi commossi mentre andavamo via. Per quanto riguarda i servizi l'hotel organizza un sacco di attività, serate, pool party, veramente non ci si annoia mai. Complessivamente ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ +, stiamo già pensando di ritornare

You barely see them, but you constantly see their work through the flawless, brilliant shine of every single spot your eyes land on. Posh Club: incredibly devoted and hardworking. They work tirelessly without hesitation; heartfelt gratitude to the absolute heroes: Eslam, Amr, Mahmoud, and Mark. Front Desk & Reservations: Absolute superstars of the hotel! Animation Team: Despite being relatively new to the hotel, they kept us thoroughly entertained with fantastic parties. All my respect goes to Mr. Moustafa, the General Manager, for his warm hospitality, patience, and daily efforts to satisfy us in every possible and even unexpected way.

We have stayed at this hotel for the third consecutive year, and several critical issues within certain departments significantly impacted our experience. "I'd prefer to leave their names unmentioned" Quick Administrative Action: I must acknowledge the management's swift responsiveness when I reported an issue regarding an attendant at the Splash Pool Bar; he was promptly transferred, reflects strong leadership and active listening. Another bartender working the evening shift at the Lobby Bar, with a distinctly slender frame and sharp demeanor, frequently exhibits unacceptable body language. Unlike his cheerful and welcoming colleague on the same shift, he makes rude remarks and casually embarrasses guests in front of others; an experience I witnessed multiple times and personally endured. As for the big boss with the tall hat 😉, his sole preoccupation seems to be hovering around Egyptian tables in the main restaurant, aggressively pressing them to write positive reviews for the sake of his time off, while getting visibly upset at any constructive criticism. The Diamond truly misses the genuine standards of you, Chef Ramadan! To the individual nicknamed after a famous crispy snack: I invite you to step out of your personal bubble, which consists of nothing more than fooling around with female team members, taking selfies, and showing a bit of focus toward guests. I wish you would actually bother informing guests about daily events; we missed a foam party simply due to that lack of communication. Furthermore, I kindly ask you to reconsider the current show schedule; the theater programs are, by the way, still the exact same since Summer 2025. A serious and urgent appeal to the Pest Control Department: Immediate action is required regarding the nighttime geckos, which are growing significantly in both number and size year after year.

Tek kelimeyle kusursuz, rüya gibi bir tatil tecrübesiydi! Güne her milliyete hitap eden, her damak tadına uygun zenginlikte harika bir kahvaltıyla başlamak zaten muazzam bir ayrıcalıktı. Öğle ve akşam yemeklerinde sunulan lezzetlerin kalitesi, özellikle de ustalıkla hazırlanmış ızgara çeşitlerinin tazeliği ve lezzeti adeta bir gastronomi şöleni yaşattı. Yeme içme imkanlarının ötesinde, her anımızda bize kendimizi özel hissettiren personelin samimi, güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı takdire şayandı. Mutfak ekibinden hizmet personeline kadar her şey 4 4'lüktü. Unutulmaz ve kusursuz bir tatil geçirmek isteyenler için net olarak doğru adres! Emeği geçen tüm ekibe sonsuz teşekkürler, kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz!

Tatilimizin nazar boncuğu, bitmek bilmeyen satış baskısıydı. Spa ve tur pazarlamaya çalışan ekibin aşırı ısrarcı tavırları yüzünden gün içinde huzurla dinlenmek pek mümkün olmadı. Ne yazık ki tatil boyunca sürekli bu durumla muhatap olmak zorunda kaldık. Otel yönetiminin misafirlerin mahremiyetine ve dinlenme hakkına bu konuda biraz daha özen göstermesini rica ederiz.
