The service was excellent. All of the staff are friendly and help. It was easy to book a taxi to go anywhere in Sharm. All the food at the buffet and the seafood restaurant was phenomenal. We went to the spa and enjoyed a facial and hair appointment. We also booked snorkeling and safari excursions, which were so fun and unique. We hope to come back soon!!

Mısıra ikinci gelişim ve geçirdiğim en güzel tatildi diyebilirim. Otelin denizi ras mohammedden daha güzeldi, resifleri mercanları balıkları çok güzel gözlemleyebiliyorsunuz. Otel oldukça hijyenik ve bütün çalışanlar çok temiz, titizlerdi. Oda temizliği restorant temizliği plaj temizliği olsun her şey çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok iyilerdi, güleryüzlülerdi ve bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Son gün uçağımız gece 4deydi, bagajlarımızı bagaj odasına koyup daha sonra aldık. Her konuda yardımcı oldular. EVERYTHING, Ahmad at the pool bar, yamal mando and ipoo were so much fun!

Herşey çok güzeldi, çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle plaj barindaki Ahmed dehlab çok ilgiliydi. Çok memnun kaldık yemekler de güzeldi ve heryer tertemizdi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Müdür whatsaptan bile yazdı ne ihtiyacımız varsa giderdi.

The hotel and the holiday was genuinely outstanding. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Buffet was varied and very tasty. All the staff really make the hotel, all very attentive and friendly. Our thanks in particular to Nader, Ahmed at the pool bar who work so hard, the entertainment team Ipoo and Mando and the girls, there is a lot to do so you’ll never be bored. They really made our holiday what it was. The rooms were unbelievable as we were staying in the newly built part of the hotel. Thank you!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had a lovely stay overall, and the beach was definitely the highlight. It is absolutely beautiful, especially if you enjoy snorkeling, you can explore the reef and marine life directly from the hotel’s beach. The cocktails and the food could use some improvement, especially if you come from a country with one of the best cuisines in the world :) However, when we spoke with Mr. Nabeh from the hotel management, he mentioned that they are already planning improvements for the next season. That was actually exciting to hear and makes me curious to see how the hotel will evolve. One piece of advice: if you are not used to living in a very hot climate, staying during the summer months may not be the best choice. The humidity and temperatures above 40°C were by far the most exhausting part of our stay. Naturally, the season also affects the overall guest profile and atmosphere of the hotel. I think spring would probably be the perfect time to visit. With its beautiful beach and reef, and the improvements planned for the coming season, I would definitely be curious to experience the hotel again at that time of year.

Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği için menüsü geniş olan bir otel, dinlenmek için uygun, şezlonglarda hiçbir şeyden rahatsız olmadan uyuyabileceğiniz bir otel. ortak alanlara ulaşım her yerden kolay, dağınık bir yapıya sahip değil.

Sadece 1 adet A La Carte restaurant var ve ordaki persenoller haricinde, hiçbir Personel güler yüzlü değil, özellikle barlardaki personellerden bir kokteyl istediğinde dayak yiyecekmişsin gibi bakıyorlar. rahatsız edici, odaya gelen kahvaltı tepsisinin odadan alınması için tam 4 kere resepsiyonu aradım akşam üstü 6 gibi alındı tepsi. Bir de Spa hizmeti satmaya gelen personeller gün boyu havuz kenarındaysanız biraz sıkıyor.

Mr Abdul manager was a very good man. He helped us in any problems.

We had honeymoon room and we entered the room midnight at 04:00. In the next morning next room the staff had started the construction and in our whole holiday we listened the noise of construction. That was so annoying. The foods are not good. The alcohol drinks are very bad.

4 yetişkin bir aile olarak konakladık. Tesis temizdi, çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Özellikle Soprano Restoran'daki Omer, Lobby Bar'daki Haitham, Pool Bar'daki Ahmed ve odalarımızı (3301-02) temizleyen Mustafa'dan çok memnun kaldık. Yemekler makul miktarda çeşitliydi. Aç kalmanız mümkün değil, herkes kendine göre yemekler bulabilir. Tesisin kendisi, denizi, havuzu, odaları vb. imkanları gayet güzeldi. Ek olarak Spa'da yaptırdığımız masajdan da memnun kaldık. Uçağımızla check-in saatinden önce gelmemize rağmen de bize yardımcı oldular. Tesisin denizi yüzme bilenler için çok güzel. Gözlük, şnorkel ve palet ile güzel görüntüler görebilirsiniz. Ayrıca tesise yakın mesafede olan Old Market'e gidip uygun fiyatlı alışveriş de yapabilirsiniz.

Öncelikle kaldığımız odalarda ara sıra su kesilmeleri yaşandı ve sonrasında çamur aktığı da oldu. Tesis geneli mi yoksa sadece bizim odalar mı emin olamadık. Animasyon ekibi de böyle bir otel için çok zayıftı. En beklendik etkinlik olan voleybolu bile organize edemiyorlardı. Otelin deniz alanı çok kısıtlıydı, denize girilen iskele çok bakımsızdı, denize girmeyi teşvik etmiyordu. Bize verilen odalar havuz ve denize uzaktı fakat en azından oralara yakın yerlere göre daha sessizlerdi ve yakın odalar talebimizi karşılıyordu. Son olarak sadece çift (+ aile) oteli olarak geçmesine rağmen çok fazla kalabalık erkek arkadaş grubu vardı ve bu da hayal kırıklığı oldu.

Soggiorno perfetto in Sharm el Sheick

Overall rating: 7.2/10 The food was quite good overall, although we were annoyed by the amount of coriander used in many dishes. The air conditioning was excellent, and the beachfront location and pool bar were decent. The waiters were also excellent, especially Ahmed and Nadir at the pool bar. Both were polite, professional and really good at their jobs. The hotel itself has some good qualities, and these were definitely among the highlights of our stay.

The hotel is advertised as “couples only,” but honestly, that was not our experience at all. There were a lot of groups of men, especially around the pool. At the pool party, there were roughly 100 men and maybe 15 women. Some of the men were behaving in a very inappropriate and uncomfortable way, and my wife and I felt genuinely uncomfortable because of it. If you advertise a hotel as couples only, this really should not be happening. The alcohol was another disappointment: the drinks were poorly prepared and the quality was very low. We also saw insects in the toilets at least five times during our stay, which is definitely not what you expect from this type of hotel. The entertainment was nothing special, and even worse, the animation team pressured us into writing a Google review despite the fact that we weren’t particularly happy with our stay. The barbecue guy at Soprano Restaurant was also extremely rude and unfriendly. Overall, the “couples only” concept is seriously misleading, and the behavior around the pool made a big difference to our experience. We expected much better.

I asked to have a room by the main pool but didnt recieve a response until i already made to check-in and the preferred rooms were already occupied. The room telephone kept disconnecting for some reason Food quality has dropped since the last time i visited the resort.

The food was too oily, everything had to much oil, even the grilled burger.

We had a really great stay at Pickalbatros Royal Grand Sharm and honestly we would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The manager was really kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed, and all the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Ronney, our cleaner, who did an amazing job every day. Our room was always very clean and he always surprised us with beautiful and funny towel designs. The food was amazing with plenty of choices and the whole hotel was always very clean and well looked after. We also really enjoyed the entertainment, especially the Zumba and dancing. The animation team brought a lot of good energy and made our days more fun. A special mention also to Beshoy manager . Everyone was friendly, kind and helpful and made our holiday even better. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be happy to come back again! 🙏

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, with amazing pools, beautiful gardens, and a great view of the sea. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The service was excellent, and everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout our stay.

Honestly, I had a great experience and there was nothing major that I disliked. Everything was well organized and the staff were always ready to help.

Beyond the beautiful atmosphere and top-notch facilities, what truly made our holiday unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality and warm smiles of the staff. We would like to express our special thanks to: - Mahmoud Merzok, Mosad, and Ahmed Ali at the Bar Beach for their amazing service; - Neder and Ahmed Dehlab at the Bar Pool for keeping our spirits high; - The wonderful staff across the Lobby Bar and the main restaurant for their hard work; - Anastasia from Customer Relations for her warm assistance and care! Thanks to everyone's incredible energy and attention to detail, we felt right at home throughout our stay. Odalar biraz eski gibi kalmış.

La struttura è molto accogliente, il personale anche, sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa e non sono pesanti. Il cibo, pur essendo principalmente “egiziano” quindi con spezie e sapori più forti è molto buono, ci sono tante varietà e scelte per tutti i gusti. L’animazione in piscina è molto coinvolgente senza essere invadente, ti parlano, ti chiedono se vuoi partecipare delle attività e non insistono se dici di no e questo è positivo.

La stanza in generale è ok, il letto è comodo e ti danno più scelte di cuscino, ci hanno cambiato la biancheria ogni giorno, però, il bagno non era molto curato in senso dí finitura.

Hayretle gördüm ki klozetin taharet muslugu var, Türkler için çok önemli bir ayrıntı. 1960 dan sonra Mısır'daki tuvaletlerin çoğunluğunda mevcutmuş.Gezdiğim başka hiçbir ülkede görmemiştim bunu. Yemek konusunu sakın dert etmeyin çünkü akdeniz ülkesi olmasından, zamanında Türkler tarafından yönetilmesinden ya da otel yönetiminin vizyonunun iyi olmasından kaynaklanıyor olabilir mediterrian restoran ve soprano restoranda yemekler Türk ağız tadına çok uygun, hiçbir sorun yaşamazsınız. Mediterrian restoranda güler yüzlerini ve hizmetlerini eksik etmeyen Omer ve Şef Mohammed ustaya ne kadar teşekkür etsek azdır. Farklı akşamlarda booking üzerinden taksi kiralama hizmeti satın alarak önce old market, başka bi gün akşam da soho meydanına gidebilirsiniz.

Otele çok fazla damsız arap erkek grubu alıyorlar. Büyük havuzun çevresini sürü halinde bunlar işgal ediyor ve gürültüleriyle çevredeki yabancıları rahatsız ediyorlar. Akşamları otelde gezen yalnız bayanlara laf atarak odalarına çağırma terbiyesizliğini, ahlaksızlığını gösteriyorlar o yüzden dikkatli olun. İçki içme hevesiyle gelecekler boşuna bu yüzden gelmesin. Otelde ılık bira ve saçma sapan şeylerden yapılan kokteyller dışında içki bulamazsınız. Akşamları sinek ve sivrisinek kaynıyor ilaç sıkmazsanız kevgire çeviriyorlar her yerinizi. Deniz ve havuz kenarındaki bar kisimlarinda bulaşık makinelerini düzenli kullandıklarını sanmıyorum, milletin ictigi bardağı yıkamadan size veriyorlar büyük ihtimal. 'SAKIN' otelin dalış merkeziyle dalış YAPMAYIN! Ortalıkta gezinen Muhammed Ali diye bir personel var müşteri topluyor, ona sakın kanmayın. 80-100 dolara hatta daha az ücrete hem tekne turu, hem de 4 derin tüplü dalış (federasyona bağlı tüplü dalgıçsanız) yapabilecekken 240 dolar aldılar benden. Araştırmadan, dışarıdan firma bulmadan dalışa gitmeyin. Animasyon ekibi beş para etmez. 2 tane rus getirmişler ortalıkta boş boş dolanmaktan abuk subuk gösteriler yaptirmaktan öteye geçmiyorlar.Kesinlikle değistirilmeleri lazım otele yakışmıyorlar. Havuz suyu dışarıdan daha sıcak, bırakın yüzmeyi içinde durulmuyor bile yani serinlemek imkansız. Havuz kenarındaki ve odalardaki duşlardan bile sıcak su akıyor. Arka kısımdaki sessiz havuz kafasını dinlemek isteyenler için çok iyi lakin oranın suyu da hem hamam suyu gibi, hem de barlara uzak. Bir şey alıp gelmek için yarım saat geçiyor. Personel tahsis edilmeli o alana. Deniz kumsal değil bildiğin kayalık ve mercan duvarından oluşmuş. Yürünecek, üzerinde oturulacak bir kum birikintisi bile yok. İskeleleri yok, duba için kullanılan plastik malzemelerle sürekli sallanan uyduruk bir iskele yapılmış ordan denize girmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.
