Very nice hotel, waling distance from restaurants and shops. On the ocean with swimming pool. Helpful staff. Ver large, modern rooms. Beautiful furnished. Good quality beds. We had a Seaview room. Fantastic view.

The staff was unhelpful, and the breakfast was very limited, undiversified, and always cold. I was staying on the third floor in a non-smoking room, but at night, the room smelled of cigarettes because the hotel allowed smoking. I would not recommend non-smoking families to book this hotel.

كل شئ كان افضل من المتوقع: الغرفة واسعة الاطلالة رائعة الموقع مميز الطاقم لطيف وودود .. اكتشفت ان للفندق فروع منتشرة في تركيا ، اذا كانت بهذا المستوى فلن اسكن الا بها

Das Hotel ist einfach traumhaft! Die Lage direkt am Schwarzen Meer ist unschlagbar, der Meerblick atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Отличный отель, просторный номер. Завтраки хорошие. Бассейн и зона для загара. Фитнес уголок номинальный. Своя парковка.

Отель стоит прямо на трассе. Шумно круглые сутки, если окна на дорогу. С видом море этой проблемы нет.

لا يوجد خدمة ولا روم سرفيس حتى حقائبي أنا حملتها إلى الغرفه وفي الخروج أنا حملتها ولم يقومو بمساعدتي مع أني طلبت منهم ذلك والتكييف سيئ جداً

Parking je bio obezbedjen i hotel je na obali. Nema plaže, ali to nije do hotela. Jednostavno su svuda okolo stene, pa je opcija bazen hotela. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i uslužno. Ima lift, verujem da je to nekima važno.

Nismo imali terasu, samo jedan mali balkon. U hotelskom restoranu je veoma mali izbor hrane, a usluga je prilično spora. Terasa na poslednjem spratu nije funkcionalna. Uveče nismo nigde mogli da sedimo napolju. Opšti je utisak da je preskupo za ono sto nudi.

Sehr geräumige Zimmer, gut gestaltet. Freundliches Personal, Restaurant mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer.

Das Frühstück ist karg und wird in fadem Ambiente eingenommen. Besser darauf verzichten.

Günstig und sehr bequem die Betten. Zimmer schön groß. Personal hilfreich bei Anfragen oder Problemen. Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber nicht so extrem wie in Side/Antalya aber angenehmen. Frühstück, sollte man nicht viel erwarten. Würde sonst eher draußen frühstücken.

The building is quite old and could really use some renovation—or at least a deep cleaning. My room wasn't cleaned properly; there was a noticeable layer of dust on the nightstand and spiderwebs on the ceiling. The shower was broken, so I had to hold the switch with one hand while trying to shower with the other. Breakfast was disappointing with very limited options, so I ended up going out to eat. The walls were also extremely thin—you could hear everything, even when people in other rooms used the bathroom. I only stayed for one night, so it was manageable, but I definitely wouldn’t stay longer.

Excelllent breakfast and fish dishes at the restaurant. The view from the restaurant and the rooms are phenominal.

Wine was a bit pricey. Although the room was tastefully designed, workmanship did not look very professional. Windows were not airtight, you could hear wind whistling, cold air gushing in. Waves hitting the shore which made me sleep good though.

View and location

Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful hotel and Very spacious rooms . The rooms were exceptionally clean. Would recommend this hotel .

الموظفين ودودين النظافة غير جيده الغرف مغبره وتوجد حشرات فوط الحمام غير كامله. لاتوجد مناديل في الغرف موقع الفندق ممتاز والمنظار من الفندق على البحر خيالي

Location with sea view is amazing, just 10 minutes from the centre. Taxis are available 24/7. Prayer rooms are available in the next building (1 minute walk).

The rooms had an amazing view of the black sea, and it was pretty big. However, although they were non-smoking rooms, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The A/C was not activated yet and we had to leave the window open to cool down the room, and this allowed more cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The was only a half roll of toilet paper and one pillow per person. These items should come in twos. The desk person was fantastic and provided good tips for things to see in town.

Concierge could not help to carry Luggages

Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim . Bize her konuda çok ilgili davrandılar. Yatak ve yastıklar gayet rahattı. Oda çok temiz ve genişti. Konumu da gayet iyiydi.

The location, the staff, the breakfast buffet, the reliable WiFi, clean room, the price

It’s decaying around the edges. Carpets on the halls are warped, the upholstery is in bad shape, like the sears at the restaurant, etc.

Nice hotel at a very nice place, a lot of short time guests, breakfast was good, sometimes the air conditioning in the restaurant was switched off, but they activated it directly if we asked for it. Self service coffee machine was damaged half the time. But some of the stuff is really willing to help. No towel service at pool. The shadow of the building will cover the complete pool in the afternoon. But the view on the black see is really magical. The sea itself was partially clean, some plastics swam around, but it seems not be a responsibility of the hotel. And it was always a friendly fight with the room service for toilet paper and towels in the room. It could be a really magnetic place if cleaning and customer care would improve. I will surely return and check.

Furniture very old and worn-out need some upkeeing

The rooms ate very spacious and clean. The breakfast should have more options.

The location of the hotel is amazing not only in Ordu but in all of the north coast of Turkey’ Anemon should work more on decoration and furniture , to me it’s the best hotel in Ordu

Location and beach iew was the best. Also the rooms are large enough my number 1 choice for Ordu.

AC unit is not working properly. How many times we had to call the reception to get it fixed but nope! The staff is not professional at all. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. That’s it. Try another hotel pls

الفندق جميل واطلالته رائعه، الغرف واسعة والحمام مصمم بطريقة ممتازة. ولكن إدارة الفندق سيئة جدا جعلت القامة كئيبة. بدء بتسجيل الدخول والتاخير في اتمام الإجراءات وعدم توفير خدمة نقل المتعة او حتى للتوصيل الى الغرف. توفير قارورة ماء واحدة فقط لكل غرفة ثنائية. مناشف الاستحمام متهالكه ومهترئه. اكثر حوض استحمام اتساخا رأيته في حياتي، الرمال والطحالب متجمعه في قاع الحوض وتبدو منذ فترة طويلة، وبعد شكوى للفندق تم تنظيفه في اليوم الثالث وللاسف لم يستمتع افراد العائلة به. الإفطار سئ سئ للغاية، كل الاطباق قديمة ويعاد تسخينها حتى ان احدها كان له رائحه كريهه، هذا بالاضافة الى ان الأجبان مكشوفة والذباب والحشرات فوقها.

Started a travel with family with AlYaqoub Travel Agency from Bahrain, to Ordu & Trabzone, with Atlas Global Airlines. The tour agent AlYaqoub are doing good with their customers, specialy Vanesse who is always caring us. Atlas had a business class, it was acceptable, Mr. Ebrahim Surori is incharge of atlas flights, he was there all the time coordinating, supervising the flights. When we arraived at the humble Trabzone Airport, we took the tour bus to Ordu, it took us about 2 hours and a half to reach to Anemon Hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are very good, the breakfast buffet is humble with less varaities. I was annoyed by the embarresment of keeping the Alcohol bottles within the enterance of the restaurant, which I made a note to the hotel manager and the tour agency. I advise the hotel manager to tell thier staff to smile more oftenly. No smile No business.

Hotel was clean location was great

The Anemon Ordu Hotel was the best hotel of nine that I got to know while travelling from Trabzon to Istanbul. It is situated in Altınordu, directly on the Black Sea, so that it does not lie in the city centre. I did not like the outside architecture of the building. The interior, however, was quite different. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxed. I had a beautiful and very spacious room. Unfortunately the window could not be fully opened. The furniture was simple but noble, very tasteful just like the rest of the hotel. My bed was extremely comfortable. In the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom there was a window so that I could look to the sea when having a shower!!! I found that great. Moreover, there were an armchair, an enormous desk with another, leather chair, and a well equipped minibar. The dinner (set menu) was okay. The breakfast buffet was very rich. They even had a coffee machine where you could choose from different types of real coffee. Most of all, I enjoyed having breakfast and looking at the sea through the large glass front of the breakfast room. The wake-up call service was reliable. The young man at the reception was friendly, open-minded and compliant. On the whole, I can say that this hotel conveyed the impression of being very clean, orderly, elegant, and well managed. The pier is nearby. I advise you to go for a walk there when the sun is going down. That was a very romantic experience. I really do hope that one day I will be able to spend my complete holidays in this comfortable place, because I very much enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is right on the coast next to the walking line. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. If you have a sea view, you will definitely feel yourself on the cruise. I stayed here with a group of 37 people, everybody enjoyed it.
