I had three rooms booked under two separate reservations. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi experience was extremely poor across the rooms: one room had working Wi-Fi, one had only partial coverage, and one had no Wi-Fi coverage at all. This was very frustrating for both me and my family. Communication was also difficult, as the English spoken by the staff was very limited. This made it hard to explain basic needs or get issues resolved efficiently. Breakfast service was another disappointment. I had to wait around 30 minutes and follow up at least three times just to receive a simple order of scrambled eggs. It is rare to experience so many service failures in one stay. If this hotel were not in such a great location, I would not consider coming back.

اولاً / انقطاع التكييف فالتحكم بالتكييف يكون من الاستقبال ثانياً / حجزي كان في يوم الفندق فيه شبه خالي ومع ذاك قبل الساعه 12 م تم فصل التكييف وفصل الواي فاي وموظفة النظافه تطرق الباب وترجع وتطرق الباب ازعاج والفندق فاضي

Sabah kalkınca bu otel 5 yıldızlı mı diye baktım.. Bizim odadaki ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu, gece 1'de odaya gelip tam yatacakken fark edince uğraşmamak için teknik çağırmadık.. Yan odanın televizyon sesi ve konuşma sesleri tamamen bizim odadaydı ama şikayet edilecek bir durum yoktu çünkü normal sesle konuşuyorlardı, uyuyabilmek için gece 3te airpods taktık.. odadaki makyaj aynası kırıktı, kullanılamaz haldeydi, fön makinesi kırıktı, 5 yıldızlı otelde minibar bomboştu, espresso makinesi dahi yoktu, kahvaltısı da sıradandı..

The staff’s genuine smiles and dedication truly made our stay unforgettable. When leaving the hotel, the only thing on our minds was when we would return. Reviewed Sep 6, 2025Oda buyuklugu gayet uygun, temizlik iyi, çalışanlar kibar ve yardımsever, otel konumu ve manzara çok iyi. Ordu' ya tekrar gelirsem mutlaka bu otelde kalırım. Sadece yorgan ve yastıklar terletiyor. Farklı bir kumaş kullanılması daha iyi olur.

The restaurant services were not up to the expectations, some food has to be ordered based on set menu and I stayed two days I didn’t know about it. I also experienced that I ordered a set menu order in the breakfast and I was waiting for my order half an hour and eventually the waitress told me they gave my order to another table by mistake!!

Wifi does not work well in some rooms. Be aware of the road you take to the hotel: google maps might lead you not to the main road (this is of course not the hotels fault but should be mentioned)

The room was immaculate, with cozy bedding and beautiful decor. I especially enjoyed the view from my window! The hotel amenities, were top-notch. The location was perfect, and the service throughout my stay was outstanding. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I've had!"
