Hi, We have booked two rooms for 8 nights & this was our 2nd time staying in this hotel. The ambience of the room was very hygienic and luxurious.Behaviour of staffs was very polite and co-operative. I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Suites, Whitefield, Bengaluru. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the entire team made me feel truly welcome. Special thanks to the front office and service teams for their warm hospitality, quick check-in, and readiness to help at all times. Their courteous behavior and positive attitude truly enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with all modern amenities thoughtfully provided. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The food quality was excellent, with a good variety at breakfast and prompt, courteous service in the restaurant. The chefs and service staff were extremely attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. The hotel’s location in Whitefield is very convenient, especially for business travelers. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend Lemon Tree Suites, Whitefield, to both business and leisure travelers.

Key Highlights: Logistics: Travel arrangements for my office were seamless. Special thanks to Makmodul Hussain, Haider Ali, Policy Rao, and Nandu for being so prompt and professional. Inclusivity: I was highly impressed by the hotel’s commitment to social responsibility. It’s heartening to see they hire Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and empower them with roles tailored to their capabilities. Breakfast: Very good, with a great variety of healthy options. Areas for Improvement: Dinner: The dinner menu was not up to the mark and needs improvement to match the high standard of the other services. Biryani is widely favourite dish of everyone which was not upto the mark. General Feedback: All other facilities were good, and the service was consistently timely.

Forth time staying at this hotel, great staff, clean hotel, really good breakfast buffet, and food to order.. The only bad points for us were Check in procedure could do with improving, and the infernal music played during the day, throughout the hotel and especially at the swimming pool needs to change.

The mobile key system was a highlight—I could unlock my room straight from my phone, which saved me time at reception. The self check-in kiosk was convenient, though it did freeze once, and staff quickly assisted me. Inside the room, the smart tablet controls for lighting and temperature added a modern touch. It took me a few minutes to figure out the interface, but once I did, it was easy to personalize the environment. I also appreciated being able to request housekeeping directly through the tablet—my towel request was fulfilled within 20 minutes, much faster than calling reception. Overall, Lemon Tree’s investment in digital solutions shows a clear commitment to innovation. Pick and drop services were very good and taken care by Rao, Nandu, Gopal, Makmadul. Rest room services and food were not so good.

I wanted to share my truly exceptional experience. The entire staff at this location is genuinely outstanding they are incredibly nice, cooperative, and professional. I would like to specifically commend Mr. Makmodul Hussain and Usman Ahmed for their dedication to customer care. A particular incident stood out and highlighted their integrity: I accidentally left my laptop on a scanner, and the security team immediately called me to ensure its safe return. Their quick action and honest, good behavior were commendable. Beyond the security team, everyone I encountered treated me amazingly well. The facilities are great too; the café area is comfy and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cafe staff, who even took the time to help me with directions and tips for traveling to nearby malls. This level of service and genuine helpfulness is what sets this place apart.

Everyone, from the front desk specially Komal, Shailu, (FOM) manish kumar and Meher and sahil from dining team was warm, helpful, and always had a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a long stay. What really stood out was how the staff paid attention to small details and were always ready to help without even being asked. I enjoyed lemkn tree breakfast food specially food made by Vikash and Kriti. I had taken some dosa and omlette for few days and it was cooked yummiest and served gently too. I stayed for 15 days and everything was taken care of very smartly and all was humble as person too.

Near metro station, rooms are comfortable and cleaned, gym without air conditioning, swimming pool clean. They have now a renovation work so noises were from morning till night
