The location is fantastic and the property is beautiful. The staff were considerate about our late arrival and delayed our check out time accordingly which we appreciated.

Great Location for access to temple and the beach.

We have been coming to Mayfair for a decade. This was the first time the food and service didn't hit the mark. Not sure why.

I had my mother along and it was not mentioned that the Heritage property doesn’t have an elevator. This was a bug issue though our stay.

The stay was made special by the courteous service staff and beautiful décor. The bar and restaurants had very obliging staff too.

We wish we had more time to spend at the property.... a bigger gift and souvenir shop would have helped.

Beautiful property next to the beach . Staff was really helpful & good .

There was loads of noise from the corridor & parties near by in the night . We asked for quiet room despite they gave us the most loud one . We were told there is private beach but that’s not the case . We were asked to pay for beach next to the hotel . Breakfast service was too slow . It takes like 20 mins to get dosa or so on . There was dressing for salads , every time we had to ask .

The property is well landscaped n next to the beach. The breakfast buffet spread n quality was excellent. The restaurants were very good. The staff in general were courteous.

I did not like two things: 1) I consider a Family suite with two rooms for 400 EUR per night extremely overpriced for a particular property/premises especially since we were only 2 persons staying in a room; 2) A property asked me a 100% prepayment 6 months in advance upon my booking which surprised me even more when during our stay I realised that a property is not fully booked at all

Beach access. Their private beach is clean. Staff was helpful.

Old property, requires renovation / upgrade. Access Deluxe rooms - It doesnot have lift / elevator. Cigratte smell in the corridor. Ventilation is not good. We paid and upgraded to cottage room. It took 2 hours after all the discussions and room cleaning.

The staff were helpful and nice.

The rooms were shabby. I stayed at this property years ago and it was first rate. But Mayfair has not maintained the hotel. The AC stopped working on the second night in one of our rooms. The hot water ran out in both rooms. The hotel is not as advertised and doesn’t merit the high prices being charged. Air conditioning and running hot water are non negotiable at this Star level. The staff were courteous and helpful but the management needs to do better.

Next to beach, really clean beach. Blue beach walk always recommended. Good for kids too. Breakfast 👍. Room view nice. Room condition really bad. Cleanliness sure not great the standard Mayfair keeps. I love Mayfair, always stay in Bhubaneswar but this Heritage dissapoint

Harsh went over and beyond, Very accommodating and kind. The restaurant staff (Chinese restaurant) was extremely polite and courteous..Food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Mayfair!.

Cleanliness, calm and quiet, beach, super friendly staff, breakfast and food were superb!

We enjoyed our stay. Actually it was our second stay there. We stayed at this property in 2008 too. Was surprised to find it better than last time. We really had fun.

It’s a beautiful property and the private beach is very clean. Good access to auto rickshaws right outside.

The room had a mouldy smell.

The property was well maintained with a good cottage size. There was lot greenery and a good cozy swimming pool. The beach was close by. The staff were helpful and accommodative especially the fooding staff at Waves restaurant. The food quality was excellent.

For kids activities we're not there, the games room does not have quality equipments and all were broken and damaged. The food options should have been more.The beach should have better seating options with hotel arranged snacks in the evening.

I liked the location and the view.

Room Hygiene: Unfortunately, the room I was assigned, room no. 204, was infested with cockroaches. They even found their way into my luggage, which was quite unsettling. Upon reaching home and unpacking, I discovered one in my suitcase. Room Locking System: Additionally, the locking system in the room seemed to be malfunctioning. Each time I entered, I had to seek assistance from the receptionist. While the staff member was polite and helpful, this process proved to be cumbersome.

Staff was excellent specially Prashant from waves restaurant.

It’s a nice hotel. There are two Mayfair hotels. Heritage and Waves. Heritage is older with its own characters.

Location was ok...surroundings neat & tidy....beautifully maintained gardens. Room was nice and spacious....

We had to pay for breakfast when we were told otherwise by the staff. Laundry was expensive.

View from room was okeyish, even though they say it has beach view — it is partly from sideways, it has obstructions

The room was clean & tidy. Good outdoor features....plants and lights, etc.

We requested room service breakfast and we were told to have breakfast in the dining area. After we had had breakfast we were told to pay for it....we thought that was quite rude. The breakfast was not cheap. It seemed the hotel was out to make money from their guests, considering we had to pay for the accomodation way in advance.

Rooms could have been more clean.

Quiet location near the clean part of Puri beach. Big room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool area. Friendly staff.

Bathroom does not match the 5-star status of the hotel, it is rather 2-star (it is small, not very clean and corrosion is visible at internal window screen and shower). Overall, cleanliness, or the lack thereof, is not what you would expect in a so-called premium standard hotel; windows for example are never cleaned it seems. Other premium hotel brands I have stayed in India are much better. Value is not what you pay for.

Location was perfect & hotel too with nice breakfast spread having varieties of options

Front desk manager response was very arrogant, we have booked for half board & wanted to shift for lunch instead of dinner but he refused saying 8:20 pm is late for this communication as we have never faced such issue in any other 5star properties it was very unusual for me.

Breakfast was awesome and the location was very beautiful but the rooms were not value for money and the facilities could have been more better

The price which was charged according to that The rooms were very small without balcony and the washrooms were also very small. Disappointed with the room.

The taste of the food and the pricing could have been better
