I am extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Gran Sol. Everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel. The hotel also offers free parking, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options, so there was something for everyone. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel around midnight. The staff had kindly saved dinner for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot after a long and stressful journey. We also had an early flight on our departure day, and they allowed us to have breakfast before the regular breakfast time, which was extremely helpful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, 12/10! We would definitely come back and highly recommend Hotel Gran Sol! ❤️

Great staff, great location and very clean

Lo.mejor el.personal, sobre todo en cafetería. Me picó una avispa en la piscina y los 2 camareros se ofrecieron rápidamente a ayudarme con hielo y demás. Habitaciones renovadas, modernas, muy amplias. Cama enorme y cómoda. Baño grande. Balcón con mesa-sillas y tendedero para toallas/bikinis. Zona de piscina enorme, con césped y muchas sombrillas y hamacas libres. Al lado del paseo marítimo para ver la puesta de sol. Muchos restaurantes en las inmediaciones. A 15 minutos andando del centro.

No tiene culpa el hotel. Pero a pesar de elegir un hotel alejado del centro y del bullicio, había todas las noches mucho ruido de la gente que volvía de fiesta a altas horas y sin consideración... Desayuno variado, pero comida de menos calidad...

Una bellissima struttura, accogliente con un ampio parcheggio se qualora decideste di noleggiare un auto come abbiamo fatto noi (loro vi proporranno anche la loro compagnia, ad averlo saputo prima ci saremmo appoggiati anche noi). Camere nuove moderne e soprattutto PULITE. BRAVI.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, soprattutto anche l’ampia scelta del buffet.

Hotel comodissimo in posizione fantastica con piscina e tanti servizi. Ottimo per visitare l'isola sia con auto che con mezzi pubblici o taxi. Colazione internazionale abbondante e personale gentilissimo sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno anche organizzato la colazione fuori orario. Assolutamente consigliato.

Quarto super confortável, localização excelente. Cafe da manha ok, nada de muito especial. Mas acho que vale o custo beneficio. Reservei pq tinha estacionamento, isso facilita mto em ibiza. Mas ao lado tem um estacionamento gratuito entao qd nao tinha vaga estacionei sem problemas. Bom que tem tb ao lado um posto de gasolina. Varios restaurantes e mercados proximos.

Limpeza por duas vezes na semana levou as toalhas e nao repos. Na segunda vez fui pedir as toalhas a funcionária da recepção disse que a moca da limpeza tinha colocado. Falei pra ela: vamos la olhar entao. Deu a impressao de que eu tinha roubado a toalha, nao gostei.

Very nice and clean room with good quality furniture. The bathroom had a spacious shower. We stayed on the fifth floor and had a balcony with a side sea view, which was very nice. The breakfast had everything we needed.

Very, very, very noisy mornings! The rooms are nice, but in our room, we could hear almost everything happening on our floor and even on other floors. When the room cleaning started, it instantly woke me up, even though I was wearing earplugs. The doors are very heavy, and whenever someone left their room, they made a huge noise. We could also hear furniture being moved across the floor. If you are a deep sleeper and immune to morning noise from outside your room, I would recommend this accommodation. Otherwise, I would not.

Pequeno-almoço muito bom e jantar também ! Staff muito simpático. Hotel com excelentes condições. Quartos modernos e confortáveis. Na minha opinião, corresponderia a um 4 estrelas, sem duvida..!

A única coisa menos positiva será o isolamento sonoro (mas nada que não se resolva com uns tampões!).

The hotel is 3 stars, but should be 5! There is a nice pool, breakfast is amazing, the room quality is great, lining and ammenities are very good. Also location and local free parking is super convenient!

El desayuno era muy abundante y variado, te permitía coger fuerzas para todo el día. El personal que nos atendió tanto en el restaurante, el bar, como en la recepción, excepcional.

Las habitaciones estaban todas renovadas y con material y servicios muy modernos y actuales. En todo caso, quizás falta algo de renovación al mobiliario de los salones.

The hotel is a great value. Modern rooms. USB and USB-C by the outlets. Quiet location and soundproof balcony door. Single rooms were good sized and a full bed, not a twin. Nice sized pool and grounds around the hotel. Good breakfast and the dinner buffet was a great deal even if you didn’t get it included in your rate.

Doors can be loud closing in the hallway, and some in Ibiza come back very late.

El bufé es espectacular, tanto el desayuno como la cena, realmente merece la pena la media pensión. El personal es muy amable, en especial los del restaurante y Manu. Tanto la habitación como el baño amplios. Y la comodidad del parking gratuito. Además no hagáis como nosotros y no compréis sombrilla tienen en la entrada un montón de otros viajeros que puedes coger para tu estancia.

El peso de las puertas de las habitaciones al entrar hace que el portazo sea fuerte y te despierten, el problema es de los huéspedes más que del hotel que muchos no tienen consideración en la madrugada.

El desayuno y el personal, las camas también eran muy muy cómodas

No me gustó que me encontré pelos que no eran nuestros en la habitación y además es un hotel muuuy ruidoso, vas a escuchar constantemente el cierre de las puertas porque no hay una manera de cerrarlas de forma silenciosa. Así que si quieres descansar... Está complicada la cosa

Ubytování se mi líbilo moc, personál byl velmi milý a přívětivý. Vynikající bylo stravování v hotelu. Jak snídaně, tak večeře byly moc dobré s velmi pestrou nabídkou. Ocenil jsem i možnost uschování zavazadel ve skříňkách.

Great hotel for girls trip which was half chill/half party. Facilities and rooms all new. Very clean and great facilities. Huge pool, great location just behind Golden Buddha/Monkey. Will definitely stay again!

It was so amazing

O pequeno-almoço e o jantar. Todos os dias haviam pratos diferentes e muito apetitosos. Ficámos com regime meia pensão e sem dúvida foi a melhor alternativa. A localização era boa, perto de uma praia e de vários bares. Eramos 4, reservamos dois quartos duplos e ficámos lado a lado.

Na casa de banho ouviamos a conversa das pessoas do quarto ao lado, e ouviamos todos os barulhos do corredor.

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, avec une mention spéciale pour les femmes de chambre qui étaient adorables, souriantes et très attentionnées. La chambre était idéale et surtout très pratique. La climatisation était également super efficace : j’ai pu me préparer tranquillement pour sortir sans avoir chaud et dormir paisiblement la nuit. L’hôtel est aussi plutôt calme, ce qui est vraiment agréable.

Le seul petit point négatif concerne la nourriture. Le snack et le buffet du petit-déjeuner sont assez simples et basiques. Ce n’est pas mauvais, mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à quelque chose d’exceptionnel...

Localização excelente, café da manhã super completo, estacionamento fechado e coberto, a cama super confortável, chuveiro com muita água, tudo perfeito. Gostei também da varanda, que tinha uma vista bonita e um varal que nos atendeu bem com as roupas de praia.

Lovely hotel just a quick walk through a carpark to get to the corner of Cafe Mambo complex, or a quicker walk to the curve of San Antonio where you can easily get a bench to watch the stunning sunsets. Breakfast included is well worth it, not being fully inclusive makes it more chilled than a party hotel, but all the staff are so warm, kind & friendly. Rooms are clean & definitely see the front desk to purchase extra water, especially for those warmer Spanish summer day's & nights. Taxi rank right out front an added bonus.

Nothing. It is a family hotel so there are kids so be respectful so everyone has a wonderful time. And don't be rude to staff over the beach towel hire fee & deposit. You'll literally get your deposit back when you return the towel in as good condition as you get it!

La habitación era estupenda: muy cómoda, limpia y acogedora. El personal fue súper amable, atento y servicial en todo momento, y las instalaciones eran muy buenas. La ubicación también es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con todo tipo de servicios y comodidades a mano. Además, el buffet fue fantástico, todo riquísimo. En definitiva, una estancia estupenda. ¡Sin duda, repetiría!

Room is quite spacious with a balcony outside, and enough space to sit and chill. I really like they provide glass and wine opener in the room, very thoughtful. Easy to find a parking just behind the hotel.

this hotel was exceptional for the money , i had before stayed at another 3 star hotel 30 mins away , just checked out the day before checking into this one and it was awful in comparison and it made me really appreciate the value for money this hotel gave , its def on my keepers list for ibiza, ive stayed in over 20 differant hotels in ibiza and for the san an area this one is the best for value and quality , and the rooms are decent sized too

Very clean and staff are lovely

Struttura moderna e bene attrezzata di ogni cosa. Dalle camere pulite, alla colazione super abbondante e variegata. La camera era spaziosa e con un letto King size favoloso, e sopratutto la chicca era il balcone con vista sulla baia di Sant’antonì. Posizione fantastica a pochi passi a piedi da cala des moro e tutto il resto delle vale a pochi minuti.

La struttura è pulita e accogliente. È ben posizionata rispetto alla sunset strip, due minuti a piedi attraversando un grande parcheggio sul retro dell’hotel, e rispetto al centro città/porto, che distano solo 10 minuti a piedi. L’hotel è inoltre vicinissimo al mare, circa 100 metri. Nei dintorni negozi di ogni tipo: bar, ristoranti, supermercati, parrucchieri, noleggio bici ecc… L’hotel dispone di un parcheggio custodito, quindi se avete un motorino o un auto a noleggio non avrete problemi di parcheggio. La camera è molto carina e spaziosa. La colazione è molto abbondante così come la cena, in cui si hanno sempre a disposizione pietanze di carne, pesce, verdure e primi tra cui scegliere. Lo staff, sia alla reception che al ristorante, é molto cordiale e disponibile: ho potuto mangiare senza glutine senza problemi, anche grazie all’accortezza del maitre di sala che ogni sera mi indicava le pietanze prive di glutine e/o mi offriva soluzioni alternative. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di usufruire della piscina, del servizio deposito bagagli e di una doccia, tutto totalmente gratuito, fino al pomeriggio. Durante la permanenza l’hotel ci ha messo a disposizione persino un ombrellone da mare gratis. La nostra esperienza non può che essere un 10 pieno!

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido: la limpieza diaria junto con la atención del personal; que tiene un muy buen buffet, completo y equilibrado; el parking amplio y con zona de sombra; y la ubicación, sin estar en zona de paso de San Antonio.

Por otro lado, al estar cerca de la zona de fiesta, había noches en que los pasillos pasaba tiempo hasta recuperar el silencio esperado y deseado...

Un gran hotel. Desayuno y cena tipo buffet. Todo riquísimo. Buena ubicación. Limpieza y sobre todo muy buena atención. Son muy amables y con buena disposición ante cualquier pregunta. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama es cómoda. Es un 3 estrellas pero podía ser perfectamente un hotel de una categoría superior. Además tiene parking y piscina. Cuando vuelva a la isla sin duda me volveré a alojar allí. Recomendable.

Just Back once again from my annual holiday in Ibiza. I've been coming to Hotel Gran Sol for 17 years, lovely to see the refurbished rooms, big flat screen TV, new fridges, safes, everything , it all looks very modern & fresh. As always the food especially the breakfasts are excellent. The staff are always so friendly special mention Sergio on the bar & Pilah on receptionist. Very nice stay at this hotel, fantastic location and staff, stayed for one week and did not encounter any particular issues during my stay.

Stayed for two nights whilst attending Swedish House Mafia at Ushuaïa . Single room, very spacious, street view. Hotel really clean, powerful rain shower comfy bed. Staff were friendly, bar had decent prices,€3.90 for a bottle of Corona. Very good breakfast buffet , nice yolks on Eggs with English Bacon. Taxi to bus station under €7 and usually Taxis outside Hotel Would definitely stay again , very good experience

Stayed at this hotel to meet friends who were staying in san antonio bay. This hotel is a gem. Super clean. Waterfall shower. Huge comfy bed. Balcony. Spotlessly clean and modern. No boom boom music round pool. Quiet garden with sunbeds. Breakfast wonderful. 10 mim walk to cafe Mambos. Luggage room after check out and showers. Just wonderful. Staff so helpful and pleasant ..will defo book again

Hotel je na odlični lokaciji. Sobe in skupni prostori so bili ves čas čisti in lepo urejeni. Zajtrk in večerja sta bila raznolika, tako da se je za vsakogar našlo nekaj. Osebje je bilo prijazno, ustrežljivo in vedno pripravljeno pomagati.

A fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious, beds super comfy, air conditioned, plenty of storage and a little fridge. Once again, spotless. Food at breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of options for the health conscious to those wanting a full English and pastries. Replenished frequently. Staff are friendly, happy, helpful and very welcoming. Pool is great, plenty of comfy loungers and parasols. The pool bar is so cheap for food & drinks. Extensive menu and everything I had, was perfect. Highly recommend the tuna baguette, tuna salad, spag bol, omelettes, pizzas and toasted sandwiches. We'll be back for our 3rd visit, next year! Well done Gran Sol. A true gem in San An, a short walk away from the Sunset Strip and chaos, if you want it. We wanted chill time, walks, pool time during the day, then the nightlife at night, once we'd been to watch the sunset. 🧡

I travelled from Mykonos, Greece for 2 nights. Everything was amazing and the staff very helpful. I was surprised to see that dinner was included in the deal and also i was upgraded to a double room from single. I will 100% come back when i return to Ibiza.

Un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les chambres spacieuses et propres offrent un vrai confort, et l’ensemble de l’établissement est bien entretenu. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas des bars, des restaurants et d’une agréable promenade le long du port. Le personnel, toujours sympathique et accueillant, contribue vraiment à l’expérience. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai point fort : copieux, varié et très bon, parfait pour bien commencer la journée.

Seul petit bémol : l’isolation pourrait être améliorée, car on entend les portes claquer. Mais honnêtement, à part ce détail, rien à redire — un séjour très positif.

The hotel was exactly where I needed to be as I was visiting a friend that lived close by. The area is close enough to the main part of San Antonio yet quiet. There are plenty of supermarkets and cafe/bars close by if you want a change of scenery from the hotel. The breakfast buffet had everything and the menu in the snack bar covered a lot. The food was fresh and tasty at breakfast and at the bar. I didn't have dinner but the friend I was visiting said she had eaten there a lot and it was very good. The place was immaculate, the pool was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone in the garden and on the terrace. This hotel is a real jewel, it does everything it's supposed to do and it does it well. I was extremely pleased with my stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it and stay again
