-The hotel is decorated beautifully - it’s calm, clean and modern. Small details like the olive trees between balconies offer privacy and a lovely Mediterranean aesthetic. -The staff are 10/10! Lovely, helpful and kind people. They work really hard and are wonderful people. -The food at the restaurant was very good and varied as was breakfast. The jamón cutting in the morning was a lovely bonus. -The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Slept really well. -A fantastic hotel and all-rounder if you’re looking for a calmer place to stay in Ibiza that’s not too out of the way.

-Small window into the bathroom was a bit strange. -Robes, slippers & body lotion would be a nice touch for the bathroom. -Sometimes there are events on the rooftop which makes it tricky to use or have dinner with the sunset. -An on-site gym would be better than a busy public one.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views

The only negative thing that comes to mind is in relation to the rooftop bar, myself and my partner went up for a drink one evening & I was told to sit and a bar staff would come & take my order. We waited for about 20 minutes & no one came near us so we ended up going to the bar downstairs instead where we were served straight away at the bar.

Durch die "Solar Eclipse" wurde uns der Zugang zum Rooftop ab 17 Uhr an diesem Tag untersagt. Nur mit Reservierung durfte man rauf, obwohl im Hotel überall stand, dass ausschließlich Hotelgäste das Rooftop-Pool und die Rooftop-Bar nutzen dürfen. Die Reservierungen waren angeblich schon seit Monaten ausgelastet. Man hätte uns zumindest beim Buchen oder spätestens beim Check-In darauf hinweisen können.

Excellent location. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Pool areas were beautiful. As was the view! Breakfast was varied and high quality. Staff were fab. Loved our extra touches like a 40th birthday card in our room on arrival! We stayed here 7 years ago and the renovation work they have done is fantastic! I’d stay here all the time. So chilled and peaceful.

Superbe séjour à Ibiza. L’hôtel était magnifique, très propre et parfaitement situé. Le personnel était adorable et aux petits soins. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande à 100 % !

Erg lekker weekje gehad in dit hotel. Mooiste uitzicht en zonsondergang. Je loopt zo de zee in vanaf je zwembadbedje. Ook lekker ontbijt en t restaurant was ook erg lekker en uitgebreid. Top massage gehad. Zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Hotel was aan de prijs. Te weinig parasols op t zwembad. Voor de rest alles geweldig.

Posizione eccezionale. Doppia piscina con rooftop e stanze molto spaziose. Letteralmente fronte mare. Colazione top.

Personale un po’ sulle sue e non sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Camere non dotate di accessori da 4 stelle (es. no tovaglioli, cuffie capelli, ciabatte etc).

Location good.

£320 per night for the most basic room facilities. NOTHING provided in the room whatsoever- other than shower soap and shampoo - this is what I expect in an £80 night motel. You have to pay extra for large sunbeds 30 Euros. No staff around the pool to help with umbrellas or drinks - you have to go looking for them. Rooftop bar staff roll their eyes when they have to serve you. Cheap machine coffee at breakfast with same choice every day. Wrote an e mail to the manager - Susanne - explaining how dissatisfied we were - sent it FIVE times - no reply. So that’s their level of customer care. Spend your money elsewhere.

This was a beautifully refurbished hotel, so aesthetic and in an amazing location with something for everyone in and around the area. The rooms were large and airy with aircon, ceiling fan and mini fridge to put your own items in.

So, unfortunately we did not find the staff very friendly, there were a couple you could chat to and laugh and joke with and the cleaning staff always had a smile and hello, but on the whole they were standoffish and not so much as a good morning from some at breakfast. The tea/coffee facilities in the room were also disappointing. Finally, we spent a lot of time on the roof top by the pool, but it is similar downstairs, we had to ask for parasols each time as they don’t put them out! On the 3rd day, we’re were told there were none left! I counted, they only had 8 out. They said they had some on order but they hadn’t arrived, they wouldn’t move any from downstairs and some of the canopies were not working so there was no shade to be had. Also they charge for the double sunbeds, so there were people wondering around with nowhere to sit yet these all sat empty - what we did find out though, but they don’t advertise it, if all the beds are gone and you’re a resident, you can use them. If a non resident has paid for a day pass - you might get moved!

Good choice of either hot or cold food, there was always a table available outside and attentive staff.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views, pristinely clean. Food & drinks menu were not overpriced. Staff were really friendly & it was very quiet at night so in between the partying we had the best sleep.

Very modern, clean, comfy beds. Quiet given the the convenient location near the end of the strip. Helpful staff, beautiful spacious rooms with awesome shower room. Breakfast was varied and tasty with lots of choice. Lovely spa that you get 2 free hours of use. Handy underground garage for parking, Shame this is an additional charge.

Roof top pool area is fantastic but only life guards can put umbrellas out and they are frequently absent. This is frustrating as it’s very hot and little shade on roof. Breakfast was only warm and could do with being warmer, or better hot plates. Staff was excellent at servicing the room, but the tea and milk wasn’t replenished daily.

Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar and infinity pool, perfect for watching sunset, especially from the spacious sea view room and balcony . Great breakfast selection. Spotless!!

Прекрасна звукоізоляція в номері, сніданок, стаф, чистота, гарне розташування.

Особисто у нас на балконі не було нічого, щоб повісити сушитися купальники, хоча бачила, що у інших людей було. Ще не сподобалось, що на басейні на даху треба окремо бронювати і платити за лежаки «першої лінії», для мене це дуже дивно, що я, як клієнт готелю маю додатково оплачувати за кращий лежак і бронювати, дуже дивно і залишило неприємне враження.

Hotel rooms where nice and really clean Breakfast was really good. Both pool areas where really nice.

Het ontbijt was echt top, voor ieder wat wils. Het uitzicht (zeezichtkamer) was adembenemend, en de zwembaden heerlijk. Rooftop-pool was echt zalig. Personeel was ontzettend klantvriendelijk. Een dikke dikke 10!!

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous. Proche du centre-ville. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. La salle d'eau était parfaite. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel de tout l'hôtel était super agréable et souriant. Le roof-top était très sympa.

Pas de kleenex dans la salle d'eau mais c'est un tout petit détail :) Tout était top.

Unser zimmer war über dem angrenzenden restaurant und leider nicht allzu schalldicht.

Great location, perfectly situated on the strip and above the Golden Buddha bar. Recently refurbished hotel, stunning sunset views. Rooms very spacious with an amazing walk in shower. Staff were exceptional.

Bed and especially the pillows were not the best. The spa is small with shared male/female changing facilities

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Vraiment rien à redire, c’était parfait!

Un sejur de vis la un hotel recent renovat, care impresionează din primul moment! Piscinele sunt impecabile, cu apă caldă, iar piscina infinity oferă o panoramă spectaculoasă asupra golfului San Antoni și a apusurilor magice. Camerele sunt spațioase, curate și luminoase. Micul dejun este delicios și variat, iar cina, rafinată și savuroasă. O experiență de neuitat, pe care o recomand cu toată încrederea!
