Reviewed May 27, 2026The facility location is good, the area is a little hidden, but it is a nice environment, and many stores on the main avenue. The beach is close, too many privacy areas leave the public access short for other kinds of guests who are not hostages.
Sadly, the bathroom had a top that could be hazardous during the night to the toilet, and the draining shower water out closer to the toilet area.

No estaría mal que incluyeran café en habitación otros hoteles de la misma categoría y por menos precio lo ofrecen, el WIfi fue deficiente, el servicio de TV es cable, podrian actualizar a smart tv, y establecer reglas para huéspedes ya que dejan poner música a todo volumen en el estacionamiento en los autos o bocinas, por lo que debería haber horario para respetar a personas que si ocupan descansar

The two men upstairs above my room sounded like they were rearranging furniture until 1AM and then continued to be loud by talking, slamming their door multiple times, going up and down the stairs, clicking their key Fob on their car, and even hitting the panic button a couple times, all from 11PM to 6 AM. I literally slept 1.5 hours in this room due to the ignorance of the other hotel guests. I was jarred awake every 5-10 mimutes. Clearly, these morons were partying/drugging. No shade being thrown at the hotel or staff, but I'd prefer not to stay at a hotel where inconsiderate people stay.

Reviewed Oct 19, 2023The breakfast is omelette or scrambled or over easy eggs. The buffet has chilly meat, chiqillas, yogurt, fruit, fruit drinks, coffee, and other Mexican food items. It cost $14 all inclusive buffet. The restaurant staff provide great customer service.
The baseball teams were partying until 2 a.m. the hotel staff did enforce the noise law..

Room was not as expected., there was no microwave, no small refrigerator. it was expensive as compared to other hotels near but it did not meet expectations. Even internet signal was very weak, when asked about internet, they were saying internet is not for inside the rooms but outside. even then it was not all good. I would not recommend this for any stay. There was no coffee/tea available. no breakfast.

I had issues with them getting to fix the tv in my room they charge 200 pesos for a remote for the tv and the tv doesn’t even work I literally called them one day twice and the maintenance guy never showed up. I called them the next day and the guy showed up but he said the cable box didn’t worked, went for another one to change it, changed it and that one didn’t work so he left the room and stated he was going to come back with another cable box that worked and never showed up again😡

Reviewed May 30, 2023The food was very very good. The hours of the restaurant were great. The location was very centric. I could go to various places at a very low distance. I could even walk to them. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.
The cleaners could have been better. The sheets had stains, the bathroom sink had face hairs of someone had shaved there and left hair all over it. The side of the bed had a spring out that I had hurted my leg. And the worst was that too early in the morning the construction worker were making too much noise that we couldn't sleep in.
