The only thing was this hotel is dog friendly but people next door complained about our dog so I have a suggestion maybe do not book people who doesn't like dogs next to a family who has a dog since the hotel is dog friendly.

Never go back to the hotel horrible service

My room was notl ready until 5 pm

The worse experience, room was absolutely horrible , broken shower head , dirty room, smell like drainage . Absolutely dirty mattress. There was pee stains in the toilet seat . Customer service was horrible. We paid almost 4K for 2 deluxe rooms and 2 master suite. They refuse to give me all 4 rooms and only gave me 3. Refuse to refund me . We requested lower levels or at least all In the same floor as we were traveling as a family ,we got them 1 in the 5th floor 3rd floor and second floor. At check out said they never took a deposit and they had taken $480 but couldn’t find it . Literally every part of the stay was terrible . They said they didn’t have valet parking but the guy outside said if we pay tune $500 pesos that he can tell receptionist to give it to us and then paid $30 each car for valet . I been staying at this hotel plenty of times in the past . Absolutely will never stay here again. Not sure how it changed so much in 1 month since our last stay was in early June of this year and in July it’s totally changed. Never never never again!!!!

Location was beautiful.

Call ahead and make sure they are not having construction. We had loud construction outside of our window for our entire stay. Also do not book here if you need WiFi. The wifi does not work. We were without phones and iPads for the entire stay.

Cobran extras parking, hay gratis pero retirados del hotel, camastros no hay ningun ocupado pero cuidado no te sientes ni en la orillita porque llegan a decirte que esos se cobran extras, el desayuno incluido esta muy pobre, 3 opciones solamente y en cantidad muy pequeña, esta muy sobrevalorado el hotel ya esta viejo.

The beach and the pool are were great.

The quality of the food served for being a resort is below expectations. Breakfast was served luke warm, rubbery pancakes, chilaquiles tasted like tomato instead of red chile. The oatmeal tasted good but was luke warm.

When I book my room was one price and when I got to the hotel was a different price in the parking is far from the hotel unless you willing to pay more I was very unhappy.

Staff members were really friendly. To be honest I liked everything except their policy about the coolers not being allowed close to the pool. Other than that everything was just perfect!

First time experience was a 10/10. Beautiful resort, amazing staff, delicious breakfast and tons of activities to do!

Only problem I had was about my pets. I made sure to choose a pet friendly place to stay and even check marked traveling with pets, however when I went to check in they told my since I was on the balcony they didn’t allow pets unless it was lower level. I put my part on the website to let them know before booking, since it was full capacity there was nothing they could do. Had to leave my dogs somewhere else, which in my opinion made it a little more stressful, everything else was fine!

The view was amazing. The swim up bar was nice and the drinks were priced good. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Some of the staff we not nice, they never came to our room to see if we needed anything. The only gave us one wash cloth. The food was over priced and horrible. We had to leave the resort to get food.

Honestly, everything it was a really good place. Would honestly go back again friendly staff free breakfast The bar was good. The drinks was good. The pool area was nice and clean like how they had a side gate. To go to the ocean. definitely coming back.

La ubicaciòn del hotel es excepcional, al igual que las instalaciones. La habitaciòn limpia y còmoda. La mayoría del personal es muy atento y servicial.

Nuestra habitaciòn estaba en 5to piso y todos los días tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente, un par de veces tuvimos que bañarnos con el agua tibia casi fría. El desayuno que se ofrece "gratis" en la la reservaciòn està bastante limitado.

Loved the beach and pool. The room the ac' was not working. We were moved to another room and it was a little better but the cleaning lady had to call maintenance because it was still hot in the room while she was cleaning. We spent most of the time out so by the time we were back to the room at night the temperature was better.

We reserve a masters for our wedding anniversary which it was nice and big but very expensive and didn't have the air conditioning working.

No cumplieron la reserva. Pague una habitación con dos camas y recibi una cama y un sofá en pésimo estado. Eramos 4 personas asi que 2 no pudieron dormir. Solo habia 3 toallas para 4 personas.

The term balcony was a joke because you could barely stand on it. Nothing on the grounds seemed to be fully open. Dining amenities were lacking.

From the moment he greeted us, Ramon was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond—refilling drinks, offering perfect recommendations, and making our meal memorable with his genuine warmth and efficiency. The place was spotless tables and floors to the pristine restrooms, which immediately put us at ease and elevated the whole vibe. we had a beach front room downstairs.. it was amazing with the views, staff was amazing-they had karokee at night which was family friendly! I will def recommend and stay there AGAIN!

Room had odors . Bathroom was tight and cramped . Hot water in shower was not warm enough . Pool water was cold . Food at pool table was low in taste and quality . ( ordered Veg pizza and fish nachos ). Overpriced Only one items to try in complementary breakfast and very limited options .
