Iets teveel gedoe met 100 euro borg voor een sleutel die 500 meter verderop moet worden opgehaald en weer afgegeven, zeker als de twee briefjes van 50 bij teruggave ongevraagd veranderd zijn in een briefje van 100.

Schoon, ruime kamer, rustig. Groot terras voor de kamer.

Doucheputje was verstopt. Geen airco. Uitzicht op sloopwerkzaamheden van de buren.

De accommodatie was redelijk schoon en prima als overnachtingsplek na het Ruychrock Festival. Voor één nacht voldeed het prima en inchecken verliep eenvoudig

De accommodatie is behoorlijk verouderd en vrij basic. Daarnaast is er in de directe omgeving niet veel te doen. Het is vooral een geschikte plek als je alleen een plek zoekt om te slapen.

Entraron en mi habitación la primera tarde y se llevaron mi fruta de la nevera, mi diario, mi auriculares bluetooth, un boli, una sacapuntas y cuando llamo a la policía ni caso y en ese rato volvieron a entrar y además no solo no me devuelven los días de estancia que me quedaban sino que además tampoco me han devuelto mis 100€ de fianza que se paga con tarjeta de crédito, no de débito.

Too extric that the booking was inky for 1 person when the bed was double and the duvet was an INDIVIDUAL duvet.. It got too short, it was uncomfortable. All this measurements to avoid an extra person could eventually stray, only 1 pillow. All the messages about the rules, the cámaras to make sure it's only guests insidw of the premises. The checl in is not ideal to be done in another building, specially when we are Carry on bangs and we cannot leave them yet in the hotel until we walk to the reception somewhere else, no one answer my text messages to the reception until I call. Too much money in cash or card only hand it over the room keys The staff was good.

Es gab einen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr Zentral zur Gastronomie und Discounter

Sehe steile Treppe für unser schweren Koffer. Es gab nur 1 Badelaken für 5 Tage. Duschgel müssten wir kaufen obwohl es in der Beschreibung stand. Ebenso Toilettepapier das nur für 3 Tage reicht. Kühlschrank war schmutzig haben wir auch nicht angeschlossen. Fernseher war nur für bezahlen gedacht oder wir konnten es nicht einrichten??????

Kein Fernsehanschluss, kein Kleiderschrank, drei Kleiderbügel, zwei davon zerbrochen. Die Dusche und Heizung war verschmutzt, Am Waschbecken war kein Stöpsel, Glühlampen am Spiegel kaputt, Zimmerlampe hat nur eine Glühbirne, der Rest defekt. Dusche lief aus, Keine Halterung für den Brausekopf vorhanden, Türgriff Badezimmer kaputt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist katastrophal. Wir waren in Zimmer Nr. 4.

Die Unterkunft die Fotos sehen ziemlich veraltet. Realität sieht anders aus. Das Objekt ist sehr verbraucht Duschkabine ein drittel . Feld klodeckel , oben ohne Deckel . steckdosen am Bett keine am Tisch eine und da kannst du nicht mal was reinstecken, da die Schraube raus steckte Kühlschrank laut Balkon ist mit grünen Kunstrasen überdeckt wie kaputte Unterkonstruktion. Stolper Gefahr Türgriff auf dem Balkon fällt beim zumachen

Pokój przesiąknięty wilgocią i grzybem. Brak możliwości otwarcia okna ,stąd też ten grzyb. Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia... Zasłonki dziurawe i zagrzybiałe. Zimno. Ogrzewanie tylko rano jest przez chwilę . Materac do czystych nie należy. Pod łóżkiem nikt nie sprzątał chyba od wielu lat. Cena dość wygórowana jak za taki pokój i warunki

i didnt have breakfast

check in was a nightmare. I would recommend further clarity on check in. i got a taxi from the airport, which was €50 and was there before 9pm, but it was too late for reception. I appreciate English is not the first language of many. I had told them I would be in after 8pm as I had a late flight so they left my key at another hotel. Which I ddnt discover until I was at the location of Alex rooms. Which to be honest was very confusing. There was no answer to any message or calls to either location but someone helped me at the zwanneberg hotel. I was tired. There were no exterior lights at the location, so it was impossible to see the messages on the window by the door. So I had to walk to the other hotel, collect the key and walk back. I have limited mobility and suitcases, I was not pleased. But the room was lovely and quiet. It had a balcony which I didnt have time to sit in and the sun shone brightly the 2 days I was there. Apparently its normal for them to leave the key at another destination which could have been spelt out before I flew. This would have made the check in simpler for me. But overall a pleasant stay once I got over the getting in to the place.

Das Bett hatte Flecken, darauf wollte man überhaupt nicht schlafen (haben wir auch nicht). Das komplette Badezimmer hat gestunken und vorallem die Dusche! Diese haben wir nur eben zum Haarewaschen genutzt, weil wir unbedingt mussten!

Het begon al slecht met het feit dat ik bijna halfuur moest wachten en bij afgifte van de sleutel is er heel slecht met mij omgegaan. De verwarming deed het niet, de douchecabine lekte waardoor de hele badkamer onder lag, en heb overal haren gevonden. Ook lagen er niet eens zakken in de vuilnisbakken.

Eine einfache, günstige, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft in Top Lage, ruhig, direkt im Zentrum Zwanenburg. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Nichts für gehobene Ansprüche. Sauberkeit ist akzeptabel.

Disgusting old hotel, infested with Bedbugs. Complained to owner. Owner knows of bedbug infestation, read previous reviews left by others. Owner stated refund would be issued, but excuse after excuse, lie after lie, owner will not refund as promised. Owner knows of bedbug infestation, but older woman at reception tried denying it. Absolutely nothing, disgustingly dirty and filthy showers and toilets. After reading this review and you still book a room, you are in for a bad stay.

Bedbug infestation, blood stains on sheets from squashed bedbugs, broken items, lights not working, shower leaking, very run down and disgustingly dirty room, owners don't care and lie. Owners are stealing people's monies and pretending as if nothing is wrong.

Strong water pressure and hot water. Great ladies in the reception, very friendly and helpful.

L’emplacement est un point positif : quartier calme et agréable, avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Il faut compter environ 15 minutes à pied jusqu’à la gare, puis une dizaine de minutes de train pour rejoindre Amsterdam, ce qui reste pratique. La grande véranda est également appréciable. J’avais en plus une chambre avec une grande terrasse, ce qui n’était pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation — un vrai plus.

En revanche, l’entretien général laisse à désirer. Dès l’entrée, une odeur désagréable est perceptible, probablement liée aux canalisations, et elle se retrouve aussi dans la chambre. Le ménage est insuffisant : cheveux retrouvés dans le lit, traces sur la table de chevet, ainsi que des traces blanches visibles en haut des rideaux rouges. Il y avait également de la moisissure dans la douche, que j’ai nettoyée moi-même avec un produit basique acheté chez Action (environ 1,50 €), ce qui montre qu’un entretien plus régulier aurait facilement évité ce problème. Le sèche-serviettes mériterait aussi un nettoyage approfondi. La terrasse pourrait être mieux entretenue. À noter cependant : aucune trace de punaises de lit, ni sur la literie ni dans la chambre.

Para dos noches estuvo bien, no habían otras opciones cerca tampoco. No volvería. El patio estaba agradable para salir a fumar.

La habitación estaba helada, eso lo hizo muy incómodo, mandé un mensaje para ver si podían prender la calefacción y nunca respondieron. El colchón se hunde por lo que no es adecuado para que duerman dos personas. Habían pelos entre medio de los toallones que supuestamente estaban limpios. Abajo de la cama habían medias de otros huéspedes aún, telas de araña y mucho polvo en todos lados. Se escucha mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones. Partes de la ducha estaban rotas, no funcionaba completamente. Hay que ir a buscar y a dejar las llaves a otro Hotel como a 400mts, uno llega cansado, con frío y con la lluvia fue agotador.

Strávili jsme zde 3 noci a odjížděli jsme od hlavy až k patě poštípaní od štěnic. Byla to naprosto otřesná zkušenost.. svědivé štípance po celém těle, zničený spánek. Pobyt nám to naprosto znechutilo, místo klidného odpočinku jsme si odvezli svědivé štípance a nepříjemný zážitek, který řešíme ještě dlouho po návratu. Takové hygienické podmínky jsou nepřijatelné a ubytování by mělo okamžitě situaci prošetřit a vyřešit.

The room was very neat, well maintained and has a fantastic balcony. If you have late check in, try to get in touch with owner and request key to be left in box outside hotel; important since no staff are present after 9:00pm (If this was a non issue, this would be the best choice no question)

Bed could have been more comfortable.
