Alles!!!. Er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. De communicatie was super. Het verblijf nog beter. Als ik hoger als een tien zou kunnen geven had ik dat zeker gedaan. Het was TOP!!!

Niets ..helemaal niets.

De algehele staat en inrichting.

Wij konden voor maximaal 4 personen boeken via booking.com ondanks dat er 6 slaapplaatsen zijn in deze accomodatie. Er werd achteraf nog 100 Euro berekend per nacht voor het gebruik van de slaapbank met 2 personen. En 50 Euro per nacht voor het gebruik van deze slaapbank met 1 persoon. Wij hebben er niet aan gedacht contact op te nemen met de host door omdat we in de boeking bevestigd hebben gekregen "je boekt de gehele accomodatie". (er stond wel aangegeven dat bij gebruik door 1-2 personen een slaapkamer wordt afgesloten)

Groot en privé appartement. Mooie grote slaapkamer boven met airco, dat was heel fijn want het was 35 graden buiten. Keuken prima uitgerust, helaas weinig gebruik gemaakt van alles omdat ik er maar 1 nacht was en eigenlijk alleen geslapen heb vanwege een feestje. Wel een fiets gebruikt om daarheen te fietsen! Kom vast nog eens terug!

Voor 1 nacht was het prijzig, maar goed, je had er ook met 4 personen in gekund (ik was alleen)

La casita es perfecta! Tiene todo lo necesario para que una familia esté cómoda. Cocina pequeña pero bien equipada. El exterior es un extra estupendo. Esta a pocos minutos de un p+r. Todo muy practico. La tele es enorme!

Juste parfait ! Rien à redire ! On a adoré ! Super classe , douche vraiment top , chambre confortable, super équipé , terrasse au top ! Je recommande mille fois !

Great cottage with a superb host—definitely recommended! As a group of teenagers, we found it offered the perfect balance between cost and distance from the center of Amsterdam. The cottage was spotless and extremely comfortable, especially thanks to the excellent heat pump system. We visited Amsterdam during a heatwave and didn't feel the heat at all inside!

Odlična likacija za posjetiti Amsterdam. Vlak do Aamsterdama vozi 10 minuta i vozi često.

Huis was heel netjes en de fietsen erbij waren top!!💪. Eigenaar ook heel vriendelijk.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Parkzicht Zwanenburg! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man sowohl entspannen als auch die Umgebung problemlos erkunden kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft – Patricia war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos nicht direkt am Haus vorhanden ist, sondern ein paar Meter entfernt liegt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft dennoch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice accommodation, very comfortable, very easy to get in and out of. Easy to get to Amsterdam or the Keukenhof garden. Lovely arrival message from the host. Great communication. Good bedding and good shower as well. It has good internet too. Nicely decorated, modern air stylish. It has big rooms and it's own entrance too. Hard to complain about anything . We highly recommend it.

No freezer section in the fridge for our ice pack for our picnic. A little on the high price but good quality.

We stayed here for two nights during the Keukenhof tulip season with three generations.(grandparents, parents, and two young children) The location was perfect, very close to both Amsterdam and Keukenhof, which made traveling easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was small but very well equipped, so we could enjoy breakfast and dinner together as a family. This also made our stay very memorable😊 The neighborhood was truly peaceful and quiet, perfect for taking walks. There is also a very large playground nearby, which we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use. Within walking distance, there is a shopping mall and a supermarket, which was very convenient. Plus, thank you for providing breakfast items! we enjoyed them both in the morning and as snacks during our trip. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!😄

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Patricia is a fantastic host—communication was excellent from start to finish. She provided all the necessary information and instructions well in advance and responded incredibly quickly to any questions I had. Her thoughtful touches really made a difference, especially the Easter breakfast hamper and the Easter activities hamper for my daughter, which was such a kind and memorable gesture. The cottage itself exceeded all our expectations. It was beautifully decorated with great taste and spotlessly clean. Everything we could possibly need was provided, from plenty of towels and pillows to essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, washing liquid, and dishwasher tablets—the list goes on. Even extras like umbrellas and bikes were available, which made quick trips to Lidl easy and enjoyable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings—peaceful and comfortable, a real highlight of our stay. The location is also ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. We especially appreciated having two toilets and two showers (both upstairs and downstairs), which made everything so much more comfortable and practical for our stay. This was truly one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Enorm schoon en de bedden sliepen heerlijk! We hadden zelfs fietsen tot onze beschikking en er lag een ontbijtje voor ons klaar. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Alles war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Patricia hat einen kleinen Willkommensgruß dagelassen und die Unterkunft schön hergerichtet.

i came for exhibition in Sugar Factory and this place is only 15minutes by walk to there so location was great. Owners are extremely lovely and great . They let me feel like at home

Bei Ankunft fand ich eine nette Begrüssung vom Gastgeber und ein grosses Tablett mit Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen. Als ich eine Frage hatte, habe ich sofort Antwort bekommen. Das Häuschen ist modern, hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Ich bin begeistert - viel besser als was ich mir von den Fotos erwartet hatte

Excellent communication, friendly and fast. Easy check in with the door code. Great location and easy to get into Amsterdam and Haarlam by train or bike. Beautifully (and newly) decorated house in a lovely neigbourhood, it had everything we needed and was homely but not cluttered. Great to have bikes at the house to use, and an EV charger around the corner. Good breakfast provided for our first morning, and ample coffee pods and dishwasher tablets, which was a nice touch and appreciated. Comfy beds, spacious and warm shower. Useful to have a second shower and sink in the second bedroom. Very clean. It is the best Booking.com place we have stayed in, all details had been thought of, there were no niggles and nothing we had to contact the host about. We'd love to come back.

If we had to be very picky, one of the bikes wasn't adjustable enough (but the bikes were an added bonus anyway). Some people may not like the planes going overhead (from about 8am) but we didn't mind this and it does mean the house is very convenient for the airport. The stairs to the first floor have shallow steps and seemed quite steep - fine for us but if someone had limited mobility it might be an issue.

Van het moment dat we geboekt hadden, verliep alles heel vlot. Patricia is een geweldige, vlotte en enthousiaste gastvrouw die met hart en ziel haar stulpje in orde houdt. Ze beantwoordt zeer snel de eventuele vragen die je hebt en verraste ons met een extraatje als welkomstgeschenk. Op de laatste dag gaf ze ons ook zeer goed advies bij het kiezen van een activiteit. Alles is voorradig in het huisje en er zijn zelfs extra's voorzien. Ook de extra info over de omgeving (eten, winkelen.,...) was een groot pluspunt. Met de trein ben je slechts op 10 minuutjes in Amsterdam. Na een dagje Amsterdam kom je weer helemaal tot rust in Parkzicht (in de buitenlounge). Zeker een aanrader!
