The Color Kata Beach

We had a great stay here. They very kindly upgraded our room when we arrived, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was also really good, with a 7 Eleven and some nice restaurants nearby. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but they have a shuttle service shared with the hotel across the road, which was really helpful and made getting to the beach much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

There wasn’t really anything negative about our stay.

We loved the bed for a start. For such a budget friendly accomodation the bed exceded our expectations tenfold. It was so big, atleast king size, and top three for the most comfy we've slept in thailand so far. The other standout was the huge TV. its the best TV weve had in a room so far, you can add and watch your netflix, youtube, whatever as its a smart tv, and watching right from the huge bed was so comfy and homely after long days spent exploring kata and karon. The staff were very kind and helpful people, couldnt ask for better service from them. There is a huge industrial style kitchen to use to prepare your own meals, we did not use it so cant speak for its funcionality but looked very good to me. Great value for money.

we didnt love the bathroom set up, with the strange sliding roor that was very hard to open and close, and the handbasin for washing your hands inside the shower area instead of the toilet section. This meant after using the shower, if you need to wash your hands at any point, you get wet feet from the shower water. seemed like a big design flaw, and was pretty annoying. This was the only negative.

It was really dirty, smelly. The room smelled like feet and wasnt cleaned properly. Would not go there again for sure. The price is low, but not worth it at all. Also: -had a window, but it opened in the corridor (it didn’t close all the way too:)) -had a sliding door between the bath or the toilet, but never both at the same time -had a hole in the ceiling that looked in the room upstairs -the room wasn’t renovated maybe in the last 20 years

Huge room with mini fridge, strong AC, Japanese toilet, electronic drying rack and clean spacious shower with shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kettle and blow dryer in the room. Water and instant coffee are provided in the rooms every day. Convenient and free beach towel service. The bed and tv were huge. I enjoyed the location because I can walk to the beach (or take the hotel shuttle). The night market and plenty of 7-11s are very walkable. I also enjoyed the quietness of staying in Kata/karon while also being close enough to go to patong for night life (20min drive and ~80baht by motorbike/~200baht by taxi). Excellent value for the money and very clean.Was also able to meet others while traveling solo at the picnic table right outside the hotel but overall the hotel is quiet/doesn't have an extremely social atmosphere where you meet a lot of the other guests.

The balcony is quite small so I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have one.

Room was very spacious.Plenty of storage for 2 people. Reception Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very close to all bars & restaurants.Highly recommend Mustache Restaurant next door.Food & Cocktails were amazing. Beach is 10 mins walk but there is a Shuttle to beach every hour up until 6pm.

There was no pool but that was only a minor issue as Hotel is located close to the beach. No soap dispenser by the sink. The bed is very high off the floor.Would be an issue for somebody with mobility issues.I am only 5ft 1 and I had a little difficulty climbing onto the bed.It is raised so you can store suitcase under the bed out of the way. The view out the window is a wall so do not expect scenic view.

The staff were amazing. Came back everyday to the room to be cleaned. They had a shuttle bus to the beach that went every hour. The price location and staff just amazing.

Quarto extremamente limpo, hotel muito bem localizado, profissionais super educados e prestativos. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o ar-condicionado que prontamente foi solucionado pela equipe. Super recomendo o Hotel.

Nice room, very large double bed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good location, near multiple 7-elevens. Useful shared kitchen and water refill station. Many communal areas. Near to Kata beach and shuttle offered to get to beach too. Beach towels kindly provided for the day (for free).

O hotel é maravilhoso, ficou até difícil para nós nos hospedar em outros hotéis até o fim da viagem, ficamos no quarto capricórnio e exatamente tudo nos encantou, tanto a criatividade das estrelas no teto até a tecnologia em geral, o vaso do banheiro é daqueles que nós como brasileiros só tínhamos visto na TV, faz exatamente tudo e automaticamente. A cama é super confortável, grande e gostosa. Para quem pretende usar a cozinha ela é total equipada. Localização maravilhosa, entre o centro e a praia. Os funcionários são super queridos, em especial o HARI que nos atendeu na chegada e foi super gentil e solícito sempre. Somente pontos positivos!!!

Majoitukseen mentäessä maksettiin vakuusmaksu ”deposit” huonekortista. Vastaanoton tuli olla auki klo 9.00 alkaen, jotta voimme uloskirjautua ja saada vakuusmaksun takaisin. Vielä klo 9.36 vastaanotto ei ollut auki, ja vastapäisen span mahdollinen omistaja tms. tuli maksamaan meille vakuus maksun lopulta, hotellin siivoojien selvittäessä asiaa.

God beliggenhed tæt på både strand og spisesteder uden at ligge i de hektiske områder.

Sengen var hård, og personalet var ikke særligt opmærksomme på gæsterne.

La porte d entree de l hotel qui ne peut etre fermé par manque de serrure c est un réel point negatif ( meme s il a ete laissé des valises dans le hall sans probleme apparent) Cela peut etre un defaut pour certains : la chambre avait une fenêtre qui ne s ouvre pas et sur mur blanc .. mais cela permet d etre au calme car pas sur la rue.

Location is brilliant, staff were very friendly and my room had an amazing waterfall shower, it's kind of like a hostel when you walk in the door but the rooms have recently been upgraded. On the same road you have bars, restaurants, massage parlours, laundry service and pharmacy's, it's very close to night markets, and stalls selling everything you can think of. The beach is about 10/15 min walk in the heat but it's beautiful.

在卡塔核心区域，走去沙滩十分钟，离卡塔夜市走路也就十分钟不到。酒店从9点开始也有shuttle bus去沙滩。房间虽然没窗但是不影响，新装修的，功能设施齐全，没有保险箱。

A mi szállásunk egy 3 szobás, klimatizált apartman volt, hatalmas franciaágyakkal, 4 fürdőszobával, nappalival, konyhával, mosógéppel. A lakás tágas és tiszta. A hotel személyzete nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A környéken rengeteg masszázsszalon és vásárlási lehetőség van. A partra ingyenes transzfer közlekedett óránként. Minden rendben volt az itt tartózkodásunk alatt, jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük!

Ubytovanie píše vzdialenosť od mora 350m, čo možno je vzdušnou čiarou, ale keďže je tam múr, ktorý treba obísť, tak reálne k moru je to o dosť dalej Ako negatívum je hlučnosť z ulice, mali sme okná do ulice

Свежий ремонт, современная техника, даже унитаз;) чисто, просторно. Брали только проживание без завтрака

This stay genuinely exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is ginormous the room as well. Super clean. Staff is kind and you get a free shuttle to the beach daily

Ayant déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel, nous avons agréablement été surpris par la rénovation de la chambre.

Dommage, il y a une magnifique télévision que nous n’avons pas pu regarder. Même le staff n’a pas pu la régler….

This property is in an excellent location, 10 minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, massage etc. There is a large kitchen you can cook in but no fridge, so you need to keep your food in your room in the small fridge. Free water was nice. They give you nice big beach towels. Rooms have safes, which is also a bonus.

The photo on booking.com isn't the hotel, its the restaurant beside the hotel. This hotel is trying to achieve a boutique look, but falls short. The beds are rock hard, even for Asia. Staff seemed very inconvenienced by asking for help, no TV unless you have netflix. Its on a very noisy street, so if you are light sleeper, don't book here. For the price I paid I could have had a much nicer hotel in Kata Beach. Again location is great.

W pokoju,, który otrzymałem praktycznie brak okien w pokoju, okno było zasłonięte kotarą, za oknem w odległości pół metra znajduje się ściana innego budynku. W opisie obiektu nie było takiej informacji

- Die Lage - Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Das schlimmste war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, viiiiiiiel zu teuer, für das, was man bekommt. Die Aussicht war in unserem Zimmer, ein direkt nebenanstehender Block und man sah sogar die Bewohner dort. Wenn man das Symbol „please make room“ nicht an die Tür macht, wird das Zimmer auch definitiv nicht gemacht. Es waren während unseres Aufenthaltes, Bauarbeiten am laufen. Rest war ok.

The room was newly renovated and very modern. Even had a Japanese style toilet. Comfy bed, electric blinds, it was very cool.

Hotel was fine. The next door guests kept me awake partying.

Wij sliepen hier 2 nachten. Langer is niet comfortable. Maar meer kan je ook niet verwachten. Basic hotel.

Toen de receptioniste ons naar de kamer begeleidde (16u) zat er 2 huishoudpersoneel op ons kamer. Man en vrouw, geen idee wat ze aan het doen waren, maar vond dat toch een beetje vreemd. Kuisspullen hadden ze niet bij zich en de deur was toe… mss een dutje samen ;) Maar vond het niet fijn om zo te moeten arriveren

Posizione ottima sia per il centro di kata che per la spiaggia con navetta gratuita ogni ora, camere appena ristrutturate e molto moderne con ogni comfort in particolare il wc elettronico con tavoletta intelligente, riscaldata che ti lava e asciuga anche, una coccola. Doccia confortevole separata dalla zona water oltre a clima con regolazione ventole e apparecchio elettrico per asciugare i vestiti. Molto carina anche la parete a soffitto con innesti a led che ricreano il cielo stellato e il segno zodiacale inerente alla stanza. Apprezzato anche il servizio gratuito teli mare ritirabili in reception ogni mattina, cucina molto pulita utilizzabile da tutti i clienti dell'hotel e un aiuto per prenotare le escursioni.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con formiche nel letto e qualche animale che ci beccava durante la notte, la doccia si allaga perché scarica troppo lentamente e di conseguenza anche la zona water adiacente separata da una vetrata, non si può togliere la piletta di scarico perché togliendo il sifone in 2 minuti in stanza sembra di essere dentro la fogna. Facendo presente queste cose alle ragazze in reception hanno subito provveduto a risolvere le cose praticamente nell'immediato. Mi dispiace doverlo scrivere perché queste cose portano via punteggio ad una struttura appena ristrutturata che avrebbe molto potenziale e spero che si muovano per cercare di evitare queste cose. Peccato.

Bon emplacement si on veut rester du côté un peu animé et sympa de l'île. L'hôtel et la chambre fait le taff. Il y a un loueur de scooter juste a côté.

L'utilisation de parfum sur les draps. L'odeur était tellement forte que je n'ai pas pu dormir la première nuit. J'ai demandé a changer les draps le lendemain, en demandant bien a ce qu'ils ne mettent pas de parfums. Ca a été fait.

Все было очень хорошо, кроме ремонта. Однако благодаря нему у меня была лучшая команда во всем городе, на меньше!) удобный трансфер для пляжа и кухня тоже очень удобная!

Breakfast stated in booking confirmation actually was not available... apaprently what they meant is that you can buy food in their cafe)) The photo is of the cafe deco Decebt attempt at design of the room. But barely enough space for one person. They did changed prompto two sigle mattrasses (not double pparently) as the once I walkes into smelled mold and rot

Contructions works in the hotel. Every day from about 9.30...till whenever. First day it was 10. Staff is dismissive and rude. Asked to change rooms - claimed none available. I was there two wekks and saw people rotating. Rooms "windows" into the walls. Mine had two building worth of externalnac units... it was loud esp at night even with closed windows even in earplugs

Obiekt posiadający przepyszną restaurację - na przeciwko wypożyczalnia skuterów i wycieczek - warto skorzystać . Nasz apartament składał się z dwóch pokoji miedzy nimi tarasik z telewizorem - dzięki któremu można było klimatycznie spędzić czas i wypić kawkę kolejny taras, kuchnia, pralka - piękne widoki, miejsce ma swój klimat .

Minus od 01.12 cena za nocleg 100% więcej to juz jest zdecydowanie za dużo na ten obiekt.
