The owner met us with a nice big smile . We had only booked 1 night as last night of our holiday . We relaxed in the bar and tried many of the nice cocktails . The Rooms were big and very clean with a nice big balcony. Out side the hotel was the food market and the owner let us eat the food at the bar . We felt very much at home and will definitely stay longer next time .

The guesthouse is sparkling clean which I really appreciated. It is centrally located within a few steps away from everything you might need.

The biggest disappointment was the balcony facing a wall. I picked this guesthouse specifically for the balcony and the view so it was very disappointing. On top of that you can’t drink your beverages at the lobby as there is a bar, so if you want to have a drink there you need to purchase it there. Considering the wall view from the balcony I felt it was not fair.

Det låg väldigt centralt och runt omkring mycket affärer och restauranger. Värdinnan helt underbar alltid lika trevlig och hjälpsam. Bra sängar och AC. Rummet städades varje dag. Inga problem med ljud då nattmarknaden stängde 23.00. Väldigt nöjda/Ing-Marie och Tommy

Chambre 302 En arrivant pas d’eau à la douche. On a dû insister pour qu’elle contrôle dans la chambre et pas au robinet du bar…Puis un réparateur est arrivé et a déboucher le tuyau de douche… Chambre 301 Frigidaire pas assez froid (date 2008) et bouton de réglage cassé. Porte coulissante de la terrasse qui vibre avec le vent et la climatisation. Tv écran plat ???? Avec un tube cathodique… Robinet du lavabo qui bouge Pas de verre à eau Pas de nettoyage de chambre le lendemain de l’arrivée, on vous dit simplement demain pas de nettoyage et de service de chambre !? Pas de sachet de café ni de thé mais une bouilloire Le 3 on nous dit qu’on n'aura pas d’eau à partir de 10 :00… nous décidons de partir à la plage… en rentrant on nous dit qu’ils n’ont pas fait mais qu’il coupe l’eau dans 30 minutes… Le matin du 4 février, pas d’eau, pas d’information, on descend demander a 08 :00, ils attendent que le magasin ouvre. Même se laver les mains était impossible. Aucune information sur la suite. Aux environs de 10 :30, enfin possible de tirer l’eau des toilettes et de prendre une douche… Pas de lampe de chevet Lampe principale qui clignote Superbe emplacement…. Tout le reste est à revoir Pas de serviette de plage, un comble à 300m de la plage pour des touristes Chambre 302 avec balcon face à un mur, Chaise de terrasse defoncée et au même prix que la 301 qui avait un vrai balcon sur la rue La gérante a promis à notre ami un remboursement de 2 nuits.. Selon Booking …rien… À la fin 1 nuit de remboursée

Communication inexistante avec booking

La responsable de l'hôtel et du bar est top, souriante. elle nous a présenté une amie pour avoir des excursions, les cocktails étaient bons et nous avons pu faire des jeux le soir au bar. (le bar est très calme et ne pose aucune nuisance sonore)

La clim ne refroidissait pas très bien et le rideau laissait passer la lumière du jour.

Posizione ottima, vicino al mercato operativo tutti i giorni. Camera confortevole con tutto il necessario e pulizia ogni giorno. Proprietari gentilissimi. Abbiamo lasciato anche le valigie custodite per qualche ora prima di prendere il volo dopo aver lasciato la camera.

Mye bråk fra aircondition , harde senger. Men ellers reint og pent, åfantastisk personal.

Mały pokoik. Nie taki jak na zdjęciu niestety.. Bardzo mocno budżetowy.Pleśń na ścianie, śmierdzialo papierosami i jedzeniem z targowiska w pokoju. Widok na scianę budynku i balkon gdzie ktoś palił akurat zioło... Weszliśmy i szybko poszliśmy do innego hotelu. 😔 Pieniadze już nie do zwrotu niestety..

Positioning to Kata night market. Great energy around the area. There was always something on in the bar. Lots of games for families to sit and play whilst having a drink.

Очень приветливый персонал! В номере чисто! Есть все необходимое: полотенца, фен, чайник, мыльные принадлежности. Каждый день дают водичку в бутылках. Есть сушилка на балконе, что очень удобно! Внизу отеля - бар спорт, много настольных игр. Выходишь из отеля и сразу ночной рынок Ката. Рядом есть 7 eleven. Спасибо большое. Приедем ещё!

Great location, room set up well, relaxing atmosphere.

Our stay at Sue @ Cozy was very pleasant. The accommodation is within the Kata Walking Street Market, which was a very convenient place for food and drink! The room was quiet, well equipped, relatively comfortable, and the staff was attentive. One thing we’ll mention is that since Sue was away on holiday (we came during the low/rainy season) the bar downstairs was not open. Not a problem though, as there were many options in the surrounding area. Overall, would recommend!

Stayed here and it's a wonderful, cozy little guest house right in the middle of Kata Walking Market. It's really good value and the owner is lovely. The cocktails are highly recommended. The steps are steep but I would stay there again if I was in Kata. The beach is just a nice stroll away. Highly recommended

Great for people who want to be right at the action of the indoor market. Perfect for us and the owner was lovely and runs a fantastic bar. I would not hesitate to book this accommodation again and we enjoyed our stay.

For those who have difficulty ask for a lower floor the place has no lift. The stairs goes to the 4th floor.

Wonderful guesthouse, stepped out right into Kata night market where we had most of our food. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Lots of other food and shopping options. Didn't mind not having elevator, but the only issue was the beds were very uncomfortable with no option for a mattress pad.

after arriving at sues we were greeted well and the room was very clean and tidy, there is a balcony which overlooks the entrance to the night market which is not too noisy and is great if you are into people watching. the problems we had with the area was the food which if you have been to thailand before as we have many times you will find it lacking. the food at the night market is also very bland and obviously overpriced. having been to phuket many times but never having stopped in kata before all we can say is there are much better areas of phuket to stay....

I was disappointed that the entrance was a liquor bar. No elevator, and no staff to assist with luggage, only one person show. Though the person was nice, the lack of resources was bad. I had to go to the street to hire someone and pay extra to help with the luggage. I spent the first night there and couldn’t sleep because the bed was so hard it felt I was sleeping on a rock. I had to book with another hotel. The location needs a serious makeover. Like I said, the lady that runs the place was nice but the place was uncomfortable. A better description should be provided to avoid misleading. Thank you

Everything was spotlessly clean and the owner Fon was extremely pleasant and helpful from her initial warm welcome and throughout our 14 night stay.The bar area is indeed very cozy and comfortable with lots of board games to play,Several TV'S with good international sports coverage.The bar having an open frontage to the vibrant walking street so a great atmosphere.

Very nice Guesthouse with big clean rooms . Lovely sports bar downstairs with 3 TVs beers and cocktails. Sayfon made a great full English breakfast . Outside was the kata street food market so many restaurants bars and 7-11 near by . Would definitely stay again .

This was our second visit to Sue’s Cozy Guesthouse. It’s great value for money if you’re on a budget. Simple but clean, tidy and a nice cool good size room. Sayfan is an excellent host and is always smiling and helpful. It’s a short walk to Kata Beach and the night markets are literally right outside with all the local food you could want.. There’s a nice bar downstairs with every sports channel you could want if that’s your thing. Highly recommend!

Cosy, laid back little hotel located on the small roadway behind the night market right in the heart of Kata Beach. We had a great stay here, the staff were friendly, room was very clean and we had a great time people watching from our balcony above the night market. Tem minutes walk to Kata Beach and lots of food options available at the night market.

As I was coming back a bit late in the night, tired and distracted, I accidentally tried to open the wrong door, and surprisingly, IT OPENED. Also, their guests tried to harass me because of that, however, my key should not have worked in another room. After this I read the bad reviews, and they are all true, I noticed that she always says something against the people who wrote a bad review in order to demean them, so the others maybe don't believe in the bad reviews. She will probably do the same to me, but I think it is important especially for solo women travelling to know that maybe someone can get into their rooms.

The location was great!!! Short walk to the beach. Rightbeside the market. Television didnt work.

The only good thing about this stay was how close it was to the beach. Contrary to the reviews I read, I was beyond disappointed. Sheets and towels had stains all over them it was disgusting. Staff was so incredibly rude - I couldn’t believe the way I was spoken to on multiple occasions. They do not have a card reader and I had to pay in cash just an FYI to anyone staying here if you “reserve now, pay later”. Overall felt uncomfortable, I regret not just spending extra to stay somewhere I felt safe.

The hotel was an extremelt convient area as the night market is right outside your door and beach is around a 10 minute walk (although it is uphill). Can be noisy at night due to the night market and tidying up. The host wasnt very welcoming upon arrival, which was very disappointing qs this was very different from the reviews we previously read. Also there was a problem with the flush on the toilet.

A bit run down- there were bugs in the room - fall down on us while we were sleeping, there was no water when we checked in; wifi doesn’t work well in the room

Very nice stay at guesthouse. The owner is very helpful and there for anything you need . The room was very big and clean with fresh towels and bottles of water in fridge . The Guesthouse had a nice sport bar with lots of fun games and big choice of cocktails . The Guesthouse was in the perfect location of kata walking street market , so many food vendors to choose from and short walk to bars , beach & 7-11.

The Market is just right next to it, just like many other bars and clubs as well! You can get food from the Market at any time you like: Cheap, delicious and lokal. Suprisingly wasn't noisy at all.

It was in a great location, but not too noisy once the music nearby finished at night. Easy walking distance to beach, shops, bars and right next to the walking night market. The owner was very pleasant and willing to help with recommendations etc. Room and balcony were nice.

The bed was very hard (although learning that’s normal in Thailand…)

Room was clean and had everything we expected. Air condition and mini fridge worked well.

The host and cleaning lady were not very friendly to us, and even rushed us to check out prior to 12:00. It was also loud at night, as the bar across the street played loud music each night.
