Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sharm El Sheikh

De locatie was goed. Mooi hotel met een mooie goed onderhouden tuin, mooie zwembaden, directe ligging aan een klein zandstrand en voldoende ligzetels. iIn de zee liggen wel veel keien. Heel vriendelijk personeel, Mohamed Alazin werkt als bagagist en is heel vriendelijk. Hij was ook heel aandachtig en luistert naar de mensen en is heel behulpzaam.

We kregen twee kamers gelegen aan het podium van de animatie. Oorverdovend lawaai en onmogelijk om zelfs tv te kijken in de kamer of te slapen. De receptie heeft ons daarover niet ingelicht. Onze zoon kreeg de volgende dag een andere kamer, wij pas op dag 3. Kamers hadden mankementen zoals geen douchegel en ik heb mij 4 dagen met champoo gewassen, ook geen conditioner voor het haar. Die was opgevuld met shampoo. De houders van de flesjes waren volledig beroest en geven vuile indruk. Onze zoon zijn kamer is tweemaal ondergelopen, het water stond tot aan het bed, doordat de douchedeur niet kon gesloten worden. We hebben dit gemeld en het werd wel opgelost. The Market restaurant is ouderwets en donker, alles is in donkerbruin hout en oogt oud en is aan renovatie toe. Het eten is echt niet lekker, taai vlees, niet gevarieerd, veel voorgerechten die op elkaar lijken maar geen naamkaartjes, dus je weet totaal niet wat je eet. Bij het ontbijt enkel sinaasappel, pompelmoes en meloen als vers fruit, de rest is uit blik. Geen verse kiwi’s, ananas of druiven zoals in de meeste hotels. Mijn zoon kreeg op dag twee diarree en heeft nu reeds 10 dagen diarree. Ik kreeg diarree op dag vijf. We zijn bij onze huisdokter moeten gaan. We zijn heel nerveus en vermoeid van onze reis teruggekomen, blij dat we naar huis mochten. Dit is de eerste keer dat wij op al onze reizen zoiets hebben meegemaakt. Hier keren wij niet meer terug en maken we ook geen reclame voor. Veel betaald voor een ondermaatse teleurstellende vakantie.

All of the staff members I encountered were amazing. I intended to write down the names of those I encountered so I could name them specifically but forgot to do so. I remember Hamza from the tour desk. Salah, was one of the servers in the buffet restaurant. Inzo from one of the shops.. all were wonderful. As I said, I give the highest compliments to all of the staff.. these are just the names my forgetful memory retained. I loved the proximity to the beach and how there were plenty of areas to lie out in the shade. The grounds were immaculate and heavenly to just look at in awe.

I did NOT like my room. I don't know if I had an old room, but it was not to my standards. The ONLY reason I did not complain and request another room is because we had been traveling for 2 days and had arrived 6 hours too early to check in. I was too tired to fuss and just wanted a shower. I spent my first hour in the room cleaning (I carry lysol wipes when traveling). Even if the room was old, there is no reason it should not have been clean. There was mold in the floor tile and in the caulk around the sink. There were areas on the ceiling that was stained. The frosted glass door of the closet was worn out and looked like there were oil spots on it. The sink had not been cleaned at all. When I used a wipe, it was stained. The bottom of the exterior did not have any type of door sweep so there was enough space for bugs and lizards to crawl through. I did have a mini lizard crawl through, but saw no bugs. The room safe did not work properly and would not register the numbers (1) and (3). The patio curtain had stains on it. The furniture was old, stained and worn. I lived out of my suitcase because I didnt even want to put any of my clothes in any of the drawers.

I loved the staff at the reception which were so helpful: I would like to thank Reda and Ahmed Ali which made everything to help me. Thank you guys: you made my holiday special. I will never forget that!! 💝

The property is fantastic!! Food and drinks perfect, pools simply amazing, the Red Sea is wonderful and rooms are spectacular especially the Premium beach front. Go to the spa and do the Turkish bath with foam: superb!

The location was great 👍 the food .resort has lots to offer all staff .specially the cleaner on the beach we're so good inkeeping the beach toilets spotless .there the one.s I tip because they go unnoticed..the coral snorkling was 10 out of 10 .definalty take your snorkel.

There drinks are weak and to sweet.and entertainment is naff

L’établissement est très agréable. Il n’y a pas de problème de manque de transat comme dans certains hôtels. La vue mer est magnifique. Le buffet très bien.

Manque de crochet dans la chambre mais à part cela rien de dire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Very disappointing and not worth the money! This hotel was a big letdown. food not tasty at all, the restaurant is too noisy and not clean, the staff at the reception was not so polite. bathroom and shower were not clean. air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable. we paid for the drink at the bar even it was all inclusive! Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not recommended!

servizio eccellente, animazione presente ma non invadente…per non parlare della struttura stessa a mio avviso impeccabile. non avevamo aspettative alte per il cibo ma invece ci siamo trovati benissimo e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con ghiaccio o acqua

unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è la smagnetizzazione della carta per aprire la camera, ovviamente in reception non ci hanno fatto problemi anzi super gentili

Il resort è molto grande e ben curato nei minimi dettaglia!il personale è estremamente gentile e pronto a esaudire ogni tua richiesta. Il cibo è buono e vario:colazione spaziale,a Parma o è cena ci sono opzione vegane,vegetariane,carne pesce zuppe vari tipi di riso,verdure cotte e crude e ogni sera c’è una cultura culinaria predominante(serata indiana,egiziana,mediterranea ecc).E’la seconda volta che vengo e sicuramente ci tornerò

Very attentive and friendly staff. Hady at reception really took care of us. He upgraded us to a family suite/villa on arrival so we could all be together with our friends. The food was good and the staff couldn't do enough. The spa was amazing - massages are a must. And it was amazing to have the pier/reef for snorkeling at the hotel beach. Just amazing!!

I like how we are greeted when you arrive to the hotel and when leaving. The staff are polite, helpful and quick to answer any queries or resolve any issues in relation to our iron not working and seeking help with hand scale for our baggage. They were helpful at both times

Sometimes during meals, we were ignored and not tended to as black people compared to white colleagues. I believe everybody should be cared for equally and not the latter.

Özellikle ukraynalı halka ilişkilerci kadın ve havuzlu bardaki ahmeti de çok sevdik . Eşim şeker hastası ve insülinlerinin dolapta kalması gerekiyor bu konuda da her seferinde insülinleri dolaptan al dolaba koy yaptık çalışanlar da yardımcı oldu. Ek olarak oturduğunuz her şey dahil her yerde garsonlar içecekleri vs getiriyor. Sahil kısmında olan restoranda da yemekleri ve içecekleri sipariş veriyorsunuz çok çeşit yok ama pizza patates söyleyebilirsiniz. Hamburgeri de etinin tadı çok ağır olduğu için beğenmedik

Oteldeki sorun yemekler ve buda tamamen kültürden kaynaklı yemekler çok çeşitli ve kaliteli ama tatları kesinlikle bize uygun değil eğer asyalı ya da Arapsanız yemekler tam size göre. Açıkçası otelin kokularını da çok beğenmedik lobiye her girdiğimizde artık o tatlı ağır kokudan midemiz bulandı. Biz eşimle balayı için gitmiştik. Ek olarak ingilizce bilmiyorsanız bu otele gitmeyin kesinlikle otelde türkçe bilen 1 kişi var oda resepsiyonda halkla ilişkilerde yani sizin iletişiminiz garsonlarla olacağı için çok zorlanırsınız ona göre

È il secondo anno che veniamo al Cleopatra Luxury Resort.. Lo scorso anno siamo stati benissimo e anche quest'anno sono stati oltre le nostre aspettative! La punta di diamante del Resort è lo staff. Sono tutti gentili, disponibili e sorridenti, si fanno in quattro per far star bene l'ospite. Meravigliosi i ragazzi dei ristoranti, delle piscine, della hall, ci hanno ricoperto di mille attenzioni. La pulizia è impeccabile, L'animazione è un po' scarsa ma se si cerca relax è il posto ideale. Se cercate la musica a tutto volume e poolparty forse non è il posto indicato. La cucina è molto buona, anche se un po' diversa dai nostri gusti, si trova cmq sempre qualcosa di buono da mangiare. Ci vuole un po' di spirito di adattamento, perché in nessun resort troverete la vera cucina italiana. Il ristorante italiano fellini propone pizza e qualche altro piatto italiano. Il ristorante di pesce con vista mare è molto buono. Il ristorante aperto a pranzo sulla spiaggia offre hamburger, insalate, pizza e qualche piatto alla griglia. Le camere sono molto belle e spaziose, con docce enormi e terrazzini o giardinetti privati, nella camera è presente una cassaforte e il frigorifero. Ogni mattina vengono fornite due bottiglie di acqua in camera. Il resort è accessibile anche per le persone disabili. Al pub pili pili la sera ci sono spettacolini e si può sorseggiare qualche cocktails. Con la formula all inclusive è compreso tutto, tranne gli alcolici di importazione e vini in bottiglia.

I enjoyed my days here at the resort. Everything was done professionally and the service is on top of the world here. The staff is amazing and very supportive. First of all, we arrived at the facility early, and they let us in early, allowing us to use the facility's amenities. They let us into our room before the official check-in time and did not request any extra fee. They have very friendly and well-trained staff. We felt right at home. We are thinking of going again; you can choose this hotel without a second thought..

I’m definitely will stay here again great resort very friendly vibe is just right. Food is 10 out of 10

Понравилось практически все. Хорошее месторасположение, питание, очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Уборка делается каждый день. Удобные и комфортные номера.

Небольшие минусы: 1. Слабый интернет 2. Маленькая зона для купания. В целом это ни о чем,по сравнению с плюсами.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great, the room, the pools, and the amazing staff who were always attentive and genuinely eager to help. A special thanks to Sayed for his friendliness and outstanding service. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities all day after check-out, as our flight was in the evening. My only remark is that there should have been more variety in the food and better entertainment, but that doesn’t take away from all positive mentionned.

Mi sono trovata molto bene nella struttura fin troppo lussuosa per le nostre necessità un ringraziamento particolare a Tito che organizza o viaggi e i due ragazzi al ingresso esterno sempre disponibili a farci sedere mentre aspettavamo senza chiederci niente. Absolutely amazing resort with the most friendly, helpful Staff. The food at all meals was truly well presented and tasted even better !! A huge thank you to Exec Chef Gehad El Din Mohamed and his team for their wonderful display of culinary skillls !! Of course the waiting staff couldn't do enough for us, Thank you Captain Ahmed Hamdi and your team for making our dining experiences delightful !! I really can't recommend this Resort highly enough ! Absolutely nothing, If It's Not Broke Don't Fix It !!

We had a great stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort! Big thanks to Ahmed Ali at reception for his very good welcoming and for upgrading our room — it was such a nice start to our trip. The hotel is lovely, the beach is amazing, and the corals are absolutely beautiful. The food was tasty with lots of variety, and everyone we met was super friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!

My only recommendation would be to add a bit more entertainment

The service was exceptional. The hotel kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a lovely surprise. A special thank you to Ramadan and Ahmed who handled a minor reservation confusion with professionalism and kindness — they resolved everything quickly and made us feel truly welcomed. Highly recommend!

Ottima posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale davvero gentile e cordiale, in particolare Kadry si è occupato della pulizia della nostra camera e si è reso disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità. Buono anche il mangiare e ottima l organizzazione della struttura per le escursioni.

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto, unico suggerimento l’animazione serale un po’ da migliorare per i giovani, vengono fatti tanti spettacoli ma poca musica per ballare.

Clean, new and friendly

The staff is very welcoming and attend to your every need. When you want to make chances, this goes with ease. The resort itself is very beautiful and there is plenty opportunity to get a bite or a drink. You also have the chance to swim in the ocean which is nice. The food is okay, the standard food you get at buffets. The pools are very nice and there is alot of shade. There's also different tour guides walking around to provide you with excursions.

There is an option to eat at two different restaurants within the resort but you have to stay an x amount of time before you are allowed to dine in 1 day. So that is a bit odd considering that it's an all-inclusive resort. Fresh juices are also not included, you have to pay a small summary.

Tesisin hava limanına yakın olması güzel ancak ciddi eksiklikleri olan bir otel , gidecek misafirlerin bu uyarıları dikkate alarak bu oteli seçmeleri gerekiyor. Yoksa paranız ile hayal kırıklığına uğrarsınız.

Tesis hem pahalı hemde maalesef verilen puanın çok altında bir kalite standartı sunuyor. 9.1 puan kesinlikle doğru değil. 7.0-7.5 puan arasında. Neden derseniz odalar kesinlikle hijyenik değil. Tozlar priz kenarlarında. Resim ekleyeceğim bakın. Resepsiyon yardımsever değil. Her şey dahil konseptte taze meyve suları ücretli çocuklu gideceksiniz ama çocuklar hazır kutu meyve sularından içeçek çok kötü.. Soda , Türk kahvesi içemezsiniz paralı. Organik olmayan meyve suları . Kola veya içkiler maalesef çok kötü kalitesiz. Denize girmeniz için iskeleden yürümeniz lazım , plaj var ama deniz yok çünkü çekiliyor ve olsa da kayalık bir bacak kadar su oluyor. Çocuklarınız ile giderseniz can yeleği için ücret ödeyeceksiniz. Gece animasyonlar hep aynı çocuklar için sürekli aynı döngü. Maalesef ben hayal kırıklığına uğradım verdiğimiz parayı hak etmediğini kesinlikle düşünüyorum dünyayı gezen ve 5 yıldızlı otellerde kalan biri olarak kalite arıyorsanız ve verdiğiniz paranın karşılığında eğlenip ,yiyip ,içmek istiyorsanız başka alternatiflere bakmanızda yarar var. Sonra keşke gelmeseydik oluyor. Ben bunu yaşadım. Otel rezervasyonu sonrası düşük ücretli bir kanal buldum otele mesaj atmama rağmen maalesef bana dönüş yapmadı. Bunu ayrılırken kendilerine de ilettim. Çok ayıp yaptıkları. Kesinlikle tatil veya balayı oteli değil. 2 yetişkin 2 çocuk rezervasyonum var otele erken gittim uçağımızdan dolayı , bize yardımcı olunmadı 15:00 da check in yapıldı , odaya geçtik çocuk yatakları yok ! 1 saatte çocukların yatakların gelmesini bekledik . Üzülmek istemiyorsanız rotanız başka yer olsun. Puan bilgisi kesinlikle doğru değil

الفندق ممتاز سواء للعائلات أو الأفراد، حيث يوفر تجربة متكاملة تناسب الجميع. النظافة والخدمات: الفندق نظيف للغاية، وتُلاحظ العناية بكل التفاصيل، سواء في الغرف أو المرافق العامة. المسابح نظيفة ومرتبة، مع تنوع يرضي مختلف الأعمار. الشاطئ نظيف ومجهز، ويوجد طاقم خدمة متواجد على مدار الوقت لتلبية الاحتياجات. الكوادر والضيافة: جميع الموظفين رائعون، مهذبون، وخلوقون، ويؤدون أعمالهم بابتسامة واضحة وحب كبير لما يقومون به. تعاملهم يعكس احترافية عالية، ولم يقصّروا في أي شيء. الطعام والمطاعم: يوجد تنوع كبير في الطعام، والطعام لذيذ ونظيف. يُلاحظ الاهتمام بجودة المكونات وتقديم الوجبات بطريقة مشهية. الأنشطة والفعاليات: تتوفر فعاليات رائعة تناسب جميع أفراد العائلة، مما يجعل الإقامة ممتعة ومليئة بالتجارب الجميلة. السلامة والبحر: البحر نظيف ورائع، والمنقذون يتمتعون بروح ودودة ويشعرونك بالأمان والثقة. باختصار، كانت الإقامة أكثر من رائعة، وأنصح بالفندق بشدة لمن يبحث عن تجربة متكاملة ومريحة اريد ان اشكر شخصيا كل من: مدير الاستقبال عل حسن تعامله الراقي محمد موظف الاستقبال ايضا عى تعاونه الجميل والراقي كما اود ان اشكر كل من المنقذين عل البحر عزت ومحمد واشرف ومن المطعم الرئيسي المضيفة ياسمين واشكر كل العاملين في المطعم الرئيسي على الجهود المبذوله لخدمت الجميع

من الأمور التي لاحظتها خلال فترة الإقامة كانت جودة التكييف داخل الغرفة، حيث لم يكن أداؤه بالمستوى المطلوب. رغم تميّز باقي الخدمات والمرافق، إلا أن التكييف يُعد من العناصر الأساسية لراحة الضيوف، خاصة في الأجواء الحارة. أتمنى من إدارة الفندق أخذ هذا الموضوع بعين الاعتبار والعمل على تحسينه، لما له من أهمية كبيرة في تحسين تجربة الإقامة مستقبلاً

I booked one week and ended up staying for three weeks. I liked everything here. The service and people were first class.food and cleanliness, the atmosphere was brilliant. The guys at the reception were super friendly and polite. Special mention to the hotel manager Mr Ossama Shoubra, Thank you, Cliopatra team I will be back again soon

There is always room for improvement, but so far, so good 👍
