Special thanks to Ziad and Shrouq in reception, who did an excellent job making my stay comfortable and convenient. They were very helpful in resolving any misunderstandings. The staff in general were supportive and friendly, and they consistently checked whether I needed anything

I felt a bit uncomfortable with Mohammed’s attitude on the shuttle bus. He made unnecessary comments during the shuttle rides.

The resort is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, which makes it perfect for an adults-only holiday. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the pools were fantastic, and the beach and Red Sea views were simply beautiful.

The staff were absolutely incredible, facilities were amazing as well as the food and drinks! We also went on a scuba diving excursion booked through someone at the hotel and it was the best day of our trip!

Everything but the food

The food is almost the same and not so tasty.

Definitely the location is very good and just in front of the beach there is an amazing coral reef where one can do an amazing snorkeling in the Red Sea

The food was not at all accordingly to a five star hotel. Looked like the a school canteen or cafeteria. I really regret booking the all-inclusive option. Even so, I went out to dinner twice in Naama Bay and ate much better. What I also didn’t like was the enormous amount of men groups from some Arab countries around Egypt whose main hobby was to take photos or videos with their mobile phones, of western women in their bikini by the pool. Hotels in that area should be more strict about it because it really causes discomfort to other hotel guests, especially women, and is unacceptable!!

The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. A special thanks to Ziad at the reception, who was extremely helpful, welcoming, and hospitable. Mohammad at the pool bar was also super friendly and made us feel very welcome, and Mustafa, the shisha guy, was amazing and always provided great service with a smile

I like every thing specially the calmness

The privacy in the swim up suite was not so private Also i wish if we have beach for adults resort it will be much easier. Also my room was in front of the restaurant so the barbecue every day starts at 11:30 am till 2:00 which is annoying little bit coz it’s the time when we swim in our own little pool 😅

Готель сподобався. Гарний сервіс. Багатий вибір їжі, розваг,. Отримали всю необхідну допомогу та інформацію на рецепции від Ахмед Али.

Не сподобалась російська музика на пенній вечірці.

La colazione era molto buona e con una buona scelta. La camera era molto pulita, passavano due volte al giorno a pulire e sistemare. Resort con poche persone per chi cerca relax e un resort adults only. Lo staff sempre pronto e disponibile ad aiutarci.

Il cibo del ristorante sotto la sufficienza, abbiamo mangiato patatine fritte e riso quasi sempre. Per la spiaggia si deve prendere la navetta ma la cosa fastidiosa è la zona, purtroppo si trova in una zona molto ventosa. Noi abbiamo trovato bandiera rossa tutti i giorni durante il nostro soggiorno.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. We truly felt like part of one big family throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. He looked after us so well and truly spoiled us with his kindness, care, and exceptional service. We stayed in room 8158, and the housekeeping staff member who looked after our room was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we don’t know his name, but he did a fantastic job every single day. The room was always spotless, and he surprised us with beautiful towel decorations on several occasions, which made our stay even more special. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely delicious, and I really loved that there was food available throughout the day at different times. It was incredibly convenient and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were amazing. Every single employee was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel truly valued and comfortable. Reception team Ismail and Said was really helpful.

Extremely calm resort, perfect for recharging. We enjoyed the main restaurant a lot. Food was very good and the atmosphere and design were amazing.

بداية حابه اشكر ادارة منتجع كيلوبترا على حسن استقبالهم لنا وخدمتهم السريعه واخص بذكر مو ظفين الاستقبال احمد علي احمد اسماعيل ومحمد هادي على لطافتهم معنا طول وقت الزيارة واكثر شي عجبني انهم حريصين على الزائر جدا وعلى راحته وامانه في الفندق وخارج الفندق حقيقي من افضل الفنادق الي اقمت فيها واخص ايضا المتواجدين في اللوبي بار احمد عماد احمد مجدي على خدمتهم لنا طول الوقت حقيقي شكرااااا لكل شي كانت اجمل ست ايام قضينها عندهم ولنا زيارة اخرى باذن الله ❤️❤️❤️

From the moment I arrived at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, I was struck by the warmth of the staff and the elegance of the setting. The resort is beautifully maintained — spotlessly clean, with lush grounds and stunning pool areas that make it easy to simply unwind. The food was a real highlight: a generous variety of international options, well-prepared and refreshed regularly. The all-inclusive experience felt genuinely generous rather than token. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the people. The staff go above and beyond with a smile — attentive, professional, and always ready to help without being intrusive. I felt looked after at every turn. The location in Nabq Bay is ideal — peaceful, yet close enough to the main attractions of Sharm. A perfect base for exploring or simply doing nothing at all. I would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run resort experience on the Red Sea.

There is a private beach with a wonderful spot for snorkeling. Great facilities.

I expected better food quality for the paid price. Just 2 beer brands available, both local.

We spent our holiday at Cleopatra Luxury Resort in June 2026, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room, food, gym, pool, and beach were all excellent and made our stay truly enjoyable. The coral reef accessible from the beach was stunning, with beautiful colors, very few people snorkeling or diving, and no strong currents. We even enjoyed it more than the reef at Ras Mohammed National Park. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Mrs. Liis at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and for always being available to help us with any request. We also greatly appreciated the work of Mr. Mohamed Gad, the Chief Concierge, and Moustafa, the beach attendant, who made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable throughout our stay. Also many thanks to the housekeeping team: every day we found lovely towel decorations and thoughtful touches in our room that made us feel especially welcome. In the end, our best regards to the managers Mr. Abdelfatah and Mr. Elsafty who were always so caring for everything we needed. We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return in the future.
