Tout le personnel était exceptionnellement serviable et chaleureux , notamment à la réception et au restaurant. Ambiance familiale, restaurant très bon (buffet et carte), petites piscines très agréables, face à la plage où les spots de snorkelling sont parmi les meilleurs (en s'éloignant un peu de la zone de baignade). Si nous avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons !

Ravie de notre séjour à l'hôtel grand bleu : le personnel est adorable, les lieux sont propres et beaux. On mange très bien ! Prêt gratuit de pédalos et kayaks. Si voulez être au calme, demandez si possible une chambre qui ne donne pas directement sur la route (la route bruyante entre l'hôtel et la plage est le seul inconvénient de cet emplacement). Je recommande cet hôtel !

Le personnel de chambre et d’accueil sont à la perfection. Le services en salle était aléatoire, mais dans l’ensemble les personnes étaient attentionnée

Ne pas aimer c’est un grand mots car nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Le Grand Bleu Hôtel. Pour l’amélioration je dirais peut être mettre un couverture de lit pour l’adoucir 🤭

There was a wide spread of food for breakfast, though repetitive. Key attraction was the availability of fresh fruits for every meal. Nasreen at the front desk was a massive help. Anil at the restaurant too.

The breakfast lacked variety - maybe changing the vermicelli noodles for quaker oats and rotation of substitute meals to provide a bit of variety

L'hôtel est très jolie, le personnel attentionné, l'emplacement est idéal, calme juste en face de la plage. Le buffet est varié, le petit déjeuner est très bien, la chambre est bien équipée.

Peut-être un manque d'animation, mais nous sommes partis en semaine.

Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment exceptionnel...

Die betten waren leider zwei einzelne Matratzen weswegen in der Mitte sich eine Kuhle gebildet hat. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nachts viel zu laut und der Feuermelder hah nachts geblinkt. Zimmer sind leicht t hellhörig

Nazalost odmah po dolasku su nam rekli da cemo flasiranu vodu dobiti samo prvi dan te da za ostale dane moramo sami kupovati jer imaju previse gostiju. Rucnike za plazu treba zatraziti ujutro rano inace cete ostati bez istih jer su svi podjeljeni i/ili na pranju .

Great location

One of the staff did not give you water or ice from the bar when I asked they made a big deal about it and were rather rude. Otherwise everyone else was great.

Bel endroit avec 2 piscines, ambiance chaleureuse et familiale, hôtel pas énorme. Petit déjeuner et dîner très bons, buffet à thème différent chaque soir . Plage très proche. Personnel très accueillant.

Literie ferme. Route entre hôtel et plage. Pas besoin de chambre vue mer, celles vue piscine ou jardin plus calmes

Hôtel juste en face de la plage, un vrai plus ! Parking réservé pour les clients de l’hôtel Le personnel est souriant et bienveillant Un rapport qualité/ prix de compétition au vu de la formule demi-pension que nous avions sur 3 nuits, chaque soir un thème différent alors certes pas énormément de choix mais tout de qualité et très très bon ! Nous sommes tombés sur soirée special chinoise, italienne et indienne.

Notre chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos que nous avions vu sur le site.. beaucoup plus vieillot.. mais confortable et propre ! L’eau n’est pas comprise dans la formule demi-pension, cela est dommage, c’est de l’eau la base il me semble... mais nous avions 2 bouteilles à notre arrivée tout de même en chambre.

The shared balcony Some food were tasting weird The room did not have enough space The toilet was too near to the wall and the seat cover was not in good condition The electric socket was damaged at the back of the minibar and could have caused an hasard. The shower gel dispenser was broken and useless. There was a leakage under the balcony during rainfall. No light on the stairways leading to the room.

Le manque d entretien des locaux et des sanitaires dans la chambre. Au resto, pas grand choix pour les végétariens et pas très raffinés au vue des tarifs.

l'eau de la piscine n'est pas chauffée, inutilisable hors saison comme quand nous y étions, c'est dommage, car avec des panneaux solaires çà ne couterait pas trés cher pour la chauffer.

We had a wonderful 11-night stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and dinners were consistently delicious. The hospitality, especially on our first day, really stood out and made us feel at home. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed. We also appreciated the fair drink prices. A great experience overall, and we'd happily return!

That said, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast became quite monotonous over such a long stay. On a few occasions, staff seemed impatient, frequently presenting the bill before we were ready. We also had a disappointing dinner when we invited friends to the restaurant — which was unfortunate. We were charged for items that we did not receive. Parking was another challenge, as I was asked to leave my car in the street more than once, with no offer to move it later when better parking became available.

waiting for a long time at the reception and the receptionist take care of a family who arrived after us as she knows them. Its quite unfair as we waiting for quite 1 hour

The security was very rude. The bed sheet was dirty The mattress was place upside down where we got a lot of inconvenience to sleep. Where in the middle of the night we had to turn the mattress in the right position. The body wash in the shower had a foul smell. No swimming towel available when asked this happened twice

The rooms were always well cleaned and the property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were always so welcoming and kind

Internet didn't work really good, especially in the room. The staff was ok, but some of them a little bit unfriendly and unfair. We asked about a taxi and they said a price, but then we paid more and the taxi driver was unpolite and not nice with us.

The family unit was very comfortable with two children, the breakfast was great (best omlette in Mauritius, nice fruits and pancakes among many other options). The kids enjoyed the two pools very much, and the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, we got very good travel tips from the manager. We would love to go back to this hotel on our next journey.

Amazing and kind staff, beautiful accommodation near the beach, very rich and tasty breakfast and dinner. We will remember this stay for a long time. We will be happy to return in the future.

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Staff was exceptional- attentive, helpful, and available. Two pools were great and as we left, they were decorating for Christmas! Sad that we had to leave.

Bed mattress could be better. We had to use extra blankets in order not to feel mattress springs

Lots of small things: hareline crack in toilet, left without towels for long time after room serviced and had to chase twice, shampoo and /or conditioner and /or shower gel not labelled, bathroom window not closed when they said it would be to prevent ants entering, mattress fraying at the edges, shower water leaked into bedroom making it dangerously slippery, fridge housed in an enclosed cupboard with no ventilation so it didn’t cool as well as it should, towel rail above toilet broken, etc, etc.

Breakfast is good with several options, The staff is excellent such as Mr Aftab,Mr Anil,Ms Clois Mr Shailesh and all other front desk ,restaurant,security,and housekeeping staff is excellent.
