The location is perfect. Short transfer from the airport, beach and restaurants all within walking distance.

On arrival the cleaning of the bathroom was just unacceptable. The cleaner tried hard but the pictures attached are after we complained! The rooms are smaller than the pictures portray and overall it just didn’t feel like a hotel costing 150 Euro a night. The staff service is good but everything has to be asked for rather than offered.(finding and putting your own sun bed covers on every day) Our worst complaint is that another guest who had a dog was allowed to hold him in her arms whilst hovering over the breakfast every morning.

La piscina no estaba del todo “limpia”, los pasillos huelen a cerrado y el baño de la habitación muy justo y antiguo. Una persona un poco más “grande” o con “sobre peso” no cabe en la ducha. Y las toallas no se veían especialmente lustrosas. Además, la zona, está muy enfocada al turismo extranjero, nada nacional. No le acompaña el precio al hotel/zona/ limpieza.

Vecchia e poco curata

nos ha encantado nuestra estadia en Sa Barrera. Desde la ubicacion del hotel que esta muy bien conectado con las escaleras para bajar a la cala, esta muy cerca de todos los restaurantes y super mercados. La atención ha sido lo que mas nos gusto, el dueño y todos el personal del hotel y Restaurante nos hicieron sentir siempre muy comodos. La piscina siempre estaba fresca y las habitaciones con el aire acondicionado en perfectas condiciones. Perfecto hotel para ir en pareja a relajarte, disfrutar de Cala n Porter y la isla completa! Sin duda volveremos a elegir este hotel cuando volvamos.

El desayuno buffet merece mucho la pena, las vistas son preciosas (desde las zonas comunes exteriores, mi habitación no tenía vistas) y la zona de la piscina está bastante bien

La habitación me pareció pequeña, las almohadas incómodas; no estoy contenta con la relación calidad/precio de este hotel. Solamente hay 4 plazas de aparcamiento, si tienes suerte encontrarás hueco.

Good location, clean boutique looking hotel

Room was spacious. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful beach. Pool was lovely. Parking was easy.

Pool closed too early at 7pm. Bar fridge was enough to keep a drink cold but not food. Due to the tornado the night before our arrival there were a couple of things not working which is expected but would have thought the curtain would be replaced quickly, which it wasn’t. TV sound didn’t work. Toilet paper dispenser is difficult to get the paper out. We stayed for 3 nights and got our bed made and fresh towels on the last night. Used coffee cups were not cleaned or replaced and milk capsules not topped up. Had to keep asking for more. Just little things that can be easily fixed but made a difference to our stay.

Kevés a közvetlen parkolóhely, a közelben viszont mindig találtunk üres helyet.

La comodidad, la situación, las instalaciones y el personal!

To be honest, the stay was okay, but there were quite a few things that could have been better. I’ll start with the good things. The pool was nice, the outdoor area of the hotel was pleasant, and there were enough sunbeds. Overall, the outside area of the hotel was nice, with a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurant that served only pizza and pasta was good. I really enjoyed the pizza and the carbonara. The breakfast, however, was very average. I didn’t have it included in my stay, and for €15, I don’t think it was worth the money. The location is very convenient, as the beach is very close — you can get there in a maximum of 5 minutes. There was also a lady at reception who worked during breakfast time, and she was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. She definitely made a positive impression.

The room itself was decent, but the bathroom was by far the biggest disappointment. The level of cleanliness was not acceptable, with visible mould around the shower and in various areas of the bathroom. The bathroom also appeared to be poorly maintained. One particularly concerning detail was the presence of mould on the cap of the shower gel/hand soap dispenser (I have attached pictures). I tried wiping it myself with a piece of paper and was honestly shocked by what came off. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, but unfortunately, this was not an option as the hotel was fully booked. There were also other maintenance and cleanliness issues in the room: the desk/table was broken, some of the walls were dirty, and the pillows had visible stains. The most concerning issue was definitely the mould in the bathroom. I could have overlooked some of the other imperfections if the bathroom had been properly cleaned and maintained. Furthermore, when I turned on the air conditioning, there was a noticeable mouldy smell throughout the room, which made me concerned that the AC system may also require cleaning and maintenance. I don’t necessarily blame the cleaning staff, as I believe this is ultimately a management and maintenance issue. In my opinion, the room should be taken out of service temporarily and given a proper deep clean and maintenance check. Mould, especially in a bathroom and potentially around an air-conditioning system, should not be something guests have to deal with. During my stay, I also experienced a blocked nose and headaches, which I personally felt may have been related to the conditions in the room. Of course, I cannot say this with certainty, but it made the situation even more uncomfortable. The price was reasonable, and the hotel has some genuinely good features, particularly the location, pool, outdoor area, sea views, and restaurant.

La vicinanza alla spiaggia per chi non noleggia una macchina.

Non ci è piaciuta la camera, il bagno puzzava ed era sempre umido. La camera ce l’hanno consegnata dopo le 14:00 ed era sporca, capelli e sabbia in bagno, bollitore sporchissimo e pieno di acqua, frigorifero sporco, ragnatela in camera….pagato vista mare…era l’ultima camera in fondo alla piscina. Buffet scarso e deludente. In poche parole non vale i soldi spesi.

Great location with cliff top view. Very comfortable firm bed and clean bathroom. Aircon was very effective at very hot time of year.

Weren’t aware we hadn’t eaten breakfast and tried to charge us £180+ on departure for it. Easily corrected but should know who has eaten and who hasn’t. Really a minor thing and won’t stop us coming again.

Niestety obiekt poniżej oczekiwań, na zdjęciach wyglada zdecydowanie lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Pokój nie był gotowy pomimo że byliśmy po czasie check in. Przy nas pokój na szybko sprzątany. Było to niekomfortowe, dotarliśmy zmęczeni po podróży i chcieliśmy jak najszybciej odpocząć. Pokój dość mały, ciasna łazienka, z komandytowo dostępne tylko mydło do rąk przy umywalce i szampon przy wannie. Śniadanie ok, ale inni goście dostali jajka/jajecznicę a nam nikt nie zaproponował.

Breakfast was very good especially the made to order scrambled eggs with just a touch of butter. Cakes, bread, croissants, cheeses, meats, cereal, juices. Great coffee. Most mornings eaten overlooking the bay. Rooms bright, great shower and aircon, clean and well maintained. Restaurant at the hotel does great food too. Try the four cheese pizza. Best 3 star hotel we’ve ever stayed in…we’ll be back next year which is something we don’t tend to do.

Pillows could be better. Beach via many steep stairs, there is a local bus that can return you rather than climb back up, hotel were very helpful and printed off the timetable for us.

The property is so close to the beach and to the main part of Cala En Porter - The Receptionists have exceptional hospitality and we were made to feel welcome. The property is really really clean.

The beds and pillows are extremely tough if I’m honest, the pool seemed like it needed treating/cleaning but it wasn’t unbearable and had a good swim. I’d say the price was quite a lot.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The views were AMAZING! it was lovely and relaxed, not too busy - no fighting for a sun lounger each day like some places. We had dinner in the hotel pizzeria 2 nights running - the food was delicious!

Bottled water in the room would have been nice

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, a/c works well. There is basic necessities like hairdryer, tea, coffee, mini fridge. The pool is well maintained and breakfast is OK. On site bar and restaurant is very good and views are amazing!

I think it could be slightly more maintained and modernised.

Prestations décevantes par rapport au prix du séjour. Petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne. Le yaourt est chaud et le beurre fondu. Lavabo bouché. Chambre assez petite. Décoration intérieure à améliorer (fleurs en plastique, fausses briques en plastique….).

Comfortable bed, good a/c in the room. Quiet location, great views. Staff friendly and efficient, place clean.

Rooms a little small, tea and coffee facilities in rooms, but no milk or creamer. Limited bar/drinks offerings. Expensive relative to hotels of this standard and star rating. Unlikely to stay there again.

Pour la 1ere fois à Minorque, nous avons réservé 10 nuits dans cet hôtel, tres bien situé, que ce soit pour profiter de la plage en contrebas, découvrir l'île et randonner. L'hôtel, à taille humaine, est très calme et propre, le personnel réactif, souriant et discret. Les chambres sont bien équipées, hormis la télévision( petite), la climatisation est très silencieuse et la literiede bonne qualité. La piscine est suffisamment grande par rapport à la taille de L'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est tres correct ( sans etre superbe) avec un large choix. Le seul point négatif est le parking qui ne comprend que 5 places mais on peut assez facilement se garer dans les environs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans notre chambre qui donnait sur le village et dont la terrasse est ombragée partiellement toute la journée, ce qui est appréciable.

Pour mon deuxième séjour en famille c’était comme pour la première fois parfait. L’emplacement ( la vue ), le calme, le charme de l’hôtel et un personnel au petit oignon que j’ai aimé retrouver …. Il y’a un petit côté familial dû à la taille de l’hôtel que j’adore

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l'hôtel, sa piscine et sa vue. Le personne est souriant.

Nous sommes déçus de notre chambre. Odeurs désagréables dans la salle de bain, qualité de la literie décevante, peu spacieux, murs non insonorisés. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de tout le personnel. Nous nous sommes trompé dans les dates et avions réservé une nuit de moins mais le gérant a rapidement régler le problème. Au top !!!

Excelente localização em Cala em Porter. Muito perto da praia e boa infraestrutura de restaurante, farmácia e supermercado ao redor do hotel. Além disso é possível ir andando para a atração Cova d’en Xoroi (20 minutos).

Café da manhã poderia ter mais diversificação entre os dias e disponibilizar mais opções de frutas, especialmente no verão.

Hôtel au top ! emplacement, vue, confort et propreté, très calme. Petit déjeuner pris au bord de la piscine, il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Gentillesse des accueillants. Repas du soir fait maison, pris au dessus de la falaise avec vue à couper le souffle.

Bien ubicado, personal muy majo y buenas vistas. El barrio es tranquilo y hay cerca un mirador muy bonito. La playa esta cerca pero hay que subir y bajar unas escaleras de la muerte. Eso si, las vistas espectaculares. El personal muy agradable que te hace la estancia mejor. La piscina muy bien.

El desayuno regular, tenia muy buenas notas y nos esperabamos mucho pero era normalito. La habitación y el hotel muy bien pero el baño claramente mejorable. Parking demasiado pequeño.
