La localisation : proche des randonnées et de l’océan (piscine naturelle à 1 min à pied !). La terrasse est également magnifique, un lieu unique ! Merci Jorge pour son accueil

Nous avons adoré l'hôte quie tait tres disponible. L'appartement était super propre, super bien situé avec une terrasse et tres bien équipé. Nous reviendrons.

Zeer comfortabele studio, klein maar aan alles gedacht om het zo praktisch mogelijk te maken, zeer netjes ook allemaal. Weinig zicht op buiten in de studio, maar het ruim dakterras maakt dat ruimschoots goed. De host was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lovely sleepy village, very quiet, very nice bar owners, polite and patient with my horrible Portuguese! A few smaller shops, felt like you weren't in a very touristy area. Tried very hard to be respectful of local people, not loud and nodded and smiled as we passed. Fabulous nice man who waited up to let us in as it was almost 1a.m. Met again the next day to ask if everything was OK. Would go back for sure.

It was unfortunate that the lido/ swimming pool was not open, even though it was late June, there is a small black pebble beach right across from the distillery entrance, grand for a quick dip or a lazy bob, but nowhere to put down a towel. Small gripe, considering the village is charming for a few days. Enjoyed my stay.

Meeresrauschen, große Dachterrasse, Supermarkt und Restaurants um die Ecke, gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und wir durften sogar eine Waschmaschine benutzen was sehr hilfreich war. Alles top. Hatten das erste Zimmer mit seitlichem Fenster und teilweise Meerblick.

Super logement, bien situé à Porto da cruz. Permet un point de départ à proximité de tout. Le logement est propre et Jorge est un hôte incroyable. Bien équipé.

My partner and I stayed in the King Studio for 2 nights. The first thing to mention is the Jorge was an incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly host. He even dropped an umberella off for us one evening when heavy rain came! The studio itself was very conveniently located, right in the centre or charming Porta da Cruz. It was spatious and well equipped, and we found it very good value for money compared to any other accomodation on our trip to Madeira.

There was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom which tended to penetrate throughout the apartment. The only way to control this was to keep the door closed and fan on at all times. The apartment itself is a bit dark, especially around the bed. The sofa was not very comfortable, and I had allergies when sitting on it (probably due to previous pets in the apartment, as I am allergic to dogs/cats).

La situation géographique, bien placé pour beaucoup de randonnées, la sympathie de notre hôte, de bon conseil et disponible, la terrasse du haut, la proximité des restaurants à pieds et le confort des lits.

Studio très fonctionnel, pourvu de tout le nécessaire (vraie cuisine, rangements), parfaitement bien situé (on entend la mer du balcon) avec plein de belles randonnées autour, du calme et des petits restaus sympas. Hôte très serviable et ayant eu la gentillesse de mettre des capsules, d'expresso, tu thé du sucre, du sel du poivre etc pour ses locataires, ce qui fait qu'on est pas totalement dépourvu.

Ne prenez pas le "2bedrooms": contrairement aux deux autres studios, une cloison a été mise juste devant la fenêtre 'sans doute pour être évité d'être vu de l'escalier) et du coup très peu de lumière du jour à l'intérieur (lumière électrique marche très bien, mais si on doit passer un certain temps dans la chambre c'est problématique). Attention aussi le balcon/auvent est commun aux trois studios (de même que la terrasse) : parfait pour prendre son petit dej avec le bruit de la mer - mais tout dépend des voisins...

It was spotless. Location : near bus stop, taxi rank, bar's & superb restaurant's. Sea view. There was a hose for washing your walking boots. Washing machine. If we need a lift to Funchal, we could go with Jorge in the mornings.

Bed was not as comfy as I would have liked, maybe spray the apartment with Mosquito repellent before we arrived.

Needed a bathmat for the shower. The floor was slippery.

The appartment was very clean and cosy. Also there is a roof terasse you can use. And the stuff and the host are incredibly helpful and nice 👌

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement correspond à la description et il y a tout ce qu'il faut avec une vue et une localisation au top. Le propriétaire est disponible et joignable à tout moment.

Jorge , el anfitrión es muy atento en todo momento,atiende a los mensajes incluso se pasó a preguntar si necesitábamos alguna cosa. Muy buena ubicación de la casa , céntrica y con posibilidad de aparcamiento en la puerta. Apartamento amplio y limpio.

Debido a que nuestra estancia coincidió con las fiestas del pueblo por la noche hubo ruido, pero los días que no hubo fiesta es un sitio silencioso y centrico.

This is a truly beautiful place, just a short walk from the beach and excellent restaurants. We’re coming back for the second time already, and we’re sure we’ll return again in the future. Jorge is by far the best host we’ve ever met, incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always there for us. He made our stay so easy and enjoyable, and he was always there to answer any questions we had.

Hyvä majoitus rannikolla pienessä kaupungissa. Huoneisto oli sopiva kahdelle ja siinä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Keittiö. Avulias isäntä! Jos tarvitset lepoa ja rauhallista ympäristöä, se paikka on sinulle. Uima-altaat ja meri 30 m ( meressä uiminen ei onnistu aaltojen takia). Muutama ruokakauppa ja ravintolat lähellä. Vuokra-autolla pääsee helposti tutustumaan saareen ( levadat, vuoristot ja muut kaupungit).

We had a great time at Sea Breeze Studios - Jorge is a wonderful host who was overall kind, and verh generous. One day he brought us fresh-baked bread, which was amazing! The apartment in itself has everything you need and with the little rooftop terrace, it generally feels very complete 😊

If I have to mention anything, the place is a bit difficult to air out due to the amount of windows. But there is a de-humidifier, which I think can be helpful.

Jorge is a very warm welcoming person, even when I arrived past the late check-in at 11:40pm !!!! The apartment 2 (middle) is nicely done and has everything you are asking for. There is a table outside where you can see the sea and have coffee. The roof terrace was under construction, as soon as it is done, with some lounge chairs or tables, this will be a highlight. The little town, has restaurants, natural pool, tiny supermarket with fresh coffee. Parking was very easy (not sure in peak season). I had a peak in Appartment 1, this has an additional big window towards the sea.... I think that will be my next choice.

The middle apartment has only a front window, the privacy and natural light is limited (not much traffic infront of the apartment). REMARK: the bed is comfy but very low. This could be for some people an issue. The 3 stairs to the bed area, for saftey I wish there were some 'stoppers' because the floor is so shiny and the stairs rather small. Just a tiny suggestion.

Apartment really well equipped. We had everything we needed. Location is amazing - like 3 minutes from apartment to the ocean! Jorge is one of the kindest human beings, he's the best: very helpful and polite. 😊 I'm sure I'll be back!

I loved everything about our stay, the apartment was comfortable, very clean and in a perfect location, just a few steps from the ocean and local restaurants. Parking on the street was never an issue and Porto da Cruz turned out to be a perfect base to explore the whole island. Also, Jorge is the nicest host ever! I’d definitely recommend this place!

Lovely apartment in Porto da Cruz. We loved that it was so close to the beach/ocean. The owner Jorge was super nice and even brought us self-made bread one day - it was still warm and super yummy.

The kitchen could use a bit of a touchup.

We loved being able to see and hear the ocean from this clean and comfortable studio :) It only has one window, but it has a nice terrace to sit outside and dry your laundry. Several surf schools are in walking distance. Jorge has been a very friendly host!

We loved the place and mostly the owner, he helped us with car and everything we needed along the way. If we ever wanted to go to Madeira again I would love to stay here.

Bus stop at the door; grocery store across the street. Great view from the balcony with picturesque sunsets and rainbows. Very helpful and accessible owner.

We had a really great time in beginning of October at sea breeze studios! It is a wonderful, unique place to relax and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our 5 nights in Porto da Cruz. Beautiful restaurants with amazing sea food, the sea and pools are right down the road. The rum factory (we highly recommend to visit!) and a small supermarket are also within walking distance, just some minutes. The car can be parked in front of the apartments. We loved Porto da Cruz - our favorite place to stay on Madeira! Jorge was a very friendly host and was very flexible in check-in time as we needed to change twice within short notice. Check-out was also very easy. Thank you Jorge, we will come back for sure! :) Julia & Sebastian

I want to return to Madeira as soon as possible and I will arrange accommodation at this place again. Not only the accommodation is fantastic, but also the place where it is located. And the food in the local restaurants/bars is also excellent.

I didn't find anything to be dissatisfied with.

Everything was good. The only thing (probably difficult to handle due to the location and the season) was the presence of a few ants.

Great location. Most attractions are easily reachable within a 30 min drive. The village is small, not croweded. The host was really nice, helpful, and friendly. Getting the keys was easy. It is quite. Nice terrace to breakfast on.

Bed was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy.We had everything that we needed. The host was very helpful. The apartament was located near beautiful beach. We loved our holiday.

Jorge is an excellent and very responsive host, who responded quickly to messages, always offered help, was in touch. The location and the apartments themselves exceeded our expectations many times over, we were delighted with the view from the terrace and Porto da Cruz in general. We found a lot of friends there, great places (Pipa, for example) and incredible scenery. The room was large, more than enough space, very comfortable bed and cool duvets. It was warm, cozy, the bathroom is also large with everything you need. Stylish renovation and excellent location. I recommend this place! And special thanks to Jorge for the help!

We only lacked plates, otherwise there are no shortcomings. Great place and value for money too. We liked it here much more than, for example, in Funchal

Jorge the owner was great! the apartment is in a great location. 15mins away from airport, plenty of parking, close to lots of walks

The location was great especially if the purpose for your visit is for hikes and outdoors adventures because you are close to a variety of nature trails etc. It's also great if you are looking for a quieter holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the main city Funchal. Its definitely recommended that you rent a car to get around. The scenery around the location is breath taking as you are close to the Sea and you're very close to some amazing restaurants and some small mini markets. All in all its a great place to stay. Jorge the host was really amazing.

The bathroom needs a few minor adjustments such as adding proper towel rails and installing a better shower screen. It would be ideal if there was a washing machine installed that can double up as a dryer too but other than that the venue was amazing.

Deux nuits dans ce studios. Simple, propre, efficace, et proximité des commerces. Par mauvais temps, le responsable nous a même apporté un chauffage des années sixties mais ça servit pour les affaires humides... Dommage juste pour la réception concernant les arrivées tardives...
