تجربتي في الفندق كانت رائعة بجد. أكتر حاجة عجبتني النظافة، الغرفة والحمام كانوا نضيفين ومرتبين والريحة حلوة، وده كان بفضل متابعة مدير الهاوسكيبينج مستر رمضان، شخص محترم ومتعاون جدًا، وأي طلب كنا بنطلبه كان بيتم علطول وباهتمام، ربنا يكرمه 😊 مستر مصطفى في الاستقبال كان بشوش ولطيف وساعدنا في كل حاجة. الأكل كان تحفة بجد، تنوعه حلو جدًا والأصناف كلها لذيذة، وكل وجبة كانت مميزة، الشكر لكل الشيفات والأكل كان نضيف وطازة ومعمول بحب الحفلات والبرامج كانت رائعة ومنظمة، الجو كان رايق وفيها فقرات حلوة خلت الأجواء مرحة، ومناسبة جدًا للأطفال، و اى حد معاه اطفال هيكونوا مبسوطين أوي. والستاف كله كان متعاون وبشوش، من شباب الخدمة للشيفات. بصراحة هنكرر الزيارة تاني، الفندق جميل وال ستاف رائعين

Everything was great! Mr. Mahmoud at the reception was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Mr. Youssef at the reception was also very nice and helpful. The cleanliness was more than perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Ramadan and another very nice gentleman from the housekeeping team on the 3rd floor. Every day, I could feel the freshness after my room was cleaned. Everyone was doing their job perfectly, and you can really see the effort in every corner. A perfect stay! Highly recommended.

من افضل الأماكن علي الإطلاق والاهم النظافة ويا بخت اللي مسئول عن غرفته شخص اسمه علي قمه في الذوق وطبعا مديره الاستاذ رمضاااان من ارقي الشخصيات اللي قابلتها وعندهم ضمير وحب لعملهم وواجب عليا واحقاقا لحق كل واحد أنا صممت اني أصورهم علي الرغم من انهم رفضوا بس مع تصميمي وافقه .. وهنزل صورهم -اخص بالذكر الانيميشن تيم سلمي وروان هما اثنين بس بمقام تيم كامل من فرق الانيميشن مكون من 10 في فنادق الغردقة برضه هنزل صورهم .. بيبذلوا مجهود رهيب بصراحة .. - جودة الطعام وكميته بصراحة حاجة جميلة جددا وفوق الرائعة - استقبال رائع من ا/ مصطفى المصري في الريسبشن - بصراحة اول مره انزل كانكون بس للامانه تحفة بكل المقااايس

The villa we rented was good. The open buffet options were diverse and food was really tasty. The stuff are amazing and very kind. They made sure our stay was pleasant and that we got all wat we needed. Special shout out to Mr. Ramadan. Thank you for the burthday cake :) I wish the resort to keep a list of trusted Taxi drivers in case guests need to do some short errands around the resort since Uber does not function properly there.

Mostly food was the big L. I read reviews before coming and they mostly liked the food but actually from my experience food was too bad for a place this good and well serviced but food was really low quality and distasteful. I stayed for 1 night so I only tried 1 BF and dinner. Both were bad and very distasteful. Also for the cleanliness it was good but a small minor thing we saw a yellow spot on a pillow but we asked the staff and they changed it immediately. We also tried the laundry service and they were very quick and good price as well.

Not the first time to stay in Cancun and won't be the last. Staff - specially Mr. Ramadan and his team (Mr. Hamada and others) - went above and beyond to keep our stay comfortable. The food is seriously delicious and the private pool in the villa was a hit.

The pool was cleaned on a daily basis, which was great and something we really appreciated. The golf cart service was also very convenient, particularly as it was available during breakfast and dinner times. The variety of food available was good, with plenty of options to choose from. However, the quality was inconsistent and, unfortunately, not always up to the standard we expected. I would also like to mention the doctor on site, who was very helpful when my son injured himself while playing in the swimming pool. I was extremely grateful for his prompt assistance and care during that situation.

We booked a three-bedroom villa with a sea view and naturally expected all three bedrooms to have a sea view. However, only two of the rooms had a sea view. The third bedroom was a very small room on the ground floor, facing the entrance door of the villa, with no view at all. Given the description and the price we paid, this was quite disappointing. When we checked in, the villa was also not fully prepared. It was missing towels, and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The TV remote controls for the bedrooms were also missing. We had to contact room service multiple times before these issues were eventually resolved. Considering the price we paid and the fact that check-in was at 3:00 PM, I expected the villa to be fully prepared and ready to use immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately, that was not the case, which was frustrating and not what we expected from the experience. There was also an ongoing issue with the ground-floor bedroom and the bathroom directly in front of it. There was a persistent sewage smell in this area, which became particularly noticeable once the neighbouring villa started being occupied. The smell was unpleasant and significantly affected our experience of staying in the villa. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on the villa description and the price we paid.

Exceptional stay at Cancun Sokhna! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Cancun Sokhna was truly exceptional. Everything was well organized, the resort was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The kids’ animation was also great and kept my daughter entertained and happy throughout our stay. What really stood out was how attentive the team was to special requests. They went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary memorable. The team helped me arrange beautiful room decorations and a cake as a surprise for my wife, and everything was perfectly organized. A very special thanks to Mahmoud from the Reception team, who was extremely helpful and professional. He arranged the anniversary surprise for me and also helped with an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. Thank you to the whole Cancun Sokhna team for the wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Cancun Sokhna and really enjoyed our experience. We actually came back again after our previous visit, this time for two nights, and once again everything was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Ramadan, the Housekeeping Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. He was always helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Also, many thanks to Mahmoud, the Reservations Manager, for being very professional, helpful, and making the booking process smooth and easy. The staff in general were amazing, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. And a special mention to Nasr, the Oriental Pastry Chef — the oriental desserts were absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. 👌🏻 Overall, we had a great family stay and really appreciated the hospitality and service. We will definitely be happy to come back again. ❤️ Highly recommended!

The villa was private, clean, and comfortable. The pool was well maintained and clean. Check-in and out were quick and easy. The staff was hospitable and happy to help, especially Mr. Ramadan Imam of the reception staff. The open buffet was excellent as well, with good variety and fresh taste. Overall, very satisfying experience, and I will definitely be going back.

The bathroom toiletries need an upgrade, as they are very weak, and the smell isn't exactly pleasant.

The Animation Team, especially Mr. Karim, Ms. Salma, and Mr. Amr, were lovely and made my kids so happy. ​The Housekeeping team was amazing; they cleaned the room every morning and made amazing shapes with towels, making my kids excited to see the new shapes every day. ​The beach was nice, but the water level decreases a lot after 3 PM, so it is preferred to be there in the morning. ​All the team works hard to make everyone happy and comfortable, asking you all the time if there is anything you need. ​Grilled food by Chef Amin was amazing daily at dinner time.

The food needs some variety, especially for healthy food.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cancun Hotel. We loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel, which was relaxing, welcoming, and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and extremely helpful. Whatever we asked for was provided promptly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The cleanliness level was very good, and our villa was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was a wonderful experience and gave the hotel something special that truly sets it apart from other hotels. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Cancun Hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One thing that we did not appreciate was the situation at the marina stairs. Some guests were sitting on the steps with their legs in the water, blocking the way for people who were going into or coming out of the sea. Unfortunately, we had to pass very close to them and sometimes accidentally bump into them while getting out of the water. This can be quite uncomfortable and embarrassing, especially when men and women have to squeeze past each other in such a narrow space. As far as we understand, this area is specifically designated for guests who are able to swim. However, some of the people sitting on the stairs were not swimmers and were using the stairs simply as a way to enjoy the water, which is against the rules of the area. We believe the rules should be communicated more clearly and enforced more firmly. The staff member responsible for supervising this area should be more strict in making sure that the stairs remain clear and accessible for guests entering and exiting the sea. This would make the experience much safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable for everyone.

I had an absolutely excellent experience at Cancun .From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and every detail made my stay enjoyable. The service was exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of everyone there. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

اللي عجبني جدًا جودة الأكل والنضافة، والاستاف كان فريندلي جدًا ومحترم. كمان الفقرات الترفيهية وسط اليوم كانت إضافة حلوة ومخلية اليوم ممتع. المكان نفسه فخم وموصل الإحساس ده فعلًا، ومش هتحس خالص إنك في فندق رخيص.

اللي معجبنيش هو المبالغة في أسعار بعض المشروبات، سواء المشروبات الغازية أو القهوة. طبعًا تقدر تجيب حاجتك معاك، وده حل موجود، لكن كنت أفضل إن التجربة تكون كاملة من غير ما أحتاج أفكر في الموضوع ده. متسعرة ب 4 اضعاف تمنها ودة مش منطقي

إقامة ممتازة وتجربة تستحق التكرار ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ كانت إقامتي في كانكون السخنة تجربة جميلة جدًا، والفندق بشكل عام مريح ومناسب جدًا للعائلات. أكتر حاجة لفتت نظري هي النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، سواء في الغرفة أو الأماكن العامة. الغرفة كانت نظيفة ومريحة، ومستوى الخدمة كان ممتاز. فريق العمل بالكامل كان محترم ومتعاون جدًا، من الاستقبال وحتى المطعم وخدمة الغرف، والتعامل كان راقي وبشوش طوال فترة الإقامة. الأكل كان متنوع وجودته جيدة، وفيه اختيارات مناسبة لأذواق مختلفة، والتنظيم داخل المطعم كان جيد. بشكل عام الفندق مكان مناسب جدًا للراحة والاستجمام، والإقامة كانت مريحة وممتعة، وأتمنى أكرر الزيارة مرة تانية.

ملاحظات تحتاج إلى تحسين رغم إن الإقامة كانت جيدة جدًا بشكل عام، إلا إن فيه بعض النقاط اللي محتاجة تحسين: الشاطئ: الشاطئ صخري بشكل واضح، والمشي والدخول للمياه بيكونوا غير مريحين من غير جزمة بحر. لذلك أنصح أي حد نازل البحر ياخد جزمة بحر معاه، خصوصًا الأطفال. كمان المارينا مش بديل مناسب للشاطئ للي مش بيعرف يعوم؛ لأن الدخول للمياه من المارينا بيكون في مياه أعمق، وبالتالي مش هتكون اختيار مناسب للأطفال أو الأشخاص اللي مش بيعرفوا السباحة وعايزين ينزلوا البحر بأمان. فريق الـAnimation: الفريق لطيف ومتعاون، لكن مستوى الأنشطة كان أفضل وأوضح خلال الـWeekend، خصوصًا الجمعة والسبت. أما باقي أيام الأسبوع، فالـActivities كانت محدودة نسبيًا، وده ممكن يخلي تجربة الـAnimation أقل حيوية، خصوصًا للعائلات والأطفال. أتمنى يكون فيه جدول أنشطة أقوى ومتوزع بشكل أفضل على مدار الأسبوع.

We had a very nice and lovely stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and all the facilities were marvelous. Everything was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were wonderful and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Mahmoud, as well as the housekeeping team, Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Saad, who all went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The main pool and adults-only pool were brilliant, and the beach and facilities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of food, with very good quality and plenty of options to choose from. We stayed for three nights in a Deluxe Pool View Room, which had been renovated and was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We loved everything about our stay and left the hotel with many wonderful memories. This was our second visit, and we will definitely come back again and again, إن شاء الله. I had a very pleasant stay at Cancun Sokhna Resort and would highly recommend it. The facilities and service were excellent, but a special mention must go to the housekeeping team particularly to Mr. Mustafa, the Head of Housekeeping, for his professionalism and attention to detail. His team kept everything spotless and ensured our stay was extremely comfortable. Also speical thanks to the catering team and the kitche chefs. Thank you for the great hospitality.

I recently stayed at cancun hotel and wanted to share my feedback. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every interaction felt genuine, they were attentive to my needs, quick to help with any requests, and handled everything with a high level of courtesy and efficiency. It's clear the team takes real pride in delivering excellent guest service. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Mostafa at reception was as welcoming as always, just like on our previous visits. The food was delicious, especially the hawawshi, and the waitstaff were always smiling and attentive. A special thanks to Ramadan and the helpful housekeeping team for making sure we had everything we needed. Finally, the animation and kids' club team was fantastic my kids really loved the lady who entertained them during the morning activities and at the 9 PM kids' show!
