The staff was incredibly helpful, the premises were clean and nicely updated, and the location was very convenient. And the breakfast was great! What more could a tired traveler ask for? 😊

Clean, comfortable, quiet . Very comfortable king bed (new mattress), large absorbent towels, mini fridge (very quiet), 6 pillows of various degrees of puff to choose from, desk and chair, two guest chairs, sofa chair and stool, microwave (did not use), luggahe rack, AC was quiet. Comp breakfast was really good, lots of selections, great staff - front desk, housekeeping. Place is quietly undergoing refurbishment, but very clean and fresh despite the work. Would stay again.

Hotel ligt vlak naast de uitvalsweg (prima) en toch geen geluidsoverlast. Ontbijt was prima. I.p.v. wafels hier een pancake automaat. Behulpzaam personeel.

Via de website krijg je indruk dat er een keuken is waar je ook een warme maaltijd kunt bereiden, maar dat kan niet. Is niet goed voorzien van pannen e.d.. Daarom andere kamer zonder keuken gevraagd en gekregen.

Toilet crooked door barely shut, main door beeped and didnt shut properly, fitness room 30 degrees and tiny, fully under renos smelled horrible in building

The hotel manager tried to charge my card for the full stay 4 hours before I had even arrived to check in (which was stated on my reservation). At 2pm I was called and told that they would be canceling my reservation because they tried to charge my card and it declined. I called and told them I was 20 mins away and to wait. They tried to charge my card 3 more times before I go there. When I arrived they asked me for a second card. I asked them what the machine was saying, they said it just read declined. I asked to see the machine as my card requires a pin in order to be charged. They argued that they just wanted another card and that it was common practice (its not and honestly comes off as scammy). When they finally gave me the machine to process the payment it immediately went through. The room was not clean by any standard. There were streaks of dirt on the bathroom door frame, dirt on the floor, the windowsill was full of dust, and the utensils in the kitchenette still had food on them. Bathroom had urine around the hinges on the toilet lid. Breakfast was microwaved turkey meatballs, hash browns, and eggs. (Nothing cooked on location). Pancake machine was faulty and we had to wait for food as the other two people had emptied the dishes (they had regular size plates of food). We had also come down at 8am. This is my second time staying and its not any better. Oh also they are doing repairs to the hallway walls and their outlets had no covers so watch your young ones.

The staff were exceptionally approachable, friendly, and accommodating. They genuinely made an effort to ensure that guests had a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. While it was simple, it offered good protein options, and I appreciated that it was available until 10:00 AM. Since I was working night shifts during my stay, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to clean my room in the evening instead of the morning. That level of flexibility and attention to guests’ needs really stood out and made my stay much more comfortable.

The biggest issue was the frequent false fire alarms, which were very disruptive. There was also construction taking place above my room, and the noise made it difficult to get proper rest after working night shifts. I was also disappointed with the rewards program. I wasn’t aware that stays booked through third-party websites do not earn Wyndham Rewards points. It would be nice if guests could at least receive partial points since they are still staying at the property. Lastly, I found the laundry and dryer fees to be quite expensive.

The location was perfect. The hotel was undergoing some renovations in the lobby, but it did not impact our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

It was so dirty! Our floors were coming apart, big gaps in the wood panel flooring. The bathroom was really dirty, toilet was disgusting. Floors were the worst very very gross

Very friendly staff. It is very convenient that there is a kitchen in the room.

We stayed for two nights, and on the second day and morning there was no hot water. My son couldn't take a shower after a hockey tournament ((( The cleaning needed a bit of work; there was food leftovers in the kitchen and no dish towel or sponge.

Should have offered half off this stay. -Bed could be modernized with a proper pillow top mattress. -pee stains/dirty toilet. - coffee supplies in room not replenished. -dirty plates and hair in breakfast lounge, watered down orange juice.. at first I thought it was lemonade but nope, just oj colored water.

Breakfast was substandard, my TV did not work and I phoned for someone to come and look at it and they never did. Your smoking area needs to be burther away from the sliding door. I was there with my child and the smell of weed close to the door was unbearable as there was a group of men smoking it close to the door.

Went to check in every room that I checked into and was given a key to get into was already occupied by other people went through three rooms finally got angry and left. Never had a chance to stay there. Front desk guy was hard to deal with and can figure out his computer system.

Price and the cleanliness.

Breakfast was not that good. The pancake machine did not work. The fruit was old and dry. The scrambled eggs were not good. The sausages were dry. The juice and coffee was good and the different breads.

Clean, modern, fast internet service which is important. King bed had 5 pillows which was great for me to nest in.

The morning manager was friendly, I believe her name is Elsie. She's very attentive to guests, she made sure we got hot food in the breakfast room. The room is decent and clean.

We waited about 15 minutes to be checked in, tried to ring the bell three times and nobody was showing up infront. The night staff finally showed up when we called the hotel.

The free breakfast was terrible. Did not like the food at all, we tried to eat there our first morning but the pancake batter was low. I told the front desk lady that it didn't work and I couldn't make pancakes; this was August 27th, 8 am. She said she would come and help and she never moved from the front desk (there were no customers there). So we just left and never went back. We were there for 6 days. The food offered there was very mediocre.

Staffs are friendly and welcoming; breakfast is good.

PWD parking space should be occupied by PWDs with stickers and not by the staff of the Inn or non-PWDs

the noise isolation is really poor, i can hear the steps on the upper floor. Since we were next to the ice maker, i was waken up by the sound of scooping ice.

It didn’t matter which Motel we stayed at the concern I’ve got is that EVERY fridge freezer has NEVER been DEFROSTED and it sure doesn’t take much time to do and the fridge doesn’t even get cold cause of all the ice buildup in the freezer department. Now that it’s full of ice it’ll take much much longer to clean. It should be done once every month but can’t see it cause they’re to lazy to do it.

I appreciated the breakfast - though it wasn’t great, it was nice to have some cereal, oatmeal, toast, etc. Price was the best in town.

I had an absolutely awful interaction with a staff member while trying to ask a question before arrival. I have honestly never experienced being treated that rudely… it was weird, to be honest. We only decided to stay there because the price is so good. Now, if you care about things being clean - this is not your hotel. The room was dirty and smells very strongly of mold. Carpet even felt moist under foot.

We arrived late and had to check our self into the room. There was no front desk staff. Housekeeping came knocking on our door. Bright and early.

Happy with everything. The room was clean, the appliances were modern and worked well. The included breakfast was good. There were eggs, sausages, hash browns, bread with possibility to make toasts, also there was a pancake making machine, and a choice of sweet breakfasts and drinks.

Worst breakfast bar ever. Just sausage and hashbrowns, no eggs no pancakes or anything you would expect. Staff doesn’t seem to be trying.

You can't say you have a fitness room when it has a few weights, a bike from the 80's and a treadmill that didn't turn on.

Rooms were clean and quiet, we though breakfast could have been better, but it was enough for a quick coffee on our way out.
