Nourriture du soir pas assez varié ,
Not our first stay here, but the first time with the family of 12 in 3 apartments. Very spacious and light, TV with multiple BBC and ITV channels. Wide range of hot and cold offerings at breakfast to suit all tastes, with omelettes made to order, and a super range of fresh pastries. Pools cleaned each early morning, and very clear, comfortable sunbeds, good pool towels from Reception. Staff always smiling and helpful, most notably Divya, Maira and Falou in Reception, and the hard-working Miguel and Alejandro keeping people happy in the bar. With this being our 5th stay over the years, and now just in our 70's, I'm not sure how many more stays we will make unless we all come as a big family again, very likely as we all enjoyed it so much. P.S. large inflatables (rings, lilos) are not allowed in the pools, with lifeguards on duty until early evening, so save your money at the shops. I would mainly describe it as a young family hotel rather than couples, and they have a quiet area with its own pool for smaller children.
Reception on Arrival Check-in was quick and efficient. You can collect towels free of charge on arrival, although there is a €1 charge per towel if you want to exchange them during your stay. Safety deposit boxes are available for €2.50 per day. Rooms The rooms are very spacious, with a separate kitchen, equipped with plates, a kettle, a standard-sized fridge and a two-ring hob. If you need any additional kitchen equipment, reception may be able to provide it. Air con was good and some rooms also had ceiling fans. The bedroom had plenty of wardrobe space and shelves, making it easy to unpack. The lounge area was also spacious and contained the pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom was a great size, with two sinks and a walk-in shower (no bath). At busier times of the day, the hot water and water pressure could be inconsistent. The balcony was another good size, although there isn't a drying rack or clothes airer provided. We bought a small fold-up travel airer, which came in handy. Dining We stayed on an all-inclusive basis. Breakfast offered the usual selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats, bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, waffles, croissants, toast and other continental-style options. Lunch and dinner had a smaller selection than some larger resorts and could become a little repetitive over the week. However, there was generally something for everyone, including salads, meat, fish, children's favourites, bread, fruit, cakes and ice cream. And the food was good quality. Pork featured on the menu quite frequently. The dining room was spacious, and drinks were self-service, including tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine. The staff worked incredibly hard to clear tables quickly, so finding a seat was rarely an issue. Pool Area There are three pools: a large main pool, a smaller pool and a jacuzzi-style pool. There were plenty of sunbeds available, although, as with many hotels, some guests reserved them early, so availability varied. The pool area could do with some maintenance. There were quite a few missing or damaged tiles around the pools, and unfortunately a few guests cut their toes, so this is something that would benefit from being repaired. The pool bar serves drinks throughout the day (all-inclusive guests need to show their wristband/card). At busy times there could be queues, especially when only one or two staff members were serving, but the service itself was generally quick. Snacks were available mid-afternoon, although they didn't really appeal to us. The sunbeds themselves were comfortable. Location The hotel is in a quieter area. It's around a 10-minute walk to the nearest shops, approximately 20 minutes to Playa Bastián, and around 30 minutes to Playa de las Cucharas, the main beach. If being close to the beach and midnight resort is important, the location may not be ideal. Taxis cost around €5 to the main area (single trip) Costa Teguise was very windy during our stay, although much of the Canary Islands experienced similar weather at the time. Despite the breeze, it remained very warm with a high UV index, so sunscreen is essential, even on cloudy days. Kids' Club & Entertainment We didn't use the kids' club, but there was an animation team and a mini disco. There were activities during the day, although we found them a little less frequent and energetic compared with some other family hotels we've stayed in. Evening entertainment was enjoyable but varied in quality. The magician and the flamenco show were the highlights for us, while some of the other acts didn't seem to keep the children particularly engaged. Hotel Facilities The hotel has some good facilities, including a spa (available at an extra cost) and paddle and tennis courts, which we enjoyed using. Some areas of the hotel are beginning to look a little tired and would benefit from some refurbishment. This was most noticeable around the pool and on some of the apartment doors, which could do with repainting. Overall Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The spacious rooms, hardworking staff and good facilities made for an enjoyable holiday. While the hotel could benefit from some maintenance and the location wasn't quite right for us, it still offers good value for money. Personally, I probably wouldn't return, mainly because I'd prefer to stay closer to the beach and the main resort area.
Good Point Nice hotel rooms comfortable and clean . Bad points Not enough resturant and bar staff people clearing tables themselves to sit down to eat, 1 member of bar staff queue a mile long , not all inclusive 1 bottle of water for 3 people fot 11 days although they did have water stations by pool and in resturant. Says for families we took a 6 year old only daily activities now and again mainly arobics or water volleyball , chils disco 8 til 8.30 nightly same songs every night , Pool could do with refubishing in as tiles coming off
Just returned from and 11 night stay, firstly I want to say after reading some of the reviews before travelling , I was really worried about going as hygiene was mentioned repeatedly, however we did not have any issues with our room, it was cleaned daily and towels were changed as requested (leave them on the floor jn the bathroom and they will change them) Restaurant- The staff are amazing 👏 even when some people think being on holiday means they can just leave your mess, like would you do that at home? No, so pick up after yourselves and your kids! I have two of my own. Food, 6 of us travelled and we always found something to eat, yes some days better than others and breakfast was great! Pools- Yes they needs resurfacing (management need tonplan for winter months to complete), but they were cleaned daily. Management- You need to become part of the operational staff at peak times, no good walking around checking this and that, the staff work incredibly hard and just because you are managers it doesn't mean sit in offices and walk around checking others. Also get some blue lights to catch flies in the restaurant, flies will go there as there is food, but the lights are a basic for restaurants. Finally, I've stayed in better 4 star all inclusive, but I've also stayed in worse.
I am currently here now and I seriously cannot fault the hotel. The rooms are amazing I cannot believe how big they are. Spotlessly clean and cleaners come in everyday. Food is delicious. Good choices at all meal times. Always some food on the go from breakfast through to evening meal. Mini disco if you have kids at a reasonable time 8.30pm I have stayed in a lot of places where this starts at 9.30 which for a lot of kids is too late . Drinks and cocktails all good. Would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return.
Excelent!! We just arrive yesterday, Friday 24th July from Vitalclass hotel, and we had a great holidays. The animation Team was great, our kids enjoyed a lot the mini club time, and specially the Mini Disco every nights. The rooms are very spacious, nice, and modern. The food was variety and tasty, we loved. The kids’ swimming pool was great!! Kids had a lot of fun there!! We are really thinking about to come back next summer.
TODO
We have just arrived back from a week stay at this hotel to the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was not great staff are very rude rooms are not clean at all we had to contact jet 2 as our room was horrible no air conditioning we was all inclusive 10pm is the cut of line after that time you have to pay for your drinks even if it’s not alcohol also the food was poor and most of the time meat wasn’t cooked correct you also had to pay for ice creams for the kids which is dissapointing the was no daytime entertainment for children of any age and the kids entertainment of a night time was music awful to say this is a family resort and sold to you as 4 star it is not a four star Lanzarote it’s self is a beautiful place but this hotel is not for family’s we did find a lovely place outside of the hotel to eat but definitely will not be returning here
Recently returned from a 10night all inclusive holiday with my husband & 2 daughters (7&11) Location was ok. Needed to walk approx 15 mins to a shop, which was fine for us however the hotel provided a free taxi service twice a day to the beach which was central to shops bars restaurants etc and only 4e for return taxi. All staff very friendly an work so so hard long hours in extreme heat. Food was amazing especially for all inclusive. Breakfast was repetitive but good. Dairy alternative milks, yoghurt. Lunch & dinner Lots of variety. Soups, breads, salads. Plenty of veg and potato choices. Rice/paela dishes. Lasagne, kebabs, fish, tacos, steaks. Some food cooked infront of u. Lots of drink choices alcoholic & non. Hotel is very clean. Our room was huge. Sitting room with sofa bed, table and 4 chairs, 2 dressing tables. Kitchen was basic but we only needed the fridge. Bathroom was large with Double sink and walk in shower. Double bedroom was very spacious with 2 double wardrobes. We had a massive balcony, triple the size of any had before, with table an 4 chairs. Our room was cleaned daily and towels replenished. No bedbugs. No cockroaches. Aircon in the room wasnt great but there was a ceiling fan in each room which was a lifesaver. 3 pools were kept clean. Staff cleaning at 7am. Yes ther is a green rim on the tiles but this is the suncream, its cleaned every morming and reappears throughout rhe day. Please note after buying 2 large floaties for 50e we were told no floaties apart from small rings were allowed in any of the pools. I highlighted this should have been communicated when checking in and given pool times etc esp when staying with children whom love pool floaties! The odd cracked tile in each pool wud need repairing as a few people cut ther toes. Pool bar was open til 6pm with snacks an hot food too. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, relaxing, not noisy despite music playing by the pool. Plenty of sun lounges which all seemed new. Entertainment let the hotel down. The best was the magician, saxophone player and the karaoke night. Kids mini disco was repetitive music an dances every night but the staff where amazing with the kids. Terribly hot in the restaurant and in the bar, where the Entertainment was held. A gorgeous open area outside which would be an ideal place to have the Entertainment. No lift and no shop on site. Huge well equipped gym used daily. Washing machine (€4) & dryer (€3) available. I Used the washer an had all my laundry done coming home to put away! Game changer!!! 15min walk to water park! If this hotel could be moved closer to the beach an shops with better entertainment i would give it 5*.
Good hotel. The aircon con is the only thing that lets it down.
My visit to VISTAROACHSPA Rooms are basic décor in need of a refresh. Air con doesn’t work in any of the rooms making sleeping difficult. I had to get housekeeping to spray the rooms after more than one visit of a cockroach with 24 hours of arrival. But I guess it’s one of those things? Nope, the cockroaches were also present in the massage room! Although I must admit this one had clearly had a long day and was on its back lifeless. Double Beds - feels like Concrete Shower .- hot water good power Kitchenette - Clean but didn’t use it Food - Basic but as with most AI you can find something to suit your dietary needs. There is currently 1/2 working microwaves in the dining area if it is you prefer to not have your buffet food Luke warm. Massage - 1 hour deep tissue was worth the price it despite the presence of Mr Roach. But if a ticket to use the spa is also not worth it. Steam room wasn’t working and facilities were dated. Haman spa treatment was not available. Best bits: The beach, shop’s restaurants. So basically anywhere hut the hotel. The sun was hot and the drinks numbed the thought of a cockroach in my room a night. I most certainly won’t return here.
Bagno schiuma e shampoo mai arrivati in stanza.
Will not be returning Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is in a very secluded location with very little nearby, so you're largely dependent on the hotel for food and facilities. You can walk into the centre, but it takes around 30 minutes, or you can get a taxi for approximately €5. The food was one of the biggest letdowns. There was very little variety, and the quality was poor, making mealtimes repetitive and unenjoyable. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly throughout most of the hotel. Although it was functioning in our room, it barely cooled the space, and the temperature stayed around 26–28°C, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. Cleanliness also fell below expectations. The hotel didn't feel well maintained, and the towels were old, worn, and frayed, giving the impression that they should have been replaced long ago. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standard we expected, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again. This definitely should not be a 4* hotel.
Very poor experience - not a 4* hotel. Arrived on 29th June to find no air con across the hotel. Told engineers were looking at it but they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Our travel agent in the UK arranged portable air con units for us at a cost of 100 euros. Once WE paid for this we were then told the hotel could have arranged - we are still waiting for the hotel to refund the money and we go home tomorrow. Air con units provided need to be vented out the window so can’t use overnight which means rooms have been over 20 degrees c to try to sleep in. Our travel agent has discovered that the air con has been broken for some time but neither the hotel or Jet2 are being honest with customers about this. The hotel are not proactively offering portable air con units - only when customers complain. Jet2 also doing nothing about this issue. The hotel is very run down and in some areas dirty. Rooms - are spacious but bathroom door is nearly 10cm narrower than the other doors - this meant our wheelchair user was unable to access the bathroom until our travel rep in the UK arranged some equipment for us. Neither the hotel or Jet2 did anything about this - there answer was to take our wheelchair user to the bathroom in the spa - a 10 minute walk away around the outside of the hotel on a busy road and only open 8-8. The onsite Jet2 rep was too concerned with leaving site to support us with this after 18 hours of leaving home and having had no sleep. We also had a broken toilet (which was fixed quickly) and a broken sliding door onto the terrace of our ground floor room. This was reported 3 times, and not fixed properly until we reported a 4th time, with no understanding on by hotel staff that this meant our room was unsecured. Charged 17.50 euro on arrival for the safe as we were told we needed a key to use it but when we got to the room no key was required and we could have just used it. Whilst the bathroom is spacious, it also has very sloppy tiles and a slop in the shower which was dangerous. Housekeeping very inconsistent and we have had cockroaches. We reported the cockroaches before 9am and had to chase the hotel 5 times over 6 hours, and complained to Jet2 via WhatsApp- it took Jet2 ringing reception for this issue to be dealt with. Restaurant - food has been covered in flies and mouldy food has been put out for customers to eat. The hotel has made no effort to deal with these issues despite us complaining several times, and having heard other customers complain as well. The food has been mediocre, with little choice and strange combinations as they have tried to use up food left over from the day before. ‘Snacks’ in between mealtimes has largely consisted of left over food from breakfast/lunch. No air con in the restaurant either making it very uncomfortable to sit long enough to eat a meal. Pool area - there should have been a pool with gradual stepped access and a handrail - this was on the photos at the time of booking and one of our travel agents stayed here previously and confirmed this was the case. Now no pools have gradual stepped entry so our wheelchair user has been unable to access the pools all week (Jet2 rep claims there has never been a pool with gradual stepped entry even though our travel agent has photos of it). Pools dirty, green water most mornings and tiles peeling off in the bottom of the pool. Pool area itself has extremely slippery tiles. No lifeguards - some staff wear pink ‘SOS’ t-shirts but they patrol the area collecting grasses so are not watching the pool consistently. Public toilets by the pool and in the hotel reception dirty and lacking soap to wash hands. Doors don’t lock properly. We stayed all inclusive and have had to show our room key every time we wanted food or drink which was a pain. The hotel clearly has a partnership with a French company - their rep has been permanently on site and their team provided some of the activities. French customers have wrist bands so not sure why it’s so different for Jet2 customers. Entertainment very mediocre and mainly revolved around cocktail making from 10am! Too hot to sit in the ‘disco bar’ at night without air con. We were given very little information when we checked in - for example not told snack times/locations. We were given vouchers and told we could exchange for a free massage in the spa, but when we went back to book we were told it was for an hour in the spa pool/facilities not for treatments. Jet2 rep has hardly been onsite. She was here the day we arrived for 45 minutes, then not onsite again for another 3 days and then only for 30-45 minutes at a time. She made no effort to contact us despite the problems we were having. Location - this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and has no onsite shop so we have spent over 150 euro in taxis to visit shops and attractions. As we are an active family this has been very challenging for us. Overall we have been very disappointed especially given how much we paid to stay here. It is very clearly not a 4* hotel and Jet2 have been awful. If I could have marked this as 0 out of 5 I would have done so!
We arrived on June 29th and leave in a few days. Our main criteria was to find a kids friendly hotel, with aircon and a kitchen. On the positives the kids really enjoyed the kids play and pool area. If you have a car you can drive to some nice beaches and restaurants and would recommend doing this. The negatives: 1. NO AIR CONDITIONING. The room temperature is 26degrees at the moment. Our fan was broken but was fixed pretty quickly when we asked. The fans are noisey and don’t help with the heat we are currently experiencing. 2. KITCHEN HAS NO USABLE EQUIPMENT. There is a small kitchen with two ring hob. No pans were supplied. A note was left saying if we wanted pans we had to request so we did. One small pan (more of an old fashioned skillet arrived ), it was broken and dented! All we could do was laugh at this point! We have a fridge which works well enough. No microwave. Some rooms have coffee machines … we have a box for a machine but noting inside. Again all we can do is laugh. 3. FOOD QUALITY: The breakfast is the same every day. Lots to choose from but quality is not there. The scrambled eggs had a rotten taste on day two and I’ve avoided them since. Pancakes were burnt. The fruit options consist of rotten bananas, what looks like tinned pears and oranges. There was melon offered on two days. We have eaten out most days so can’t comment on other offerings. Pool side pizza and chips for the kids was poor , dry and inedible. 4. STAFF: are friendly and there appears to be some maintenance happening but a lot more required. 5. POOLS: slippery surfaces, broken tiles, dirty water green slime on the edges. Some loungers need replaced. There are four pools of difference sizes to choose from. 6. Cleaning is inconsistent in the rooms. The first few days were good, recently we have had bins not emptied, towels taken but none to replace. When we mentioned the issue with the aircon we were told engineers are looking into it. Nothing offered by way of compensation for advertising as an air conditioned hotel yet having none. Our kids have had a good time which makes the holiday worthwhile for us but we won’t be coming back. We are glad we didn’t pay extra for all inclusive. We would come back to Lanzarote but not to here sadly.
A quiet location which suited us both perfectly. The 25 metre indoor pool was never crowded which was of great benefit to my wife. The roads outside the resort were quiet and good for running and walking .Our accommodation was excellent with spacious rooms. The cleanliness was excellent. The food was very good with plenty of choice. The reception staff Christina,Shakira,Santiago, and Antonio were excellent towards us.We found the service provided was first class. As we chose this resort for the sport activities we will definitely be returning again.
We have just returned from a 10 night stay in Vitalclass. We travelled as a party of 6; 4 adults and 2 children. Overall the hotel is good. There’s more positives than negatives . Starting with the positives. The food is very good for an all inclusive. The hot food is always warm and fresh and replenished often. Breakfast has really good options. As with all inclusive food, it can get a little samey towards the end of the stay and there’s only the one restaurant so no specialty restaurant options . The restaurant itself was spacious. Theres always Prosecco / Wine etc available. Whilst we stayed there, I think there was an air con issue and the restaurant was very warm; especially in the evening as the sun shines through the glass panels into your eyesight. The rooms are large and spacious - apartment style. The bathroom is excellent . Double sink and a good shower. Tv in the living room has English channels which was handy . One negative on this - we came back one night and went into the bedroom and found a cockroach crawling on the bed. This spooked my partner out. We removed the cockroach ourselves and went to reception. My partner wanted to change rooms but were told that there was none available and just gave us some cockroach spray. The next day when we spoke to reception again, they agreed to knock off our pool bar bill ( you have to pay for ice creams for most of the day ). We racked up about 25-30 euros in total. This was a gesture of goodwill. However when we checked out; the man on reception claimed he knew nothing about this and made us pay the bill. The money was kind of irrelevant as it was such a small total but things like that are really poor customer service . The guy was a bit rude when explaining this also. The entertainment was a mixed bag. Not a huge amount going on in the daytime apart from the odd activity - mainly coordinated by the FRAM team ( the French reps ). Night time entertainment was mixed. About 3 nights a week, an external person / persons would come in. Magician / Acrobat / Singer and they were excellent. My only complaint was it only lasted 45 mins so was all wrapped up before 22:00. The mini disco at 20:30 every night was really good. The kids loved that. The remaining 4 nights were a bit basic. Disco music / a quiz which was just whoever in the audience shouted loudest and karaoke which was difficult because you had to cater for French / Spanish and English so obviously we didn’t know each others songs. I think the entertainment could be much stronger . The main bar was boiling too. I think the air con wasn’t working in there also : All inclusive drinks were good. Lots of options. Having to scan your room card everytime you get a drink was a bit painful though. They should just introduce a wristband system like every other AI hotel does. Pools were excellent. A bit cold but that’s always the case. Once you got in and moved around, they were fine. The kids pool was brilliant. However they shut off half of the sun beds for no apparent reason so sometimes it was hard to get beds in that area. The beds in the main pool area were plentiful. You could get a bed anywhere at anytime. Snack bar only open 15:30-17:30. That’s a bit short. Here you could get ice creams for a 2 hour slot ( but just the basic ones ). The snack bar options were very limited also. The beach is a Long walk away but we knew that before booking. Also the first beach is very stony. If you walk around the coast, there’s a couple of lovely beaches but it’s a long walk. I think there was a free shuttle service if you wanted to use that. The receptionists were sometimes helpful but sometimes not. England played whilst we were there and they had a tv in the bar area which was showing games. Coincidentally the tv stopped working the day before the England game and reception weren’t too interested in getting it fixed. Miraculously it started working the day after the England game. We had to watch in our room- which was fine. Virtually all of the other England fans went into town to watch it so it meant the bar area was completely empty that night - so I felt sorry for the singer that was singing to nobody. The night previously; the French game was shown in a private room which was kitted out beautifully. This was explained to me that it’s a service provided by FRAM - French tour operator. Genuinely if you are French, you’ll have a better experience at the hotel as the FRAM team are on 24/7 looking after the French guests day and night. There isn’t that service for English / Spanish guests. Overall a good holiday. Kids loved it and were in out of the pool most of the day. Weather was beautiful for the main. We’d return to Lanzarote but not to this hotel .
4th time's a charm. My 4th time staying at Vitalclass in under 4 years. I love this place. The rooms are perfect. Very special and clean. I've arrived today and as always welcomed with a warm greeting. The food is still superb. Plenty choices, from cheeses, to different meats and plenty options for something sweet afterwards. Nice walk from the hotel to costa teguise or you can get a taxi. Plenty choices. Staff have all be very friendly
We have just spent a week, at this gorgeous hotel.with jacuzzi on our balcony.it had truly been a mind body and soul relation vacation..staff are al very welcoming.and go above and beyond.thank you Antonio we will miss you.Thank you for all your support .from Lisa and tony
We have just returned for vitalclass lanzarote. We really enjoyed our holiday here as a family, with 5 adults and 2 children. Hotel is absolutely spotless, rooms are massive and were cleaned daily and replenished with fresh towels. The hotel give you pool towels at the start of your stay and if you want to change them its 1euro per towel. Food - good selection. Something for everyone. Always warm and tasty. Pools - middle pool is heated and this is where the pool party on a Sunday takes place, other pools are cold but fine once you are in. Pools could be doing with a bit of a refurbishment as there was a few tiles missing. There was always plenty of sunbeds throughout the day, so no early rush in the morning. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Entertainment team seemed to have more interaction with the French guest. Pool bar staff are excellent, always chatting away. The hotel does have a self service laundry facility that you can use when needed. 4euros for the washing machine and 3euros for the dryer. Made my holiday so much easier. Free taxi to the shopping/beach area is a great bonus. We didn't use the spa or indoor pool, but if you choose to use the indoor pool you need to buy a swimming cap which cost 3.50euros each. I would definitely return to this hotel as we had a brilliant time.
Stayed here with my partner & son (age 7) along with some other friends, overall our experience wasn’t the best in regards to this hotel whilst I couldn’t fault any of the staff members they was all welcoming & friendly there was issue with the room, the lack of a working air-con made sleeping awful whilst there was a ceiling fan this also didn’t work as intended and constantly made a loud noice to the point we thought it was going to fall off. Clenleness of the hotel was a bit hit and miss the day we checked in there was 0 towels and we had to ask the receptions desk for towel, also had a few cockroach’s in our room at times which didn’t give off the best of impressions. If you are luckily enough to have a room with a hot tub then these also needed a clean & for €35 a day it isn’t too bad however when asked they said we had to have it for a minimum of 3 days which was never stated anywhere in the hotel The food choices weren’t the best either breakfast was fantastic nothing wrong there, however lunch & dinner selection was just a let down it either didn’t taste good or just a lack of options especially if you have young kids, also a lot of the food wasn’t labeled so no idea what it was. The location of the hotel is wonderful close to beaches, shops however if you wanted to go anywhere that was a bit further out or to explore the island then it requires driving or getting a taxi and whilst cheap they seemed really unreliable which was a bit disappointing and this meant that majority of the time it was spent walking, which isn’t ideal when your partner is suffering with slipped disc for many years Overall quite disappointed with the hotel I would definitely visit Lanzarote again however I wouldn’t stay at the vitalclass hotel
Family with 2 daughters aged 7 and 2. I was dubious before travelling here for half term week as I had read some negative reviews, but please ignore them. For the price we paid for May half term, this was a great holiday. It’s a short transfer from the airport and staff are fantastic and really helpful. The rooms are huge, really spacious for an all inclusive hotel. They even have an entire fully equipped kitchen, so you could easily buy and prepare food if you wanted to. The play park and splash pool was brilliant for my youngest and my 7 year old also really enjoyed the slides. There are 3 big pools, one of which is heated, which is essential for when it’s cloudy in the morning. We didn’t use the spa, but children can go in the indoor pool until 1pm too. The foam party was fab, and there’s always something going on from aqua aerobics, yoga to darts and archery etc. The kids club is for over 4 year olds, but you can attend with your younger ones and let them have a play in the small soft play. The food was lovely, a smaller amount of choice than other places I’ve stayed, but this is because it’s a smaller hotel. Plenty of choice though and always stuff for kids. The snacks in the afternoon were great too, pizza, hot dogs, burgers and toasties, as well as ice creams, cakes and pastries. Yes the hotel is a bit far out, but it’s only a 10 min walk to the supermarket, or you can use the mini market in the hotel opposite. They also put free taxi’s on at 10:45 and 12:45 to the main beach, we ended up going into the town 3 times for the morning and lunch as Costa Teguise is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. There is a mini disco and entertainment every evening in the main bar. Overall the hotel has a really relaxed vibe. You can get sunbeds at any time of the day and you can always get a table in the restaurant and bar. You won’t have to rush here, it’s very laid back. Yes, it’s a little run down in areas, but nothing that should effect your holiday in the slightest. If you want a central location, you’ll need to pay a lot more. For the price. I think this place is great.
Very good holiday children had a great time, good food nice and clean great family holiday
Great location, fantastic staff, and plenty of stuff to keep you busy.
Good experience, fantastic staff very friendly
I start this review in stating that I only review positive experiences. There is enough negative people in this world… With that in mind…. This hotel is an absolute delight to stay in. The staff are friendly, the food plentiful and delicious and the environment all round luxurious relaxation. The rooms are spacious making it a huge plus for families and the entertainment is varied enough that all ages can enjoy together. It made a lot of memories for me and my family. Would come back and thoroughly recommend. A must stay for relaxation in Lanzarote!!
We've had an amazing holiday at Vitalclass Lanzarote, the hotel was spotless, our apartment was spacious and cleaned every day. We had a lounge, bedroom, kitchen and super large bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Food was great, sunbeds a little old but had a soft cushion cover which took away the lumps and bumps, never any problems with getting a sunbed. Nice pool bar. A short walk to some shops and cafe/bars and about half hour slow walk into the main town along the seafront, very enjoyable. Taxi's are really cheap about €4 back from town. Would recommend Tequuse market on a Sunday and The National Park ( not suitable for little kids as a bit boring for them on the coach) but we loved the sites we saw. Buses are really cheap and your able to pay on contactless. A beautiful island and an amazing holiday. Micheal in the Disco bar was lovely.
Lovely, very clean rooms; had initial issues with one safe and one ceiling fan in the same room but hotel staff were very accommodating and resolved promptly. Food offerings have a quality range but always many nice dishes available, including great fresh bread. Liana was very friendly; she was performing the 360 degree camera experience, which is fun for the family.
Great experience in this hotel , the hotel is quiet and staff is lovely , the food is okay , healthy. We are happy to be here , enjoying our holiday. The entertainment is great , specially African show and 360 camera of Liana . Great memories.
Great hotel and huge rooms. Staff v nice and good drink options. Would like more meat options at meal times . The magic trick and flamingo dancing along with leanna with the 360 camera was great fun. Would return again
Great hotel, nice facilities and great all inclusive package. Food and drinks were great. Hotels gym and pool were fantastic. We spent evenings in the bar area and enjoyed the entertainment particularly Lianas 360 camera show.Very enjoyable
Leanna From 360 camera bust was truly amazing and Tyler from the entertainment team was fav he truly works so hard he is very nice to the guest very funny energetic lad very interactive and entertaining deffo will be back to this hotel staff super helpful and welcoming happy days recommended 10000000000000%
Second time staying, had a great time! Kids loved it both times. Some great entertainment including Liana and her 360 Photo set up for the family.
The staff are very nice and friendly. Food is brilliant. Nighttime entertainment was good. We had two teenagers and a 7 year old with us who all really enjoyed it. Poolside is very relaxing not mentally busy. We have done paddle for the first time and it’s great! Lots of fitness stuff to do here and around. Loved Lianas 360 video, we will treasure this! Couple of things to improve, not all licks on girls toilets working and some of the tiles around the pool are very slippy when wet, these could do with replacing with some that are not the same. Loved the place and great family holiday.
Good value for money. Typical all inclusive food and drink at reasonable times. Reasonable variety. Entertainment varied, good for young kids. Highlights of our wee included circus performance and Liana 360 video. The video was non chargeable and gave us a fun holiday momento. Spa access was good too and free for limited visits. Room was very spacious. The hotel and facilities are a little tired in places but that is reflected in the price compared to other hotels nearby. Location is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars/shops and 15-20 to the beach, though the hotel includes a free taxi to the beach or Costa Teguise square. Taxis are very reasonable also. Standout compared to other places I’ve stayed, even at 5 star resorts was the staff. Every single person was friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Came here with my Family Tyler introduced very helpful and very fun he works hard every day he makes everyone smile kids and adults very talented at his pool game deffo will come back happy day… 💫
Perfect food and swimming pool was great.
The spa really needs some renovations.
Just finished five days at this fab hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. From the bar staff, Malik and Alejandro. To the funny Tyler on the animation team. Waiting and cleaning staff are top. The hotel its self is spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and had everything you’d need. Pool area cleaned and tidied everyday. SOS guy round the pool friendly and helpful. There were always sun beds available during the day. No mad scramble at silly o’clock. Food was good, lots of choice. Drinks and cocktails fab and strong on all inclusive. The only gripe I would say about the whole holiday were the sun beds. Totally out dated and in need of repair or just binning completely. Apart from that couldn’t fault it and would definitely return.
The room is big. The training pool is ok. The pillow were comfortable.
Absolutely poor and overpriced. The breakfast is varied but only with low quality products. Terrible coffee (from sirup) except for the espresso made from beans. The facilities outside of the rooms are mostly out of age and in very poor condition. The spa is a scam with the Turkish baths out of order and the sauna either out of order or in such a condition that you wonder how they are even allowed to operate. Unlike other hotels in th island it is not build to offer any wind protection so the outdoor pool is very exposed. The gym is also very poorly equipped with old machines. The hotel is next to a big, busy and noisy road. The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. For half the price I would say it's acceptable but if you want to spend that much, choose another location. I realise the reviews are not to be trusted as it is hard to understand such good overall reviews, unless they are from 10 years ago.
Really good hotel, food is good, there is a variety of choices every evening, good spa
A bit far away from the seaside and the town centre
Fabulous holiday in vitalclass , amazing experience! Fantastic experience with Liana and her entertainment. Friendly, Gergous and fun, Great staff in the hotel .
Lovely hotel. Great, varied food. Clean pools, good sized apartments. Padel, tennis, spa, indoor pool, gym all great. Liana and Tyler also did a lovely job with the animation. Good for families but not only.
Amazing to do that It’s very interesting .. I would like to do it again in the future
Fabulous experience. Amazing and friendly people. We were looked after so well and would definitely recommend . Thank you
Friendly, helpful staff. We loved the family entertainment each evening. Perfect location to both the north and south parts of Lanzarote. Surrounded by beautiful nature. This is the holiday you need to rest whilst you are making memories with your family. Good value for money!
It was a wonderful experience with Liana, so we all enjoyed a lot. This kind of entertainment is a must in a hotel with families.
Great atmosphere in the hotel , very quiet. The hotel is clean and has a great working staff. The entertainment is great 👍
Read this and decide for yourself … Nice hotel with tired facilities This is a particularly hard review to write as it has so many positives but a number of negatives. Our reception was very nice and we received the statutory glass of cava. What we didn’t get were towels for the pool. In fact we weren’t even told we could have towels until I asked at the so called spa. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The cleaning staff were attentive and made sure that everything was in place for a comfortable stay. There was a kettle cups and glasses . The fridge was good and there was even an ironing board! The TV in the room catered for all nationalities and wasn’t just an English news channel on repeat. One of the highlights was the animation team. They worked so hard but…. To improve the hotel needs to provide them with the tools to do the job. Decent mics etc. Accepting that there is high usage the quality of some of the equipment was woefully inadequate but the the team tried their very best. Tyler and the team were multi lingual and they made sure everyone was included…. If they wanted to be. Food We were on a B&B basis and the breakfasts were plentiful and had a chef who would do omelettes etc. The Distance from the town It is over a mile to the restaurants and main hub of entertainment. We enjoyed the walk but if you have a young family or struggle with mobility then this is probably not the best hotel for you, unless you are happy to get taxis. Gym The gym was ok. The equipment was dated but it did what it said on the tin and satisfied my need for exercise. The down side of the gym was the lack of sanitation. Attendees used their own sweat soaked towels to wipe down the equipment rather than the paper towels and spray which was provided. My other issue was young children running around a space where adults are lifting heavy weights. This was never dealt with by the staff. The real negative for me was the alleged “Spa” , it’s as well that I had a voucher because had I paid I would have been more vocal. The saunas were filthy and I mean disgusting. It is unbelievable that the hotel even consider these as being acceptable. The steam room was out of action and the cold water showers were laughable. I would respectfully suggest that the areas that were open were a breeding ground for germs and this is not ok. Would I go back…. Yes, but the facilities would need a significant overhaul to be attractive enough. And one more thing… don’t be fooled by the late checkout option because it isn’t an option.

Stayed here for a week on our last night, the rooms are nice very big the jacuzzi is a nice extra worth paying for it for the sunsets, the food is terrible, pretty much the same thing every day, and it’s not very good for a hotel costing £155 a night, the pools are nice the location if about 20 minute walk to the centre, if you’re 60+ you’ll really enjoy this hotel, it’s very much filled with older people as is the entire town, taxis are cheap if you don’t want to walk. I do need to give a special mention to Tyler from the entertainment team, he was always around the hotel chatting with us, we went out with him on his day off too, if it wasn’t for him the hotel would have been so boring, Julian was also great with the pool activities and Antonio on the night bar This hotel has a lot of good reviews however the staff do pressure you to leave a review and ask for proof that you have done it I refused to and the lady asking was not happy with me refusing but I wanted to give an honest fair review
Lovely resort. Kids really enjoyed the camera experience with all the props .
Great hotel, all staff have been really friendly and great options for hotel. The 360 camera with liana was a hit and great memory.
El desayuno y la cena no sob buenos y no está muy limpio al menos el apartamento de la planta baja. Las plantas altas están mejores
I came to lanzarote to vitalclass many times I enjoy every time I come, The entertainment is amazing tyler really puts his effort in to his job he really truly works hard morning mid day and night he has a very kind friendly personality amazing lad amazing holiday the hotel is nice food everything is amazing very recommended happy days
Amazing place, the entertainment team are brilliant. Had a great time, liana with the 360 camera was awesome!!
Location is quiet but only few euros in taxi. Feel hotel caters for French more than Scottish at times. Rooms were big and clean lift didn't work to third floor and we did pay for upgrade. Staff very help full and always helped when needed. We did enjoy the 360 booth and liana was very helpful and encouraged us to join in. Manager always seen and very polite and spoke to quests
Good value for money, rooms clean, Manager and all staff very friendly. Hotel was quieter as it was out of season but always something going on in hotel. Entertainment every night, Leanna with her 360 Photo Booth and Tyler from entertainment team were great fun. €5 into the square if you want a change of scenery
Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fietsverhuur naast hotel.
In de bar hele dag luide muziek dus rustig in de bar iets drinken zat er niet in. Het hotel ligt in 2de lijn van het strand. Dus iets verder van de restaurants. Wat met fiets zeker geen probleem was.
This hotel is fantastic. Bar staff very friendly and always available to help. Facilities in the hotel are fantastic. Entertainment in the hotel was good with a good variety. On Saturday the hotel provided a photo booth option run by Leanna - this was an amazing experience with a free video provided at the end. Would highly recommend this hotel and the entertainment provided.
Had a great stay, hotel a bit dated. Events were good, leanne 360 Photo Booth was great fun!!
Hotel room was massive, very please with the amenities within the hotel and how amazing and helpful the staff were. Value for money was definitely worth it. Only downside would be the decor could do with a little update but other than that very happy. Best part of the holiday in the hotel would have to be the 360° camera with liana!
Just wanted to say Tyler the animation team was a great guy so much energy 24/7 he does such a great job and he truly works hard to make as many people happy he is super funny very energetic fab amazing little holiday he is super good at his activity’s and night entertainment with his flips happy days…..
All in package with food and drinks
The all in package kind of prevented me from exploring
We stayed here for 10 days. The staff in all areas were excellent, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was varied and always tasty. Our room was a great size and serviced daily if required. For us the 25 minute walk to the beach was a little too far but the hotel did arrange a taxi a couple of times a day to take you to the town.
Room was an apartment and was great, spacious, clean over looking the pool. Location a little way from the resort but i didnt mind the walk. The weather has been poor and somewhat spoiled the holiday. Lanzarote doesnt have a lot without the sun. Used the indoor pool and gym very good. Food was good but why cant it be kept hot. I hate lukewarm food, microwave rescued breakfast but the microwave was removed for other meals, cold vegetables and potatoes not for me.. wont be back not because the hotel was poor but because my impression of Lsnzarote has been spoilt by the ghastly weather. Vitalclass has alot to offer but please heat up the food.
Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting dirty and tired place. Disaster after disaster. On our first day one of the beds collapsed when I sat on it for the first time then the next day my sister almost electrocuted herself when she turned on the light! All the electrics blew up and we were left in darkness. Reception staff very uncaring, unwelcoming and unwilling to help. Reluctantly rectified problems with bed & electricity but was made to feel very uncomfortable afterwards. We checked out after our second day for the reasons stated in the photos! Dreadful experience. Avoid at all costs.
La amabilidad del personal. La habitación excepcional.
An excellent fun experience. The 3D photos were so much fun. Plenty of props and great encouragement. The free download was easy so you have a lasting keepsake. Liana was so friendly. Also to mention Veronica from the animation team who looked after us. Even putting on z special Aqua Aerobics session for us. Highly recommended.
Hotel staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Heated pool was good as the other two pools were very cold. Entertainment staff were very friendly with the kids but unfortunately the entertainment itself wasn’t great, mini disco was only 10mins some nights. Maybe because it was off season. Food was nice, had a good selection and changed it up a bit. We enjoyed the entertainment on our last night with the 360 Camera with Liana it’s was different and creative the kids loved it.
Great hotel, thank you Liana Great rooms and excellent food
Liana 360 experience was amazing. Lovely memories of a wonderful holiday
Lianas 360 camera experience was amazing ….. we had lots of fun with a great video as a reminder of our experience
The hotel had a lot of space and wast too crowded. The staff were attentive and helpful.
The photos were misleading. The hotel is very run down and shabby, desperately needs updating. The gym had a lot of equipment but also very poor condition / not working. Location was poor. Very far out of Costa teguise.
Reception staff were outstanding as were the restaurant staff- nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were immaculate and very spacious. The separate kitchen was great! Vital class was a 15 minute taxi ride away from the airport and cost approx €22 All inclusive option was fantastic. Food so delicious and a wide variety to choose from. I loved the seafood and fish options, along with the delicious cheeses I would highly recommend Vital class! It was an outstanding stay from start until finish.
The hotel is a catfish. Nice photos on line but it is poorly constructed and should not be a 4 star. The most annoying aspect is that there is no fan in the bathroom which means it quickly fills with condensation and smells damp. The furniture is cheap and hotel lacks any concept of service
We had a great experience witt 360 entertainment, Thank you so much Liana , Kids really enjoyed it!!!! 😉 👍
Liana and her 360 camera was a fantastic experience to end our holiday. The hotel is wonderful, huge room and fantastic food.
We’ve had a fantastic week at this hotel - everything was super - food, staff, apartment. Would recommend! Great experience with 360 camera on flamenco night- fantastic, professional show followed by a fun photo experience! - Liana was so lovely and encouraging with our girls. Fabulous time had by all! Lanzarote also a great island to explore with kids - volcanic features are wondrous and so unique. Can’t wait to come back in the years ahead.
We had a great night with the 360 camera. liana was great. Thank you😃🤩 Hotel is veru clean Rooms are spacious Swimming area is lovely
