Personale delle pulizie sempre costante, non solo nelle camere, ma ogni giorno li si vede lavorare nelle pulizie di tutte le aree dell'hotel! Personale di sala attento alle disposizioni dei tavoli e della pulizia, forse con qualche piccola distrazione in qualche caso! La struttura è ben organizzata, la piscina piacevole, i bar comodi e vicini alle zone centrali! Camera ben disposta al piano terra con accesso diretto dalla porta finestra alla piscina, senza dover fare giri lunghi per arrivarci!

Nota più personale che oggettiva: da italiano, il buffet era più improntato su gusti inglesi (giustamente visto che il 60% sono inglesi e il restante è spagnolo, di italiani pochissimi). Quindi pasti estremamente oliosi, pasta molto molto cotta e altre situazioni alle quali ci siamo dovuti adattare! Nota più pratica invece: la posizione dell'hotel è a circa 15min a piedi dalla spiaggia, ma facendo un giro effettivamente un po' scomodo, ci fosse un'uscita ben organizzata sul lato spiaggia sarebbe decisamente molto meglio! Ultima nota più gestionale: Ci sono diversi eventi e cose organizzate internamente all'hotel, ma non sono ben pubblicizzate e sono un po' randomiche, con software anche gratuiti si riescono a gestire meglio e rendere più interattive, come magari la prenotazione della carabina o del tiro con l'arco oppure più banalmente il quiz serale, invece che farlo con un foglio di carta, utilizzando kahoot o altri programmi online gratuiti per avere anche l'interazione del pubblico, vedere la classifica in tempo reale, avere più punti se si risponde veloce, eliminando possibilità di copiare con internet o AI!

La relación calidad-precio.

La piscina cerraba muy pronto (a las 6), y todas las actividades y demás está priorizado en inglés y no tanto al español. Los exteriores no estaban bien cuidados y se ve como si no fuera un hotel (a excepción de la recepción). La variedad de comida española en el desayuno escasa por no decir nula, ni jamón serrano o tortilla de patata…

La ubicación y comodidad de las habitaciones y el hotel en sí y el personal super amable

Que lo vendan como todo incluido y realmente solo te incluye la comida y bastante costoso para después no cumplicara las expectativas

Solemos ir éste verano finales de junio unos días, en julio otros días septiembre otros días más. Está muy bien calidad precio. Es tranquilo, divertido, cerca de la capital y otros lugares a visitar aunque ya conocemos bien la isla

La limpieza de las habitaciones y que la piscina es bastante amplia.

En el comedor estás con la comida aún en la boca y te retiran los platos de la mesa. Entras a comer 15 minutos antes del cierrre y te apagan las luces. El personal está enfocado en atender a turistas ingleses, no a españoles. En la piscina que supuestamente cierra a las 18:00 horas, ya recogen las hamacas a las 17:00 horas... y las hamacas están muy sucias. El snack bar opera con muy poco margen... La oferta gastronómica regular La limpieza de las habitaciones bien . No lo recomiendo, ya que no volvería, es un todo incluido muy normalito, las instalaciones no son muy nuevas tampoco y al precio al que está, no recibes la calidad que pagas.

El personal era fantastico ,el camarero del bar el más joven súper atento y simpático 💯 .Limpieza buena,comida variada, muy contentos esperamos volver pronto

El horario de la piscina hasta solamente las 6 de la tarde. La cena hasta las 9 y media. Los espectáculos orientados para los ingleses, en general todo ambientado para ellos. La comida deja muchísimo que desear, poca variedad y pocos cambios de un día para otro. La limpieza no es mala pero está por debajo de la media de cualquier hotel. Y para rematar el último día, teníamos que abandonar antes del horario del desayuno el hotel, y no es que no pongan un desayuno para llevar, cosa que cualquier hotel ofrece, sino que el servicio si lo tenían, pero pagando!!! Cuando el desayuno lo tienes incluido y lo has pagado en la reserva. Lamentable.

Me encantó todo,y sobre todo el trato.

En general la calidad precio esta muy bien, las instalaciones son amplias y la calidad de buffet y desayunos esta bien. Los toboganes y las piscinas para los niños están geniales, pero por ejemplo no hay ninguna sombra en todo el área de la piscina, así que si no te gusta mucho el sol, o no ponerte rojo gamba lo pasaras mal.

Aunque ofertan en su todo incluido, snacks no es durante todo el día es solo en tramos específicos y cada día tienen uno distinto en rotación. El buffet aunque es variado, es bastante repetitivo, de cinco días, tres pusieron para cenar fajitas con distintos rellenos.

Ne permet pas de créer de lien - toutes options supplémentaires sont payantes : place de parking au sein de l hôtel, utilisation du coffre fort dans l hôtel - les infrastructures pour les activités ne sont pas mises en valeur, obligé de se renseigner a la réception pour avoir des informations - la piscine ne donne pas envie, exposée en plein vent. Sus piscinas y exteriroes y el personal muy amable

Poca variedad en las comidas. No cumplen los horarios en la piscina. Si la piscina cierra a las 18h, las hamacas están recogidas a las 17h así que si bajas a las 17 no tendrás ninguna disponible. Animación muy pobre.

Lo mejor que tienen es la animación la verdad,los camareros no todos pero un cubano con gafitas muy agradable y un chiquito joven que es moro estaba muy al pendiente chapó por ellos la verdad

Para empezar al entrar nos atiende una señora que ni información nos dió si no nos dice que nos metamos en el código kr que hay está la información pero error el kr no tiene toda la información ella nos podía haber informado tema toallas ,vasos incluso donde se encontraban las zonas de juego ,el gimnasio que lo descubrimos a los dos días ,la comida muy poca variedad y repetitiva he estado en menos estrellas mucho mejores , la entrada del hotel ya te hecha un poco para atrás porque está un poco descuidado tiene al lado todo una urbanización de ocupas ,el personal del buffet que no todos pero si la mayoría ni los Buenos días te dan te quitan los platos de la mesa como si no existieramos porque no nos mirar ni te hablan y por último el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funciona bien y el secador de la mía estaba todo roto .

La ubicación y la habitación

No hay sombrillas en la piscina, si vas con bebé como nosotros, tienes que esperar a que haya sombra en el algún lado para poder disfrutar de ese espacio. Entendemos que hayan tenido un problema con las sombrillas y hayan decidido quitarlas, pero deberían haber buscado otra opción para las familias.

En general el hotel está bien, habitaciones reformadas (excepto el baño), con espacio para guardar la ropa, terraza grande, etc. Los desayunos y cenas variados, hay bastantes opciones, si vas con media pensión en la cena tienes la opción de elegir agua y zumos gratis, si quieres refrescos o cervezas tendrás que pagar 3€ por persona y podrás tener ilimitadamente para toda la cena. Los toboganes para los niños es una opción increíble, se lo han pasado pipa tirándose por los toboganes.

Quizás a la animación habría que darle una vuelta, el miniclub debería hacer actividades con los niños y niñas y no sólo dejarlos ahí para que jueguen o pinten. El mini-golf necesita de una reforma urgente. El hacer las noches de karaoke justo en la zona de ascensores panorámicos deberían replanteárselos, era imposible dormir hasta las 23h que acaba (por ejemplo si tienes que madrugar al día siguiente o has llegado muy cansado) El anfiteatro es un espacio increíble para poder hacer todo ese tipo de cosas.

Richiesta anche di 1 euro per deposito bicchieri Cortesia zero e sarebbe stato bello capire che anche gli italiani siamo graditi, visto che ne il personale ne l'animazione non tiene presente che possano esserci italiani. In tutto questo la struttura guardando le altre recensioni risponderà che cercherà di migliorare e capire dove si possa cambiare qualcosa Di certo non torneremo più in questa struttura

Lo que más nos a gustado de la experiencia son la amplitud que tienen las habitaciones y el personal todos súper amables, con una mención muy especial a Katty jefa de sector del buffet, con una amabilidad tan grande que la verdad que la hace única. Y en la recepción a José Luís por ser también muy amable. Personal de 10. Gracias.

Lo que menos en el bufett la variedad de comida, cuando llevas 4 dias te cansas de siempre lo mismo. El desayuno lo mejor de las comidas.

Lo mejor fue el trato de los trabajadores del hotel, todos encantadores, en especial Roberto el bartender.

Había cucarachas y bichos tanto fuera en las instalaciones como dentro de la habitación. No está bien regulado el uso de las hamacas cerca de la piscina, y parece que tienes que estar al acecho para hacerte con una o te tiras todo el día sin hueco. La comida es mejorable. En la entrada y check-in, recomendaría un espacio más seguro para poder dejar las pertenencias (taquillas con llave, por ejemplo).

Lo que más nos gustó fue la animación de la noche. Mi hija de 5 años quería ir cada noche a la miniDisco. Nosotros nos reímos mucho con las actuaciones, hace participar al público. Los colaboradores de animación como los acróbatas y el cantante del domingo nos encantó! Al equipo de animación, ya que en el miniclub también mi hija se lo pasaba muy bien. Un 10 para los animadores, a todos ellos. Muy contentos. La comida es normal, ni mal, ni excelente, normal, nada fuera de lo común. El personal de socorristas también muy amables y atentos. El personal de bar y buffer más serios y cordiales pero muy profesionales y recepción, formales tmb. La limpieza muy bien también en la semana que estuvimos. Repetiremos sin duda. Calidad precio excelente!

No había leche en el buffet de la cena y tenía que pedirla en el bar Tahiche para mi hija que acostumbra a cenar leche. Por todo lo demás... muy bien.

Lugar tranquilo.

La comida un desastre. Muy poca variedad y de muy poca calidad. Si eres una persona de comer bien y saludable no es tu sitio. Nosotros teníamos media pensión y el desayuno era lo único que comíamos bien. Uno de los días tuve que avisar a un trabajador porque las barras de pan de semillas tenian moho. Muy baja calidad. La carne y el pescado de muy baja calidad. Sinceramente comida llena buches nada de bueno.

La habitación

La comida, muy flojo para un 4 estrellas. Carne seca, repiten platos cada dos días, todo ultracongelado, los postres son siempre los mismos y en su mayoría malísimos, la fruta o verde o pasada.

Las instalaciones eran muy acogedoras y el personal era encantador especialmente un camarero Cubano que servía la bebida muy amable y atento, no recuerdo el nombre.

Lo que no me gustó fue que en la habitación no funcionaba el aire, supongo si reclamas nos hubieran cambiado pero nosotros tampoco sentimos mucha calor. Todo incluido solo eran marcas blancas.

Great all-inclusive hotel complex. Not too close to anything but you get what you pay for. The hotel was clean, staff were helpful, food was a bit repetitive but there was still ample to have something different every day (for a week long stay). Evening entertainment was moderate - the entertainment crew seemed to comprise of just 3 or 4 people but they really couldn't do enough to engage with people. Queues at the pool bar were long most of the day with only one person serving, but she was so polite and helpful, and waksy greeted with a smile. Very helpful and informative reception staff. The onsite shop is open almost all day and feels everything you'll need (not really any shops close by). Would definitely recommend this hotel. Remember - Lanzarote is known as the windy island, and for good reason!!! (This is why inflatables are not allowed around the pool!)

We had a really lovely stay and, honestly, I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews beforehand. The food was much better than expected. There wasn’t a huge selection, but everything we tried was tasty and fresh. There was always something for children too, including fries and pasta every day. During our stay we also had tacos and pizzas, which were really nice. If you’re expecting endless choice every day, you may be disappointed, but we always found something we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our holiday. The beds were comfortable and a good size, and our room was kept clean. Just a little tip – if you want your towels changed, leave them in the bathtub. The all-inclusive drinks were good, with plenty of choice. There were two cocktails of the day every day, and my favourite was the Strawberry Daiquiri! At the pool bar you pay a €1 deposit per reusable cup, which you get back when you return it. A big plus was that the sun loungers remain locked until 10am, so there was no early morning rush to reserve them. We never had any trouble finding one. The loungers themselves were a little uncomfortable, but that wasn’t a major issue for us. The pool is quite cold at first, but once you’re in it’s absolutely fine. One thing to note is that inflatables and ball games aren’t allowed in the main pool, and the water slides are only for children under 12, which was a little disappointing. The nearest beach (Playa Bastián) is about a 10-minute walk away. We also visited another, even nicer beach, which was only a 5–7 minute taxi ride away and cost just over €5. Reception were always happy to book a taxi for us. There was entertainment every evening, including a mini disco for the children, bingo, live singers, karaoke and an acrobatic show, which was excellent. A special mention to Angel, the singer from South Africa, who was fantastic. Overall, the entertainment was okay—nothing spectacular, but enough to keep you occupied in the evenings. One thing worth mentioning is that late check-out isn’t available. However, this wasn’t really a problem because you can leave your luggage in the free storage room next to reception and continue using all the hotel facilities until you leave for the airport. This includes the all-inclusive food and drinks, which we thought was a fantastic touch for guests with late flights. The only area that could be improved was the snack bar. The snacks were quite limited and were only available from late afternoon. One day they served burgers and fries, the next it was hot dogs and fries. There was also a self-service area with bread, ham, cheese and fruit. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a toaster, which seemed like a missed opportunity and would have made the snack selection much better. We usually take three holidays a year, with one being a more budget-friendly trip, and this was exactly that. For the price we paid, I honestly thought this hotel was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. If you’re expecting a luxury five-star resort, this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a clean, friendly hotel with tasty food, comfortable rooms and good value all-inclusive, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

Hi, this is just a quick post to dispel any fears people have who have booked to go to this hotel. After we booked my partner and I were very nervous after reading the reviews of the hotel however have just returned from a great family week away. I think generally people only take the time to write reviews if it is below average or exceptional and a standard experience gets forgotten. Just as an overview this is not a 5 star luxury hotel however for a budget holiday it had everything we needed. Food – This is not a world buffet or got rows and rows of choice however we all, including children managed to find enough food at every meal time to keep us well fed and happy. In relation to temperature, like any buffet this is about timing and getting there when the fresh food is put out. Bars – Branded imported alcohol is not included however the lager is San Miguel and there are soft drinks, wine spirits, cocktails and coffee’s included. Sometimes there is a small queue as in our opinion they could do with having more staff but generally not more than a 5 minute wait. Pools – The water is not FREEZING however the pools are not heated. As Michael McIntryre says, “It’s alright, once you’re in.” Slides are for under 12 years only and balls/floats are not allowed in the main pool risking the whistle of the lifeguards if rules are not followed. The deepest point is about 1.7m. Plenty of sunbeds which are locked until 10 however there is a weird thing that happens where people use tables to reserve their spaces. We never had an issues however getting a bed or space. Location – It is a good 25 minutes walk to the resort centre however this is only 5 euros in a taxi which are very easy to get any time of the day. It is 15 to 20 minutes from the airport which was about 25 Euro’s each way. If your return transfers are more than £50, don’t bother, just get taxi’s. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk away which gives access to the island. Entertainment – Could have been better, there are only about 4 staff but they do run games during the days such as water polo or darts and on a night there are singers, bingo, karaoke etc. This tends to finish about 2230-2300hrs and is average but does fill time. We had no issues with the staff, reception were always helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy and towels replaced every day if required. Again this is not a luxury holiday but for a budget it is absolutely adequate. It is probably not a 4 star hotel but likely a 3.5 star hotel. Whilst I like to visit different places I would have no issue revisiting this hotel. Please don’t do what I did and read the reviews and completely stress about what your holiday would be like.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard throughout our holiday. The pool was always clean and well maintained, making it a lovely place to relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and worked hard to make sure guests had a good experience. The all-inclusive drinks were good, with plenty of choice, and the food was enjoyable too. There was enough variety at each meal that everyone could find something they liked. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. If you're looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff, a nice pool and a decent all-inclusive selection, I’d happily recommend it.

Went away with my mum for 5 days and we thought the hotel was absolutely awful. I was shocked as it’s supposed to be a 4 star but was more like a 2 star and that’s only as it looks nice… Cleaning - we requested for our room to be cleaned after two days. Someone walked in, emptied the bins and that’s literally it. When we returned there was a used coffee mug still outside, tea bags and rubbish left on the side, dirt on side board not wiped. Squashed Cockroaches outside the room door and several up the hall. We wouldn’t have known they had been if the towels hadn’t been replaced. There was also a cockroach in our bathroom and several around the hotel. Staff - were moody and over worked. They don’t know much information when you ask them questions or they tell you the wrong answers… we got sent to the incorrect bus stop and told the wrong entertainment info by reception… Water - no bottled water supplied in the bedroom or anywhere which is odd for all inclusive... we were told we had to buy some from the shop or you have to fill a tiny paper cup up at reception and walk back to your room… Pool - is nice to look at but smaller than the images. Temperature is good and we enjoyed the little jacuzzis though they had “reservation only” signs on. The only outside loo is by reception where there is a toilet anyway. There is no toilet on the other side by the bar, so it’s a long walk every time. Food - Great if you like Pork everyday and every night. We had one steak night, which was like eating leather. No chicken. Only deep fried chicken dippers. Few veg. Seafood risotto and dry potato’s. Food is salty and gross. Overcooked. Same food most days… it really was awful. We ended up eating out and paying for food when we had paid for all inclusive… Entertainment - The animation team was one solo lady who was moody. 5 days and we only saw her once asking people to play darts and Aqua gym. Adrenaline show in the evening was a man and a lady doing finger puppet shadows and balancing a wine glass on a knife. It was ok but I expected more… bit weird. The outside entertainment area was very small, not enough tables/chairs, people were sat on the floor and wall… Bar - only one type of cocktail available per day. You have to drink that one, they won’t make another. Bar by the pool is ok, you have to pay for the nicer drinks, all inclusive snacks means - deep fried chicken nuggets, chips and nachos… every day. Rooms - Coffee machine in room with no instructions on how to use. Only two pods/ two tea bags and you have to pay for the rest - all inclusive? Rooms looked nice, but they have cockroaches, and the cleaners don’t clean them until you check out. Also get used to being woken up early as they get out the leaf blowers and hedge trimmers around 8am. Honestly, book somewhere else… I so wish we had.

Los desayunos fatal, la máquina de café con leche malísima, se rompió la tostadora y no sé repuso, nos quedamos con una sola para todos los huéspedes. Desayuno sin tortitas??🥞 Los cocineros de la comida caliente (, plancha) súper lentos y poca comida. Para mí creo que había poco Personal.

We booked this hotel despite reading some negative reviews because it was advertised as a 4-star hotel, and we wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the reviews we read turned out to be true. The biggest disappointment was the food. It was by far the worst food we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel. There was very little variety, the quality was poor, and it certainly didn’t meet the standard you’d expect from a 4-star resort. Our 7-year-old ended up living on chips for most of the week because there were no proper child-friendly options. Every other all-inclusive we’ve stayed at has had a dedicated children’s section, but this hotel didn’t seem to cater for families at all. The rooms were one of the few positives—they were clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. Another frustrating aspect was the constant queuing at the bar. It often took far too long just to get a drink, which isn’t what you expect when you’re on an all-inclusive holiday. If you have any issues during your stay, don’t expect much help from reception either. We found the staff there to be rude and unhelpful whenever we needed assistance. The one standout member of staff deserves a special mention: the lovely lady in the mini market. She was always smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially when it came to booking trips and offering advice. She was a credit to the hotel and genuinely made a positive difference to our holiday. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed. Aside from the clean rooms and the excellent service from the lady in the mini market, this hotel fell well below the standards expected of a 4-star all-inclusive, and we wouldn’t return or recommend it.

Excellent place, will definitely be back! We had a ground floor double superior room with two adults and a child staying. We were close to the kids pool which was ideal for us. The food was fantastic. Don’t believe what people say about it being poor, it was varied, great quality and spotlessly clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, very friendly and the maids came in every day to clean the room and provide new sheets. The pool bar was great, although there were often queues they seemed to go quite quickly as the bar staff were really on the ball. The life guards were fantastic. Watching all the time to make sure everyone was safe and kids were behaving. Kids were trying to go back up after coming down the slide and we’d hear the odd whistle blowing 🤣 The only areas the hotel falls short in are first a slight drainage odour that I occasionally noticed near the reception area, but it wasn’t very strong, just the odd whiff. I saw a few others had mentioned that as well. Secondly. The entertainment fell short of our expectations. But I honestly think most hotels in Teguise don’t offer much evening entertainment wise. I like the fact that the loungers were locked up til 10am to stop folk putting towels out at the crack of dawn. This was good thinking. It’s a pity there are no parasols at the pool area, as it does get super hot there and people would really benefit from them. This is an honest review. Recommend the place, for the price, its value for money.

We booked it through love holidays based on 4 star rating. We stayed in room 220bB. There was a stinking smell of seweage as soon as you entered the room. We complained about it but the hotel management said it's in all the rooms. Also the AC was ineffective. We really struggled during the afternoon and to sleep at night. We contacted love holidays to change our hotel but they didn't do anything about it. We contacted the hotel reception to change the room. They showed us another room which had the same problem and the hotel management told us that this problem is in all the rooms. It wasn't a very pleasant holiday and the hotel was below our expectations.

Que la habitación salía a la piscina pero tampoco sirve de mucho porque no puedes cerrar así k tienes k salir por la puerta no x la terraza y acceder a la piscina

El todo incluido es muy muy escaso y la comida mal, poca variedad y todo pensado para extranjeros, no nos gustó gracias a la comida de plancha que nos salvaba las comidas

He estado ya un par de veces más, cerca del centro, las instalaciones comunes aunque un poco anticuados, pero en calidad precio bien. Las habitaciones han sido reformadas. Lástima que aún sigan con bañera en lugar de ducha que es más práctico.

Que me tocará en la primera,a pie de jardín porque no puedes dejar la puerta de la terraza más que con el batiente y no abierta, te llega menos el frescor del mar que en las altas. Tienes,aire acondicionado, pero no me gusta para dormir

If you want you and your family to feel safe at the pool stay away from this hotel. The lifeguards are for decoration purposes only. My partner took a seizure in the pool and two other guests had to help as the lifeguards were to busy talking and looking elsewhere. The hotel management refused to accept any responsibility and didn't even check on my partner to see if he was ok. I dont know what would have happened if the other guests hadn't been there. On a lighter note the food wasn't up to scratch not much choice and cold. The hotel was clean and the surroundings were well maintained plus the entertainment team were amazing.

Stayed for 10 nights. Had read previous reviews, there are always positive and negatives for all hotels. Overall , great stay, really enjoyed the hotel. There is no shade at the pool, use the other lounge area, always found shade there, no issues. Food, very similar to other all inclusives we’ve stayed at. It was good, some evenings more to our taste than others, but always fresh fruit etc. Rooms. Excellent. Drinks. No issues, normal €1 for plastic glass as per other all inclusive hotels. Sometimes a short queue for drinks. Location. Little too far to walk to Costa Teguise when hot, however hotel arranged taxis to town. Used this 5 or 6 times. Taxis arrive within 5 mins and they are booked by room number so no one can take your taxi. Costs €5 to get to town. Costa Teguise. Excellent, loads of restaurants, safe, busy, lots of atmosphere. Ate a couple of times there, very good and reasonably priced. Remeber some bars only take cash. Overall great stay.

The hotel had great reception staff. The rooms were extremely clean. Unfortunately very poor food quality and did not eat at the hotel. I would honestly say a 3 star at best sorry for the negative reviews.

Super clean throughout, staff are lovely. The room was really big with added bonus of a fridge with tea & coffee kettle & coffee machine. Can’t find anything negative about this hotel. We’ll definitely be returning

During our short stay, my friend noticed a middle-aged man in the swimming pool who appeared to be unwell. We quickly realised he was having a seizure, so we immediately jumped into the pool, brought him safely to the side, and placed him in the recovery position. We then had to alert the lifeguards ourselves, as they had not witnessed the incident and appeared to be occupied talking amongst themselves. When the lifeguards eventually arrived, neither of them spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult during what was clearly a medical emergency. Thankfully, my friend and I are both first aid trained, so we were able to assist until the man recovered. Once he regained consciousness, we requested an upright chair so he could sit comfortably, but this was refused. This incident raised serious concerns about the level of supervision around the pool and the emergency response procedures in place. Guests should be able to feel confident that trained, attentive lifeguards are present and capable of responding effectively in an emergency. Other points from our stay: * The sun loungers were extremely uncomfortable. * There were no umbrellas around the pool area, leaving very little shade. * Breakfast and lunch were ok, but the evening meal was consistently very poor. * The hotel itself was basic but clean. * Unfortunately, the guest services staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful throughout our stay. While the cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, the lack of attentive pool supervision, poor emergency response, and disappointing customer service significantly impacted our overall experience.

If you’re considering Blue Sea Bastian in Costa Teguise, I’d suggest saving yourself the money, the sunburn, and potentially much more. Let’s start with the positives. The room was clean, modern, and exactly what we’d hoped for. That’s the end of the positive section. The hotel appears to have embraced a bold new hospitality concept: “How little can we do before people complain?” The sunbeds are uncomfortably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. I’m fairly certain medieval torture devices offered more lumbar support. There isn’t an inch of shade anywhere around the pool, thanks to the hotel’s no-umbrella policy. The result? Guests, including young children, roasting from morning until evening. If your holiday ambition is to resemble a lobster by lunchtime, you’ll be delighted. The all-inclusive food deserves a special mention, although perhaps not the kind the chefs were hoping for. Breakfast was tolerable. Dinner was genuinely some of the worst food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hotel, and I travel frequently. Every evening became a game of “Can I find anything edible?” the answer, always....no. Housekeeping also seemed to believe two adults require precisely one sachet of decaffeinated coffee per day. A generous touch. Need a drink? Excellent. Simply join the daily pilgrimage to the pool bar, where one lone member of staff attempts to serve the entire hotel. Twenty-minute queues in full sun became the norm. By the time you reached the front, you’d need another drink. Unfortunately, the worst part of this review isn’t funny. On our second day, while relaxing by the pool, I noticed an elderly gentleman in the water holding his head and clearly struggling. I instinctively looked towards the lifeguards, expecting them to be responding. Instead, they were exactly where they’d been all day: sitting behind a structure with little or no view of the pool, talking and using their phones. Seconds later, the gentleman disappeared beneath the water. My friend and I jumped into the pool and pulled him into the shallow end, where it quickly became apparent he was having a seizure. Other guests came to help. Others simply watched. The lifeguards remained completely unaware until my friend had to whistle loudly to get their attention. When they finally arrived, they were unable to communicate with either me or the gentleman’s wife in English. They did not take over the situation and stood by while I continued administering first aid throughout the seizure. The manager arrived and immediately tried to arrange an ambulance despite the man’s wife repeatedly explaining that he suffered seizures and that this was not required. When he eventually recovered enough to be moved, we asked for a chair because he was clearly in no condition to lie on the rigid sunbeds which a fit and abled bodies person would struggle to maneuver on. The answer was simply, “No chair.” Thankfully, another guest ignored this, fetched one from the restaurant, and brought it over. The gentleman later told us that, in his opinion, had we not intervened when we did, he could have drowned. What disturbed me almost as much as the incident itself was what followed. Over the next three days, I deliberately watched the lifeguards. Nothing changed. They continued spending most of their time in the same shaded position with limited visibility of the pool, on our second to last day a young girl collapsed next to the pool, possibly due to the heat? but again the lifeguards were not first to respond and got called over by other guests. On our final day, the gentleman, my friend and I asked to speak to the manager. Not because we wanted compensation, but because we genuinely believed the hotel needed to know about a serious safety concern. Initially, guest relations didn’t even want to get the manager. When the manager eventually arrived, she was defensive from the first sentence. Every concern was met with excuses or denial. She refused to acknowledge that the lifeguards hadn’t been properly monitoring the pool or that guests had effectively managed the emergency before they became involved. During this conversation, the guest relations representative actually laughed when my friend remarked that the gentleman could have drowned. I’ve rarely witnessed such an astonishing lack of professionalism. Only after I pointed out that there had recently been a fatal hotel pool drowning elsewhere in Lanzarote did the manager reluctantly offer the gentleman an apology, but you could see this pained her and did not come across genuinely in any respect. Hotels don’t have to be perfect. Food can be average. Bars can be busy. Coffee sachets can be forgotten. What they cannot afford to get wrong is guest safety!!! This holiday left me with the overwhelming feeling that this hotel simply doesn’t listen until something goes seriously wrong, which unfortunately is going to happen sooner rather than later unless action is taken immediately. Lanzarote is a beautiful island and absolutely worth visiting. Blue Sea Bastian isn’t. If you’re travelling with children, elderly relatives, or simply expect an all-inclusive holiday to include edible food, decent service and confidence that safety is put first, I would strongly recommend booking somewhere else. The saddest part is that this hotel could actually be very good. The rooms show there's potential. Replace the current management and guest relations team with people who genuinely care about guest safety, service and accountability, enough to make simple changes and be present to ensure that staff are doing their jobs and you'd have a hotel worth recommending. Until then, I'd advise people to spend their money elsewhere.

Hotel enfocado 100% al turismo britanico de baja calidad. Si eres español no es tu hotel. Horarios de comidas para ingleses, y todas las facilidades para ellos, son clientes muy problematicos, borrachos y siempre peleas, no dejan dormir ni descansar. Entiendo que el personal del hotel haga todo por ellos con tal no meterse en problemas con ellos. La ubicacion es mala. No hay nada cerca y la playa queda muy lejos. Bebidas de mala calidad y solo un tipo de cocktel al dia. Desastroso. Me parece ridiculo el servico.

The hotel itself was fine, room was spacious and very clean but the food was a major disappointment. There was very little choice at each meal, and the quality was poor. The meals were bland, repetitive, and did not meet the standard I expected. Improving the variety and quality of the food would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience. Other couples we met all said the same so hopefully the hotel will look into this and take action. Will not return.

I found the staff and animation team were very friendly and attentive. The activities during the day and entertainment were great and added a lot to the holiday experience. I have been to this hotel several times now over the past 10 years, but it was the first time for my friend, and he really enjoyed it. He thought the room was spacious and the food choices great. We made some good friends from Spain and the home countries too.

Considering what you pay it holds up to that standard in my opinion nothing to fancy but a nice well put together hotel clean with nice food room was nice and clean as well

Ice creams were chargeable for all guests (including all inclusive) Drinks were served in small paper cups Alternatively for a one euro refundable deposit there are larger plastic beakers available This prevented beakers being left to spill and blow around the pool/ground areas Suggestions for improvement Sunshades/ Umbrellas should be available around all pool and ground areas - imperative for sun safety (I regularly applied factor 50 sun screen and still got sunburnt due to not being able to shade) I appreciate that the windy weather could cause stability problems Other hotels in the area address the problem but installing permanent supports with raffia shades Place comfortable seating with small tables around the spacious reception area This would alleviate guests having to stand around for what can be lengthy times waiting for transfers All inclusive should include ice creams from the snack bar area

Lo que no me gustó que no tiene sombrillas y otra cosa que deberían no reservar toallas en las hamacas por qué no lo veo gustó que venga una persona ponga sus toallas desde por la mañana y luego haga de su uso a las 5 de la tarde me dio ganas de quitar esa toallas y usar las hamacas pero esto pasa en todo los hoteles que ido de verían de tomar el hotel tomar asusto de ese tema no se reservan hamacas

Entertainment was only ok. Pool and sunbeds not available until 10 which is quite late, cheap alcohol brands that were like paint stripper apart from the beer and gin (but had to ask for small gin), couldn't move the lower garden sunbeds when the pool sunbeds ran out

Lovely hotel Lovely staff great location and very clean

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and pool areas that were large enough that they never felt overcrowded. The food was good for an all-inclusive resort—not particularly fancy, but there was a decent selection and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, an enjoyable stay with good facilities and a relaxed atmosphere.
