An amazing stay from start to finish! The service was flawless — staff were attentive, friendly, and available all day, every day, no matter what we needed. The food was excellent with great variety at every meal. The facilities here are outstanding. The water park was a huge highlight, and the main pool was just as impressive. Perfect for families too — there’s a full playground area and a huge, pampering game room for kids that kept them entertained for hours. Every evening there’s live music by the pool, and the cocktails were unlimited and delicious all day long. The whole team was fantastic and really made the stay special. Highly recommend SENSEANA Sea Side Resort — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

הזמנתי חדר רגיל ושודרגתי לחדר שיוצא ישירות לבריכה, אוכל בשפע, פארק מים ברמה לילדים שנהנו עד אין סוף. נתנו לנו יציאה מאוחרת ללא תשלום.. כולם נחמדים וחלקם גם מדברים עברית עם הילדים. אחלה בריכות.

מלון קטן ונוח , הכל קרוב ונגיש , יחס הצוות כולו מעולה ! כל בקשה נענתה בכבוד ונימוס . החדר עם הברכות הפרטיות כייפי מאד !! פארק מים מעולה לילדים קטנים וגדולים .

האוכל סה״כ טעים וטוב אבל יחסית לבתי מלון אחרים באותה רמה היו חסרים ירקות , סלמון מעושן שיש בדרך כלל בארוחות בוקר ומאפים מלוחים .

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Essen und Getränke bei AI sehr gut und super Qualität. Das Personal ist super Aufmerksam und sehr Gästeorientiert. Der Rutschen- Wasser-Park war für unser Kind ein tägliches Highlight. Besonders die Dame die täglich unser Zimmer gereinigt hat war professionell, super nett und hatte jeden Tag gute Laune.

Wir hatten ein Swim up Room. Das war wirklich gut und den Preis wert. Unsere Nachbarn hatten dies auch und bekamen auch täglich Besuch von einer befreundeten Familie. Das heißt, wir hatten täglich 4 Erwachsene und sieben Kinder auf der Terrasse neben uns. Das war wirklich neben der Lautstärke auch von der Anzahl spielender Kinder um uns nicht wirklich erholsam.

האוכל היה לר טעים מעבר לזה שחלק נכבד מהמלון מישראל לא היה כמעט דבר ישראלי כמו שניצל הכל מושתת על חזיר היה דג אחד בכל ארוחה שזה בסדר אבל האוכל היה טפל ולא טעים לא הפסטה לא האורז וחבל...ערב אחד הלכנו למסעדת המלון והיה טעים אז מדוע במסעדה אוכל טעים ובחדר אוכל לא טעים בכלל... בנוסף ביצעתי את ההזמנה כמה חודשים טובים מראש במהלכם ביקשתי פעמיים שהחדרים יהיו צמודים זה לזה כי יש לי ילדים קטנים כשהגעתי שמו אותנו במרחק של שישה או שבעה חדרים הסברתי להם שביקשתי כמה פעמים שהחדרים יהיו צמודים אך לא היה מענה מצידם קיבלתי מענה ביום שעזבתי במייל עד אז כל הבקשות שלי היו ללא התייחסות בנוסף חדר ללא ארון זה מבאס

Beautiful resort, great pools,great waterpark.

Rooms are not clean, food is low quality in comparison to the impressive facilities. Requested a baby crib in advance before arrival, had to request it once again after arriving, and once again a couple of hours later(night time). The room was not clean when we arrived, that said, they came to clean it again. When requesting to clean it once again the day after, it took them around 3 hours to get someone to clean the room. This place has the potential to be a ten, but it has work to do, and I am not a person who likes to complain, I have much respect for people providing me service, but they lack the basics.

Приятная атмосфера, отличная команда на всех уровнях. Современный отель, чистые номера. Отличное разнообразие в питании. Нет занимающих с утра места у бассейна людей. Детский аквапарк и развлечения для детей на высоте, в особенности доброжелательный персонал.

Единственное что слегка вызвало недоумение это ребята которые быстро ездят на гольф машинах по дорожкам.

מלון מדהים ביופיו, שירות מצוין מהקבלה, חדר אוכל, שירות החדרים והניקיון. המלון היה בתפוסה גבוהה ובכל זאת לא הרגשנו עומס במלון. חדר האוכל מציע מגוון שנותן מענה גם למי שלא אוכל בשר. בנוסף יש בר ליד כל בריכה מציע משקאות ומזון. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים.

הספא היה גרוע, המסאז' שעשינו ע"י 2 מעסות היה ממש לא מקצועי ומאוד חובבני, נוסף לזה המחיר גבוה מאוד ולא מצדיק את הרמה הנמוכה של העיסוי.

The food was exceptional, a lot of different things to try everyday. The staff was so helpful, I got sick after we arrived and the doctor at the hotel was very helpful and made things so easy for us. The kids club was so fun and our family had a blast. Will be coming again next year!

Guests staying above us were loud and partying into the night. But the staff was very helpful and dealt with the situation quickly. They also offered for us to switch rooms to be farther away incase those guests would misbehave again.

Sehr hellhörig. Man hörte absolut jeden Schritt des Zimmers darüber. Besonders nachts und froh extrem nervig

Bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa, drink bar na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa na basenie przynosi napoje z baru. Drugi basen ze zjeżdżalniami idealny pod dzieci. Delikatna i cicha muzyka na basenie. Kids klub bardzo fajna obsługa.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. A big thank you goes to the hotel manager, who arranged a different room for us that was closer to the first one. Rooms were practically furnished and very clean. Children were thrilled with the small water park. The hotel has a small beach across the road, where traffic is light. Food in the restaurant is excellent. We would love to come back for a holiday.

Great staff, great facilities, the kids enjoyed the water slides and we enjoyed the main pool. Great food at the pool.

- the food is amazing / they take into consideration food that’s suitable for children - the staff are nice especially the staff in the dinning room and the kids club - good size aqua park suitable for all ages

- the cleanliness of the rooms .. unfortunately they don’t clean the floors in the room and also the hallway leading to the rooms in the second floor it was very dirty - the water pressure in the shower - it’s not strong enough - the refrigerator is not strong enough for cooling- it stays warmish ..

השהות שלנו במלון הייתה פשוט יוצאת מן הכלל. חוויית הכל כלול מתוכננת ומבוצעת ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הופתענו לטובה כשקיבלנו חדר יפהפה עם בריכה פרטית, מה שהפך את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת עוד יותר ונתן לנו בדיוק את השקט והרוגע שחיפשנו. החוויה הקולינרית הייתה נהדרת, עם מגוון רחב של מנות טריות וטעימות לאורך כל השהות. אך מעל הכול, מה שבאמת בלט היה השירות המדהים. כל אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים וקשובים, וגרמו לנו להרגיש רצויים ונינוחים בכל רגע. עזבנו עם זיכרונות נפלאים ואין ספק שנמליץ על המלון לכל מי שמחפש חופשה איכותית, מפנקת ורגועה.

לקחנו חדר עם ג׳קוזי הג׳קוזי לא עבד פנינו לצוות כמה פעמים וכל פעם אמרו לנו שיבואו לתקן ולא תיקנו ולא היו מוכנים להחליף לנו חדר ככה במשך 4 ימים

The food/drink, staff, kids club and spa were all great!

The room we had was so small, definitely not for a family of 3 and didn’t feel like 5 star. Other guest were also complaining about room size when we arrived. Our balcony directly looked into another room - poor design. Evening entertainment was not great and had cancellation last minute. There were wasps all around the bar area. You also had to wait a long time for drinks.

Bel hotel propre, confortable, personnel souriant et serviable. Top pour les enfants; kids club, toboggans pour tous les âges, buffet, massage 20min chocolat, excursions possibles… Un trompettiste est venu en fin d’après-midi autour de la piscine. Bons cocktails inclus pour un all-inclusive. Le buffet est correct et varié.

המקום מדהים משופץ וחדש הכול בו מעולה מהצוות האדיב שהיה נכון לעזור בהכול ועד לאוכל ולמשקאות מסביב לשעון שמתאים להכול כלול באוכל יש מגוון מרובה ככה שגם מי ששומר כשרות כמונו ולא אוכל בשר בחול יכול למצוא מה לאכול הצוות היה מעולה והיה נכון לעזור הייתה לנו בעיה עם החדר כיוון שהוא היה בבניין ללא מעלית ולאבא שלי הייתה בעיה לעלות את המדרגות בגלל בעיה רפואית, הצוות והמנהל עשה כל מה שאפשר כדי להציע פתרון ובסוף שידרגו אותנו לחדר טוב יותר כיוון שזה היה החדר היחיד שפנוי והכול כדי לעזור לנו ולאפשר שהייה נוחה וטובה ככל האפשר.

המיקום קצת רחוק מהמרכז, מי שמגיע למלון הזה רק כדי להנות ממלון הכול כלול ומכל השירותים שבו זה מעולה ומספיק אבל מי שרוצה מלון הכול כלול ולשלב עם זה טיולים במרכז העיר זה די רחוק ונדרשת מונית או השכרת רכב

Very very very clean. Rooms are great. Pool and water park are great for kids and adults. Great food, the all inclusive is super great. The kids have 4 workers who stay with them and make activities. Every day they have something to make and dancing in the evening .

Wish the sea was cleaner .

Totul a fost perfect , resort foarte mare, mâncarea este foarte bună feluri de mâncare diferite de la o zi la alta , fructe , prăjituri foarte bune , camera foarte spațioasă am avut o cameră cu piscină privată. Personalul foarte amabil am avut decolare la ora 23 și pentru o sumă modică am putut rămâne în cameră până la ora 21

The pool area and rooms were really nice, the location is great and very easy to get to from the airport. The kids area and aqua part are a great bonus at the hotel

The standard of food is awful and verity was minimal. Every day it was pretty much the same options. Very much let the hotel down. Around 50% of the staff were exceptionally rude and very unfriendly. This is not a 5 star resort.

The hotel is beautiful and located right by the sea. We stayed in a room with a balcony and a private pool – the room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The WiFi was not strong in all areas of the hotel.

We came back to Senseana on Sunday, August 24th, 2025. Second year in a row for us. Let’s just say the week didn’t start exactly perfect: we walked into our room and found a leak from the AC, apparently because the previous guests didn’t bother closing the balcony door while the air conditioning was running. Not the hotel’s fault, but still a bit of a bummer. Now here’s the part that shows why we love this place. The staff didn’t panic, didn’t make a big deal, just calmly told us everything would be fine, and then went ahead and set us up in a much nicer upgraded room. At first we were told it might only be for 48 hours until they figured things out, but then Michael (legend!) came back to us, apologized for the inconvenience, and said we could stay in the upgraded room for the rest of our vacation. On top of that, he added 30 minutes at the spa for my wife. Not for me, I’m not really a spa guy, I’d probably just fall asleep on the massage table. The staff were simply amazing the entire time, every single one of them. Friendly, warm, and just genuinely pleasant. You can feel it’s not an act, they really care. Big shout out to Michael again, who took care of us all week long. This was our second time at the resort, we came last year too, and it definitely won’t be the last. We already know we’ll be back next summer. Why mess with a winning formula? The water park is a blast, our little two year old didn’t want to leave, and the pool is super nice. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more shaded areas around the main pool, especially for kids. To be fair, though, most of the kids’ time was spent in the water park, where there’s already plenty of shade. Last year we came with the extended family. This year it was just me, my wife, our toddler, and another couple with their little one. Both times were fantastic in their own way. So once again, huge thanks to the whole Senseana team for making our holiday such a great experience.

Der Strand ist leider ziemlich klein & nicht so schön. Aber ein paar Minuten weiter ist ein sehr schöner öffentlicher Strand.

I travelled to the resort with my kids and honestly we all had an amazing time . It such a beautiful resort with very lovely staff. I can’t overemphasize how amazing it was , from the receptionist to the Nursery staff, the chefs , the food , to the unlimited supply of mocktails , cocktails Ana the likes … they were all awesome. My kids can’t wait to come back

The buffet restaurant is way too loud. The offer of a la carte restaurants is poor.

le problème c’est quand on arrive il propose une chambre inférieure ( 3 familles on fait le même constat ) et que surtout ils autorisent même si ils disent le contraire à autoriser les gens à réserver les translates le matin

Super schöne moderne und weitläufige Hotelanlage mit tollen Pools, Spielplatz und Wasserpark. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich Schöne Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten

Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise unfreundlich und auch etwas unzuverlässig. Wir erhielten bei unserer Ankunft eine leider dreckige Babydecke - die wurde erst nach wiederholter Aufforderung ausgetauscht. Teilweise sind die zwar sehr schönen Zimmer etwas „verbunkert“

Food is excellent. It is very clean, staff is professional. Property is fully equipped so you don’t have to leave the resort at all.

Property stated there is a high speed internet, but in reality internet was not so fast, only about 5MB/s, which is not fast at all, especially if you need good connection for work. It should be addressed or not mentioned as a advantage.

It was amazing! The service by the staff was incredible,everyone was so kind, and it felt completely natural, not forced at all. The all-inclusive package had a wide variety of delicious cocktails. Overall, it was a really fun experience. Highly recommend, especially the reception team!

Very comfortable resort with all the required facilities. Very good mini club for the kids (shame it not working on Sundays but it's the only downside). An excellent water park. Great private beach with waves-breaker. very big parking lot, so no problem renting a car. and an excellent dining room, the best foods for a dining room I had so far. the "regular" rooms could be a bit bigger, but you get what you pay for. next time I'll take a better room with a private pool.

I have just stayed at the senseana resort for 5 days. Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! The one only thing I think that let’s this hotel down is the food served, it was quite a limited choice for main meals and snacks, although the food served was very nice. Apart from this 5* all day long. I will be returning in the future I hope you praise your staff well, they were amazing!

The staff was very nice, the property is new and the suite was excellent. The all inclusive program is indeed all inclusive.

I had ants in my room, and the housekeeping did not really mop or clean the floor.

The pool was very dirty kids were vomiting and peeing in the pool. Adult were walking in the 30cm pool bit with their shoes on. Management should enforce rules around pool. Such a shame that’s such a nice hotel with views but couldn’t go in the pool at all during my 7 days holiday.

It's an OK resort in a great location. The waterpark is fantastic for kids, offering a variety of slides for all ages to enjoy.

The service is disappointing—the main receptionist seems uninterested and unhappy in his role. This hotel falls short of 5-star standards, closer to 4 stars at best. There’s no room service, only one buffet-style restaurant, and two a la carte options, but you're limited to booking one of them only once, and the menu is the same as you would find in the buffet. If you're looking for a luxury experience, this hotel may not be worth it.
