Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό και όλες οι υπηρεσίες ήταν άψογες. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό και συνολικά είχαμε μια υπέροχη εμπειρία.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μας άρεσε όλα ήταν άψογα!

מלון שעונה על כל הצרכים , אוכל טוב ומגוון, חוף ים צמוד , בר עשיר ומגוון , שעות פעילות של האוכל מ 5.30 בבוקר עד 24.00 בלילה . קריית ספורט גדולה מגוונת ויש בה הכול. ניקיון של המלון , צוות מסביר פנים , שקט ושלווה למרות הגודל ותפוסה מלאה , לא מורגש בכלל.

המיקום נוח וקרוב לשדה״ת, החדרים מרווחים ונוחים, מתקני המלון רבים ומגוונים. מומלץ לבחור חדר הכולל בריכה הפונה לים, משדרג את החוויה משמעותית !!! צוות המלון נחמד מאד, המלון נקי, האוכל מגוון אבל לא טעים ו/או איכותי במיוחד כפי שהיה מצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים.

הנקיון יכול להיות מוקפד יותר באזור החדרים. בחדר מגבות הרגליים היו ישנות ובלויות. המסעדות וחדר האוכל פתוחים בזמנים קצובים ולא מספיק לאורך היום, כך שבשעה מאוחרת אין מה לאכול ואם מגיעים לקראת סוף הארוחה כמעט ולא נשאר מה לאכול.

Hi, We loved it in total and had a real great time. For me a 10 would be given if not for few things: the food could have been more versatile and lack of fresh pastries, the cat cages beneath the stares were terrible to see. Soaps in the bathroom were not refilled. The Asian restaurant was superb, stuff amazing. The main bar excellent. The bartender in the screen area was a professional and a cool guy (Albanian). There was not enough entertainment, in the theater, or any real dance floor with speakers- more of adult entertainment with dancing. The dining room stuff were wonderful! Bellboy was super. All and all, we will recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you!

Je souhaite déposer une réclamation officielle concernant des faits extrêmement graves survenus pendant notre séjour dans votre établissement. Le samedi soir, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. La chambre qui nous avait initialement été attribuée se trouvait à l’autre extrémité du complexe et ne correspondait absolument pas au niveau de confort ni aux standards que nous étions légitimement en droit d’attendre, compte tenu du classement cinq étoiles de l’établissement et du tarif payé, supérieur à 500 CHF par nuit. Le dimanche matin, à 9 h 30, la réception a appelé directement dans notre chambre pour nous demander à quelle heure nous comptions effectuer notre départ le lendemain, lundi. Cette question ne présentait aucun caractère urgent et pouvait parfaitement être posée plus tard dans la journée. Après les difficultés rencontrées la veille au sujet de la chambre, cet appel matinal nous a donné le sentiment d’une mesure de rétorsion. Je précise que je souffre de problèmes de sommeil et que je n’avais dormi qu’environ trois heures. Être réveillée à 9 h 30 par la réception d’un hôtel cinq étoiles pour une simple question concernant un départ prévu le lendemain est totalement inacceptable. Je me suis donc rendue à la réception, naturellement contrariée. Un manager est alors intervenu. Il nous a pris à part et s’est immédiatement montré agressif, condescendant et hostile. Il s’est adressé à moi en français, puis en anglais, sur un ton particulièrement violent, allant jusqu’à me réprimander et à me parler d’une manière indigne d’un responsable hôtelier. Plus grave encore, il m’a traitée d’« animal venant d’Ouganda ». Il a également cité un second pays africain, possiblement le Ghana, mais je ne souhaite pas l’affirmer avec certitude. En revanche, la référence à l’Ouganda et le terme « animal » ont été parfaitement entendus. Ces propos avaient manifestement une connotation raciste et déshumanisante à l’égard des personnes originaires d’Afrique noire.

The room with a private pool is amazing. Delicious food and variety of meals and alcohol is beyond any expectation. The temperature of water in the pools is perfect! Good location, far enough from noise but close to bigger cities. The taxi service is very kind and comfortable.

The room cleaning was poor! Almost every day they forgot to either change towels or empty a garbage or leave a fresh water. Although there's a sign that forbids keeping chairs in the pool, there is no control of this actually happens.

So etwas wie hier habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Es ist traumhaft schön und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, jedes Personnal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein Paradis, ein Träumchen! Das Spa ist so schön und gemütlich und sehr sehr erholsam. Ich hatte eine Cretan Longevity Ritual Massage mit meinem Mann und die Masseure Jessi & George haben ihr Arbeit ausgezeichnet gemacht! Ich komme zu 100% Chance wieder hier her! Ich liebe die Atmosphäre hier. Des Essen ist auch ausgezeichnet und vielfältig! Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich! Am Liebsten würde ich für immer hier bleiben

The staff was very friendly, ESPECIALLY Dimitri the bartender. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.

The cleaning was a little inconsistent, the first day we had our room cleaned it was amazing, the second and third day it seemed the cleaners got lazy. Other than that it was amazing!

We liked the layout and architecture, the rain shower head was great too and also where our room was located we had a great view of the beach and the mountains. The gym was great, all the restaurants were amazing except the Thymari Taverna. The steakhouse was fabulous.

Thymari Taverna should have way more authentic Greek dishes. We found that there was more Greek food in the main buffet than at the Thymari Taverna. The property itself is great. The housekeeping though was not very good, every day they missed something. One day they forgot to refill the coffee station, another day they didn’t replace all of the towels so we ended up only having 2 towels. Another day they forgot to take the bathroom trash, which was a bigger deal since you’re not allowed to flush toilet paper. The housekeeping staff needs to be trained more and it would help a bit if they could understand English a bit more.

The staff were really friendly. The bar staff were also very nice. The Albanian lady, whose name I forgot, was super friendly, kind, and very attentive to our orders and service. The show at night was enjoyable.

Housekeeping throughout the hotel was generally very good and clean. But Unfortunately, there were stains all over the bed sheets.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage war in Ordnung, da der Resort sehr viele Aktivitäten anbietet.

Der eine Mitarbeiter an der Bar tagsüber war nicht freundlich, und das Zimmer wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Auf dem Boden lagen noch Haare sowie Essensreste. Es wirkte so, als hätten sie nur das Bett gemacht und wären dann wieder gegangen. Das Buffet war täglich fast identisch, obwohl angegeben wurde, dass es zum Beispiel an einem Tag italienische oder asiatische Spezialitäten geben sollte. Das Buffet entsprach daher nicht wirklich dem angekündigten traditionellen Thema. Beim Steakhouse mussten wir trotz All-inclusive-Aufenthalt 50 % bezahlen, da wir weniger als 7 Nächte gebucht hatten. Trotz der vielen Bäder war das Wasser sehr kalt, weshalb wir nicht ins Wasser gehen konnten. Vielleicht war es auch noch zu früh, um im Mai dorthin zu reisen. Die Bäder beziehungsweise Pools sind nicht beheizt.

Die gesamte Anlage war ein Traum...tolles Essen, tolle Bars, tolles Zimmer, herrlicher Privatpool, schöner Strand, freundliches Personal .. gibt nichts zu beanstanden! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Pool am Strand... kann ich nur empfehlen!

Honestly speaking, there is nothing from this resort that someone can say doesn't like about. As far as my family and I are concerned, this hotel is a top notch in everything to dream of.

Alt var bare så lækkert og rent.. Dejlige rene og behagelige værelser. Liggestole både på stranden og ved poolen var fantastiske. Alt personale gjorde det så godt. De var imødekommende og havde altid et smil på læben. Alt var luksus.

The cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Beautiful pools, nice beach, excellent sunbeds - the nicest I’ve ever seen! Very new, very well kept. The resort is probably the best one on that strip of the island - it’s even noticeably nicer than its sister resort next door. The event staff were great, water fit and Zumba and darts and Pilates everyday, easy to join and participate in everything. The Argentinian restaurant was nice, it’s not ideal that you have to pay for it if your stay is less than 7 days, but getting 50% off helps. The pickleball/tennis courts were nice - also not great that you have to pay for it, but it’s still a nice option to have. The girl who works at the sports centre doing the booking of the courts is very nice.

It’s not very big. There are limited spaces to be in. The drinks are strong and made with the cheapest alcohol available so everything tasted like rubbing alcohol. The food was repetitive and unimaginative - the “street food” restaurant at the beach was embarrassingly bad, hotdogs floating in tepid water and dried out hamburger patties. The staff, while seemingly attentive, hung around just a little too long expecting tips and quickly cooled off their service once no tip was provided. (I find it hard to pay top dollar for an all-inclusive resort just to be expected to constantly have cash on hand to pay extra when they begrudgingly bring you a drink that you had to go up to the bar to order in the first place) The housekeeping was very basic, and asked if you wanted service instead of just providing it. The Asian restaurant was only ok - mostly a few stir fries and 3 types of sushi - not excellent quality. None of the maintenance nor bar/restaurant staff seemed happy to be there. Also, which isn’t necessarily the resort’s fault, but 40€ for a taxi to the airport (a 20mins ride) seems pretty steep considering that that was the “negotiated rate” arranged by the resort.

מלון מהמם באמת בצורה לא רגילה!

חוץ מהיופי חוויה מאכזבת ברמות!!!! הגענו מעל ל-15 אנשים לחופשה משפחתית כשאני בתור סוכנת נסיעות המלצתי לכולם על המלון הזה למרות שהמחיר לא היה זול בכלל בלשון המעטה אבל ידעתי מנסיון, יקר מחזיר תמורה ת מ י ד. אני פה להגיד טעיתי ומזל שאלו המשפחה שלי ולא לקוחות שלי!!!! התנהגות של חלק מהעובדים משפילה כלפי ישראלים, גזענית, אלימה ובריונית. לאחד מאיתנו היה חדר עם בריכה לכן החלטנו להתפנק שם באחד מהצהריים, התקשרנו לבקש קרח ומיד הבנו שאין שירות חדרים והתבקשנו ללכת לבר לבקש. כשאחד מאיתנו הלך וביקש 8 כוסות קרח התגובה שקיבלנו ״אה אתה לוקח הרבה כי אתם ישראלים״ בצהריים ובערב מסתובב באזור הבר המרכזי עובד נמוך קומה שתפקידו להוות מעין אטרקציה ולשעשע את האורחים. בלילה הראשון ניגש אלינו בחיוך וששון ושאל מאיפה אנחנו כשנאמר לו שאנחנו מישראל הוא ענה ״חשבתי אינדיאן״ והתרחק, מאותו היום הוא היה עובר שולחן שולחן ופשוט מדלג עלינו בהפגנתיות בצורה מבזה! חלק מעובדי הבר ממש לא היו מעוניינים לתת לנו שירות ולא חסכו בפרצופים נועצים שגרמו לנו לאי נוחות. באחד מהימים ישבנו באזור הבר בצהריים לאחר שהיינו בבריכה והגלגל של הילד שלי בן ה-3 חודשיים היה לצידנו עובד הבר שכבר ידענו לומר מי ממש לא סובל אותנו ומי עוד מצליח להיות צבוע ולהתגבר על השנאה הוא פשוט לקח את הגלגל וזרק למים מהסיבה ״לא ראיתי אף אחד שזה שייך לו״ מיד שהערנו לו על זה הוא פשוט לקח כיסא לידנו ודחף אותו בצורה אלימה!!!! שם זה חצה גבול ופשוט עזבנו את אזור הבריכה!!! מאותו הרגע אי אפשר היה לא לשים לב שכולם שם מתלחששים עלינו ומתנהגים בצורה שמביישת מלון ברמה הזו. לא מיהרתי לשפוט וניגשתי לספר למנהל על החוויה המאכזבת לא קיבלתי שום תגובה עניינת אך נאמר שיטופל והוא יגיע אלינו לחדר כמובן שמיותר לציין שלא הגיע ולא טופל עדיין לא שפטתי ובחרתי לשלוח מייל למלון שזה לא יפול בין הכיסאות כי אם אקבל תגובה הולמת זה ישפר לגמרי את דעתי. האם קיבלתי תגובה מהם? ״תיהיי סבורה שיצרו איתך קשר בקרוב״ האם יצרו? ממש ממש לא. בקיצור לא אמליץ, לא אחזור, ואנחנו הישראלים לא צריכים לפרנס מלון כזההה!!!!! בושה בושה בושה, מאכזב מאכזב מאכזב.

Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Hôtel trop grand, impersonnel, sans charme. Piscines froides pas très propres. Impossible d’avoir un transat sauf à la plage. Chambre quelconque, nettoyage quotidien fait à la va vite. Choix important aux buffets au détriment de la qualité, ce n’est vraiment pas bon. Impossible de commander quoi que ce soit après la fermeture des restaurants et bars qui ferment tôt. Quasi pas de musique, ambiance 0, animations nulles. Hôtel trop loin de la ville, rien à côté à part d’autres hôtels. Personnel peu souriant, on ne nous a même pas demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour à notre départ Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Heureusement que l’on y est resté que 3 nuits. On ne reviendra pas

Wundervolles Hotel welches wir sehr empfehlen können. Vom Empfang über den Aufenthalt und dem dargebotenen Service war alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Anlage war sehr sauber und hatte von Anfang an eine einladende Erscheinung. Wir waren für 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns durchgehend wohl gefühlt.

The food was great, the grounds were well cared for and clean. The lit-up fountains at night were so pretty and really set a vibe. The spa is incredible. Highly recommend!

We were there late in the season and didn’t realize that none of the outdoor pools are heated. Therefore they were freezing and unusable. Obviously, that’s not the resort’s fault but it was a little bit of a bummer. We were able to swim in the ocean (which was warmer than the pools!)

Struttura Moderna, con un’architettura molto bella. Il mare di Creta è molto bello e il cibo era molto buono con personale sempre attento a tutti gli ospiti e disponibile.

Sulla pulizia delle camere si può fare meglio, in 4 notti il vetro del bagno non è mai stato pulito. Ci stavano anche degli insetti in giro, forse per via del fatto che fosse fine ottobre, magari c’è stato un piccolo calo di attenzione. Niente di non sopportabile comunque.

We stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing experience! The hotel is beautiful, very high standard, with spacious rooms like 5 stars hotel should be. The staff were wonderful everywhere, from reception to the restaurants and sports facilities, always friendly and eager to help. The food was available around the clock and always fresh and delicious, with great variety. The sports facilities balanced perfectly with the culinary side, and the location with its stunning views made it even more special. Truly a perfect family holiday, can’t wait to come back!

Dieses Resort ist einfach Klasse! Die Zimmer sowie die gesamte Anlage war in einen sehr guten Zustand und auf Sauberkeit wird ganz viel geachtet. Die Toiletten am Pool sowie Strand immer Sauber. Lage von Flughafen Top, in 15 min. mit dem Taxi da. Bei Buchung bekommt man ein kostenloses Taxi, dies hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, da wurden wir verarscht!!! Unser Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet und in einen absoluten sauberen Zustand, aber sehr hellhörig( Nachbarzimmer immer die Unterhaltungen gehört) Essen war sehr gut, besonders in der Taverne, wo es leckeren Fisch gab. den konnte man sie raussuchen und wurde frisch für einen gegrillt. Dies ist eine Reise wert.

Zimmer sind sehr Hellhörig, bekommt jedes Gespräch mit. Durch viele Partys am Abend bis in die Nacht, sehr laut.

Vom Aussehen her, ist es ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit vielen Pools (Salzwasser), einer zentral gelegenen Bar und direkt am Strand. Der Alkohol an den Bars ist hochwertig und auch die Cocktails sind gut gemischt. Das Hauptrestaurant hat jeden Abend ein wechselndes Thema. Das Buffet ist vielfältig und ausreichend. Jede/r kann was für sich finden und verlässt das Restaurant zu keiner Zeit hungrig.

ABER was wir uns bei einem 5* Hotel anders vorstellen: Personal an der Rezeption macht einen unmotivierten Eindruck und ein kleines Lächeln ist zu viel verlangt. Auch die Antworten sind sehr kurz und vermittelten uns als Gäste, dass wir stören. Bei der Frage, ob wir Geld in kleinere Scheine wechseln könnten, wurde nur mit Augenrollen gemacht. Dieses gewechselte Geld sollte eigentlich als Trinkgeld für die Mitarbeitenden verwendet werden. Personal in den Restaurants macht ebenfalls einen sehr unmotivierten Eindruck. Auf ein freundliches „Good Morning“ oder „Hallo“ gibt es keine Antwort, noch nicht einmal ein Lächeln (egal ob beim Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen). Vereinzelt kommt von manchen ein Hallo oder Lächeln zurück. Was auffällig war, dass das „ausländische (nicht griechische) Personal“ freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender war. Der Supervisor im Restaurant ist auch sehr unfreundlich, kann ebenfalls nicht Grüßen und macht große Unterschiede bei der Behandlung der Gäste (sollte in einem 5*Hotel nicht so sein). Großes Thema der Manager (blaues Hemd, Krawatte und helle Hose), der den ganzen Tag über die Anlage läuft. Er verhält sich sehr barsch den Mitarbeitenden gegenüber, kann ebenfalls nicht lächeln oder die Gäste grüßen oder smalltalk halten. Ein absolutes NoGo für uns ist, dass er nicht grüßt, wenn Gäste in Grüßen (ging nicht nur uns so). Wir haben in anderen Bewertungen ebenfalls gelesen, dass das Verhalten des Manager wohl schon öfters bemängelt wurde. Zimmer: Die Größe des Zimmers ist ausreichend und hatte einen schönen großen Balkon. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, kennen wir aber auch anders in 5*Hotels (zumal das Hotel selbst mit einem übermäßigen Standard wirbt). Auch die Ausstattung im Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig (Fön, Handtücher, Duschgel und Shampoo - gibt es aber auch in nicht 5*Hotels).

אהבנו את האווירה והמלון בכללי נראה טוב והספא

לפני 3 שנים היינו פה נהננו ממש. הפעם הזאת התאכזבנו. לא היה נקי כמו פעם שעברה לא החדר ולא המלון והידר אוכל בכללי לא היו נקיים כמו שציפינו. המסעדה האסייתית לא היתה עם תפריט כמו בפעם קודמת היה בופה ואוכל לא טעים. בטברנה ובחדר אוכל האוכל היה בלי טעם. הרמה מלפני 3 שנים ירודה. המסעדת בשרים פתאום עולה כסף לפני כן היא היתה בחינם. שילמנו הרבה כסף על חדר משפחתי גדול בלית ברירה כי לא נשארו מקומות כמעט 12 אלף שקל לא שווה את זה ןגם קיבלנו חדר שפונה למלון אחר לא קרוב לכלום בפינה נידחת. פעם שעברה היה יחס יותר אכפתי ישר שהגענו התקבלנו בסבלנות רבה הפעם לא היה שירות לא היה יחס וניקיון כמו שצריך בכלל. חשבנו על לחזןר למלון עוד כמה פעמים בשנים הבאןת אבל כנראה שלא נחזןר. לא קיבלנו תמורה לתשלום לא שווה את זה. לא נחזןר לכאן לצערנו

Am avut un sejur foarte frumos, servicii de calitate, mancare diversificata, personal foarte civilizat. Totul la superlativ! Recomand!

החדרים לא רעים אבל לא מפנקים

Inbesondere gefallen hat uns die tolle Ausstattung des Hotels. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool, was die beste Entscheidung war. Das Essen in allen Restaurants war vielfältig, genüsslich und sehr gut gekocht. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Das Personal war absolut freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.

Viele Hotelgäste besetzen früh morgens die Liegenstühle mit den Badetüchern. Entweder springt man auf den Zug und tut es gleich oder hat nach dem Frühstück keine Möglichkeit auf einen guten Platz am Pool.
