Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel has a great location right by the marina, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a tasty breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. The facilities throughout the hotel were clean and well maintained, and what I appreciated most was the calm atmosphere. In fact, of my last five hotel stays, this was by far the quietest and most relaxing. I had a small issue during the stay, but the management dealt with it immediately and professionally, which I really appreciated. Thank you.

The only real downside was the hospitality. In general, the staff came across as rather cold, reserved and unmotivated. As a regular traveller, I’m used to different cultures and different styles of hospitality — so perhaps I simply encountered the more Catalan version. Still, a friendly “Bon dia!”, a smile or even a little eye contact would have gone a long way. With a few exceptions there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the basics of making guests feel genuinely welcome. The gym could also use some attention: the equipment is rather limited and feels more decorative than functional. And a small note for breakfast: On 6 subsequent mornings the hard-boiled eggs seemed to have reached a level of commitment where even the shells refuse to let go. Perhaps a new cooking approach could work some magic there :-)

Breakfast is relatively basic and doesn’t change at all- stayed for a week and it was same with no variety. No room service whatsoever- if you want a spoon you’d need to go to the bar to pick it up yourself Pool can be on the cold side

Idealnie położony hotel - bardzo blisko w kluczowe miejsca: na plażę, do kolejki do Barcelony, do tego w okolicy kilka świetnych restauracji (wszystko w odległości 5 min spacerem). Pokój bardzo wygodny - z balkonem z pięknym widokiem na morze, port oraz basen. Obszerna łazienka, wygodne, szerokie łóżka. Świetny basen. Śniadania ok - dość monotonne, ale dobre.

La atención del personal.

El hotel se encuentra a pocos metros de la estación de tren, en el puerto, habíamos reservado una habitación estandar y nos alojaron en una habitación superior😁 frente al mar, con balcón para disfrutar del paisaje. La habitación grande y cómoda, cama extragrande, ducha excelente, todo funcionaba a la perfección. Tienen un bar en la zona de piscina con personal muy atento. Muy buena relación precio/calidad. Volveremos!

Много сме доволни от хотела.Беше много чисто,подредено и просторно.Терасите са с изглед към морето .Много тихо и приятно.Персоналът беше много отзивчив и усмихнат .Настаняване и освобождаването става много бързо и лесно благодарение на милия персонал.Има паркинг ,който се заплаща но,колата ви ще бъде наблюдавана и ще ви бъде спокойно.Много добре си прекарах с моето семейство и пак бихме посетили хотела.

desayuno genial, el personal del hotel super simpático y amable, tienen una habitación al lado del restaurante donde pueden jugar los niños. esta pensado para ir con niños. las camas super cómodas y la cocina con todo lo necesario.

El personal muy atento, y agradable solicité una habitación con buenas vistas y así fue, muy bonita la estancia, me gustaría volver a repetir.

First of all: we have stayed at this hotel over ten times, so it is obvious that we really like it. The sea side rooms have lovely views over a small boat harbour. The outdoor pool is very nice, as is the outdoor bar/restaurant area. The location in general is superb, near the beach (and to be frank, there is not really any other hotel with a comparable location in Mataro) The parking is reasonably priced and the parking boxes are really large (though there is rather little space when reversing our of them if a car is parked on the other side of the aisle)

The breakfast menu has not changed at all during the ten years that we have visited the hotel, and that meny more or less lacks vegetables. The staff in the breakfast restaurant are friendly and pleasant, but overwhelmed. If arriving at breakfast around 9.30 in high season, it is difficult to find a free table - also because many tables have not been cleared in a timely manner after the breakfast guests left. The rooms are quite nice, but this time we had troubles with both the phone and the safe, and eventually, the key cards. Some savings have also been made - there used to be separate and on the fancy side shampoo, conditioner etc. Now there is just one dispenser for all purposes in the shower.

Hotel che mette a disposizione parcheggio privato, camera di giuste dimensioni, così come il bagno e il balcone con vista porto turistico. I letti comodissimi e l'insonorizzazione delle camere perfetta. Colazione ottima varia e abbondante. Staff molto cordiale , pulizia camere e zone comuni eccellente. Ubicazione Hotel comodissima perchè a soloi 25 minuti da Barcellona. inoltre per chi non ha macchina propria , la stazione di Matarò è a 1 minuto a piedi.

Het hotel zelf.. We kwamen aan en blijkbaar had het personeel er niet zo’n zin in die dag.. Het was ook 36 graden dus misschien snap ik dat aan de ene kant nog wel. Eenmaal op de hotelkamer kwam teleurstelling 2.. de airco deed het niet (nou ja, hij deed het wel alleen werd hij niet koud) en dat met 36 graden is dat toch best vervelend. Bij het openslaan van het dekbed kwamen we meerdere bloedvlekken tegen en de vorige “bewoonster” had duidelijk zwarte haren.. Eenmaal onder de douche waren we onze zwembandjes vergeten want de douche gaf zo’n harde straal dat de hele badkamer blank stond (en wij waren blijkbaar niet de enige gezien de deur..) Toch maar proberen te slapen met die warmte en de muggen (vandaar die muggenstekkers) De volgende ochtend het ontbijt… het maakte onze verwachtingen waar… Tussen de vliegen door wat kleffig brood, koude roerei en wat droge “zoete lekkernijen” geprobeerd toch wat te eten. Maar na een paar happen waren we er klaar mee en zijn we weg gegaan.. Dit hotel geboekt voor 2 nachten, zeker niet goedkoop maar elke euro teveel!! Ons advies, boek hier niet je overnachting, voor stukken minder zijn er vast betere hotels!!

Die Lage war besonders gut, sehr nahe zum Meer. Die Frühstück war auch super und ausreichend. Der Frühstücksraum mit der Terrasse hat mir ziemlich gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber , klimatisiert, sehr angenehm. Personal war super nett. Gerne auch nächstesmal ein Besuch wert.

Am Abendessen die Qualität von Essen war nicht besonders gut und sättigend , Fleisch nicht so gut durchgebraten, als hätten sie einfach im Stress schnell vorbereitet. Doch die Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

La sala de juegos tenía los juguetes bastante sucios, las cajas donde se guardaban los juguetes estaban muy sucias y la alfombra donde el niño podía jugar estaba sucia.

Zimmer zu eng und Tiere wie Kakerlaken überall an die Wände so, dass wir Angst beim Schlafen haben. Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Zu viel Salz und Frühstück Buffet nicht unbedingt gefüllt. Keine Toiletten Bürste, eine Badehandtuch für Schwimmbad Bereich, das man 4 Tage lang nicht tauschen durfte 🥲. Unser gebuchte Meerblick Zimmer war leider Hafenblick. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht 😞 . Das Zimmer ist dringend Renovierung Bedürfniss, Türen Rahmen und Dusche 🚿 sind sehr alt .

Getting to see those views from your balcony is incredible. We had family staying on either side of the hotel and both sides had amazing views. The higher floors offer the best views. The facilities are great, they have a little kids room with games on the ground floors. They had low jazz music playing at night while you look out onto the port/sea. The rooms were perfect, the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast excellent. Parking is expensive (€16 per day/car i think) but it's easy to park and pay and staff were flexible in letting us park a little longer for no extra charge. The pool was great, as was the outdoor bar and seating area. We came with a family who stayed in the family room and this was great to have a joining room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very short walk to restaurants and the beach. Everyone loved it! I hope to return one day!

Better to pay in advance via booking because we were charged a little more on arrival based on current conversion rate. Also take note the tourist tax charge is added to your hotel bill when you pay. I was confused about the cost not matching up when I paid.

De locatie was zeer goed dicht bij het treinstation, goedes verbinding naasr Barcelona. Mooi en net hotel met goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Están paredes muy sucios, no limpia bien los muebles , ni lámparas

Az elhelyezkezés remek, közel a vonat és a tenger. A medence is jó és tiszta. Kényelmes szállás, jól felszerelt konyha. A személyzet mindenben segített. A távozás napján a garázsban hagyhattuk az autót késő délutánig is.

Es el quinto año que me alojo en este apartahotel. Me gusta su ubicación junto al puerto deportivo de Mataró y que hay restaurantes, playa, paseos por la zona.

Este año me tocó la habitación que está junto a la piscina con lo que no pude disfrutar de la terraza por la falta de intimidad. Era salir a la terraza y todas las miradas se encontraban.

Staff were lovely, facilities were too. Large rooms, clean, comfortable, most of them overlooking the sea. Food was great, the breakfast had lots of choice and dinner was varied and plentiful, with very friendly waiting. The hotel is rather well located for people who don't want to drive. A short walk away to the train station and you can catch the train to Barcelona or all the other nearby resorts on the coast.

There wasn't much not to like. The nearest beach was some 10 minutes walk away, which was somewhat welcome to burn off some of the calories from the good food in the hotel... The location as such, although good, is not the most glamorous and nor is the walk into the town through a dirty and smelly underground passage (this is to do with the maintenance of town rather than the hotel). All in all, we loved our stay at the hotel.

Das gesamte Personal, vor allem das Putzpersonal, war sehr freundlich! Die Rezeption war immer besetzt.

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig ( abgeschlagene Türrahmen, dunkle Badfugen, vor allem in der Dusche, Flecken an den Wänden etc.) sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten und halten uns nicht davon ab, wieder zu kommen!

Amazing sea view. The room was cozy. The breakfast and dinner ok but would prefer buffet for the dinner then a la carte. The stuff was friendly.

The answer I received when I asked for the possibility of checking in earlier was a bit rude. Normally good hotels offer at least to do what they can but not garanteeing an earlier check-in. This hotel hotel just said: "No. Check-in 15:00!" Small thing but can make a big difference for the customer.
