Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The location close to beach, train and town. The cleaners work hard make the room spotless and two of the receptionist when I arrived and left were good.
In fairness I didn’t disclose that I have a learning difficulty and there is a delay in processing sometimes. I dropped expensive perfume Loewe Vulcan one evening in the outside seating area I believe this was seen. Following morning I asked the reception if it was handed in said no asked it hey could look at the CCTV I showed the time paid when i paid the bill. Ignored the request in the afternoon/evening I asked again, said yes but of course ignored. I left the following day. Mistakenly I didn’t follow my plan to get an UBEt to train station. I used their taxi service. Whilst in transit asked cost to go to Girona Airport he said between 85 -95. Showed him my ticket to ensure he understood it was Girona, told him several times throughout the journey he took me to Barcelona Airport. Long story short cost me €210 euros to get to Girona. So total over €300 euros spent unnecessarily and no accountability. 1. If travelling alone don’t stay and rely on staff to assist if your have learning difficulties, it’s ok if nothing goes wrong, But potentially they won’t help even just looking at CCTV. 2. Organise your own Uber do not use their taxi provider ever. If you don’t speak spanish be wary on relying on others to assist even if it is their Job.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The room was large (we had twin bed room), it was cleaned daily. The personal was really nice, especially the guy on the reception. The food on the restaurant was delicious, in the morning and in the evening a la carte with very qualitative ingredients. The location is perfect, close to the beach and close to an istoric center (you have to climb the stares on the corner of the street). Very well connected to Barcelona, with 10-15 walk to the train station that arrives every 10 mins and goes to the center of Barcelona. It was the first time we said that we will definitely return.
This wasn’t so bad, but we would like a duvet cover (we had a sheet under the duvet). However don’t miss this wonderfull hotel because of this.
