За таку вартість наданий сервіс відповідає своєму рівню.

Замечательные апартаменты, много места, есть собственная кухня и все удобства. От пляжа недалеко, минут 8. Очень понравилось, что в апартаментах тихо, соседей вообще не слышно. Огромное спасибо хозяину, он очень отзывчивый и заботливый, всегда помогал нам во всех вопросах! Также очень порадовал стабильный и быстрый вайфай, спасибо большое!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to see that the owner kept the dogs in very small cages. There was plenty of space on the property, so I believe the dogs could have been provided with a proper, comfortable shelter and more room to move around. It was difficult to see the dogs kept in such conditions, and this negatively affected my overall experience.

Жили в лофте, просторные, уютные, чистые и безопасные апартаменты. Хороший холодильник, кондиционер, плита, посуда в достаточном количестве, сковороды, кастрюли, отличные условия! Большая терраса, сушилка для одежды, шезлонги, вечером можно порелаксировать под звёздным небом на террасе. Небольшой но чистый бассейн, есть лежаки у бассейна. Рядом магазины Carrefour, Migros, Sok, пешеходная улица Liman, до моря пешком минут 8-10. Ночью очень тихо, никакого шума, спится замечательно! Мустафа - ответственный, заботливый и доброжелательный хозяин апартаментов, всегда на связи. Отдельное удовольствие кофе, который готовит Мустафа, обязательно попробуйте! Нам очень понравились апартаменты, с удовольствием сюда вернёмся!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist sauber und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und entspannt. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und immer bereit zu helfen. Die Lage ist auch super , alles ist in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! ❤️

Очень понравился отель. Во первых: местоположения отличное,прямо в центре. Во вторых: комнаты чистые,уютные. Бассейн тоже очень чистый,за ним следит персонал. Хозяин ооочень отзывчивый, по всем влпросам поможет, покажет. Наши вещи тоже постирали, моих детей даже угостил мороженом ( мелочь,но приятно) мне очееь понравилось все там. Советую, тихо,спокойно,уютно и чисто!

По соотношению цена / качество превосходный вариант. Прекрасные апартаменты, хорошее состояние мебели и ванной комнаты, есть стиральная машина в лобби. Достаточно хороший и стабильный wi-fi. Если лень идти на пляж - в наличии собственный бассейн на территории. До самого пляжа идти очень близко, 8-10 минут, не больше. В радиусе 5-10 минут ходьбы расположено несколько продуктовых супермаркетов. Так же расположение апартаментов удобно тем, что по соседней улице проходит автобус, который курсирует по маршруту Анталия - Кемер - Анталия. Если вы из Анталии планируете добираться своим ходом - просто из Аэропорта доезжаете на трамвае до автовокзала, садитесь на автобус ТА08 и едите почти до самого отеля.

Минусов нет. Все отлично.

Апартаменты стоят своих денег. Арендовали лофт с большой террасой. В номере было все необходимое - средства гигиены, тапочки, полотенца, постельное белье. Кухня также оснащена всем необходимым. включая полотенца, губку, жидкость для мытья посуды Кондиционер. Уборка со сменой белья дважды в неделю. Хороший wi-fi, можно смотреть фильмы по ноуту, Телевизор только с турецкими каналами. Общая стиральная машина для всех гостей, пользовались один раз. Хозяин очень приятный человек, всегда на связи, общается на турецком и английском. Все вопросы решал оперативно. А какой вкусный у него кофе!

Было бы неплохо обновить кое-что из посуды в номерах.

Месторасположение; внимательное отношение хозяина к гостям; наличие бассейна, довольно просторного номера, кухни и террасы, возможность стирать и сушить вещи.

При желании придраться - вы найдете, к чему. Будьте осторожны с водой, она может внезапно становиться горячей. Если сразу включать горячую и потом отрегулировать охлаждение - все в порядке, вообще не проблема.

Kara Family Apart ligger ikke så langt fra stranden. Det tar 7 minutter å gå til stranden. Matbutikken er i nærheten og på torsdager er det marketer for klær. Den ligger rundt 3-400 meter fra Kara Family Apart. På mandager finner du Frukt og Grønnsaks marketer. Den ligger ved siden av moskeen. Viktigste av alt, eieren av Kara Family Apart, Mustafa. Han er pliktoppfullende og veldig hjelpsom person. Jeg hadde problemer med transfer gjennom bookingen. Jeg fikk mye hjelp av han og ringte til bookingen og snakket med sjåføren. Hvis man trenger hjelp, hjelper han deg med engang. Hilsen fra Abuyazid.

Very good location. Close to the beach , shops , bazaar. Comfortable and clean suits. The owners’ hospitality is exceptional, you can always ask him about best local shops , tours & all other things and he will help you.

We loved everything. It was cozy and homey. The owner makes delicious coffee. There's a small pool. If you're used to star hotels, this is a different place. We had a wonderful time. I recommend this place to people who like to organize their own leisure time.

Everything! The owner is a lovely gentleman! The location is close to the best sandy beach of the Antalya area - Moonlight Beach! The apartment is very spacious!

Есть парковка для любых авто (в отличие от Бодрума и аналогичных городов на холмах). Качество вайфая на 90%. Бассейн почти всегда пустой. Нет туристов с музыкой (колонками). Есть своя мусорка у входа. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Вежливый и внимательный англоговорящий хозяин.

1. Другие туристы, которые постоянно курят. Но такая культура в Турции - мало пьют, много курят. Запах разносится по большой площади и затягивается в номер. У меня отец много курил и умер от инсульта. Эти люди не понимают что они делают и делают других туристов пассивными курильщиками. 2. Кровати бы в номерах чуть шире, диван в гостиной чуть мягче и без пружин)

Хозяин Мустафа всегда был на связи старался помочь в любых мелочах. Даже предоставил нам дополнительный матрац для дивана и на второй неделе проживания поменял нам полотенца на абсолютно новые. Расположение хорошее, все что нужно в шаговой доступности. Магазин migros самый ближний и недорогой. Замечательно что рядом с домом есть колонка с чистой питьевой водой, так что покупать ее не придется. Мустафа готовит прекрасный вкусный кофе. Пообщавшись с отдыхающими соседями мы узнали что люди приезжают в эти апартаменты уже 4 года, а еще одна девушка сказала что ездит сюда уже 15 лет. Мустафа не зря назвал свой апарт family - других вы не встретите здесь, он строго следит за этим. Поэтому здесь тихо и спокойно. Есть даже кодовый замок на воротах при входе в дом. Бассейн небольшой но очень чистый. Горячая вода в душевой была всегда. На кухне нет микроволновки и нет духовки, только 2 встроенные конфорки. Посуды для приготовления хватало. Мустафа часто спрашивал нужна ли нам уборка, но мы согласились только 1 раз за две недели проживания и нам даже поменяли постельное белье.

Квартира показалась нам меньше чем заявленные 30 метров, и двухспальная кровать оказалась маловатой и вам будет трудно уместиться вдвоем, если ваш рост как у нас 185 см или выше.... Поэтому второе место мы организовали на раскладывающемся, (но неудобном) диване. И если бы не дополнительный матрац - спать на нем было бы невозможно. Вообщем, в квартире уже напрашивается обновление, ну или хотя бы ремонт отвалившегося куска плинтуса, а так же замена всех серых и дырявых полотенец. Не помешает и замена подбитых тарелок. Однажды встретились с огромным тараканом... По всей территории возле дома гуляют разные кошки, поэтому будьте готовы к не очень приятным запахам когда будете лежать у бассейна

Отличный отель, рекомендую! Останавливались здесь на несколько дней и остались очень довольны. В номерах чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Расположение отеля тоже порадовало — всё самое интересное в шаговой доступности. За свою цену лучшее,что можно найти!

Cute and comfortable accommodation with a very helpful and welcoming host. The location was quiet yet still close to bars and beaches, which was perfect. Everything we needed was provided, and we had a lovely time – we would happily return!

Wir waren 14 Tage in Kemer, da unsere Tochter dort zur Delfintherapie war. Da es noch mitten in der Vorsaison war, hat man natürlich gemerkt, dass sowohl im Apartment als auch allgemein im Ort noch vieles im Aufbau war. Mustafa als Gastgeber ist aber ein wirklich unglaublich lieber Mensch gewesen, der immer wieder nachgefragt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Die täglichen Zitronen frisch vom Zitronenbaum inklusive waren natürlich etwas ganz Besonderes. 🍋 Man hat einfach gemerkt, dass dort mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Danke für die schöne Zeit, die vielen Begegnungen und die Gastfreundschaft. 🇹🇷

I had a very enjoyable stay in Kara family aparts. Mustafa is the great host, he welcomed me In front of the entrance and was very helpful through all the stay, even let me to check out afternoon, which helped a lot having late flight back home. The room was equipped with all necessary equipment, was clean and had no issues. Wi-fi was of very good quality. I can definitely recommend to stay in Kara Family apartments.

Снаружи отель красивый,а внутри давно требует ремонта. Территория не ухоженная,грязно. На кровати спать невозможно, матрас жёсткий,как доска. В подушках куски синтепона. Диван в гостиной раскладывается, но на нем нельзя спать из-за торчащего металлического каркаса. Обивка у стульев вся потресканная. Смеситель в душевой кабинке не исправный,стекло грязное. Вид с балкона на красивые горы, но под балконом собачий вольер и собаки по ночам гремят пустыми мисками . А самое неприятное это ТАРАКАНЫ!

Nice clean apartment with all the kitchen facilities provided. Very close to all amenities and plenty of places to dine within walking distance. Owner is amazingly helpful and always available. He called all our taxis for us whenever required. Lovely views of the mountains. Would definetly recommend!

The best apt for us in Kemer as with earlier stays. Big terrace that is our solarium all day long. Situated in central Kemer with only a short walk to stores and restaurants. And Mustafa is helpful with everything including making the best coffee in town.

Понравилось нам всё: и местоположение в пешей близости море, центр с магазинами, и тихая семейная обстановка. Особенно хотим отметить отношение Мустафы к своему делу: его забота о гостях, помощь в любом вопросе. Очень хочется ещё туда приехать в будущем!

Не понравилось, что Booking не продлил нам проживание на 6 дней там по той цене за день, что и основное бронирование, а предложил цену в 2,5 раза больше, хотя это дни конца октября.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, darunter drei Supermärkte, sowie einen wunderschönen botanischen Garten. Zum Stadtstrand läuft man etwa 10 Minuten. Dieser Strand ist allerdings nicht ganz sauber, daher bin ich ein Stück weiter entlang der Küste spaziert – etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß – und dort habe ich einen wirklich schönen Strand gefunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber. Er ist ein unglaublich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alle Fragen oder kleinen Probleme sofort gelöst. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, da er fließend Englisch, Deutsch und natürlich Türkisch spricht. Ich empfehle dieses Apartment besonders Menschen, die mit ihrem Geld bewusst umgehen – für einen wirklich fairen Preis bekommt man hier einen ausgezeichneten Service und einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Отдыхали в начале октября с подругой. Остались очень довольны. Замечательный двухкомнатный номер. Кухня с целым арсеналом посуды. Море рядом, центр тоже, хотя в отеле было тихо. Хозяин очень ответственный, реагировал на просьбы моментально. Кофе был очень вкусный в его исполнении! Всем рекомендуем! Придраться не к чему!

Très sympathique appart'hotels, plutôt bien situé. Nôtre hôte Mustafa un très sympathique monsieur, très professionnel, très à l'écoute de la clientèle. Piscine en bas avec petit bar café tenu par notre hôte. Vous pouvez nettoyer votre linge sale dans la laverie en bas. Grande terrasse avec belle vue au dernier étage (loft). Les équipements sont modernes et corrects.

Tout était bien. Plus quelques conseils à notre hôte qu'une critique. Pour les menuiseries intérieures on a quelques petits coups de peintures à refaire, coffrer quelques câbles, plinthes à refaire, éventuellement une isolation avec le toit de l'appart du dernier étage car ça chauffe bien malgré la clim.

Apart mit sehr guter Lage, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Inhaber Mustafa ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Wir hatten gute Unterhaltungen und der hat uns Empfehlungen für und rund um Kemer gegeben. Den Kaffee von ihm kann ich absolut empfehlen.

Alles perfekt

Location is perfect, close to the various beaches (fancy, public, wild beach), close to the various cafes, shops, supermarkets, Wednesday market, but it’s not on the main road so it’s very quiet and comfortable. The room is spacious, equipped with almost all the necessary things for a long time stay. Mustafa is the most caring and helpful, always there for you, answering any needs and questions. He makes amazing coffee and can freely speak English and German. The pool is lovely, perfect for children and to cool during the heat. In overall it’s a nice place for a vacation.

It’s not very comfortable to use the only washing machine that is outside the room, you need to ask every time when it’ll be available. There are no amenities to clean the room by yourself, with our children would be better to have them because they often cause some mess. On the other hand, there’s room service every 2-3 days. At night there are a lot of lights outside the house so you can’t keep the window shades open, so the only option for the night is air conditioning and closed windows. There are two dogs in the cages near the house, they were not causing any trouble, calm and nice, still it’s a bit unusual.

I was definitely enjoyed with my stay at the hotel. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere was exactly what I needed. The inner courtyard is cozy and inviting I thoroughly enjoyed sipping tea and reading a book while my kids had a great time in the pool. The hotel owners also care for the local stray cats, which says a lot about them as people. They’ve even built a small shelter for the cats near the hotel entrance. Occasionally, the cats roam around the courtyard or lounge around peacefully, adding to the charm of the place. I'm incredibly grateful to Mustafa for his warm hospitality and his willingness to help with anything even matters unrelated to the hotel. Wi-Fi: 10/10.

A cozy, family-run hotel. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay — all the details are thoughtfully provided: there’s a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes. The space is generous, with high ceilings and a large balcony. The host is always available and responsive. Great location: grocery stores, cafes, and currency exchange offices are nearby. There’s also a weekly clothing market on the same street. It takes no more than 7 minutes to walk to the public beach. The main street with shops and the bus stop are also close by. We stayed here in spring and will come back again in the fall.

We had a good rest in this family apart hotel. Mustafa is a great host and a really nice guy, always there to help. Location is great, no noises at all.

To begin with the apartment is spacious consisting of a normal sized bedroom and a roomy living room with kitchen united. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to prepare a breakfast or a meal. There was a small but pleasant balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Hot water was provided around the clock. What we liked most about the hotel, was its location, which could not be better, literally. It was far from the hustle and bustle of the city but at the same time within walking distance from the main pedestrian street.  The surroundings were full of trees and green. In addition, the beautiful wild beach where we swam everyday was 15-20 minutes on foot. Lastly, the owner of the hotel Mr. Mustafa is a very good professional and easy-going guy, keen on answering our questions and very effective in satisfying our requests. All in all , we do recommend the Kara family apartment to everyone wishing to have relaxing and beautiful holidays in kemer.

The location is excellent, just 5-10 minutes from all essential facilities. Despite being only 5 minutes from the main street, the surroundings are quiet. The owner also makes excellent coffee.

Our stay was exceptional, especially considering the price! It is a very nice location and the pool was always perfect to cool off from the high temperature outside. Our room was splendid, with a large private outside area where we could have meals and look at the sunrise and sunset. The AC was working perfectly. Most importantly though, I wanna thank Mustafa. He is a great guy who made our stay the best it could be. He is very honest and always wants to help, even with things that do not have anything to do with the hotel service. I have never had a host better than him. I can only recommend staying here.

I really liked the location. It was close to the beach, to the center, to grocery stores and restaurants. I also liked the apartment. There was a kitchen with everything we needed, air conditioning, we could use the washing machine.

I recently stayed at an apartment for 8 days, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for my vacation. When I first came across this listing, I was drawn by the promise of a great price-to-quality ratio, a safe and quiet place, great reviews about the owner, Mustafa, and the exceptional coffee he makes. I have to say, every word of praise was well-deserved. The apartment was really big and was everything I needed — comfortable, cool (maybe thanks to the building design and perfectly working air conditioner), and located in a great spot. It’s a 5 minutes walk to the main street with shops, cafes, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach: I enjoyed morning swimming at public beach named Halk Plaji 4 at Google Maps with crystal clear water and a long-day staying at Qualista Beach that is located in the Moonlight Park. Mustafa was always available to offer advice on the best shops, beaches, and cafes nearby. He was polite and genuinely interested in ensuring his guests have the best experience possible. And then there was the coffee—a specialty of his that he makes at the coffee shop located precisely at the territory of the apartments named Coffee Extrax. It was, without a doubt, the best coffee I had during my entire trip, and it added a special warmth to my mornings. So you just must try it! The apartment was surrounded by friendly cats that added a charming, cozy feel to the place. In the end, this wasn’t just a place to stay, it was a highlight of my trip. Perfect location for peaceful and long vacation. Recommend.

Mustafa is a very kind a helpful host. It was very nice to spend vacation at his place. The rooms are very big, the kitchen has everything we need. Our kids spend wonderful hours in the swimming pool. We could use washing machine for the baby clothes as much as we needed.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Kara and we know what we want and what we get. Not the best equipped and most modern apartment in Kemer, but for us the apartment at the top (Loft) has everything we need such as a private large sun terrace (solarium) with sunbeds, a good view of the city and close to shops and restaurants. And the weather was fantastic during our entire stay. And Mustafa is a nice and helpful host who also makes the best coffee in Kemer.

We will definitely return to Mustafa. A wonderful home-style hotel. The number corresponds to the photo. The location of the hotel is excellent - everything is within walking distance. Mustafa does everything for his guests.

Quite place and friendly stuff

Perfect location. 10 minutes walk to the public beach. 5 min walk to central street with multiple shops. Awesome and friendly host - Mustafa helped us with all questions about Kemer and his apartments. Thanks for this opportunity to visit Kemer. It's the best in October - warm enough and sea water is good, but not too hot like in summer. Recommend if you want to visit Kemer.

Mustafa (owner) is a very nice and helpful person. All his recommendations are a must - marketplaces, restaurants, and beaches. He has the best coffee in the city (roasted and brewed by himself).

Lovely place for a family vacation

Location was fabulous, close to all amenities yet so quiet. Mustafa is an excellent host and is so helpful. He even gave us a lift to Antalya for our flight home which worked really well for our flight times. Apartment had sufficient equipment to enable us to eat there which we did every morning.

We have a powerful shower at home so it took a few days to get used to the water pressure. Also I would have liked a more thorough cleaning regime using bleach.

Mustafa is a wonderful person and hospitable, warm-hearted host. We were very happy to communicate with him every time. He helped us with everything, we needed and asked about. The place was quiet and comfortable. Near the house there is a place for taking drinking water, which comes from the mountains. We would love to come again and already miss !

Once we got our bearings Convenient location. Near to Carrefour supermarket and another next to it. Foe the price it was value for money. Owner was particularly helpful. When we couldn't check in online he tried to help by calling the airport and Turkish Airlines. And also said we could book another night if we needed as there was vacancy available. Fortunately my agent confirmed it was a glitch with the website and we checked in at the airport. The taxi to the airport that was also booked was also fantastic

Slight smell of cat urine from bathroom window. Fortunately it vanished after the owner saw to cleaning after the first night. There are a lot of wild cats in Turkey.

He is always on-call, ready to give any local advice and professionally makes delicious coffee - Location is good, about 10 min walking to the beach, 5 min to the supermarket. Some restaurants around - Cleaning service was good - Conditioner works without problems, for hot climate in Turkey it is very important!

- Wi-Fi is relatively slow and not very stable. I would advice to use mobile Internet. In Turkey it costs about 300-400 TL for 25GB -Few cats living on the territory, they can come to your balcony, especially mornings. Nonetheless they behave well, no aggression, no feces. For us cats were not a big problem, but if you cannot stand cats be aware of that

Good place for staying with family, cute and relaxing. The room was very cosy and there were all convenient for two person and child.

we had an amazing stay at Kara Family Apart, the host and owner Mustafa goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as memorable as possible. The rooms and property is as seen in the pictures so here you will get what you see. (except that the gras next to Pool now is a wood deck) He also has a coffebar where he use spesial roasted coffe beans located next to the Pool and let me tell you, his coffe is the best i ever tasted. All in all if we could give the hotel and Mustafa 5 stars we would!
