Avlu Villas & Apartments

I'm very happy we chose Avlu Villas & Apartments for our stay in Kemer. It's conveniently located close to both the beach and the center, while still being in a quieter area. The apartment is modern and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a week-long stay. There's air conditioning in every room, so the heat was never a problem. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, always available via WhatsApp and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Next time we're in Kemer, I'll definitely consider staying here again.

Sometimes, the outdoor air-conditioning unit caused some vibration that could be heard inside. I used earplugs, so it didn't really bother me.

We had a wonderful vacation and truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location is perfect, right in the city center, with the beach just a short walk away. There are plenty of great cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it easy to enjoy both dining and shopping. The villa itself is spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area!

Great place! I booked a two-bedroom villa for 2 days, and we were very happy with it. It’s a quiet, cozy spot right in the heart of town, with a nice public beach nearby. A clean house, nicely renovated, and a friendly host. It was quiet at night. Highly recommend!

I'd like to add some shampoo and shower gel to the bathroom.

Big apartment, newly built, comfortable, good location, the gentleman who received us. Such a nice man, our family felt so welcomed there. We even got some gifts from him.

It was clean, specious, comfortable and in the nice location. It is a perfect place for a family vacation. It was better than I expected and if I come back to Kemer I will definitely stay there again. A special thanks to the hosts. It was the best experience of hospitality and care. Great job!

Very clean, all household items available for comfort stay, nice and modern premises, good location. supportive personnel

Schöne Einrichtung, großzügig, Terrasse, moderner Stil

Etwas kühl im November

Cosy, comfortable, clean apartment

Ubytovanie bolo nad nase ocakavania, cakal nas welcome drink a darcek pri odchode.Bolo to velmi mile. Vsetko ciste pripravene.Majitel bol ochotny, napomocny, hned odpisal, vybalil transfer z letiska.Urcite sa do Avlu a Kemer este vratime.

It is good place to stay

Very comfortable and nice, clean apartment! Nice location, close to the center and the sea, and calm at the same time. The hosts are very kind and responsive. Many thanks!

Great location, close to everything. The place is very clean and spacious, beds comfortables. Polite communications with the owner/manager. Will stay there again.

Everything was great. Beautiful spacious apartment. Most liked that it has own small garden which u are coming from living room. Location is great and hosts were incredibly kind to us.

Slow WiFi connection.

The location is very central. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The design is also nice. We really appreciated having a terrace for a kid to run around. The hosts: Mustafa and his wife Aleksandra (and their kids) were incredibly kind to us, we even got a little treat as we were leaving. Would come again next year and recommend to anyone asking.

Limited amount of hot water because they have a boiler system: showering 4 people in the evening is a bit of a challenge, everyone gets 3 minutes of warm water.

Mustafa was there to meet us and very helpful The property was clean, quiet and well equipped, would have been happy to have stayed longer.

Very comfortable and clean place and the host are very friendly. I recommend the place again 😀 thank u very much

Perfect apartments for 4 people (1 couple + mother & child in our case) in a quiet place not far from the sea; very friendly and careful host :)

I did a lot of research for the perfect place for a family to stay in Kemer and now have no doubt that I found the absolute best. Avlu Villas is so wonderful for families that want to have two bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a kitchen, etc. The villa is new, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and the main kitchen/living area worked perfectly to keep the temperature exactly where we wanted it. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Being just one minute walk from the main pedestrian street in Kemer and a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, the location is awesome. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are all very close. We rented a car for our stay and parking was easy, right in front of the villa. The very best part was the host, Mustafa. He was incredibly kind, generous and helpful. He truly provided an exceptional customer experience and I'm genuinely grateful to him for how he made our stay even better. I would highly recommend staying here and won't think about other options when we return to Kemer.

We are happy we came here on our vacation! Clean, cozy, comfortable, calm and pleasant atmosphere, there is everything you need for living, we were very delighted with the level of equipment and quality of the apartments. Super location of the place, located in the heart of Kemer, only 500 meters to the sea, 100 meters to the main shopping promenade. The staff is very polite and friendly. Thanks to the owner for such a chic place, and special thanks to Mustafa for the warm welcome, at the end of our trip we were given a pleasant surprise! We hope to come again, thank you very much!

First of all, we were warmly welcomed. Place is at the center and close to main streets. At the same time, area is silent at nights. You can reach to beach by walking. Apartment is renovated short time ago, so inside decoration is modern. All essential things are available, even dishwasher & washing machine consumables. Thank you for memory gift. Highly recomended...
