Especial mención al personal por una excelente recepción y disposición para dar tips del pueblo y alrededores. La habitación era cómoda y espaciosa, al igual que el baño. Por último, muy buen desayuno (incluido) y la vista de la terraza habla por sí sola.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026La ubicación es muy buena para quienes viajan con auto. Tiene estacionamiento propio y sin costo. El desayunador es muy lindo en una terrraza con vistas al valle y la habitación muy prolija.
Sería conveniente si pudieran colocar cortinas black out ya que ingresa mucha luz en la habitación. Además le agregaría una botella de agua de cortesía.

Le petit déjeuner était moyen A 9h il n’y avait plus de salé et le personnel n’en a pas remis - pour une personne qui mange que salé le matin, je n’ai pas pu profiter pleinement. Egalement, nous avions pris une chambre avec vue et donc payé plus cher, mais la vue était caché par des arbres… il fallait se pencher pour avoir la vue.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione della struttura, perfetta per visitare Pienza. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’accoglienza, cordiale e disponibile, e la colazione, varia e di buona qualità. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.
Come aspetto da migliorare, purtroppo il Wi-Fi in camera non funzionava. Inoltre, avrei apprezzato trovare in camera una bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia, che sarebbe stata sicuramente un’attenzione gradita.

We were promised parking with two different options. However, the first option was the hotel’s own garage, which closes at 8:00 p.m. After that, there is no way to access the garage or get to your car. We were told that getting a key to the garage was “impossible” because the receptionist herself leaves at 8:00 p.m. and apparently this is simply not something they do. The second parking option that was “guaranteed” to us was public parking — and, of course, it was completely full. What is particularly frustrating is that none of this was mentioned to us, despite the fact that we specifically asked several times about parking and were assured that parking would be available. Had we been told the actual conditions beforehand, we could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, we were given the impression that parking was guaranteed, which was clearly not the case. She also seemed very frustrated and angered that we asked about why it was no mention either online or when we asked about it.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026No geral, eu adorei a minha estadia. Os pontos positivos são infinitamente maiores do que os negativos, tornando a experiência fantástica. O que eu mais gostei: Localização e Vista: A localização é além de excelente. A vista é simplesmente magnífica, proporcionando momentos de contemplação que nos fazem perder o fôlego. Instalações: O hotel é muito belo. As instalações são novas e me trouxeram muito conforto durante a viagem. Estacionamento: Ter um local próprio para guardar o carro é um ponto super positivo e traz muita comodidade na região.
Horário da recepção: O atendimento presencial encerra às 20h. Se você chega cansado dos passeios depois desse horário e quer relaxar pedindo uma taça de vinho ou uma cerveja no hotel, não é possível, pois não há mais funcionários no local. Dinâmica da garagem: Embora ter a garagem seja ótimo, ela estava muito cheia. Como muitos hóspedes chegam após as 20h e não há equipe para auxiliar, a organização dos carros fica um pouco complicada. Apesar desses detalhes logísticos com o horário (afinal, não podemos ter o melhor do mundo o tempo todo), a beleza e o conforto do hotel compensam qualquer contratempo. Recomendo muito!

A matracunk már nagyon ki volt feküdve, a fürdőre egy korszerűsítés erősen ráférne, a monitor méretű TVt be sem kapcsoltuk, a papírvékony falak miatt olyan érzésünk volt mintha egy kollégiumban lennénk.

Purtroppo il parcheggio non è sempre disponibile, in quanto ci sono solo 4 parcheggi e il primo che arriva alloggia! In alternativa a pochissimi passi ci sono le strisce blu. Il bagno è un po’ datato.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026It’s a small hotel in Great location, just outside the walls of Pienza. The rooms were basic, very clean and comfortable. The shower is comfortable. Breakfast is good and we had it at the balcony, watching the amazing views. The staff are very nice and trying to help. There is a very good air conditioning in the rooms
They don’t have enough parking lots for all the guests and it’s difficult to enter to some of them. They don’t have elevator, so if it’s difficult for you to carry the luggage to the first floor, ask for room at the ground floor . The staff is leaving at 20:00, so If you have a problem after 20:00, you’re at your own. We had a problem with the air condition and it took a while until they answered us and agreed to come. Eventually we managed to solve the problem on our own .

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig inklusive sämtlicher Kaffeespezialitäten. Die Lage war perfekt direkt an dem Ort Pienza nur wenige Minuten fussläufig entfernt von vielen Restaurants.

La presenza nella camera di un rumore intermittente probabilmente derivante dal un aspiratore o altro motore di movimento dell'aria apprezzabile soprattutto nel periodo notturno che purtroppo non mi consentiva un sonno tranquillo

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację – wszędzie jest blisko, a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok na dolinę. Obsługa była bardzo pomocna, uprzejma i sympatyczna, dzięki czemu pobyt był jeszcze przyjemniejszy. Parking jest niewielki, ale mimo to bez problemu udało się znaleźć miejsce. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel.
