Simplesmente maravilhoso! É um verdadeiro paraíso. A Ana é extremamente atenciosa, prestativa e nos deu todas as dicas da cidade, sempre disponível para nos ajudar. O quarto é muito bom, confortável e muito bem cuidado. A cama era extremamente confortável e o chuveiro, maravilhoso. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, com tudo muito natural e preparado com muito carinho. E a vista durante o café da manhã é de uma paz indescritível — um daqueles lugares que a gente gostaria de ficar por muito mais tempo. Me arrependo de não ter ficado mais dias. Foi uma experiência incrível e certamente voltaria!

Pokój zgodny z ofertą. Wystrój loftów, przemyślany, urządzony ze smakiem i gustem. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna z miejscami parkingowymi na zamkniętym terenie, 2 min od starej części miasta. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, z produktami własnego wyrobu gospodarzy. Bardzo smaczne, latem przyjemnie zjeść śniadanie na świeżym powietrzu pod parasolem. Pani Ania - właścicielka dba o wszystkich gości i jest bardzo pomocna i życzliwa. Bardzo dziękujemy za udany pobyt.

Very nice experience - family trip to Italy. Arrived with a rental car from Rome. Pienza was not on our original route but the place definitely deserves the visit. The views of the Vall d´Orzia from the wall are astounding particularly at sunrise, recommend to wake up early and see it. The hotel is small, very comfortable and Anna & Maurizio are very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast in the outside garden and know that all products and food are personally prepared by them. Overall a nice relaxing stop after the hectic Rome, and recommend visiting if you are planning a sightseeing tour around Tuscany or on your way from Rome to Siena-Florence. There is a private parking at the hotel

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen! Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich nett und herzlich. Besonders Anna hat uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art und ihren tollen Tipps unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Ihre Empfehlungen waren wirklich sehr hilfreich und haben uns dabei geholfen, Pienza und die Umgebung noch besser kennenzulernen. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Alles war liebevoll angerichtet und man hat sofort gemerkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft und kleine Details gelegt wird. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Pienza besuchen möchten!

La camera in stile Industrial è un piccolo gioiello di design: mi ha letteralmente conquistato per la cura dei dettagli e le scelte costruttive audaci e ricercate. Un perfetto equilibrio tra carattere moderno e comfort avvolgente, dove ogni particolare racconta una storia. La mattina inizia con il profumo della tradizione: la colazione è un trionfo di sapori autentici, abbondante e preparata esclusivamente con prodotti tipici locali a km 0. Un vero e proprio viaggio nel gusto che dà la carica ideale per esplorare i dintorni. Il tutto immerso in un’atmosfera di totale tranquillità e pace, pur trovandosi letteralmente a due passi dal cuore battente del centro storico di Pienza. Un rifugio unico, curato e pieno di energia positiva dove non vedo già l'ora di tornare!

Anna, Maurizio en Mattia waren super vriendelijk. Zo lieve en warme mensen. Het ontbijt was geweldig. Het was ons beste ontbijt in heel Toscane. Het stadje is zo dichtbij. Het was een heerlijk verblijf. Jammer dat het zo kort was. We willen zeker terugkomen!

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we booked, our hosts, Anna and Maurizio, were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Even before our arrival, the host asked if we had any food allergies and what type of pillows we preferred, which showed how much attention they give to their guests. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and very thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the centre. The accommodation comes with free private parking, which was a great convenience. Anna also has a pizzeria, where we had a very good meal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again!

Location meravigliosa, stanza confortevole e di moderno design. La posizione è davvero ottima, a due passi dal centro. Ma la vera perla di questo posto fantastico è lo staff. Maurizio ha mostrato un'ospitalità e accoglienza pazzesche, fornendo anche indicazioni preziose su Pienza e luoghi limitrofi da visitare. Menzione di merito alla colazione che ha preparato considerando le esigenze alimentari particolari. La struttura è convenzionata con una pizzeria in centro buonissima (e altri ristoranti).

To był jeden z najlepszych noclegów podczas naszej podróży po Włoszech. ❤️ Wszystko było perfekcyjnie przygotowane – pokój nieskazitelnie czysty, pięknie urządzony i dopracowany w każdym szczególe. Widać, że gospodarze wkładają w to miejsce całe serce. Śniadania były przepyszne – domowe, świeże i przygotowane z ogromną starannością. Szczególnie zachwyciły nas własnoręcznie robione przetwory, krem z pistacji i dżemy. Takie śniadanie to prawdziwa przyjemność! Pensjonat położony jest w cichym i spokojnym miejscu, z wygodnym parkingiem. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne, a nawet takie drobiazgi jak zatyczki do uszu pokazały, jak bardzo gospodarze dbają o komfort swoich gości. Dodatkowym atutem była niezwykle miła i serdeczna właścicielka z Polski oraz jej włoski mąż. Czuliśmy się tutaj naprawdę zaopiekowani. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce i z przyjemnością wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Toskanii. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Pozdrawiamy 🤗

la struttura è bellissima, tenuta benissimo, il parcheggio privato una chicca meravigliosamente comoda; nonostante ci siano 3 camere, era abbastanza grande per contenere circa 10 macchine. dentro è una meraviglia da scoprire. noi avevamo il box giallo: enorme: letto king size comodissimo, il bagno era una casa a parte per quanto è grande, disponeva di tutto, phon professionale compreso. la doccia è unica, lunghissima!!! ogni angolo è da scoprire con una chicca diversa, dalla lampada, ai comodini alle scritte sul muro della doccia.. la stanza pulitissima. il check in con Anna è stato piacevole, sembrava di essere con un'amica, ci ha spiegato la città, consigliato qualche luogo e qualche ristorante. l'ambiente è molto silenzioso. la colazione con Maurizio è un momento della giornata rilassante, pieno di coccole: una tavolata piena di tutto, yogurt, salati, dolci, creme, martellate addirittura i pomodori secchi!! tutto per ogni gusto e voglia, apparecchiato con estrema attenzione sia alla bellezza che all'ecologia, con materiali di recupero e zero plastica. tra le cose più belle possiamo annoverare l'assenza totale di orari, ci hanno dato la camera appena arrivati, un paio d'ore prima dello stabilito e a colazione la frase " fate con comodo e calma" ci ha davvero fatti sentire a casa. siamo arrivati a Pienza con la necessità di rilassarci, eliminare lo stress e Mattia, Anna e Maurizio sono stati basilari per il nostro benessere. grazie mille!!!! ci mancate già!

Die Unterkunft ist einzigartig, eine umgebaute Garage. Mal was ganz anderes. In den Zimmern findet man viele Details dazu. Sehr passend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Es gibt auch einen Außenbereich. Wir haben morgens immer draußen gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die Auswahl war sehr groß. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Der Ort Pienza ist auch sehr schön. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Good room design & clean room.

Check in & out were not smooth. We texted owner about arriving time & text again 10 minutes before arriving. However we have waited on the street to enter the gate about 20 minutes, rang the door bell again and again. It turned out that we were supposed to call instead of texting the owner to enter the property. I think it would be the best to put this policy on the advertisement, travelers would know exactly how to enter & leave.

Tudo foi excepcional! A localização é a melhor em Pienza, com estacionamento na propriedade, o que facilita muito. Quarto e banheiro grandes e impecáveis: cama, lençóis, travesseiros, produtos de banheiro maravilhosos. Café da manhã superou todas as expectativas - produtos de alto nível para intolerantes a glúten e a lactose, alguns feitos lá mesmo. Tomamos café no pátio do jardim. Tudo super bem cuidado, lindas instalações! O Maurizio e a Ana foram hosts incríveis! Muito obrigada pelo carinho e pela qualidade de tudo o que oferecem! Volaremos a Pienza e ficaremos no GARAGE47.

Il Garage 47 è una nuova struttura che si rifà a un'officina con tre camere di diversi colori. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera rossa. Niente da dire, ottimo materasso ottime scelte di design. La colazione superlativa con prodotti locali e handmade. La posizione vicinissima al centro e soprattutto con il posto auto. I proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Non poter gestire l'aria condizionata autonomamente, ma i proprietari hanno sistemato come da nostra preferenza

Fantastyczne miejsce w mieście Pienza, 100 metrów od zabytkowej części miasta, ciche, luksusowe, świetnie urządzone. Świetny kontakt z Gospodarzami już przed przyjazdem, nie było problemu z trafieniem na miejsce. Gospodyni tego miejsca, Pani Ania, dba o swoich gości wkładając w to całe swoje serce. Śniadania stworzone ze świeżych, miejscowych produktów oraz dżemów przygotowanych przez Gospodynię - przepyszne. Pokoje komfortowe, łóżka wygodne, a poduszki do wyboru - jakie kto woli. Czuliśmy się fantastycznie, aż szkoda że zaplanowaliśmy nasz pobyt na tak krótko. Bardzo dziękujemy :*

After several days of traveling, I finally enjoyed one of the best showers I've had in a long time. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The breakfast was excellent, and Mauricio's hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and the staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The host is super nice. He contacted us in advance to get everything ready for our arrival, including the type of pillows. And he is very supportive on site. The property location is perfect and it takes 3 minutes’ walk to the heart of the town. The breakfast is fantastic.

Melhor café da viagem pela Itália Quarto é espaçoso, confortável, ducha muito boa, localização, limpeza - nota 10 em tudo. Comunicação excelente: apesar da minha restrição com a língua, Maurizio foi paciente, atencioso e facilitou toda nossa Comunicação. Magnífico Parabéns Maurizio por receber tão bem seus hóspedes e proporcionar uma excelente estadia .

Beautiful design features all over the B&B. A lot of thought, style and art went into the renovation. The large windows, high ceilings and bathrooms were my favorites.

There were some noisy cars at some point, and a dog barking, but I soon fell back to sleep.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Garage47. Great location with secure free parking. Anna (the hostess) is really friendly and a nice person. She helps to carry our bags and provides good information about Pienza. The room is fresh and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with good & balanced varieties. Anna made us espresso and hot tea every morning at breakfast time. Her kindness is unbeatable. She even gave us a bottle of local olive oil on the last morning when we checked out. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Pienza and its surroundings next time!

La struttura si trova nel centro cittadino di Pienza, delimitata da un cancello ben visibile si trova il B&B immerso in un giardino molto grande e ben curato con ombrelloni, sedie e sdraio a disposizione degli ospiti. L'interno è ancora meglio! Tutto l'arredamento è basato sullo stile industrial in linea con la struttura, la finiture sono molto curate e ogni dettaglio è ricercato, dall'arredo fino ai complementi niente è lasciato al caso. Il letto era super comodo e la camera era dotata di ogni confort possibile. Gli host Anna e Maurizio sono stati veramente cortesi con un'attenzione molto competente su tutto. Anche i loro 2 cani meritano i complimenti perché sono stupendi (chiusi per sicurezza nel loro altro giardino). L'offerta della colazione era molto varia e con prodotti di qualità. Io ero in viaggio in moto e devo dire che per visitare la Val d'Orcia e questo è il posto a cui fare riferimento per soggiornare!

ピエンツァの旧市街に近く、駐車スペースが確保されていました。部屋が広く，インテリアがおしゃれで、朝ごはんがシンプルだけど非常に美味しかったです。宿のオーナー、Mattiaさんが非常に親切で，事前の不安，質問を全て解消してくれました。 清潔で枕の高さまで選べるので、枕の高さにこだわりがある人にとっては良いと思います。ピエンツァに泊まる時にはおすすめしたい宿です。

Beautiful modern place finished to a high standard. Ample and secure parking. Great location minutes to centre. We visited the family restaurant and pizzeria and would highly recommended both! Garaje 47 está muy bien situado, a poco minutos del centro de Pienza. Lugar muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Puedes dejar el vehículo dentro con parquing gratis. La atención y la comunicación con Mattia fue excelente. Y luego Anna nos recibió y nos atendió se maravilla. Muy amable y simpática. La habitación limpia con todo lujo de detalles, la ducha y WC impecable y la cama extra grande. Puedes elegir el tipo de almohada. El desayuno muy rico y muy variado con todo tipo de alimentos salados, dulces y handmade. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Pienza es un pueblo precioso y nos volveríamos a alojar en vuestro establecimiento. The location is great! Just cross the street and you can enter the ZTL Pienza. This entire house is very modern with gated free parking and the room is enormous. We enjoyed every detail of the design!

The property was absolutely incredible, spotlessly clean, stylish and really unique. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the double headed shower was a great touch. Breakfast was excellent as well, fresh and generous, and a perfect way to start the day. We only stayed one night and honestly wish we’d booked longer. We will be recommending Garage47 to all our friends along with the beautiful town of Pienza! The hosts were so kind and helpful during our stay. When we had an issue with our rental car, the owner spoke directly with the rental company and even came with us to a local repair shop to help translate, as we don’t speak Italian. It made a stressful situation so much easier and we’re very grateful for the support.
