My first experience staying at Fave Hotel Manahan Solo. Honestly, I really like this hotel and honestly, it's amazing! From the moment I entered, the staff was friendly, not just friendly because of work, but also genuinely friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was soft like sleeping on a cloud. The room is quiet and comfortable. The view is beautiful especially at night, you can see the city lights, the AC is cold, the amenities are complete, and it's also close to tourist attractions. Basically, it's a complete package, if you're in Solo and are confused about finding a hotel, Fave Hotel Manahan Solo can be recommended for you. You must try to stay here. In my opinion, it is mandatory to give it a 5 star rating

Minus points: 1. The soap dispenser in the bathroom need to be replaced as it is broken and easily fell off. 2. Bathroom's sewer need to be cleaned thoroughly, as the water is clogged. 3. Air Conditioner's fan is quite noisy at night. 4. The room is not very soundproof, as we can still heard some noises coming from the hallway. 5. The checking before starting our breakfast can be done better, at least they need to ask us to show our room card. Because somehow the staff already marked our room number before we arrived there for breakfast, so it might be used by a random person who could just mentioned our room number to get free breakfast. Plus points: 1. Even though we can only park our car opposite the hotel building, the parking staff is always on standby to help us cross the busy road. 2. Various options for breakfast. 3. Brand new smart TV. 4. Water dispenser is available on the hallway. 5. Location quite strategic even though its not in the city center.

Only one thing must be improved, Air Conditioner... Room Cleanliness also bathroom is Ok, Staff Hospitality and response is Ok. Hotel location is strategic, near some place for culinary, and only 8 minutes to center of city and train station.

We stayed in a family room because there were three of us, with my wife and daughter. My experience during we stayed is very pleasant because the room was clean, the breakfast was nice and there were many choices including traditional snacks.

Close to the City center, easy for access anywhere, when don't have parking at basement staff helping to get a lot of parking area

Noise from air conditioner, difficult parking lot, some part at bathroom have something not good condition, room too small

Recommend hotel near manahan stadium, The hotel staff were extremely friendly and responsive. They were always ready to assist and provided the information I needed during my stay. Easy to reach different restaurant outside. People are nice. Breakfast and Dinner in hotel is OK. the space in Meeting room is big.

Hotel located little outside of the city around 10min by car. Parking space was spacious but we have to cross the road to parking area. Breakfast was delicious. We used family room for 3 person, they have 2 different choices 1 was all 3 single beds, other one was 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Staff was all kind.

Breakfast was delicious but they can't manage the portion. Breakfast time was 6-10am. We arrived at the restaurant around 9am. Most of dish was almost empty and they didn't fill up. So we had to eat same food 3times. Hopefully hotel management can manage this kind of situation next time.

The parking lot is really terrible, need to set a valet parking service or create new parking lot next to the hotel. Recently the guest must cross the street to park the car.

The location is okay not far away from stations. The staff also friendly

1. The room was dirty. The floor so dusty and many hairs. One bed looks like not changes yet. 2. The room was without mineral water. Only water cooker and 2 glasses + coffee and tea. But we got charge for mineral water. Actually the mineral water I bring by my self. Not from the hotel. I suggest you.. If really mineral water is not part of room service / minibar.. Than should be free. And if really minibar.. Please put note that is part of minibar. Anyway I got refund for the mineral Water charges. Thx 3. The dustbin in the bathroom so ugly and rusty.. Unfortunately they didn't put plastics bags to cover it. 4. I ask wake up call on 5.30 but no one call to the room.. And 05.55 the phone is ringing but no one talk with me.. Only ring 3 times.. And stoped 5. I ask extra pillow.. But unfortunately the cutton is out of the case... Please do. Something better for your success in the future.

I paid for 2 rooms, in one room there is no towel. In other room the towel is had to change because its too old. Parking area is accross the hotel you should pay for mineral water in your room or you can get the mineral water from dispenser outside. No tissue,

Very dirty. I found 6 cockroaches in my room and bathroom (took photo of 1 of them), my friend said they found 1 in their room, lucky them. Stains in bedsheet n smelly too. I know its a budget hotel but seriously i think they can do better.

Table in the room 1019 was actually sloop. they need to correct this!! many times i put things there always fail. then there was an accident in my room, that the plate fell, I had to pay the bill even it's not 100% my fault. i thought they will put the bill after i check out, but right in that time, they ask me for sign and pay!! LOL even i was just eating. water in wastafel almost all time smell disgusting from dirty water.

The wall is so thin and isn't soundproofed. The room next door came in at 2 am, they turned on tv loud and I think they were fornicating. Couldn't sleep well. Really unpleasant experience. Won't recommend it, and won't stay here again.

It's a good hotel overall, but staff on one occassion tried to enter our room without knocking. On another day staff tried to tell us to check out a day before our check out day that we had paid for.

pada bulan juni 2019 saya pesan kamar di hotel.com. lokasi hotel tidak bagus, AC kamar itu suhu 28 c gila panasnya minta ampun, ac bentuk di mall gitu jd gk ada dingin sama sekali. harus pasang AC seperti ac rumah perunik. sempit kamarnya sprei kasur jorok, handuk mandi hitam bau jorok. tidak cocok dgn harga hotel. pengering rambut baiknya buang ke laut saja. kayak maenan anak kecil byk semut di kamar. kamarnya super kecil. dalam kamar ada dinding kaca jadi membuat ruang kamar panas, sarannya pasang anti panas di kaca kamar agar suhu kamar terjadi dingin. wc nya di cuci yang bersih jorok amat. keran air galirnya pelat x tolong di ganti baru udh karatan gitu. kebersihan kamar tdk di control, masih ada sisa sampah, tolong ditingkatkan ya

Daily housekeeping was very good. The internet was fast most of the time and the a/c was good. Good place to stay with very professional staff.

It was overall a nice hotel. Just a rediculous number of problems in the room and with housekeeping. Hotel needs to give attention to making sure the room is ready for guests.

Its a good place to stay. The hotel must improve their services during peak season or holiday (lebaran day). Especially during breakfast. It was very crowded and the food runs out. The rest, it was ok.

The Location Is good but not near with central, the room small but clean

This hotel is located across the school in which the exhibition is held, which makes my business trip much more convenient that I don't have to travel a long distance.

The location hotels was good, not too far from the main road Jl. Slamet Riyadi and not so busy/crowded area. The cleanest hotel also good. I am very recommended this hotel. Will be here for my next visit. Thank you
