- Very kind and helpful staff. We were allowed to check in early and even gifted some food for both rooms - The hotel itself is quite old but well maintained - Good experience altogether

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was very impressed. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking area, but the staff provide valet service, which made everything easy and convenient. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and everything tasted great. I’ve already decided that whenever I visit Solo again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Love, love, love it! ❤️ Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to come back !

Toilet cleanliness was not too superb. Stains on the toilet bowl....could do better by using strong detergent yo remove stains. Bedsheets weren't too white. Some stains were present despite prolly not thoroughly cleaned. Pillows were toooo soft

Special welcome snack as a complinentary was surprised me actualy. N then on the breakfast time the chef just came in to the dining room n offer me the new recipe. Most of your food were tasty with a lot of variant that we could enjoy. You are cool chef 👍 Tq 🙏

Overall a good stay with Aston Solo. My check-in and check-out process was handled by Mba Amanda, she really helpful and made my process really fast and seamless. I ordered their Sup Buntut, it taste amazing. My room service was handled by Mas Radit or Raditya if I'm not mistaken... He also do a proper and good job. The bathroom, their shower were running good. It's a good stay overall

Super staff, amazing breakfast, and clean rooms. The pool was very good to have as well, and the personal did a great job to accommodate our needs! I felt very welcomed here, definitely will come again if opportunity arrises.

Many times I have stayed Room no 1201 this time my stay was pathetic First day AC not working I have informed to reception and People came and corrected next day from AC water comes in to the room again I have informed People came and checked and they informed not possible to correct and they want me to shift the room at 7.30 PM and given Suite room 1202 A and They asked for apology and served with one cake. I am totally not satisfied.

Breakfast was good though salad portion was rather small.

This hotel is very near the mosque. There was "azan" up till midnight which affected our sleep. The pillows were too thick, hence weren't ergonomic for our necks. There was not enough salad at breakfast buffet.

Its so clean, their staff so friendly, they have a free airport transfer.. love this place so much

Bella piscina al sesto piano. Colazione super abbondante. Parcheggio interrato gratuito. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Kamar yang nyaman dan sesuai kebutuhan (triple). Sarapan enak, akan tetapi pada hari dan jam tertentu sangat ramai sehingga harus mengantre utk mendapatkan kursi, untungnya tdk terlalu lama. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan destinasi2 wisata utama.

The reception very responsive, the staffs are very polite and friendly. We have left our sandals and the call us immediately. Overall the service is very excellent.. we are very satisfied with the services. Its 10 out of the 10

The room quite old and the bathroom are look old, the showers need maintenance, we can’t use the ceiling shower. Our room was 8028

From the very first step into the lobby, I could sense a calm, elegant atmosphere filled with friendly smiles. The receptionist greeted me politely, quickly confirming my reservation, while another staff member offered me a refreshing welcome drink. That small gesture instantly made me feel valued and cared for. While waiting for the check-in process, I observed the lobby around me. It was lively yet peaceful — a few families chatting happily, business travelers working quietly on their laptops, and couples relaxing on the soft couches. The space was well-lit and tastefully designed, blending modern décor with a touch of traditional warmth. The background music played softly, making the entire ambiance feel both cozy and professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Within just a few minutes, I received my key card along with a clear explanation about the hotel’s facilities — breakfast time, gym access, swimming pool area, and in-room services. The receptionist spoke with genuine politeness, ending with, “If you need any assistance at all, please just dial ‘0’ — our staff will be happy to help you anytime.” A bellboy came over with a friendly smile and offered to take my luggage. As we walked through the hallway, he chatted lightly about the hotel — mentioning that the pool area was one of the most popular spots for guests to relax, especially during sunset. His friendliness made the short trip to my room even more pleasant. When he opened the door to my room, I was immediately impressed. The air smelled fresh and clean, and the soft lighting gave the space a warm, peaceful feeling. A large window filled the room with natural light, gently illuminating the tidy furniture. There was a neatly arranged desk, a comfortable chair, and a large bed covered in crisp white linens. Everything seemed thoughtfully prepared. At that moment, I realized Aston Solo wasn’t just a place to stay — it was a place designed to make guests truly feel at home.

Non-smoking hotel, decent price, good location and close to the convenient store. Friendly staffs upon check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfy with standard amenities. The hotel provides coffee/tea corner on the ground floor, outside the lobby area enable guests to smoke after breakfast since the restaurant on the 6th floor are non-smoking. At restaurant, the guests may enjoy herbal drinks or jamu. The jamu also ready for sale in a botol.

The swimming pool should be open after breakfast to keep the area clean and dry.

This is my third stay at this hotel, for three nights for business. The room was clean and fragrant. The culinary delights were authentic Indonesian. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Parking is limited. Smoking areas are only available in the front and corner of the lobby. Therefore, smokers are advised not to stay at this hotel. The SPPD sheets are stamped and signed by the hotel staff only for the number of guests. So, even if you add one extra SPPD sheet as a backup in case of a typo, it still won't be stamped and signed by the hotel staff. If this happens again, I will call the hotel manager and reprimand him. FYI, there are many other hotels around the Aston Hotel with similar standards and better service. Thank you.

The breakfast menu is excellent, the staff are all friendly, and the music band is great. Our favorite activity is renting bikes from hotel and riding during Car Free Day, just near the hotel.

There is a discrepancy between the information on Booking.com and the reality regarding bike rentals. The app states it's free, but in reality, we had to pay.
