Enklare hotell men med fin service, bra frukost och bra läge. Vårt rum var väldigt litet men utsikten var fantastisk oc bekväma sängar.

Tout était parfait et le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons aimé le stationnement inclus. Par contre, dommage que les heures de piscine sont restreintes. Elle ferme à 18h donc difficile d’en profiter après une journée d’excursion.

Het is een heel mooi hotel. Kleinschalig en heel stijlvol. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je kan echt rusten en genieten. Het ontbijt is heel vers en uitgebreid. Je kan dagelijks badlakens vragen van het hotel. Deze mag je gebruiken voor het zwembad en het strand. Dat vind ik super handig. Ik vind het een aanrader wanneer je in de buurt van de stad Palma wil verblijven. Je kan met de huurauto (je kan gratis parkeren op de parking van het hotel) naar de stad maar je kan ook gemakkelijk de bus nemen. Er zijn 2 mooie stranden in de buurt op wandelafstand. Het zwembad en terras zijn heel esthetic. De kamers zijn licht en comfortabel met een eigen balkon. We zouden hier zeker terugkomen.

Frukosten, Maten och servicen var jättebra! Men vi hade myror i hela hotellrummet. Vi fick myror i sängen, duschen, blandkläderna i garderoben. Så fort man duscha så blev det översvämning i hela badrummet + att det rann ut mot sängen. Blev fruktansvärt halt då allt var målat med vitblankfärg, väggar, tak, golv allt. Var för litet underlakan till sängen så fort man satte sig så lossnade det och man vakna utan underlakan.

Bra hotell med bra frukost, dock är det slitna ytor och rum. Badrummet i rummet var så litet att man inte kunde sitta rakt på toaletten, man fick sitta snett med benen. Balkongdörren gick inte att stänga helt.

The hotel itself was beautiful, with fresh, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the service was of a high standard. Unfortunately, our stay was negatively affected by the pool area being completely taken over by a big family with 10 + kids. It was often very noisy with screaming, running kids, and toys being thrown around, which made it hard to relax. They had absolutely no respect for the rest of us who were there. They completely took over the whole pool area — kids and adults alike — as if no one else existed. And the staff just stood by and watched, even though it was clear they were just as disturbed by it as we were.” It felt like adult guests without children didn’t really have a place by the pool, which was a shame since it could have been a lovely part of the holiday. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a lot to offer, but we would mainly recommend it for families with children rather than couples or adults looking for peace and quiet. I won’t be coming back until it’s adults only.

Sehr nettes Personal. Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Toller Pool und nur 5min zu Fuss zum kleinen Meeresstrand. Wir kommen wieder!

I enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Zhero. Thank you to the kind staff who helped me get a taxi to the airport when it was a challenge. The staff friendliness was a highlight of my stay. I would return again next time I’m in Palma. There are a few restaurants nearby and access to a public beach and public transportation.

We booked this as a last minute resort due to other accommodation being cancelled, the staff were amazing and so welcoming throughout our entire stay. The hotel is very boutique vibes, beautiful comfy beds and a lovely view. The location is 15-30 min out of town and there is not too many restaurants around the area. Otherwise 10/10 stay, pool was amazing!

Hotel in posizione strategica se si noleggia un'auto. Pulizia efficace. Cuscino scomodo. Colazione di qualita' ma sul dolce non c'e' scelta, inoltre ci hanno addebitato 33,80 piuttosto che 26 euro come segnalato da expedia.

The hotel is nice if you want a quiet getaway, location is great not too far from Palma and walking distance to a nice beach. Rooms are extremely small although nice, Pool was closed one of two days during my stay, which of course is not ok. Staff is generally friendly and helpful, I would come back again if the price is right. there is no elevator , so you have to carry your lugage around, but all in all a cute little hotel, the sunbeds ( Cabanas) next to pool is very comfortable and facilities in general are fine .

I have never been treated so bad my intire life. I had booked 3 nights, and I did not sleep at all my first night, due to a naked party in the pool outside my bedroom until 4 AM. I was really upset, told them it was ruining my holiday, and the respond was that I was free to leave, but they would not refund anything. They were not interested in discussing it either, and simply ignored me in reception. In the end I was told I had myself to blame for the whole thing. For not getting my camera out collecting evidence, for not calling the police and for not calling the number that reception told me to strictly use only for emergencies. I ended up leaving, as I did not want to risk the rest of my holiday beeing ruined, also they did not make me feel very welcomed. So that was 580 euros out the window, as I had to book a new hotel, and a full day of my holiday ruined.

Great hotel, small, not exclusive, but lovely vibe, great drinks, and what made us come back year after year: the friendly staff, that makes the stay relaxed. No strict rules. Family vibe. Close to everything as well. Portals. Illetes beach and lagunas close to. And easy access to Palma.

Ihan mukava paikka. Kiva rento allas-alue. Bussilla pääsee tarvittaessa keskustaan kätevästi. Ravintoloita ja rantoja myös lähellä.

Great hotel, only thing was the A/C was not working properly, so it made it a little uncomfortable in the evening. However, overall the hotel was wonderful andcwould recommend it to family and friends.

Helt greit hotell for et par netter. Ålreite senger. Både Palma by og strendene er veldig tilgjengelig med buss utenfor hotellet. Opplevde også området som relativt rolig. Bassengområdet var lite innbydende, og virket som om flere venner av hotellets ledelse oppholdt seg der store deler av dagen. Vi hadde også en hendelse hvor vaskedamen tok solkremen vår. De lå i en plastikkpose på gulvet. Om det ble mistolket som søppel eller ei vet jeg ikke. Men noen kompensasjon fikk vi ikke. Plankene i dusjen var ekle. Det var sølvkre på badet som følge av trolig fukt i anlegget.

Boutique hotel aimed presumably at the german market. Reasonable rooms and very clean. Decor though is very 1990s and needs updating....boho chic seems to be what they're trying

Wonderful stay at Zhero. Air-conditioning in room could certainly do with a little love as it was quite warm. Cheers for the great stay though!

Mysig hotell med bra läge, 100m från en mysig liten strand, nära busshållplats som går både till Palma och Illeta samt promenad avstånd till Cala Major med massor av restauranger. Jättebra service av hotelpersonalen. Det som drog ner var att det bodde en annan familj på hotellet med 7 ungar mellan 2 och 9 år. Föräldrarna brydde sig överhuvudtaget inte om barnen och betedde sig som de ägde hotellet, barnen sprang runt överallt i korridorerna, poolen etc och störde alla andra gäster utan att föräldrarna hade någon koll eller brydde sig. Vi och andra gäster klagade till hotellet att det var störande men de sa inget till dem. Familjen har bokat 1 månad på hotellet och kommer dit varje år. Av den anledningen kommer vi inte åka tillbaka till hotellet om de inte ändrar reglerna och tex sätter 13-års åldersgräns.

The most wonderful boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and the gorgeous pool area makes it hard to leave for the day! Spent many a happy afternoon relaxing here. If you’re looking for a small friendly hotel with the personal touch in Majorca - look no further!

Fint hotell, god beliggenhet og hyggelig personell. Det som trekker ned var at en familie med 7 barn som åpenbart var venner av hotellets ledelse tok over hele bassenget og området rundt da de sjekket inn. For andre gjester føltes det som man var i et privathus der man ikke var velkommen til å benytte fascilitetene.

Väldigt trevligt o fräscht Hotel, inte så stort vilket ger det mer personlig charm. Mycket sköna sängar o en trevlig pool som hela tiden hålls ren. Hjälpsam personal. God frukost med bra utbud. Det enda negativa var den mycket enformiga musiken som spelades ganska högt vid poolen. Hade varit trevligare med en mer ”soft” musik när man ligger o ska slappna av. Nära till en liten hamn med två bra testauranger.

Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator which I didn’t note when booking. Because we were on a longer trip and had many bags, it was difficult and inconvenient to lug them up and down the stairs. For a 3 star hotel, Zhero Hotel was fine. The AC worked great and it was nice to have a balcony to dry things we had washed. This being said, we aren’t likely to stay here again.

Rent och fräscht, god frukost med allt man önskar, snabb incheckning, fick rummet redan kl 10. nära till bad, gångavstånd till Buganbilia stranden 4minuter, Illetas stranden 15-20 minuter. Fint poolområde med lounge musik, Trevlig Personal ( förutom en, skadar inte att dra på smilbanden ibland...) Tyst på nätterna och bra med parkering på hotellet. Kan rekommenderas och vi kommer gärna igen.

My wife and I have just returned from spending a very pleasant relaxing few days at Zhero. All the excellent staff could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. On first appearance the hotel looks good but is in need of some investment. It could do with of a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and with more modern balcony railings. There is no lift but that was no issue for us, however, the painted gloss stairs could do with gripper strips on them as they can be slippy. The rooms are pleasant, clean and simple. Our thanks to the cleaners who do a fantastic job. The tv did not work and could do with tea and coffee making facility in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. The shower was excellent and bathroom pleasant. Our balcony enjoyed a fantastic view across the bay but as I pointed out earlier the railing could do with upgrading. Maybe frosted toughened glass. The pool area was excellent and most relaxing with the the chilled vibe and relaxing tunes coming from the subtle speakers. The breakfast buffet choice was simple, healthy and first class and beautifully made and presented. Our complements to the excellent chef. As mentioned earlier , all the staff were fantastic , all smiles and went above their roles happily to ensure our stay was very enjoyable. Lucia ,Sonia, Dalila and Nadine were all the perfect hosts, very efficient and really looked after us and all the guests. All the team at the hotel left us with a lasting impression of a marvellously relaxing and happy stay at the Zhero in a great location. Muchas Gracias

We had a lovely time at Zhero hotel. Nadine at the reception was wonderful and very helpful. Wishes for improvement is mallorcan cheese and fresh marmelade for brekakfast, and real orangejuice.

Lovely hotel with a great view from the balcony. Great pool and beds, close to a beach that is beautiful but crowded. Lovely girl in the reception, we’ve got great tips from them for activities. Breakfast was ok not extraordinary and pretty expensive, but nice to sit by the pool. Loved the interior and lounge music. What could have been better is fresh juice instead of sugary nectar mixed with water. Variation in fruits and real mallorcan cheese and marmelades. Coffie was great.

Vi var fornøyd med hotellets beliggenhet, med kort vei til noen mindre og større strender. Gode muligheter for buss til Palma (og andre nærliggende steder), og nesten alltid en taxi tilgjengelig i løpet av kort tid. Restaurantutvalget i nærområdet var tilfredsstillende, selv om det var en del ymse å velge i. Fint basseng med gode balinesisk senger og solstoler - men vi opplevde flere dager at samtlige av disse ble tidlig tatt av hotellets øvrige gjester. Ikke proporsjonert for antall gjester hotellet hadde. Hotellet hadde forøvrig badehåndklær tilgjengelig for bruk både her og til å ta med på stranden. OK service/servering ved bassenget og forøvrig, noen av de ansatte var mer oppmerksomme og vennlige enn andre. Greit utvalg med lunsjretter. Frokosten var også helt OK, ingenting spesielt men trolig noe for enhver smak (egg, noe ost- og kjøttpålegg, yoghurt, frukt og bakst). Vi gikk for det rimeligste rommet, men var fornøyd med dét. Litt lite bad, med noen rare løsninger (som planker på gulvet i dusjen) og fukt som også gjorde det umulig å lukke døren til badet (trolig pga. utvidelser av treverket). Rengjøringen var derimot god - de byttet sengetøy og vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag, men tidvis litt slumsete med vask av gulv (som kan bli litt uheldig etter en dag på stranden). Alt i alt tilfreds med oppholdet vårt ved hotellet, med tanke på prisen vi betalte da vi var så sent ute (booket dagen før ankomst). Men det finnes nok bedre valg der ute, ved bedre planlegging.

My mom and I stayed here for two nights in June as my gift for graduating university. The hotel service was wonderful: Sonia, Nadine and Elena were all very accommodating to all our requests and made us feel welcome here. The breakfast foods were excellent, particularly the breads and croissants. Our room had a nice view of the Mediterranean and the hotel itself is well designed. However, the backdrop techno music that plays in the hotel and pool felt intrusive to us. Furthermore, the hotel decor consists of large images of models in swimsuits which felt as it catered towards men. Overall, the stay was good and we recommend this place aside from the few points I mentioned.

Todo genial, si tengo que encontrar alguna cosa negativa la poca iluminación del baño, el resto un acierto. El personal super atento y agradable, el lugar encantador y la limpieza impecable.

Wir befinden uns gerade in unserem lang ersehnten Urlaub auf Mallorca und sind mehr als begeistert. Das Zhero Hotel hat eine super stylische Anlage im weiß beigen Stil mit toller Pool Area, mega lieben und aufmerksamen Personal und tollem Essen und Drinks. Bereits seit unserer Ankunft fühlen wir uns richtig wohl und ist perfekt für jeden, der sich eine gemütliche Auszeit wünscht. Das Highlight für uns ist definitiv der Pool mit seinen Chillmöglichkeiten und der angenehmen Musik. Auch Palma erreicht man schnell mit dem Bus, da das Hotel in einer super Lage ist. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! :)

This hotel was nice, and okay. Quite average for the cost (understandably, I get it was probably cheaper than a couple others in the area). But for me it was over €200 per night.. for a tiny tiny room.. and see below. (And I booked over 6 months in advance) but a few gripes / room for improvement. Room cost wasn’t including breakfast, which was €15pppd extra (above includes this expense) and actually breakfast wasn’t great.. just bacon and eggs for hot food which sat there for ages, wasn’t fresh. But continental side was fine albeit minimal choice. The coffees were nice though. (No coffee making in rooms available). Room was fine. Small. Bathroom flooded as shower tiny and was basically over the toilet, it was fine though. It did have a balcony too. My friends had a gorgeous big room (paid less than us but technically was an upgrade.. they booked even earlier than I did though!) Air con was cooler than outside but only just. (Think there’s a rule about this now though?) maids cleaned room daily with fresh towels which helped as we had to use more for the wet floor! Pool is lovely.. when you can get a sun bed. Only about 20 beds available. And one day the hotel had a MASSIVE party booked which meant we couldn’t use the seating area to eat lunch, and they had Loud music all day, it was fine as we were ok with music but it was certainly not a “relax” by the pool day!! They were extremely loud party of 50+ and took over the pool too. Felt uncomfortable and wasn’t offered anything even like a gesture drink for the inconvenience (the party were not hotel guests this was a separate booking) I think this should have been communicated to the hotel guests and a gesture made to be honest. Not great! It was fine. I wouldn’t go back due to the above. Just things they could improve on. Freshen up breakfast (as we paid extra for the not so great food!) and tell guests / offer a glass of something if they’re booking out the venue and pool.

Veldig bra renhold på dette hotellet. Hyggelig personal. Var nesten finere enn bildene fra nettsiden. Alltid ledige solsenger. Rolig og hyggelig. Det var ikke kjempemye å velge mellom på frokosten, men det de hadde var supergodt👍

This place is super cool. Really relaxed vibe around the pool with nice music playing all day. Staff are really friendly and relaxed. Feels more like staying with friends than in a hotel. Will definitely be rebooking when I go back to Mallorca.. 1 tiny complaint is that the WiFi is a bit slow..

We checked in quite late and the super lovely lady was there waiting for us and got us right into our room. The bed and pillow were fantástico y dreamy, the view and neighborhood peaceful and beautiful, and the hotel decor súper chic! We loved our stay!!

Las camas eran blandísimas, te hundías por todos lados, y eso que era una junior suite. No pude descansar bien ninguna noche, no entiendo como un hotel de esta categoría y precio puede tener colchones de tan baja calidad. Solo la chica de la recepción usaba mascarilla, el resto del personal o clientes ninguno, totalmente contrario a la ley vigente y una enorme falta de seguridad y de respeto al resto de clientes. La localización es buena, sabiendo que no estás en Palma. Tiene calas muy bonitas en un radio de 30 minutos andando máximo, la más cercana a 5m.

Knøttsmå rom,bittelite slitent bad. Veldig lytt og bråkete. Hele hotellet bærer preg av mange års slitasje uten noen form for oppussing. Når hotellet holder privat fest med DJ på full guffe rett under rommet til langt på natt - føles det bare veldig trist å ha brukt såpass mye penger for en etterlengtet ferie. Ikke verdt pengene i det hele tatt!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel, très bien accueillis, l'équipe est très sympathique! Les lieux sont propres, la chambre avec vu sur la mer était un réel plaisir!! La piscine est très agréable, bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! De belles plages accessibles à pieds et sinon un arrêt de bus juste en face pour accéder au centre de Palma en 30 min! Petit point négatif : les murs de la chambre ne sont pas très isolants.

Ett fräscht och trevligt mindre hotell som har allt jag behövde för min semestervistelse. En hemtrevlig atmosfär med en mycket fin poolanläggning. Bra service från baren och en ordentlig frukost. Vissa kvällar kunde loungemusiken ha lite väl hög volym och vara på lite väl länge. Hade jag varit 25 så hade det säkert varit ok.. :-) Rummen var fräscha och fint möblerade. Sängen och bäddningen perfekt. Badrummet snyggt och rent.

Nicht alles was glänzt ist Gold passt wahrscheinlich als Beschreibung am besten zu diesen Hotel. Man wirbt mit vielen bekannten Influencern die das Hotel in ihren Instagram Storys perfekt in Szene setzen. Leider ist das Hotel aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass man sich nicht mal drehen kann. Das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Habe noch nie so einen ungenießbaren Kaffee getrunken. In allem leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir haben uns spontan im Zhero Hotel Mallorca eingebucht - circa 30 Minuten vor Ankunft im Hotel. Der äußere Anblick hat uns etwas verunsichert, aber das Innendesign des Hotels ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt wurden. Die Rezeption war zum Zeitpunkt der Ankunft nicht mehr besetzt, weshalb wir die ausgeschilderte Handynummer anriefen und direkt auf Deutsch gegrüßt wurden. Dies ist für uns zwar kein Ausschlaggebendes Kriterium, hat den ausgezeichneten Service aber noch etwas persönlicher gemacht. Hansi fungiert als Hoteldirektor und hat die Messlatte für unsere weiteren Urlaube definitiv ganz weit nach Oben geschraubt. Uns wurden freundlicherweise die Koffer nach oben getragen und wir setzten uns nach unserer stressigen und ungeplanten Anreise direkt an die wunderschöne Poolanlage, welche sich im Innenhof des Hotels befindet, und hatten gemeinsam mit einigen anderen Hotelgästen sowie Hotelpersonal einen tollen Abend. Eventuell durch die Coronakrise sowie die momentane Reisewarnung für Mallorca und die dementsprechend geringe Auslastung, fühlten wir uns wie zu Gast bei langjährigen Freunden. Aktuell gibt es in dem Hotel leider kein Frühstücksbuffet, weshalb man uns jeden Morgen ein Frühstück unserer Wahl zubereitet hat. Balu, der aufgeschlossene und witzige Koch (der aktuell nebenbei noch die Bar schmeißt) verwehrt einem keinen Wunsch und merkt sich Essgewohnheiten, sodass man seinen Cappuccino und Orangensaft automatisch an den Tisch bekommt.

Beautifully humble hotel. Incredible quiet location. Extremely comfortable bed. Service is very friendly and respectful. Hansi was an incredible host, very attentive to my stay and my needs (whether at the bar, the pool, the quiet areas). Highly recommended.

excellent staffs, breakfast, cleanliness, good location with parking. The room was comfortable, the only detail is that the bathroom stall could be a little bigger as the water from the shower wet the whole bathroom. Overall, a great hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Zhero hotel. This is a great hidden gem with the friendliest of staff and chic vibes.

We enjoyed it and the service was good. The management and staff were very nice and accommodating to help with concerns and recommend of good restaurants etc.

Stayed with a friend for a few days & this was the perfect hotel for a few relaxing days in Mallorca! It is a 10 minute bus ride to Illeates beach & 15 minutes to Palma. Will definitely stay again if I return to Mallorca!

Hotellet behöver fräscha up badrummen. Man vill inte veta vad som ligger under trätrallarna i duschen... samma trallar som legat sen jag var där senaste gången för 8 år sedan.

Väldigt trevligt hotell med bra service, det låg relativt nära många restauranger och det tog inte lång tid att ta en taxi in till Palma City. Väldigt trevligt pool område på hotellet.

Très bon séjour, nous avions été surclassé. La chambre est spacieuse et très moderne. Le cadre est tres moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est extra surtout au bord de la.piscine. personnel très accueillant. Piscine ouverte 24h24. On croyait que ça allait être brouillant vu que c'est un.hotel +18 ans mais au contraire c'était très calm

We had a lovely four days staying in the pool suite which is huge! Bathrooms were excellent with lovely products. The only downside to pool suite is lack of privacy so unable to draw the curtains as people on sun beds right outside. Also, window in room lets a lot of light in at night - really needs a blind. Not a great deal of hanging space but adequate for our short trip. Breakfast delicious and staff v v helpful and friendly.

Dejligt hotel med meget flinke ansatte. Eneste minus at der ikke er elevator, ellers alt pænt overalt. Dejlig pool område hvor man sagtes kan bruge hele dagen

Lovely staff and very helpful. The hotel is pretty low standard and feels really poor. The room wasn’t totally clean and the breakfast is really bad.

Nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und hat einen schönen, kleinen Poolbereich. Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Jag har bott här flera gånger. Det är ett helt ok alternativ som är prisvärt. Rummet riktigt fint och rymligt. Men en sak dom borde ändra är att servera ordentligt kaffe till frukost. Att använda en kaffeautomat/maskin fungerar inte för mig. Går att beställa riktigt kaffe (inte så bra heller) men då måste man betala extra vilket borde ingå i frukost. Jag hade ett rum ut mot gatan och havet vilket jag föredrar, har man rum mot poolen är det lite störande ljud osv.
