Pretty old, small rooms, smelly and the window open to a smelly shaft. Very noisy you can hear everything in the room from people walking the hallway to noise from other rooms. Very small bathroom. An 150€ deposit is blocked on your card during check in, even though I couldn’t find this information anywhere in booking app or hotel website.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The staff were friendly and supportive throughout our stay. The ground floor has been nicely renovated, making the bar and breakfast area feel clean, modern, and welcoming. The bed was cozy, and I slept very well!
The hotel is relatively centrally located. However, I didn’t feel very safe, especially on the main street near the hotel. I wouldn't recommend that women or children walk alone in the area at night. As for the room, there was no wall or curtain for privacy while changing, leaving the shower completely visible from the bedroom. Additionally, the shower water temperature was quite unstable throughout my stay.

No tea or coffee in the bedroom. Step hazard in the bathroom that's not highlighted anywhere. Breakfast was meant to be included, but when I got there I was told I had to pay. I could hear humming noises from upstairs.

We booked a 'comfy double room', but our only window looked out onto a dark corridor. This meant that we couldn't let in any fresh air, and the room was very dark.

Kamer met twee apparte bedden geboekt en betaald en kregen kamer met een tweepersoonsbed.tijdens het verblijf werd het dak hersteld vlak aan ons kamer.. veel overlast en onmogelijk om overdag een siesta te doen.teleurgesteld .we vierden onze 40 jaar huwelijk.gemeld via e mail...geen reactie gekregen

Stile e gusto moderno industriale si combinano perfettamente con camere eleganti e bagni vintage. bellissimo il piano terra con bar e sala lettura. Bella la piscina anche se piccola , ma nel giardino c era spazio per i lettini e per fare colazione
l albergo si trova in una strada laterale che purtroppo alla sera ospita dei senza tetto ma a pochi passi la strada principale è piena di negozi e ti porta direttamente in zona Monts des Arts

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Tiene buena ubicación. Las instalaciones están limpias, hotel pequeño y agradable. Me gustó la zona de la piscina, con zona ajardinada dónde puedes tomar algo a cualquier hora, punto a favor.
La habitación es extremadamente pequeña. Ningún espacio ni para colgar ropa, ni armario, ni estanterías (ni en la habitación ni en el baño) El baño tan sólo un wc, una ducha pegada separada tan sólo con una cortina de plástico. Tanto la habitación como los pasillos del hotel están enmoquetados. El personal que nos atendió sin demasiado entusiasmo, cero interés y apenas hubo comunicación. Un aspecto que también se debería mejorar es el control de la entrada, el acceso es libre y no se verifica identidad (no necesitas llave ni código de entrada).Es decir, podrían acceder personas ajenas a las instalaciones del hotel.

Номер був маленький, але для однієї людини достатньо щоб просто прийти і поспати і відпочити. Не сподобалось винна, дуже не зручно зроблена, дуже дурний поріг, пару разів забувала за нього. то чуть не впала.

Margarite room is very poor, no drinking water, coffee or tea in the room. Not a single hook for hanging a coat and very little space to walk around. More direcrions signs would be good specially on the 4th floor to the anexed building. The lighting was very poor in the room, too dark only 2 little lamps on the bed sides. The only plus, is the balcony. Is very nice the reception, and the pictures rooms but Maragarite room was not what i was expecting. The pictures are catchy but i didnt get what they offer online. I dont usually give poor reviews, but im telling the facts.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it is practically in the city centre, in a very convenient area. Many places, shops and cafés are within walking distance, so there was no need to use public transport very often. The staff were also a big plus. The team is young, very friendly and helpful, and they always responded quickly to our questions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the window. The air conditioning worked well and kept the air circulating nicely. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the outdoor heated pool. It was such a nice bonus and, in my opinion, the real little gem of the hotel. We really enjoyed relaxing and swimming there. The only downside is that the room was quite small, but this was more or less expected for this type of hotel. Despite the size, it was well organised and comfortable.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026De lokatie in de stad, het bed en de inrichting van de kamer bevielen erg goed. De ontbijtzaal en de bar zien er prachtig uit. De kwaliteit van het eten is erg goed.
Ik heb nog nooit zo'n kleine lift gezien. De trap is zo smal, dat je niemand kunt passeren. De buitentrap was daarin een uitkomst gelukkig. Het zwembad is erg klein en de gevel lijkt op een oud Duits hotel. Maar work in progress denk ik.

De kamer was zéér klein (ookal hadden we de comfy room en niet de petite room geboekt). Er was letterlijk geen plaats om 2 valiezen te plaatsen en er was geen ruimte aan beide kanten van het bed. De lift werkte ook enkele keren niet, dus moesten we met onze valiezen 5 verdiepen omhoog met de trap.

Bedroom was fine but bathroom was old and some broken things in the bathtub and some tiles. Totally different room though. Breakfast was good..

The room was not well thought out at all. There was not a single table/shelf in the room to put your things on nor there were any hooks or a wardrobe to hang your clothes in which meant everything had to be either in your suitcase or on the floor. Definitely not worth what we paid for. Also, someone walked into construction people walked into the room on one of the days despite it being locked which wasn’t nice.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The hotel has been recently renovated and I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely colourful ‘Wes Anderson’ style decor of the room. The reception staff were friendly, thanks to Remy and Samantha. The room was small (I chose the mini option) but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including coffee machine, tea, and hairdryer. The window opened onto an internal shaft but the ceiling fan made a wonderful breeze.
Sound insulation from the corridor was not the best, I could hear people talking and doors slamming. But it didn’t bother me that much.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Goed nagedacht over uitstraling en inrichting. Retro zie je met aandacht neergezet, leuk hoor !. Om de hoek zitten luxe winkels en een prachtige lunch en ontbijtroom in een park ! echte aanrader !!
de entree. We kwamen in de nacht binnen. Goed dat de receptie open was, maar het voelde beetje smoezelig. en door de het straatje, waardoor we een verkeerd beeld kregen. Terwijl het een super leuk en bijzonder hotel is op een top plek! Makkelijk op te lossen denk ik, entree iets meer toegankelijk laten ogen...

Ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre côté rue .. La petite marche dans la chambre pour aller dans la salle de bain est un peu haute ..il faut y penser en rentrant et en sortant
