Расположение и обустройство, отеля были отличные. Еда вполне себе хороша. Аниматоры старались . Персонал предельно вежлив и корректен.

Было отключение электричества но это не вина отеля а самой энергосистемы на Майорке, которая устарела ещё в прошлом веке. Не понимаю почему её не обновят, если это бьёт по туризму.

Sus empleados, atentos, agradables, súper pendientes de nuestra comodidad en todo momento. Las instalaciones estupendas, hamacas de sobra para todos, las vistas a la playa, la tranquilidad.

Bajo mi experiencia y la de mi pareja no volveríamos mas, las actividades y en general esta ambientado a los extranjeros. El horario de cena empieza super pronto y acaba a las 21:15. No te encuentras con casi ninguna español por la zona. La comida no nos ha gustado nada, nos esperábamos otro tipo de comida. Solo acabamos comiendo pizza y pasta. No volveríamos al menos al menos a esta zona de la isla. Nos vamos con ganas de llegar a casa y nos arrepentimos

La ubicación está bien, tienes dos calas cerca. Y lo mejor es la relaciones públicas, Paloma, que está pendiente de todo lo que necesitas.

Está muy orientado a turistas franceses, hasta el punto de que a los animadores prácticamente no se les entiende cuando hablan en español. La comida no es tampoco para un hotel de 4 estrellas, muy repetitiva y un poco "de comedor"

Ce ne sont pas les prestations d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Chambre vétuste ainsi que les parties communes. Beaucoup de monde.

Todo el personal tiene muy buena atención, las piscinas están muy lindas, y esta muy cerca de 2 calas que son preciosas.

La habitación no me gusto, tenia hormigas, mas de una noche picado por las mismas, las ventanas eran herméticas pero estaban dañadas, lo cual se escuchaba el viento como zumbido, y cual ruido del exterior. Tiene un solo restaurante y la comida no varia. La limpieza de la habitación era bastante mala, no tenia vasos y las tasas que nos dejaron estaban sucias de cafe del anterior, las dejamos para que se den cuenta y las dieron vueltas como que estaban limpias.

Tutto. Soggiorno perfetto. Hotel pulitissimo sia nelle aree comuni sia nelle stanze, cibo ottimo. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile a venire incontro in ogni necessità. Veramente oltre le aspettative.

The premium all inclusive was amazing, the extra space and food available was perfect, the premium seating area was really good and looked amazing. The staff were all lovely and loved talking to our baby, the cleanliness of the premium rooms was great and cleaned every day.

The buffet area was not big enough for the amount of people. Breakfast was okay. But evening meal was awful, no baby chairs available as they were all being used, the queue for the hot food was never ended! Also the stage for the evening show is right below the premium rooms, we were on floor 7 and it was excruciating from 9-11pm every night, so I can’t image how bad it was on the lower floors.

Ont a payer beaucoup chere , pas de variete de la nourriture, il utilise le produit avec le prix le plus bas! La proprete. La chambre était nettoyé vite fait pas la wc , vraiment pas propre, je vous conseille de pas aller vivment!

El Alojamiento lo tiene todo! Y también el trato recibido por todos los trabajadores.

Las pulseras! Deberían ser de tela, son pulseras de plástico, y digo esto porqe son pulseras de plástico y arañaba a mi hijo pequeño al cogerlo o cuando él me quería abrazar! Yo cambiaba las de plástico por tela.

Πολύ φιλόξενο περιβάλλον το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό! Μεγάλη ποικιλία στον μπουφέ και όλα πολύ νόστιμα ! Καθαριότητα και προσέχαν την κάθε λεπτομέρεια! Η τοποθεσία πανέμορφη αλλά μακριά από το κέντρο !

Très bon séjour en famille. L'hôtel a su répondre à nos attentes pour des vacances en famille. Un espace premium permet de profiter du calme de l'hôtel. La vue est magnifique. A quelques min à pied, une crique merveilleuse cependant attention car elle est souvent bondée. Les buffets sont bons et vous trouverez toujours quelque chose qui vous plait ! L'équipe d'animation est investie

Excellent location with a beautiful view from the room. The food was delicious. This was our third time in Mallorca but our first stay at this hotel, and we liked the food here the most. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pools were great, and there were plenty of activities and entertainment for children.

Sometimes we had to wait a while for the elevator, as the hotel has seven floors but only two lifts. On one occasion, while we were resting in our room, a man wearing a medical badge unlocked and entered our room with his key. He seemed to be a doctor and had probably mistaken our room for another one. We understand that it was an honest mistake, but it was still quite uncomfortable as we were relaxing at the time. We would also suggest having a staff member present near the children’s pools. During our stay, there was a family with a child, and the father behaved very aggressively towards other children who wanted to play with his son or accidentally touched their toys. He shouted at several children, including ours, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. We didn’t report the incident because we assumed it was an isolated situation, but having staff nearby would help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

What an incredible hotel especially for young families.. The staff were incredible.. The location was superb with spectacular views.. I loved the splash pools for toddler which allowed us to relax. The views of the ocean were amazing and just a walk away and I loved the selection of foods every meal. Wonderful atmosphere and especially the entertainment by the staff.

That the trip ended

Very clean, great food selection. Always had plenty of sunbeds available. Staff were great and helpful.

There was not much of a kids club with much going on but more eventful for adults?! No mention of closed off area for kids for the smaller pools till we arrived. Kids were only aloud to be in main pool area with the slides. Pool was not heated but that’s Majorca in general. Evening entertainment was poor.

The staff were exceptional, so friendly, so efficient and are a true credit to the hotel. The hotel should be very proud of their staff. The food was plentiful, consistent and of a very high standard. The pool area was excellent. Great facilities for kids. Entertainment was constant throughout the day and night and the entertainment staff were so talented and energetic every day!

Not much around the area but honestly I don't feel that was a big negative because every thing you need is in the hotel and there were still plenty of local shops etc.

La vie mer de la chambre ensuite l’établissement était pas trop grand donc super.

Manque de toboggan pour les efts un peu plus grand les miens avait 10 et 13 ans donc il s’ennuyer un peu.

Spędziliśmy tutaj fantastyczny czas! Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – zaczynając od sprawnego i miłego zameldowania w recepcji. Pokój był czysty, a widok z okna zapierał dech w piersiach. Jedzenie pyszne, a personel niezwykle pomocny. Cudownym zwieńczeniem pobytu była niespodzianka w ostatni wieczór – butelka prosecco od hotelu. Na pewno wrócimy!

Sve je bilo odlično, hotel je predivan, hrana odlična a osoblje jako srdačno.

All inclusive ellátást választottunk. Sajnos a vegetáriánus kínálat nem volt megfelelő.

Le personnel, très arrangeant suite à un souci rencontré. La vue depuis la chambre et l'espace premium réservé. Très jolie chambre, spacieuse et bien faite. Jolie balcon, agréable. Attentions réservées à l'arrivée et la veille du départ qui ont été très appréciées.

Poignée de la salle de bains cassée ne permettait pas de fermer complètement la porte.

As refeições são excelentes, confeccionadas com muita qualidade e, tendo em conta a relação preço/qualidade não me parece exigível mais. A decoração da sala bufete e das zonas sociais poderia ser mais actual e esteticamente mais cuidada. O pessoal é todo muitíssimo simpático e disponível. Não é um hotel de luxo nem com extras, mas de modo geral é muito agradável e permitiu uma estadia boa e tranquila.

Os quartos onde as senhoras da limpeza colocam as suas coisas deveriam ser mais cuidados e ter sempre as portas fechadas. nos dias de chuva não deveriam colocar panos no chão, porque fica feio.

The view is beautiful, you can see sea and the coast, the pools from your balcony.

The air condition was not working but it was not annoying because the weather was good.

It was wonderful time in Mallorca and in Hotel Palia Maria Eugenia as well. Of course because of the perfect staff. Despite the fact that the high season was over and many options of the hotel was unreachable, the staff did all the best to provide us with perfect service. They love children very much and my son had been enjoying the time in the hotel. The door of our balcony was broken. But when we asked to fix it everything was done almost immediately. It is not a frequent occurrence in Spain) if you know what I mean)

The room was very large and we have plenty of space to stay there. 3 persons in the largest room. And the view. Oh God! It was absolutely amazing. There were mountains from one side and the sea from the other.

Staff were great, special shout out to the greet Paloma who loved our baby!

Maden var ikke særlig inspirerende, jeg blev syg efter det første døgn på hotellet, og jeg kastede op hele natten, jeg kunne høre at vores nabo også kastede op hele natten (vi kunne høre det gennem vægen). Jeg fik derfor min datter til at gå ned i receptionen for at fortælle, at jeg var syg, hvis andre også skulle være syge på hotellet, og det evt. kunne være noget med maden. De sagde straks at der var en virus i omløb og det intet havde med maden at gøre. Der kom en fra receptionen og afleverede et spørgeskema til os samme dag, og hørte lige til om jeg stadig var dårlig. Samme dame kom igen dag efter, jeg var stadig syg kl. 21.30, vi var gået i seng, vi sov da jeg var syg, vi havde ikke forstyr skilt på. Det bankede på døren og vi nåede ikke at vågne/stå op inden damen igen stod inde på vores værelse, hun ville lige aflevere en meget lille champagne flaske, til os til deling som plaster på såret. Jeg finder det meget grænseoverskridende at en personale låser sig ind i vores værelse mens vi sov. Det har jeg ALDRIG oplevet før og det var meget grænseoverskridende. Vi skulle rejse kl. 03.00 om natten, så vi havde ikke mulighed for at klage over damen bare gik på værelset, jeg har efterfølgende forsøgt at ringe til hotellet, og telefonen blev lagt på 2 gange.

Seafront location was exceptional

Було все неймовірно. Відпочили дуже класно. Персонал, їжа на вищому рівні. Прибирання це окрема подяка, у дівчат золоті ручки! Територія і сам готель чудові, аніматори дуже веселі і постійно взаємодіють з відвідувачами

VIP-rommene var store og fine. Vi reiste med baby og det var god plass på rommet selv med barnesang. Maten var også god, og det var en del variasjon ila. uken i buffeten. Jeg fikk glutenfri baguette til frokost på forespørsel, men det var lite/ ingen glutenfri snacks i pool-barene. Det så heller ikke ut som de tilpasset til andre allergier. Bassengene og solsengene - både de i VIP-område og det andre var veldig bra. Stort pluss for oss at de hadde to egne babybasseng med grunt vann. Personalet var også veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme! Område er også kjempefint med en kyststi som går ned til strand rett utenfor hotellet. Kjempefint for morgen og ettermiddagstur.

Vi valgte VIP-rom mye pga. at det var ordentlig kaffemaskin på rommet. Det ble imidlertid ikke fylt på med kaffekapsler til kaffemaskinen under rengjøring, slik at det måtte hentes i resepsjonen. Selv om det ikke er et stort problem var det imidlertid litt irriterende å måtte ned og hente kaffekapsler første dagen når vi ikke var klar over det. Vi måtte også ned og hente såpe som ikke hadde blitt fylt på under rengjøring, selv om såpen var brukt opp.

Staff and facilities were great!

It was quite tidy and clean. The air conditioning was working well. I really liked the animators – friendly and welcoming, with new games every day and great shows in the evenings. Biggest greetings and compliments to the bartender Manuel. Loved the deep swimming pool.

It was difficult to communicate in English with some of the staff members. The food quality – the soups were terrible, and on some days there was hardly anything to choose from, as the dishes simply lacked seasoning. We saw a cockroach running indoors. The elevators were very slow, and waiting for them became tiring. I didn’t like that drinks had to be paid for after 11 o’clock, even though we had purchased all-inclusive. One of the bartenders tried to charge for free cocktails.

La literie et certaines installations trop peu nombreuses pour être apprécier par tous (ping pong, billard,...)

Відпочивали у готелі з дружиною та донечкою – залишилися дуже задоволені. Чудове розташування на скелі з неймовірними краєвидами, доглянута територія, басейни для дорослих і дітей. Харчування різноманітне та смачне, завжди було що обрати навіть для дитини. Персонал привітний та уважний, атмосфера дуже сімейна та приємна.
