Hotel bardzo fajny, zadbany i czysty. Pokoje są duże, codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie jest bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

-Bardzo mocna klimatyzacja w recepcji (za duża różnica temperatur). Idąc na obiad, czy nad basen/plażę za każdym razem musieliśmy przejść przez recepcje, gdzie wchodząc uderza cię podmuch zimnego powietrza. Niestety w efekcie wróciliśmy przeziębieni. -dosc niskie ciśnienie wody w pokojach na najwyższym poziomie.

Plaža u blizini odlična, hrana dobra nade se za svakoga po nesto za jesti. Animatori super. Osoblje općenito jako ljubazno.

Sobe pune mrava. U apartmanu imas čajnu kuhinju ,ali nema ni jedne posude,ni čaša,ni tanjura,ni lonaca, bilo bi zgodno da si imas u čemu skuhati kavu,jer je nemožeš popiti prije 8 ujutro. Restoran se otvara tek u 8 ujutro. Jako mali bazen,a dozvoljeno u njega unosti luftići, razne napuhance. To bi trebalo zabraniti unositi. Tu je jako puno ljudi ,u jednom trenu nemozes ući u bazen zbog tih gluposti. Voda u bazenu mutna, nevidiš dno bazena.u apartmanu pritisak vode katastrofa,jedva se istuširas. Imali smo dva apartmana . U jednom dobar pritisak,u drugom katastrofa.

El baño de la piscina está embozado que es el mismo del espectáculo…pero es la gente que no cuidan.

L’all inclusive a prezzi abbordabili, la comodità delle camere, il personale cordiale, la bellezza delle due spiagge vicine e della passeggiata sulla costa per raggiungerle, il cibo (non eccellente, ma sufficiente vario e con alcune opzioni sempre buone - ad es paella e pizza). La vista sul mare dalla camera.

La struttura non è silenziosa, spesso si sentono i vicini o il rumore che arriva dalla piscina. Spesso ci siamo trovati tante formiche in casa. Abbiamo segnalato la tavola del WC rotta il primo giorno e sono venuti a sistemarla il penultimo giorno. Spettacoli serali decisamente migliorabili, soprattutto eviterei spettacoli che sfruttano animali esotici come se fossimo al circo… questi tempi, per fortuna, dovrebbero essere passati! L’acqua della doccia in alcune ore del giorno (di solito verso pranzo) diventava improvvisamente bollente per qualche secondo, rischiando ustioni soprattutto ai bambini.

First of all, let me make one thing clear: if you are looking for luxury and fancy frills, this probably isn’t the place for you. But if you want accommodation close to the sea, clean and well maintained, with great facilities where you can relax and enjoy yourself while the kids are happily entertained, then this place is absolutely ideal. We spent 5 days here with our two children, aged 5 and 9, and the only mistake we made was not booking a longer stay. For our family, this was honestly the best holiday we’ve ever had. And the food deserves a special mention. From seafood delicacies such as shellfish, prawns and fish, to simple dishes that children usually love, there was something for everyone. We genuinely enjoyed every single meal. Another big compliment goes to the drinks included in the All Inclusive package. In our previous All Inclusive experiences, we often ended up with poor-quality local beer and wine. Not here. They serve one of the best-known beers in Spain — I won’t name it, but you’ll know which one I mean — and the rest of the drinks were also very good. For us, this was the best family holiday we’ve had so far, and we really hope to come back again next year!

Le personnel du resto était vraiment agréable et très serviable, je ne connais pas les noms mais un spécial remerciement à diego. Emplacement fantastic, plage cala domingos à coté de l'hôtel. Service de nettoyage top, les femmes passe tout les jour pour faire le namecessaire. Des belle animations le soir et des activités tout au long de notre séjour.

La piscine est très petite et toujours bondée, ce qui rend difficile de trouver un transat. Nous étions presque isolés, car il est assez rare que les animateurs viennent nous parler. Les escaliers sont un vrai problème, surtout que le restaurant se trouve juste devant l’entrée de l’hôtel. Le parking est très petit et il y a beaucoup de poubelles juste avant l’entrée. Le niveau de propreté de cette zone est également très en dessous de celui d’autres endroits comme Porto Cristo ou Cala d’Or. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de variété dans les plats proposés, et surtout, il n’y a pratiquement pas de poissons de mer, malgré le fait que l’hôtel soit à deux pas de la mer. On trouve principalement des poissons d’eau douce, avec parfois des calamars, des crevettes et des moules. En bref, nous avons passé un séjour agréable, mais le prix est vraiment très exorbitant par rapport à la qualité des prestations proposées.

Que estuviera tan dirigido al turista extranjero horarios, actividades. El ruido que hace el aire acondicionado...

Hôtel à taille humaine! Très bien placé face à la mer et idéal pour les excursions. Proche de 2 jolies calas et à proximité immédiate de nombreuses boutiques, bars musicaux et restaurants. Le tout inclus est largement satisfaisant pour le tarif, il y en a pour tous les goûts et avec du choix. Très bon petit déjeuner. La possibilité de trouver de quoi se restaurer toute la journée, jusqu’à 23h, parfait pour les retours tardifs. Si vous cherchez la perfection gastronomique, il faut aller dans un 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont des petits appartements récents et très confortables. Nettoyage tous les jours, climatisation efficace et réglable. J’ai séjourné avec ma fille et nous avons pu avoir chacune notre espace (un luxe pour moi). Il y a effectivement des escaliers, ce qui peut être gênant pour des enfants en bas âge ou les personnes en situation de handicap, mais aucun problème pour nous. La piscine est un peu petite mais suffisante. Cependant nous étions en excursion tous les jours, nous n’avons donc pas d’opinion objective, nous ne sommes pas du genre à rester toute la journée sur un transat. Mention spéciale à tous le personnel, aimable, bienveillant et volontaire. Le top du top à l’accueil. Un peu de bruits le soir, mais c’est Majorque! Une île très vivante!

Pas de parking privé mais beaucoup de facilité pour garer la voiture à proximité de l’hôtel. Le manque de pression d’eau de la douche (un détail). Le petit déjeuner à partir de 8h, un peu juste pour partir vers les calas de l’île avant l’arrivée de la foule. 7h30 serait le top pour les lèves tôt

The staff is wonderful (especially at reception)—very friendly and incredibly helpful. The entertainment team deserves the highest marks. A wide selection of fresh food is served daily. The offerings include cooked meat, vegetables, fresh salads and fruits, sweets, hot and cold drinks,fresh bread and much, much more. The room features very comfortable beds and air conditioning, and the windows offer a fantastic view of the sea. It is one of the best places for a dream vacation.

Ants, ants, ants everywhere. Ants in the bedroom, the living room, and the bathroom. Hundreds of ants. We had to buy a large can of ant spray at the supermarket, but it was only a temporary solution. You couldn't even leave fruit or cookies on the table. The hotel does not provide parking. It is very difficult to find a parking space in the late afternoon and evening.

had a wonderful stay at HSM Calas Park. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day, making it comfortable and relaxing throughout my stay.

The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a lovely atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool and all the games and activities around the pool, which made the holiday even more fun.

We highly recommend this place. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of activities for both children and adults, including water workouts and evening entertainment. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, especially the entertainment staff and bartenders, who made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of and had a wonderful time here. We will definitely come back again.

Все було чудово! Їжа смачна та різноманітна, вибір на будь-який смак, персонал дуже привітний та завжди готовий допомогти. Територіально супер усе - до шопінг центру 2 хв пішки, до пляжу 5-7 хв пішки. Залишились дуже задоволені відпочинком у готелі.

Le restaurant mérite d'être modernisé. Très bruyant. Une terrasse extérieure aurait ete appréciable.

El apartamento muy nuevo, limpio y con vistas al mar. El trato del personal inmejorable y la comida en general para ser tres estrellas muy buena.

En nuestro caso no fue problema, pero no nos avisaron de que todo era subir y bajar escaleras sin ascensor. Entiendo que si hubiéramos tenido alguna discapacidad o problema físico hubiera sido imposible acceder al recinto en general.

Muchas escaleras (lo cual es obvio pero no vi que lo mencionaba cuando reserve), el comedor es un poco cerrado/oscuro

Chambre propre. Belles criques à proximité. Cependant l'environnement de l'hôtel est sale et repoussant.

Au restaurant, la nourriture est de très mauvaise qualité et pas fraîche. Pas de snack digne de ce nom.

Nagyon finomak voltak az ételek, nagyon kedvesek voltak a bárban a fiúk. Ügyesek voltak az animátorok. Minden nap volt takarítás. A medence környékén mindig volt szabad napágy, amiket minden este lemostak. A napi háromszori étkezés és az ingyen italok mellett szinte semmire nem kell költeni. A tengerparti strand kb. 5 percre van, és van elég hely a homokon leteríteni a törölközőt napágy bérlése nélkül is. Júniusban kifejezetten olcsó volt a szállás.

Idősebbeknek nehéz lehet a sok lépcsőt megjárni minden nap a medence, az apartmanok és az étterem között. Babakocsival is nehéz a közlekedés, bár gyerekbarát a hely, fel kell készülni a sok lépcsőre. Kicsit kevés a parkoló a szállás előtt.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a beautiful beach located very close to the hotel. It was great to have access to a gym in a nearby hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the food selection was varied and enjoyable.

There was an issue with the door lock, which appeared to be broken, and there were also some water leaks from the sink, shower, and toilet. However, these were minor issues for us and not something we consider particularly important. Overall, these issues did not affect our enjoyment of the stay, and we had a great and relaxing vacation.

1. Rewelacyjny personel. Obsługa mówi w wielu językach, również po polsku. Szczególnie chcielibyśmy wyróżnić recepcjonistkę Andżelikę — niesamowicie profesjonalną, pomocną i sympatyczną. Cały personel był świetny: zarówno pracownicy restauracji i barów, jak i animatorzy, którzy znakomicie odciążali rodziców, organizując różne gry i zabawy dla dzieci, a jednocześnie dbali o dorosłych. Wszyscy wkładali w swoją pracę naprawdę ogromne zaangażowanie. 2. Jedzenie było świeże i dość różnorodne. Nawet snack bar był tak dobrze wyposażony, że spokojnie mógł zastąpić pełny posiłek, na przykład lunch lub kolację. W restauracji był duży wybór: sałatki, warzywa, owoce, różne ciepłe dania, pieczywo, lody i desery. Napoje podczas posiłków, takie jak kawa, herbata, Coca-Cola i inne, były cały czas dostępne. Przy większości posiłków dostępne było też lane piwo oraz dwa rodzaje wina — czerwone i białe. 3. Bary i napoje. Bar przy basenie działał od 10:30 do 19:00 i oferował również lody z maszyny oraz z zamrażarki. Lody nie były wyjątkowe, ale były miłym dodatkiem. Przy basenie dostępne były także napoje bezalkoholowe, z lodem lub bez. Drugi bar działał po drugiej stronie basenu od 19:00 do 24:00, bliżej sceny, gdzie odbywały się wieczorne animacje. Alkohole były lokalne, ale dla nas wystarczające — szczególnie gin, prosecco i różne drinki. Barmani byli bardzo mili i sympatyczni. Istniała też możliwość dokupienia w recepcji upgrade’u do bardziej markowych alkoholi — na cały pobyt albo na wybrane dni. 4. Pokój i czystość. Mieliśmy pokój z bezpośrednim widokiem na morze, choć nie korzystaliśmy z tego pięknego widoku tak często, jak mogliśmy. Apartament był przyjemny: sypialnia, salon z kuchnią, łazienka i balkon. Sprzątanie odbywało się codziennie i było bardzo dobrej jakości. Można było zauważyć pewne starsze elementy wyposażenia, na przykład ślady rdzy na lodówce lub zużycie niektórych sprzętów, co trochę obniżało komfort.

Niewielkie minusy: 1. Brak bezpośredniego zejścia z hotelu na plażę. 2. Basen jest dość mały, choć do ochłodzenia się w zupełności wystarczający. 3. Część wyposażenia pokoju mogłaby zostać odświeżona lub wymieniona, ponieważ miejscami widać już zużycie. 4. Brakuje wystarczającej liczby miejsc parkingowych w najbliższej okolicy hotelu. Zawsze udawało się jednak znaleźć miejsce dalej i wrócić spacerem kilkanaście minut do hotelu.

Super hotel z bardzo zadbanym terenem. Jest tu sporo schodów, ale nam zupełnie to nie przeszkadzało. Tuż przy hotelu znajduje się niewielkie centrum z restauracjami, sklepikami z pamiątkami i innymi udogodnieniami. Bezpośrednio z terenu hotelu jest zejście na nadmorski deptak, którym można spacerować w obu kierunkach, odkrywając piękne zatoczki i plaże. Widoki po drodze są naprawdę zachwycające. Jedzenie było smaczne i różnorodne – każdego dnia można było znaleźć coś dla siebie. Nie brakowało również owoców i deserów. Obsługa restauracji na bieżąco dbała o czystość stolików i porządek. Pokoje są przestronne, codziennie sprzątane, a ręczniki wymieniane każdego dnia. Basen nie jest bardzo duży, ale w zupełności wystarcza. Do dyspozycji gości jest także sporo leżaków oraz bar przy basenie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje personel hotelu – ogromne podziękowania dla całego zespołu za stworzenie tak miłej atmosfery. Szczególnie chcielibyśmy podziękować Manuelowi i Garoe z baru oraz animatorom (Alex, Tommy, Nadya i Barbora) za ich zaangażowanie i świetną energię. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel. Jak na standard 3-gwiazdkowy oferuje bardzo wysoki poziom usług w świetnej cenie.

Jedynym drobnym minusem była niewielka usterka techniczna w pokoju ( klamka przy drzwiach balkonowych), która warto byłoby naprawić/dokręcić. Poza tym pobyt był bardzo udany.

The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the restaurant service. The staff were unfriendly and rude, making the dining experience unpleasant. Furthermore, the food quality was below average. The dishes looked unappetizing and seemed to be prepared using low-quality processed ingredients.

Tiszta, kényelmes tágas szoba! Minden nap takarítottak! A személyzet kedves volt. A medencét szintén minden reggel takarították. Sok programot csináltak felnőtteknek, gyerekeknek! A légkondicionáló remekül működött,a Wifi szintén! All inclusive voltunk, így mindig lehetett enni,inni! Voltak jó és kevésbé jó kaják. Az koktélok és fagyi is jól jött a medence szélén 😀 A kilátás pazar volt a szobából a tengerre! A sétány levitt a strandra, ami kb 5 perc sétára van! A közelben rengeteg üzlet található. A buszmegálló is 5 percre van.

Nagyon hangosan, és folyamatosan ment a zene,ami behallatszik a szobába!( A mi szobánk alatt volt a hangszóró ráadásul, így néha zavaró volt) Este lényegében csak 23 órától lehetett aludni, pihenni ,mert a zene annyira hangos volt a szobában is! (Utána már csendes volt!) Az üdítők kevésbé voltak jók, és a svédasztalos étkezések lehettek volna picit változatosabbak.

Нам понравилось всё: номера чистые, убирают каждый день, персонал максимально старается, чтобы все пожелания были учтены. Кухня ресторана отличная, вкусная, разнообразная.

Единственный небольшой минус: мне не хватило посуды, её не было ни в номере, ни на баре, только в ресторане. Да, на баре дают многоразовые пластиковые стаканы, но это не очень комфортно. В следующий раз поедем со своей посудой 😀

Hotel malowniczo położony na klifie z fantastycznym widokiem na morze. Co prawda basen nieduży, ale wystarczający, żeby schłodzić się w upalny dzień. Na plażę Cala Domingos (nota bene bardzo urokliwą) idzie się szybszym tempem ok. 5 minut promenadą, na którą zejście znajduje się zaraz przy basenie. Personel uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny. Animatorzy genialni, codziennie umijali wieczory przeróżnymi pokazami (były też pokazy zawodowych grup - akrobaci, show z papugami czy iluzjonisty). Jedzenie smaczne i całkiem spory wybór.

Jak miałbym się czepiać na siłę, to brak większego parkingu (miejsc dla gości przy hotelu tylko na 6 samochodów). I przydałoby się zrobić coś z drzwiami wejściowymi do pokojów, ponieważ robaczki lubiły wpełzać między progiem i drzwiami (całe szczęście kilka sztuk, więc tragedii nie było :) )

Lokalizacja pobliżu ładnych plaż, animacje i coś dla dzieci każdego wieczoru, drinki, kawa, lody z maszyny i w kubeczkach, owoce ok.

Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na ostatnim piętrze na ciepłą wodę, nawet do 10 min spuszczania, wtedy woda ciepła lub letnia. Kolacje dosyć podobne do lunchu, wybór ciepłych dań mógłby być lepszy, dużo schodów do pokonania od basenu jeśli nocujesz w budynku z recepcja, dla rodzin z dziećmi ( wózki) może być uciążliwe.

Персонал ввічливий і завжди допомагає і дуже гарний пляж і вид

Кухня в номері нічого не працює, на фото плита є в номері, але не працює, холодильник не працював, чекали 5 днів як новий привезуть. Дуже гучно, краще з дітьми маленькими не їхати, або просити номер зверху. Їжа жирна, 1 раз був просто варений рис, дитячого меню немає, дитина отравилась і пила тільки воду і рисову кашу на воді. Даже в макаронах скільки масла, що для дорослого це важко. Дякую що був бульон.
