Leider war unser Urlaub diesmal eine große Enttäuschung. Wir waren bereits 2019 hier und hatten damals eine schöne Erfahrung. Genau deshalb haben wir uns wieder für dieses Hotel entschieden. Leider war diesmal schon das Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Es war nicht richtig sauber, hat unangenehm gerochen und besonders aus dem Badezimmer kam ein starker Geruch. Dazu kam noch ein sehr lautes Geräusch von der zentralen Lüftung. Der Geruch und der Lärm waren die ganze Nacht so störend, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Auch der Kaffee war leider überhaupt nicht gut und konnte kaum getrunken werden. Dazu waren Tassen, Gläser, Teller, Löffel und Gabeln teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Insgesamt hatte man leider das Gefühl, dass seit 2019 nichts wirklich erneuert oder verbessert wurde, sondern alles einfach nur abgenutzt und älter geworden ist. Wir haben uns jeden Tag beschwert, aber erst nach vier Tagen haben wir endlich das Zimmer bekommen, das wir schon 2019 hatten. Dadurch wurde unser Urlaub zumindest noch ein bisschen gerettet. Es tut mir wirklich leid, aber nach dieser Erfahrung werden wir hier keinen Urlaub mehr buchen. Sehr schade, denn wir sind gerade wegen unserer guten Erinnerung an 2019 wiedergekommen.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése csodálatos, közel a tengerparthoz. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak.

Az étteremben és a lobbiban nem volt klíma, kifejezetten kellemetlen volt a 34-35 fokos párás hőségben étkezni. A szobában a klíma gyenge volt, maximális erővel használva pedig hangos volt, éjszaka különösen zavaró.

Hotel jest bardzo duży, z doskonałą lokalizacją i pięknymi widokami. W jego wnętrzu znalazło się miejsce na zieleń, gdzie rosną drzewa, palmy i cytryny. W każdym dziale obiektu można liczyć na miłą i pomocną obsługę. Strefa basenowa jest czysta i zadbana.

Największym minusem tego hotelu jest jakość jedzenia. Choć wybór potraw jest duży, niestety jakość pozostawia wiele do życzenia, a najgorsze były wędliny.

Easily accessible with an excellent location; close to the shopping mall and the waterfront. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. There are countless shopping options nearby. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are average. Dining options are good, though the main meals lack variety.

There is no private parking, and finding a parking space near the hotel can sometimes be difficult.

Hello, Our family of eight had the worst experience at this hotel. It was hot and humid, smelled unpleasant, and one of our rooms had a bad odor. No staff could speak English, facilities were poor, and the air conditioning didn't work. The inclusive food was cheap quality—cold, dry, and completely unedible for the kids. Due to these conditions, I suffered an anxiety attack and couldn't sleep. We paid for four nights but left after the first, and were only offered a one third refund. Also, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

Bliskość plaży, basen idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, pomocny i miły personel, możliwość skorzystania z przechowalni bagażu oraz prysznica przed wylotem, a także piękny widok na morze z pokoju.

Brak animacji dla dzieci – organizowane były głównie atrakcje dla dorosłych. Nawet jak uczestniczyły dzieci i wygrało , to nagroda był szampan dla rodzica. Kompletny bezsens. Jedzenie było dość monotonne, po wejściu do pokoju panował zaduch, łazienka wymagała lepszego utrzymania, a w jadalni i recepcji brakowało klimatyzacji.

Position

The room smelled very bad due to a humidity problem (mushrooms were growing from the bathroom ceiling). There was no air conditioning in the restaurant, and I found a metal object in my food. Bed and pillows are not comfortable

Kedves személyzet, finom ételek, tisztaság, szállodához közeli strand, minden könnyen elérhető volt.

A medence mellet lévő zuhanyzó működött csak a másik rossz volt. A medence mérete véleményem szerint a szálloda méretéhez képest kicsi. A medence mellet lévő bár már felújításra szorulna.

Empezado por la habitación, la limpieza del cuarto de baño muy justita o escasa, la zona de la piscina bastante descuidada en la limpieza (no ve una manguera a presión en todo el verano) Y lo peor de todo la zona común del salón principal!! No tiene aire acondicionado, y con 35 grados como nos coincidió a nosotros es muy desagradable.

Great location, very nice staff, everything was at hand. We had a great variety of food. We really enjoyed our stay.

La struttura molto vecchia La camera puzzava di muffa , era sempre pulita ma multo deteriorata L'acqua della doccia usciva sempre e bagnava tutto il pavimento Non c'era un ventilatore in bagno per fare uscire almeno un po' di vapore , quando facevo la doccia si formava una capa di calore impressionante Non c'era il bidet A tavola i bambini infilavano le nel cibo cercando di servirsi da soli al che non e molti gradevole Il personale lavora in delle pessime condizioni , a correre tutto il giorno fino ad avere la camicia bagnata , segno di poco personale per il tanto lavoro , gentili tutti i ragazzi ma sudati e sporchi (a colpa del tanto lavoro e del caldo atroce) Al bar esterno per quanto i ragazzi cercavano di tenere pulito era pieno di api fastidiose

Very hard mattress. Woke up with a pain in my back in morning. I asked for some topper or duvet to put under the sheet to make the mattress softer. Very polite receptionist, told me they'll do it. When I returned to the room in the evening nothing was changed. I ended up fixing bed myself using the duvets I found in the wardrobe. Breakfast chef looks like he's been forced to do the job, very unhappy.

Poloha hotelu skvělá, hned vedle krásná pláž. Spousta obchodů, i když ceny jsou vysoké, ale kde ne :) Jídlo bylo dobré, byly i tematické večeře, krevety, mušle, kalamáry… pokoje pohodlné, děti si pochvalovali manželskou postel. Pohovky v obýváku by uvítali tepovani. Koupelna čistá, průměr. Denně čisté ručníky. Měli jsme pokoj s balkonem s nádherným výhledem na moře. Celkově hodnotíme pozitivně. Doporučujeme.

Tom, Jonathan, Chloe and the rest of the Entertainment Team, as well as the most amazing Life Guard made our stay extra special 🙏 can not wait to rerurn! Ich wurde so gesagt versrscht mir wurde eine Preisminderung zugesprochen plötzlich hiess es das das nicht stimmt und ich lügen würde.

Lovely staff, great effort they all go to with the kids and activities. The other guests have always been pleasant. Food is great, variety, quality, freshness. Football pitch is a must for my kids. Sa Coma is a nice part of the world, not rowdy, no late night parties, easy to rest and relax.

Some bits around the stage / near the table tennis could do with a bit of TLC but this didn’t detract from our stay

Wszystko było w jak najlepszym porządku. Miła i pomocna obsługa, począwszy od recepcji, poprzez barmanów, obslugę restauracji oraz serwis sprzątający. Wybór jedzenia całkiem spory, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Codziennie można było spróbować na obiad i kolację czegoś nowego. Spory wybor dań, zawsze swieze owoce oraz live cooking przy kazdej porze wydawania posiłków. Jedne dania smakuja inne nie, ale tak jest praktycznie wszędzie. Dla mnie najwiekszym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem byl salceson oraz brukselka oraz grillowana wątróbka. Zaskoczony byłem przygotowaniem drinków w opcji all. Mojito bylo przygotowane z brązowego cukru, świeżej mięty, cytryny(zamiast limonki), lodu i wody gazowanej, jeden z barmanów dodawał sprite,zamiast wody, ale to zależy czy komuś tak pasuje. Wiadomo, ze w tej opcji podają tańszy rum, ale sam drink był naprawdę niezły. Wcześniej spotykałem się z opcją drnika na bazie syropu o smaku mojito i taniego rumu. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest także strefa leżakowania dla doroslych położona blisko basenu, ale w taki sposob, ze nie słychać basenowego zgiełku. Hotel w pierwszej linii brzegowej, do piaszczystej plaży idzie się 90 sekund. W pobliżu butiki, sklepy spożywcze restauracje. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Mieliśmy problem z zamknięciem sejfu, po zgłoszeniu na recepcję serwis techniczny był po 2 minutach. Pan z uśmiechem na twarzy wymienił baterie, przeprosił i na koniec życzył miłego dnia. Na koniec dodam, ze bylem trochę sceptyczny, ponieważ niektóre opinie byly niezbyt pozytywne. Po pobycie stwierdziłem, że to porostu taki typ ludzi co szuka dziury w całym, zamiast dostrzegać pozytywy. Oczywiście mogę dodac, że szafka była lekko obita i drzwiczki skrzypialy, a jeden z kubków do kawy był pęknięty. Po zgłoszenie dostaliśmy nowy. W czasie pobytu, ani razu nie spotkałem się negatywnym podejściem personelu. Ja dodam, ze stosunek ceny do jakości przewyższył zdecydowanie moje oczekiwania.

Nie byłó żadnych istotnych rzeczy, które miały by wpłynąć na negatywna opinie.

Klimatyzacja nie działała, było bardzo zimno w pokoju, woda kapała pod umywalką, pod prysznicem również woda płynęła na posadzkę, wciąż było mokro. Było zgłoszone do recepcji. Jedzenie na stołówce nie wystarczało do wszystkich, trzeba było długo stać w kolejce do smażonego mięsa i ryb, jeden kucharz na płycie grilowej nie nadążał smarzyć, aż w końcu rezygnowałam stać bo szkoda czasu .Za mało kucharzy na taką ilości gości lub zła organizacja pracy,nie przygotowani. Za to cały personel kelnerzy, barmani byli bardzo prezyzyjni i są godni pochwały! Zasługują na 10/10

La restauration est vraiment très simple, ça peut être un point à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait même si on trouve toujours de quoi manger

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy plaży. Jedzenie napoje wszystko w cenie duży wybór. Dobra obsługa regularnie sprzątane pokoje wymieniane ręczniki na stołówce też bardzo szybko i sprawnie zmieniane stoliki na czyste. Bardzo ładny basen wraz z nim bar i miejsce przekąskami bardzo dużo leżaków i do tego jeszcze taras z leżakami z widokiem na morze. Bardzo duży plus że leżaki nie są rezerwowane ręcznikami i przez to jest dużo wolnych tak jak powinno być w innych hotelach. Dużo miejsca do relaksu urozmaicenia dla dzieci i dla dorosłych różne występy gry.

No jedynym minusem jest źle domykające się drzwi w łazience spowodowane wilgocią napęczniały.

Świetna lokalizacja. Mieliśmy szczytowy pokój na ostatnim piętrze z widokiem na morze, przepiękny widok. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsluga. Nasz lot był opóźniony wiec dotarliśmy do hotelu ok 1 w nocy, był przygotowany zimny bufet dla osób, które dopiero dotarły do hotelu. Jedzenie dobre, różnorodne obiady i kolacje. Drinki baaardzo mocne, co rzadko sie zdarza w przy hotelowych barach, tam nie żałowali. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, codziennie bylo sprzatane, codziennie czyste ręczniki.

Karaluchy biegające przy barze przy basenie. Nie ma sie co dziwić, restauracja, śmietniki, plaża obok, ale jednak widok tego robadztwa trochę zniesmaczył. Dodatkowo furtka wejściowa od basenu ciągle otwarta, dla każdego. W sumie nikt nie sprawdzał opasek all inclusive I myślę, że mozna bylo sobie wejść z zewnątrz zjesc i wyjść. Tu bym podważyła kwestie bezpieczeństwa i złodziejstwa. W hotelu obok bylo wejście na kod, czego tu zabrakło.

All is great and in place for a perfect rest.

Not the property but other people on holidays were so many smoking of them and around kids. I would suggest in the place of eating (even outside) not to allow smoking during lunch and dinners (as not possible to avoid the cigarettes)..

A great selection of food . Which was really good and fresh. Staff I. The restaurant staff were so friendly. The animation team were amazing. We didn’t really join in and they didn’t pressure you . There work so hard. The rooms were so clean. The whole hotel was spotless.

The only thing I can fault. The football pitch which is the middle of rooms. Could maybe locked at night. There were people playing g football at 11 at night screaming and shouting. Reception staff were polite enough. Seemed a little under pressure. So you felt abit uneasy asking things .

Well located right by the beach and pleasant and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a room better suited to our party (one two bedroom apartment) than our booking (2 separate rooms for family of 5), which was really great, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. Beds firm and very comfortable. Food was plentiful and kids loved the ice cream. Pool area had plenty of sun beds and tables and chairs. Everywhere was clean. The football pitch was a big hit too, with our kids befriending others of many nationalities through the medium of football!

It’s a bit tired in places eg peeling paint in the bathroom. The food was repetitive, the snack bar was quite limited, and we found that sometimes the meat wasn’t properly cooked. However, everyone in our party found something at every meal.

Write me a negative hotel review for a four star hotel which was a maximum of two stars in my opinion. Explain that as a British same sex male couple one being disabled. Felt like we were being constantly stared at by other guests making me feel most uncomfortable. No assistance offered at reception upon check-in despite. Extreme that one of us has severe mobility difficulties. Tiny elevators with long weights for them. Crowded pool area. Lack of breakfast choice by 10 am only fruit left. Mattress extremely hard. Decent size bedroom though with a nice balcony and view. Very noisy pool area at night time the bar closing at 11 pm and then nowhere else to get a drink. It seems, within the hotel itself. Supposed to stay six nights but checked out after the first night definitely not a four star experiencehotel. Would not recommend. Have to pay if you want to use the safe. Have to pay deposit if you want towels only hand towels in the room. Cannot recommend this hotel at 200 euros per night all inclusive.

Perfect see view. Actually I think most of the rooms have see view, but we have the best on the last floor. Nice food, quite different and tasty

The pool is overcrowded. Actually - not enough space for such number of tourists. The neighboring hotel also hosted evening shows, which disrupted our experience, as sound was mixed. One more thing - is that animators were telling more on French and German than in English

Love the area and close to the beach

They didn’t make use of a lot of the space… They could’ve put the kids inside instead of taking up outside space on the stage, ruining it for the adults.. every day we had to hear kids singing, children’s songs… I wouldn’t consider it an adult vacation

Hotel is in amazing location. Two minutes away from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants in the area. We had a family room, very clean and completely room with lovely sea view. Lots of space in the room and cleaned daily. Food was also really good, after staying in quiet few hotels in Europe, this one definitely had one of the best foods. Lots of choices and every day they tried to have few different options. Lovely and polite staff. Definitely would come back. It was a very relaxing stay :)

The food was good, especially in the beginning, when they didn't have many guests. After that it was a little worse. If you like watermelon be sure to come on time for lunch, after the first hour they will not bring it again.

The hotel is quite ruined, and I don't know how it got 4 stars at all. We wanted to change our room because of the mold issue, but the other two rooms, which they offered us, were even worse. We could not use the closet in the room because of the strong smell of mold. The glass in the shower cabin was too narrow, and after showering there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. No soap for toilette either. The dishes in the restaurant were generally not well washed. Several times I had to change the plate because some were really dirty. Sweet buffet was a disaster. The water in the sea, near to the hotel, is full of seaweed (at least first 50m in the sea). If you want to find clear water without it, you have to walk about 500m. From that point of view, the location of the hotel is not good.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to stay in our room on day of checkout until 5pm until our transport arrived.

Hotel is hit rough around the edges but location is 10/10.

the food was atrocious. nearly all the cooked food was frozen products. nothing made fresh. except obviously the fruit. pastry/sweet buffet was a disaster. the quality of the food was the most disappointing. it is obviously where all the corners are cut. really really dire. hotel was 8/10, food 1/10

The property was very nicely located with amazing views to the beach and easy access to other nice places. We rented a car which made it much easier to visit amazing places which weren’t far from the hotel. The staff was amazing and the all inclusive had a nice variety of food and drinks

It’s very family-focused, they do activities all day and it was hard to have a relaxing time at the pool as they were always talking on the microphone.

Unfortunately where do I Start. My wife is disabled and cannot do stairs. Our room was close to the elevator and we had a disabled room with grab rail etc which was great, however half way through our holiday the elevator broke down (I understand no one's fault) but this was promised to be fixed and wasn't so my wife was forced to walk the distance of the hotel to get to the other elevator The disabled grab rail for the toilet cam away from the wall and wasn't fixed so my wife struggled getting off the toilet which is a basic human right Unfortunately the food was awful. I have eaten all over the world and by Spanish standards would not expect what we had. The food was repetitive and cold alot of the time. We ended up eating out 3 or 4 nights of our holiday which meant my wife was confined to the room which wasn't ideal My daughter had toast one morning with mould on the bread. Lastly which really was disappointing- I had permission to take food to my room from the reception which was great however the head chef took the note off me half way through the holiday and said I wasn't allowed to take food up to the room or with a tray which I had to carry the food with a tray and a small child in the other arm as well whilst my disabled wife remained in the room I carried on taking food to my room regardless of this problem See photos would like compensation for my wife's sake if nothing else

Th staff were good and helpful. We had an ocean view with balcony which was good as we could sit out and relax some days before dinner. The area was good as we had a car to go to some attractions. The local bus service was good also.

The food was fairly good with plenty choice, although lots of flies on the food itself. The desserts were the same for lunch and dinner and very repetitive each day. For the 10 days of our stay, it was the same every day. At one point they ran out of ice cream for several days. As this was our first all-inclusive hotel stay it did not live up to our expectations. We did not expect our drinks to be served in small paper cups i.e., beers or cocktails and was not what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. The choice of cocktails was also very limited, and the Mojitos were loaded with sugar. We went to other hotels to get a nice cocktail in a nice glass, served properly with fresh fruit. Our room decor was not pleasing. Really need some TLC. The door cabinet on the fridge came off on the first day I open the fridge. Curtains stained and coming off their hooks. The entertainment was limited and only decent on a couple of evenings. There were no games, like a pool table to do inside when it rained. In fact, we found ourselves bored as locally the only option seemed to be a walk along the promenade, the beach or a game of pool. There was a karaoke bar locally which stayed open late. At 11pm the bar was closed; lights were turned off I assume this is normal at all-inclusive hotels. The hotel pool was very cold, very few people used it. The sea was warmer.

the view was horrible. over looked a run down garden area and the room smelt damp. could not have fizzy in the mornings with breakfast and no hot drinks at lunch and dinner.

it was infested with flies, all over the food and drinks, hygiene when handling raw food and then other food the staff wore the same glove, nasty manager when we complained and told us to put up with it or leave.

Great location to the beach, good variety of food and drink, really enjoyed the adult only sun terrace. Room was a good size with an excellent power shower, balcony and good view. We found the staff courteous and helpful at all times, the animation guys worked hard all day and we always good fun without being overpowering.

I'm being really fussy if I say the pool could have been bigger and 1 English news channel would have been good. The entertainment in the evening ranged from very good to could be better, but do we expect to be entertained when on holiday?

We liked everything about the hotel. The room and the view was fantastic.

One thing that was annoying a little bit was the the music from the other hotel - they are next each other and you can hear everything which is a bit distracting when you watch the program.
