Perfektní zázemí pro rodinnou dovolenou. Od nejmenších dětí. Zázemí hotelu, bazény, pláž, moře. Opravdu skvělé.

La struttura è fronte spiaggia (favolosa e con mare davvero bello), pulita, immensa, piena di cose da fare epr i bimbi come la piscina a tema galene dei pirati. Soettacolo divertenti, ottima baby dance, tante piscine e si mangia stra bene!

Very clean and spacious apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool clean and nice and the staff friendly and ready to help with everything. I really liked everything about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything

The location of the hotel was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It is right on the beach, with a long and pleasant promenade that eventually leads to a small port with some lovely restaurants, a warm and lively atmosphere, and bicycle tracks. There is also a Carrefour and a Lidl nearby, which made shopping for groceries very easy and convenient. Another positive point was the size of the room. It was spacious and very comfortable for our family of two adults and two teenagers. We booked a room with a sea view, and that made a real difference. The view was absolutely incredible and probably one of the best parts of our stay.

The biggest deal-breaker was undoubtedly the air conditioning. The hotel has a central system with absolutely no control over the room temperature. Apparently, the more guests using the air conditioning at night, the less cool air reaches your room. The bedroom had virtually no air conditioning, and given how hot it was during our stay, sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. The living area was slightly better, but the cooling was still nowhere near adequate. As a result, we spent five consecutive nights struggling to sleep because of the heat. For a hotel in a hot summer destination, this is simply unacceptable. Another thing worth mentioning, and perhaps I should have researched this more thoroughly beforehand, is that this is very much a mass-tourism hotel. It is a huge complex, with different sections separated by a road that you have to cross. What was far more problematic was the sheer number of people everywhere. The hotel was extremely crowded, and while that was manageable in the common areas, the pool was a completely different story. It is more of a pond than a proper swimming pool, especially considering the number of guests using it. The area was so packed that it felt suffocating, even outdoors.(but this is just us... some people might not be bothered by such big crowds). Breakfast was another disappointment. It was basically the same every single day. And the scrambled eggs deserve a special mention: they had such a strange, gelatinous texture that they tasted as though they had been made from powdered eggs or some kind of artificial mixture. Whatever the ingredients, they were simply awful. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel where you can relax, lounge by the pool, and enjoy some peaceful family time, this is definitely not the place. The location and sea view are wonderful, but they cannot compensate for five sleepless nights and an overwhelmingly crowded environment.

Il mare molto bello e la vicinanza della struttura. Appartamenti spaziosi.

All'arrivo non siamo stati avvisati che non c'era l'ascensore per raggiungere il secondo piano dov'era il nostro appartamento. Non ci è stato proposto un servizio di facchinaggio che abbiamo scoperto esserci.. ne avremo usufruito anche a pagamento. La pulizia si può considerare inesistente. (Allego una foto di cosa abbiamo tirato su dal pavimento dopo la cosiddetta pulizia e di come sono stati rifatti i letti l'ultimo giorno). Cambiano la biancheria e basta. Considerato il costo è inaccettabile. L'orario della cena, dalle 18.30 alle 21 è molto vincolante. Il mare è bello da vivere anche verso le 19/20. Dovrebbero posticipare almeno di mezz'ora l'orario della cena. C'è anche da considerare che anche se dicono le 21, già dalle 20.30 cominciano a ritirare il cibo. Non consigliamo il servizio medico consigliato dalla reception. È solo business. Abbiamo avuto una urgenza e il medico pagato 160€ non rilasciando fattura, ha confuso una forma virale banale respiratoria, ,con una appendicite urgente, perchè l'obiettivo era chiamare il suo amico che aveva l'ambulanza privata che avremo dovuto pagare altri 160€, per portarci a Porto Cristo in un ospedale ancora privato. Per fortuna abbiamo capito e abbiamo rifiutato l'ambulanza, valutando l'ipotesi del taxi se fosse stato necessario. (Se capita qualche problema meglio prendere un taxi e andare in pronto soccorso o chiamare il 112). In reception dipende chi capita. Ci è capitata una ragazza giovane con gli occhiali, capellibiondo/castani, che voleva parlare solo spagnolo o tedesco, ma faceva sempre finta di non capire, sembrava scocciata. . Abbiamo chiesto se la struttura offrisse pacchetti per visionare l'isola e ci ha risposto che non c'erano, nonostante ci fossero gli opuscoli.in vista. Abbiamo poi chiesto ad un suo collega in un altro momento che ci ha risposto con gentilezza dandoci diverse opzioni. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto delusi.

Fabulous place - specially for families. Particularly enjoyed the evening shows which were so varied and fun - we had a mini disco, a parrot show and even a flamenco show. Great variety. Also the cleaning was on point, done every day. Would definitely revisit!

Surprised to know the resort does not have take away boxes and coffee cups for families leaving early in the morning!

Abbiamo usufruito dell’all-inclusive, ogni giorno c’era un ampia scelta di prodotti e non c’erano file, seppure eravamo in pieno Agosto. Il mare era praticamente di fronte, posizione spettacolare.

Struttura molto bella, si mangia molto bene, piscine molto grandi e pulite. La spiaggia, proprio di fronte, spettacolare!!

Di negativo solo il fatto che la camera era veramente rumorosa e non c'era la possibilità di oscurare completamente la zona notte.

Zažili jsme zde krásnou týdenní dovolenou s all inclusive. Cestovali jsme jako rodiny s malými dětmi a o ty je v hotelu velmi dobře postaráno. Všudypřítomní animátoři dělají celý den až do večera nějaký program, takže si každý může vybrat. Děti je možné dávat na dopoledne rovněž animátorům. Hotel asi není úplně vhodný pro páry nebo seniory, jelikož je tam opravdu hodně dětí. Hotelu nemám absolutně co vytknout 👌🏻

perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Anlage, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber; alle Mitarbeiter- von der Rezeption über die Kellnerinnen, bis hin zu Gärtner und Reinigungspersonal- waren immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, fleissig und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein. Von allen Mitarbeitern des riesigen Komplexes! Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht- es gab so viel verschiedenes und von allem mehr als genug. Ständig ist nachgelegt worden; Wir haben zum Beispiel noch nie so viele verschiedene Versionen gesehen wie man Eier zubereiten kann… Es hat wirklich nichts gefehlt!! Auch der Kaffee war sehr gut! Die Mitarbeiter haben fleissig und freundlich ständig auf allen Tischen die leeren Teller abgeräumt und man konnte sich wieder einen neuen holen. Es war entspannend, nicht unangenehm.

Wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit: Lt Homepage gibt es einen Tennisplatz (zumindest auf den Fotos). Dieser ist zwar offenbar irgendwie zum Hotel zugehörig, aber einige Minuten zu Fuss zu gehen und (das haben wir erwartet) extra zu bezahlen. Die Dame an der Rezeption wusste allerdings gar nichts von einem Tennisplatz.

The staff was very nice and the convinience of having the beach near by was also good. I liked that it was not packed and you could eat or select sun beds with no problem.

The food even though it was good it was not great. Desserts were very good.

Lage am Strand ist schön. Animation war gut. Personal der Animation war sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war wirklich schlecht. Es war reine Massenabfertigung. Keine frische Küche, und viel Fast Food. Service Personal ist auch nicht wirklich freundlich, und eher schlecht gelaunt. Zudem ist es unfassbar laut im Speisesaal, und auf der Terrasse gibt es nur wenig Plätze. Durch die Anlage verläuft die Hauptstraße, was auch nicht wirklich praktisch ist mit Kindern.

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, a környék és a lokáció kifejezetten tetszett nekünk. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész és barátságos volt. Az ételek választéka és minősége is megfelelő volt, összességében az ellátással elégedettek voltunk.

Sajnos a szoba állapota jelentősen elmaradt attól, amit a foglaláskor a képek és a leírás alapján vártunk. A szobában több helyen penészesedést tapasztaltunk, amelyen látható volt, hogy nem megfelelően kezelték, hanem egyszerűen átfestették. A berendezés és a szoba több része elhasználódott, rossz állapotú volt, valamint egy lámpa is veszélyesen lógott. Mivel a szálloda teljesen foglalt volt, másik szobát sem tudtak biztosítani számunkra. A szoba állapota számunkra egyáltalán nem felelt meg annak a színvonalnak, amit a foglalás alapján joggal várhattunk.

The location is absolutely beautiful — lovely sandy beach, crystal-clear water and a very gentle entrance to the sea, which is perfect for children. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is clearly designed with families and children in mind, making it very comfortable for both kids and parents. You never feel stressed if your little ones are running around, shouting or crying — everyone is in the same situation, which creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There was always something for the children to do, including playgrounds, swimming pools and various activities. The animation team deserves a special mention. They were energetic, attentive and genuinely caring. Every evening there was a show — sometimes the children could participate, and sometimes they could simply enjoy watching. Meanwhile, parents could sit back, chat and enjoy a cocktail. The food was also more than sufficient, both in terms of variety and quantity.

The rooms are starting to look a little dated and could benefit from renovation. Some things were slightly worn out, with a few items broken or making noises, so an update of the rooms would definitely improve the overall experience.

Location and all-inclusive provided a nice variety of choices. The staff were the cherry on top.

The cleaning was horrible. We had our room cleaned only twice for 8 days and that is not nice when traveling with kids. A bit pricy for what it offers.

Well located, tired facilities for the children’s pool, but very nice in general.

A bit weird that you have to cross the road to get to the restaurants, but nothing tragic. Not ideal that the plates were disappearing and the food was taken away more than 15 minutes before closing time for all the meals. Food quality is mediocre.

Die tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade; das ausreichende und üppige Frühstücksbüffet sowie das Abendessen in Büffetform (Halbpension); ein schöner großer Balkon mit Aussicht. Der tolle Strandabschnitt zum Baden ...

Mobiliar im Zimmer zeigt teilweise schon starke Alters-/Gebrauchsspuren; Lärmpegel im Restaurant (aber da muss man durch wenn man in einer so großen Anlage bucht 😀)

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer, Kinderpools lassen Kinderherzen höher schlagen, sehr gute Lage, direkt neben dem Meer und der Einkaufsstraße, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Zimmer war auch sehr schön

Essen: es fühlt sich nach Massenabfertigung an, der Speisesaal ist sehr laut umd ungemütlich, das Themenrestaurant war viel gemütlicher. Auswahl war voll ok, aber geschmacklich wars nicht der Hit. Auch das Geschirr war sehr oft schmutzig. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir hatten die Fenster zur Straße umd hatten auch noch sehr spät uns nachts den Straßenlärm

Appartamento da ristrutturare. Cucina vecchia e parzialmente danneggiata, aria condizionata rumorosa e senza possibilità di settaggio. Pulizia della stanza non approfondita. Un giorno abbiamo dovuto rifare i letti con le lenzuola che erano state lasciate sopra. Il terrazzino non è mai stato pulito in 10 giorni.

We had a club apartment with direct beach view! It’s simply amazing! So on the balcony you feel already on the beach! Beach itself is a paradise! We were staying at the end of August - sunbeds always were available, even at midday. The staff is fantastic: very nice cleaning ladies, reception desk very helpful and friendly! And the kitchen - we were waiting for every lunch and dinner time! They always do some small very tasty canapé starters, different day themes, and all the mains were so tasty - so we even ate fish a lot, cause no bones, and souses are of the very good à la carte restaurant! 10 out of 10! And restaurant staff is amazing! Tables cleaned so fast, even the gentleman was coming every time before the end time asking if we would like anything else cause they closing down!!! Amazing stay - will be back 100%

After couple of days some ants appeared in the room… may be because you’re just in the middle of the beach and nature .

Big hotel with a lot of services and things for my kids. Big pools, front sea. Food offert was wide and with a lot of locals dishes. Wide room and small kitchen to support my stay.

During my stay, I had several interactions with the reception team. While most of my experience was positive, I felt that a few responses from some staff members could have been more welcoming and helpful. As it was my first visit to Hipotels Mediterraneo Club and I was traveling alone with my two young daughters, I particularly appreciated support and understanding. A warmer approach and a friendly smile would have further enhanced an otherwise good experience and would have been more in line with the high quality associated with the hotel.

Płacąc takie pieniądze oczekiwałem wyższego standardu, 4 gwiazdki jednak zobowiązują do wyższego standardu, Chodzi mi tu o lokatora w Apartamecie mianowicie mysz, zglosilem fakt lokatora, pani z recepcji przysłała serwis z mopem, nie wiem po co miał być mop ale panowie stwierdzili ze nie maja odpowiedniego sprzętu by złapać mysz i musielismy spac w towarzystwie biegające myszy, dopier następnego dnia zmieniono nam apartament i dano butelkę ogólnie dostęp ego szampana, opcja all inclusive nie do konca mnie zadowala bo tylko zwykle nie oryginalne alkohole byly podawane, jeśli chodzi o jedzenie hmmm tu po połowie bo często bylo przesolone lub wysuszone typowa masówka, nie mniej jednak w wielu innych hotelach z 4 gwiazdkami bylo duzo pyszniej

Los empleados eran muy amables, un trato muy agradable. Es un hotel centrado en los niños, y eso lo cumplen con creces. La ubicación del hotel el excelente, muy cerca de la playa, en una zona muy tranquila con bastante oferta gastronómica. El apartamento tiene muy buena distribución, con su cocina, su salón y dos sofás cama.

En ningún momento durante los 10 días de estancia nos cambiaron las sábanas. Los jueves no limpian habitaciones, salvo check in y checkout. Estos dos puntos me parecen impropios de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las piscinas no estaban muy limpias. La comida era mejorable, muy plana y sesgada a niños. Había poca variedad en el bufet para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Piękna plaża. Urozmaicone możliwości aktywności wodnych na plaży. Bliskość basenu od plaży. Smaczne jedzenie. Jedzenie cały dzień przy basenie z podziałem na II śniadanie i obiad. Obsługa sprzątająca i w barach i restauracjach. Sam obiekt bardzo ładny i w super lokalizacji.

Naganne zachowanie recepcjonistki podczas zameldowania. Mała ilość basenów i leżaków w stosunku do ilości osób. Za wysoka temperatura w pokoju. Brak regulacji klimatyzacji.

The hotel is huge, however, I really liked that swimming pools are not next to each other, therefore you can choose what you find more convenient. I had low expectations for the food, but it did surprise me and we enjoyed. All inclusive package offers good variety of things. The social areas are well managed and staff is mostly super friendly. The location of our building (club apart. with sea view) was perfect.

The major downside was in the room: although it was spacious and I didn’t expect it to be modern, the problem was the condition. The living room furniture in our room was in urgent need of a maintenance. Lose handles, you cannot close one door without open the next one, falling drawer. The bathroom was no way like the pictures, it didn’t have much space to store things and it had a bathtub with curtain. I did consider asking for another room, but we were all set when we noticed those things and the location of our building was great. The animation for kids in the evening can be improved. They sing the same songs every night, just with different costumes.

La chambre n’était pas à l’équivalent des photos ( baignoire au lieu d’une douche ) Les chambres sont ancienne ( porte cassée, douche bouchée, moisissure sur les joints … ) Très cher pour le style de la chambre. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Malheureusement pas possible car les photos booking ne sont pas contractuelles … Beaucoup trop de monde au petit déjeuner

Breakfast - products from yesterday were served at breakfast, fruits were having bad taste, starting time for breakfast is at 8 (too late), old furniture in the rooms

Nagyon frekventált helyen van, teljesen a strandon, a vízparti sétány mellett. Minden nap volt takarítás a szobában, rendkívül alapos takarítás volt, mindig ragyogott minden. Az ételek finomak voltak. Nagyon tetszett a Pool-bárban, hogy az üdítő automaták önkiszolgálók voltak. Több medence van, mindig találtunk üres napágyakat, pedig főszezonban mentünk.

Nem tetszett, hogy az étterem távol volt. Át kell menni egy forgalmas úton, mivel az út túloldalán van az étterem. Nagy szálloda komplexum, rengeteg vendéggel. Emiatt nagyon zajos és zsúfolt volt az egyetlen étterme. Egy darab étkező nagyon kicsi és kevés ekkora szállodának. A takarító személyzet lehetne figyelmesebb, amikor az ágyneműket cseréli. Sajnos két alkalommal is bent maradt mindegyik gyerekemnek plüss figurája, cumija és karkötője reggel az ágyneműben, amit a takarító átnézés nélkül elvitt. A recepción sem tudtak segíteni, azt mondták, az összes ágynemű elszállításra került egy központi mosodába. Így jó tanács másoknak: soha ne hagyjatok az ágyban/ágyon semmit, mert mire visszaértek a szobába, lehet az ágyneművel együtt eltűnik. Nekem ez rendkívül dühítő, mert lehetett volna egy drága pizsama/hálóing vagy bármi az ágyneműn. Egy kis figyelmesség kellene a takarító személyzettől.

Great facilities for kids & family together. Clean and plenty of pools, food buffet is good quality options for fish meat and veggies. Great group of animation team personal and bar staff

Restaurant times are very early. All dinner closes at 21:15 for dinner which limits flexibility to enjoy the day a bit longer.

L’équipement - le choix des différents endroits pour manger ou aller nager.

À la chambre 1122 nous étions juste au-dessus du podium pour les chanteurs du jeudi soir et étant avec des jeunes enfants cela les empêchaient de dormir correctement.

Emplacement géographique, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Proximité des commerces. Facile avec des enfants. Personnel très sympathique.

Aucun snack salé dans l’hôtel pour prendre un repas rapide avec des enfants (le midi principalement), c’est dommage. Horaire de fermeture du buffet le soir un peu limite.

Très mal insonorisé, beaucoup de manque de respect de la part des autres clients (allemands en grande majorité). Beaucoup de chambres donnent sur la route. Les piscines ferment à 20h et le resto de l’hôtel à 21h. Très difficile de dormir, lits très mous aussi.

The room also looked much older and in much worse condition than we expected from the photos online. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but unfortunately it was seriously lacking here. The service was another major disappointment. The staff at reception were unhelpful and unpleasant, and we did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously or handled professionally. We came to Mallorca expecting a relaxing family holiday, but instead we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the accommodation and the level of service. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. Definitely not the standard we expected from Hipotels, and I would not stay here again.

Die Lage war sehr zentral.

Das Zimmer war zur Check- In Zeit nicht fertig. Anstatt einer Entschuldigung, wurde die Situation vom Personal runter gespielt. Es wurde darauf verwiesen, dass der Check- In ab der angegebenenen Zeit möglich ist. Durch unseren Hund konnten wir dann aber die komplette Anlage nicht nutzen und haben bei der Hitze vor dem Hotel gewartet. 1 1/2 Stunden später wurde erst auf Nachfrage meinerseits ein Zimmer angeboten. Das Personal keinesfalls verständnisvoll. Das Piratenschiff hat seine beste Zeit definitiv hinter sich. Die Farbe bröckelt ab und alles macht einen verlebten Eindruck. Mein Sohn ist über eine hervorstehende Fliese vor dem Schiff gestolpert und hat sich einen Zehnagel herausgerissen. Das Restaurant zum Frühstück ist an Lautstärke nicht zu überbieten!!!!!

Hotel dość rozległy, położony w wielu miejscach. Piekny widok z balkonu, mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na morze, przemiła obsługa hotelu, bardzo zadbany z zewnątrz

Jedzenie było przeciętne, takie hotelowe masowe, ogromny hałas, baseny takie sobie, dość srednie, po 5 dniach pobytu również bylismy trochę znudzeni. Doplaciliamy ostatecznie do opcji all.inclusive bo do kolacji trzeba by było płacić za napoje! Moja niższa ocena dyktowana jest tym, że w pokoju w sypialni był fatalny zapach stęchlizny i ciężko było mi się czuć komfortowo. Nie.polecam.jakos.bardzo tej części wyspy bo więcej zdecydowanie atrakcji jest na podstawie północy i zachodzie.

-A proximidade da praia, são 50m da piscina à praia. -A excelência da equipa de animadores (espetáculos incríveis e muito bons com as crianças no kids club). -A qualidade da comida (no caso, regime de meia pensão). Pequeno almoço e jantares muito bons. -A limpeza geral.

-Não ter possibilidades de estacionamento (apenas na rua, mas nem sempre é fácil). -O horário do jantar (18:30-21:00), com os grelhados já a terminar pelas 20:30, não faz qualquer sentido em Espanha. Até podiam ter o buffet principal com horários afeiçoados aos hábitos de algumas nacionalidades para quem é normal jantar às 18:30, mas tinha de haver um restaurante com opção de jantar mais tardia. -Não ter uma sala de ginásio nem funcionar a piscina interior.

El trato del personal, la cercanía a la playa, actividades para niños. El bufé variado y de calidad

El hotel/apartamento tiene una ubicación ideal en cuanto al mar, restaurantes y supermercados. El personal del buffet es excelente. A destacar el trato de Aurelio durante toda la estancia, un señor muy atento tanto con el buen funcionamiento del servicio como con las necesidades de nuestra familia.

Hay muchas habitaciones literalmente frente a las diferentes piscinas y zonas infantiles. A tener en cuenta si tienes pensado pasar unos días de descanso. Los edificios de apartamentos no disponen de ascensor.

Love this hotel! Right next to the beach if you want to venture out, but the pool areas are great if you don’t want to. We never had an issue getting a sunbed, no matter what time we went to the pool. Staff are all friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of places to eat out close by if you’re not on an all inclusive basis. There are lots of local shops for everyday essentials too. It’s an extremely clean hotel and has all facilities that you need. Thanks for another great stay!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property itself. I’d note that the hotel accommodates younger children exceptionally well and not suited as well to older children, especially in terms of the night time entertainment. Although the entertainment was great.

Közel van a tengerhez, szèp a part,tágasak a szobák, bőséges az étel választèk. Tágas az erkély is. Jól felszerelt a konyha es a fürdőszoba is.

All incl mègis sok italèrt fizetni kellett. Nagyon meleg volt az éttermekben, nem megoldott a hűtès. Szobàkban nincs külön klíma.

Besonders gefallen hat uns das neue Angebot zum Schwimmenlernen und Schwimmabzeichen machen. Der Schwimmlehrer ist sehr nett und geht gut auf die Kinder ein. Es können alle deutschen Schwimmabzeichen abgenommen werden mit echtem Zertifikat. Unser Kind hat sein Seepferdchenabzeichen bestanden und ist super happy. Dieses Angebot können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Tolle Aktion, toller Schwimmlehrer.

Location is very good close to a very nice beach. Most of the staff was polite and kind.

Not so new, not so clean, food quality medium, kids club activities not so appealing, waterslide appeals to children younger than 4, overall overpriced for what you get.

Alles war wirklich sehr sauber, auch die allgemeinen Bereiche wie Toiletten waren stets gereinigt. Essensauswahl war ausreichend und gut, auch das Hotel eigenen Restaurant können wir empfehlen. Die Snacks waren ebenfalls sehr üppig und von guter Qualität. Die Pools waren für Kinder in der richtigen Tiefe, sodass unsere Kids (4 & 8) Spaß hatten. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Strand selbst waren auch sehr schön.

Die Mehrzahl aller Gäste waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, es wäre daher zu empfehlen anstelle des Sofas ein 2 Bett in den Wohnbereich zu stellen. Wir haben die 2 Sofas dann zusammengestellt, das ging auch, die Kinder haben gut darauf geschlafen.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, közel a tengerparthoz. 3 nagy medence, mindegyik mellett babamedence, plusz egy gyerekmedence is van. Boltok közel vannak, bőséges reggeli és vacsora választék. Szoba tágas és tiszta, sok program lehetőség volt napközben a szálloda területén. Tengertől csak egy sétány választott el. Máskor is szívesen visszatérünk.

A főépülethez közel kaptunk apartmant, amit hangosnak találtunk, mert központi elhelyezkedése volt.

Superbe plage, très « sous cotée » je la trouve juste splendide et même en haute saison on y a de la place ! Sans être les uns sur les autres L’emplacement proche du centre animé est un réel plus. Les diverses piscines, juste top pour les enfants Le buffet également Nous reviendrons. Petit coup de cœur

Emplacement idéal en vue mer , les équipements pour les enfants sont tres diverses et les animations très variés et les animateurs tres avenant.

La nourriture qui fait trop cantine. Pour le prix on attend un autre niveau. La densité dans les piscines.

We liked the breakfast and dinner options, the evening shows, the pools, the cleaning of the common areas. All in all, a fun vacation for our family.

You should not be a picky traveler, as the apartment is not very modern, some things could be renewed.

Rendkívül jó elhelyezkedésű, családbarát szálloda, szuper medencékkel, szépen karbantartott kerttel, közel a főúthoz és a lassan mélyülő, finom, majdnem fehér homokos tengerparthoz. Reggeli bőséges, nagyon sokféle hideg és meleg étellel. A benti medencénél zuhanyzók, így utazás napján is lehet tengerpartozni, medencézni. A recepciósok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak.

4 fős apartmanban voltunk, de csak 3 pohár, villa és kanál volt. A vízforraló nem működött. A berendezés semmitmondó, nem túl igényes. A nappaliban lévő kanapéágyak kényelmetlenek, a közepükön mélyedéssel. A hálószobában gyengén működött a légkondi. Habár papíron tilos foglalni a napozóágyakat, a többség már kora reggel kipakolta a törölközőket, majd csak 11-kor jelentek meg. Ez ellen nem tettek semmit.

- The air conditioning was poor and the room didn't cooled down properly for the most of the time, making it uncomfortable. - The room itself was also quite old-fashioned and in need of renovation. The curtains did not block out the sunlight at all, so the room became very bright early in the morning, forcing us to wake up much earlier than we wanted. - We booked half board, but were surprised that no drinks were included with dinner. Even when we ordered drinks separately and paid extra, we were served warm cola without ice cubes, which was very disappointing.

Air conditioning didn’t work well

A szállás egész területe. Az interneten található képek számunkra nem adták át azt, hogy valójában milyen gyönyörű a szállás környezete, hogy milyen sok medence van, hogy mennyire jó az elhelyezkedése, hogy mennyire gyönyörű a tengerpart is. Csak azért választottuk ezt a szállást, mert itt volt gyermekmedence. Viszont amikor odaértünk, minden elképzelésünket felülmúlta. Hatalmas pozitív csalódás volt. Bármikor és bármennyiszer visszamennénk.

Az egyetlen negatívum számunkra a szoba. Arra ráférne egy kis felújítás, illetve a matracok nagyon puhák voltak, ez elég kényelmetlen volt. De ennek ellenére is visszamennénk bármikor, mert a szállás külső környezete, elhelyezkedése és a gyönyörű tengerpartja mindent felülír (számunkra).

Jeg havde desværre ikke den oplevelse, jeg havde forventet. Hotellet føltes meget præget af tysk kultur og tyske gæster, så man fik ikke rigtig fornemmelsen af at være i Spanien. Morgenmaden var under middel og levede ikke op til forventningerne. Der var desuden totalt kaos ved morgenbuffeten med meget trængsel og lange ventetider. Vi rejste med små børn, men fik alligevel et værelse på 2. sal, hvilket gjorde opholdet mere besværligt. Derudover lukkede Kids Club allerede kl. 16.00, hvilket var tidligere end forventet og begrænsede mulighederne for børneaktiviteter i 38 grader. Alt i alt var opholdet ikke helt det, vi havde håbet på, og der er flere ting, hotellet med fordel kan forbedre.

Die Lage am Meer. Wunderbar. Ausstattung und Möglichkeiten vor Ort.

Wir hatten ein Gartenappartement gebucht, dass bei Ankunft nicht frei war - nach einer Nacht in einer kleinen Wohnung dann Umzug in die reservierte Wohnung - war aber dann kein Garten Appartement… dafür bekamen wir ein All Inklusive Upgrade.

Az elhelyezkedés, a tenger közelsége és a szoba nagyon jó volt gyönyörű kilátással. A gyerekeknek ideális a medence is.

Az ételek minősége olykor hagyott kívánni valót maga után. A személyzet stílusa és segítőkészsége sem minden esetben volt kielégítő.

Die nähe und der Ausblick zum Meer war super - von den Zimmern mit Meerblick. (Nicht alle Räumlichkeiten) Das Personal war mehrheitlich sehr freundlich.

Der Weg zum Speisesaal an einem Hauptpool entlang, empfand ich als unglücklich. Im Speisesaal war es extrem laut, eine Schalldämmdecke könnte helfen. Entspannung beim Nachtessen suchte man vergebens. Es kam mir wie eine grosse Mensa vor. Die Speisen wiederholten sich, Auswahl war grundsätzlich vorhanden, beim präsentieren gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Leider ist das Trinkwasser nicht bei allen Angeboten im Preis enthalten. Bei anderen Hotels war dies für alle Gäste inklusive. Das Poolwasser hätte etwas „sauberer“ oder eine höheren Filterdurchsatz haben können, nach meinem empfinden.

Pokój bardzo czysty, śniadania ok, codziennie to samo, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo fajni animatorzy, znakomita lokalizacja. Pobyt mieliśmy z samym śniadaniem. Plaża przy hotelu piękna, moim zdaniem to super lokalizacja dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Moim zdaniem niestety łóżka nie były wygodne

A törölközővel foglalták a napágyakat, és nem szedték össze a törölközőket, így néha nem jutott hely a medence mellett.
