stayed here for 3 days business trip in bandung, all of the aspects are great, the room, the foods, the staffs are perfect. located near from braga. the Staff Delinda who helped me check out is adorable and very helpful

The location is strategic, and it's convenient to go around culinary spots in the city. After entering the hotel, Sundanese and modern styles are nicely blended. The architecture reflects this combination without giving any mystical sensation. The staffs are friendly and it's easy to get early check in. Also, it provides concierge service which your food and beverage purchase from outside the hotel will be happily taken and given back to you without any complicated procedure. The room I booked is modern and minimalist type with average size. Yet, surprisingly the positioning of the furniture is properly placed, so it still gives more than enough space to move around. Furthermore, the room is clean and cozy. The bathroom has the standard equipment like other 4 stars hotel, but without portable shower. However, it doesn't decrease the overall comfort. As for the breakfast, it may have less number of choices, but the taste for most appetizers, main course, and dessert are top notch. I can say for sure you shouldn't skip the breakfast here. Overall, the services and facilities of the hotel are worth the price. I would come back here again if there is an opportunity.

Nice hotel, lobby quite big. Our lembong room quite spacious and has big tv also although not smart tv yet. Breakfast very good, lot of choices. Staff very friendly and polite from the security, reception staff, room service staff and restaurant staff (thanks mbak Cyndi). Swimming pool also quite big, kids enjoy it so much. Overall is very good stay, surely will stay here again next time. Thank you eL Hotel and all the staff.

Sucks hotel, no staff arrange the table during breakfast. The pns guest so crowded and hectic but low anticipation from hotel staff. Meanwhile request to breakfast outside restaurant can not but no solution at all from hotel staff Very very baddd experience at this hotel

I stayed in a Lembong room. Initially, I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no view, which was disappointing. After filing a complaint, the hotel responded well and moved me to a room on the 5th floor with a better view, although it wasn’t as quiet as the first one. One downside of the Lembong room was the breakfast arrangement. Instead of dining at the main restaurant, I had breakfast at El Paseban, which did not meet my expectations considering the price. Also, note that the hotel is located near the railway, so some rooms may experience noise. I recommend choosing a room with a pool view for a more pleasant stay.

We are originally from Melbourne, Australia, and are currently on holiday in Indonesia We had a wonderful stay at El Hotel. The room was nice, clean, and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which changes daily and truly gives a five-star experience. Unlike most hotels we've stayed at, where breakfast remains the same each day, here it was a delightful surprise. The service was exceptional; all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The management team was also very approachable. One staff member, in particular, was especially kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to Braga and nearby culinary spots. We will definitely return to El Hotel. Thank you very much for everything! Damanik Family

Services is excellent the staff is good looking too love it, good food good vibe excellent swimming pool, the hotel is classic but at the same time not boring, keep up the good work increase entertainment in room (tv quality, sound system quality, and maybe some small karaoke entertainment) make your hotel more hommy.

El Hotel Bandung is a wonderful place with exceptionally friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. Special mention goes to Rosa and her team from customer service, who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is well taken care of. The hotel also offers a large and varied breakfast buffet, perfect to start the day. During our stay, we unexpectedly had to visit the hospital, and the hotel provided excellent support. They handled all logistics and even surprised us with a fruit basket. Rosa was there for us every step of the way, making our stay much more comfortable. The warmth and care of the staff, combined with the great facilities, make this hotel a true recommendation!

I have 3 times stayed in this hotel. The service and staffs were excellent. The rooms and facilities were also in good maintenance. The taste of breakfast was quite good in many variant. The last one, hotel location is strategic in the middle of bandung city and close to Braga Street.

I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment. I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated. Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time. In future, will definitely skip this hotel and opt for newer and better ones.

Room quite warm as the aircon is not cold even when set to lowest temperature.

Nice furnished room, clean and comfortable. One note is the placement of washtable outside the bath room, maybe just not used to. The are minimart inside the hotel with reasonable price. Near to Braga, just walking out. The table in the restaurant is quite crowded and tight, need more space though.

When I booked at hotels.com somewhere it said that free breakfast for 3. However in reality I hv to pay for my son’s. Should better coordination with hotels.com. The pillow is too hard. Why don’t give a softer one.

The service was impeccable. Kudos to Mr Dandan the manager and his team for rectifying the hiccup for the free breakfast for the 3rd occupant in the room which was due to hotels.com. The buffet spread is amazingly huge and good. Love that there’s also a 24h mart for our convenience. Would love to come back again.

中心地にそびえる、格式のあるホテル checkinの時に人が５～６人並んでいて、時間が掛かりました。 フロントの人が2人いましたが、ネシアのお客さんに時間を取られて 待ちましたが、後でもう２人増えたので、助かりました。

Hotel di tengah kota bandung, dekat sekali menuju braga dan alun alun kota bandung . Kami hanya berjalan kaki santai sambil menikmati sekeliling . Pertama menginap kami mendapatkan upgrade room class (interesting) . Makan pagi menunya sangat variatif dan beragam . Terdapat kolam renang dan kegiatan aktivitas untuk anak saat itu (menggambar) , anak kami happy sekali .

It was pleasant stay in the clean and big room with nice breakfast. Only some part of hotel still under renovation and swimming pool water very cold.

The bathroom has old sanitary need to replace with new ones. Basement car park has very narrow exit access, it is dangerous for mpv car. I had bad experience where my car scratched when I drove my car through narrow exit access from basement 2 to ground level. I had reported to duty manager on 18 june evening that he promised to be followed up by hotel management but noone contact me after that.

Secara keseluruhan hotel ini pelayanan nya bagus, namun sy di kasih kamar di gedung yg lama sy minta di gedung baru katanya sesuai dgn harga yg dipesan. sebaiknya dikasih opsi pilihan gedung baru atau gedung lama pd saat pemesanan

新館に宿泊しました。 水回りもよく、ベッドも快適でした。また、ネットも割と快適でした。 （※インドネシアのホテルは、Wifiの通信状況が部屋毎にムラがあることが多いので、 たまたま私の部屋がよかったのか、全ての部屋が快適につながるかはわかりませんが） 朝食も種類が豊富で悪くないと思います。

インドネシアのホテルは、よっぽどの高級ホテル（泊まったことない）を除き、 Wifiが遅い・弱いことがおおかったり、ある部屋で強くても、他の部屋で弱い、 昨日は早くても今日は遅い、といった村があるのですが、前回このホテルにとまったら、 インターネットアクセスは早かった！ 是非、「いつ泊まっても、どの部屋を使っても早い状態」を維持してください。

nice hotel and friendly staff... facilities are a bit old.. need upgrading... food not many variety.. lifts are not able to cater to big crowd of guests.. if have more English speaking staff would be good.

الفندق رائع جدا ولكن صوت الترام وصوت السيارات مزعج

市の中心地に近く、便利なホテルです。 また、スタッフもフレンドリーです。質問しても、辛抱強くこちらの質問などを聞いてくれます。 そのあたりのフレンドリーさは気持ちの良いものです。

概ね満足している。しかし、団体客がいるときは非常にうるさいときもあるが、去って行ったら静かだった。 部屋の備品などは古め。ベッドわきにある室内灯の点灯ボタンの表面が剥げ落ちていて、どれがどのライトかわかりにくいのは不便。（知らない間に充電器の電源部分を消してしまうことも。）

Our stay in Executive Condotel was enjoyable. The room was beyond expectation with microwave, medium sized refrigerator, electric stove to cook. The room is very clean, bathtub and shower has a glass see through window from bedroom. Eventhough we only stayed for 1 night but we had a chance to use its swimming pool. The hotel even has its own alfa minimart and century drugstore in addition to some boutiques. I also recognize that May Star, a renowned Chinese restaurant which happen to be one of my fav restaurants has its branch here. The breakfast was average, they could improve the food taste and quality as well as variety to select.

Hotel eas a good price point. Worth the money with free onternet and breakfast.

Overall good location and hotel to stay in. There is a minimart so makes it even more convenient. Good spread for breakfast!! However, the toilet in the room needs some repair work and shower curtains need to be replaced.

Waktu mau dinner dikuliner bandung perjalanan dari hotel kelokasi kuliner dipaskal terkena pengalihan jalan karena adanya Car free night sehingga kemacetan tak dapat terhindarkan lagi sampai2 kami kemalaman tiba dilokasi dinner.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel until the next door guess alarm woke us up at 3 am and they snoozed it. The alarm was in vibration using mobile phone I guess and somehow the vibration could be heard from our bed. We called the front desk and they sent the security to solve the problem.

Nice clean hotel. Staff are very professional and smiley. Free wifi and airport pickup is a plus. Only downside is book your airport transfers early (at least two days before your departure)because if someone else booked it before you than you are out of luck and have to take a cab to the airport.

ホテルは、旧館に泊まるか新館に泊まるかでかなり違う。 過去に泊まった時、旧館は古くて、Wifiもつながりにくい時間があったが、今回は新館（しかも満室のためアップグレード。ありがとうございます。＞ホテルスタッフの方々）で、快適でした。Wifiも概ね快適でした。 ビジネスで来ている人間にとっては、Wifiは生命線ですので。。。

夜遅くのチェックインだったがルームキーがまだ用意されておらず部屋の前でしばらく待つことになった。朝にロビーで伝統楽器の演奏があり心地よかった。

I was in town for a wedding with my parents. The greeting and the service there was excellent, even if you look abit lost someone will come up to you to offer help. The breakfast was great with a wide selection. My only complaint is with house keeping, we had two rooms, when we checked in my parents room had no towels, and I had. The second night my dirty towels are gone with no new ones anywhere. For just a great all round hotel, it seems funny that they were so short on towels

This is an old hotel with some renovated rooms. The renovation is not finished yet though. The quality of breakfast is good as it has a big place and variety of foods available. However, the condition of the bathroom is so so, as it's kinda old especially the bath tub ( I happened to be so lucky that i got the old room). And I was told on my reservation under the room detail that I was supposed to get a free wireless internet, but later i found out that it's not available, even the new room only has cable connect internet. Another thing is there is also no microwave in the room as described. the detail room info was kinda misleading me. How could this happened? it misled customers to think that we got more value from the rate... Hopefully it will be fixed fast so future customer will not be disappointed. One good point is that the staffs are doing their best to accommodate and give supports to customers.

It's a well maintain hotel with good services. Restaurants serve good food at reasonable price.
