Great location and friendly staff. The restuarant downstairs was really good.

No soundproofing. We were kept awake by the band playing in the restaurant every night. Was woken up by people using the shower very early. Could also hear non stop the tv replaying the same "welcome" song on repeat for hours every morning. The shower had black mould in it and the bathroom smelt like sewage.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. Only 1 tiny suggestion the pillows were really big and hard. As there are 4 provided maybe a second option for travellers of 2 lower profile pillows

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

It was difficult to get an iron and ironing board from the hotel. We had to request them several times before they were delivered to our room.

A wonderful stay at De Braga Bandung! The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The room was lovely, comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. I especially loved that the breakfast included a good selection of local dishes, which was a wonderful introduction to Bandung’s local cuisine. What stood out most was the attentive and friendly staff—they were always helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I also really enjoyed the massage service at the hotel spa. The treatment was very good and added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Bandung!

Pretty good experience, smooth check-in, room assigning, VERY friendly staff, convenient, walkable location and breakfast has been very delicious.

Hotel is conveniently located. Room was bigger than expected. Quite a variety of choice for the breakfast menu. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, very customer oriented. Definitely recommended for all.

Overall very pleasant Rooms are very good Front desk staff needs better training to deal with tricky situations Only negative experience was at d B10 restaurant when we were having drinks and food and decided to also have some fried bananas bought elsewhere.... we were told we cannot bring outside food and even warned about it!

Celebrated my birthday dinner at the Bistro on the 3rd floor of De Braga, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The venue was beautifully transformed with sweet, elegant, and cozy decorations that created the perfect atmosphere for the celebration. The set menu was amazing from start to finish—from the fresh salad to the delicious dessert, every course was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. A special thank you to Mr. Jajang and Chef Yana for putting everything together so perfectly. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the evening even more special. What a memorable night! Thank you to the entire De Braga team for making my birthday so wonderful. I will definitely be back soon!

Located exactly at Braga Street & lots of eateries nearby. Room is spacious & clean. Left my power bank during check out. The staff goes extra miles to courier my power bank to my preferred address. Thumbs up to their staff. Plus breakfast spread is a lot. Love the freshness of croissants in every bite

This hotel is very modern and is very close to De Braga Street with its bars and restaurants. Rooms are very comfortable and have good views over the city. Breakfast is good and there is an option to eat on the terrace.

Requested for smoking room when booking a month before but when reached discovered room was given to others. This was confirmed through the name shown on the tv welcoming the guest for that room. Disappointed.

Staff is very friendly

The location is superb. Walking distance for a good cafe restaurant and bakery. Also with souvenirs painting and arts stores. Night life was amazing with cafes having their own pump in live music.

The buffet breakfast presentation needs one step above. Food spread is acceptable.

Tapi kemaren pas sampe De Braga Hotel (Nov 2025), shock by the attitude of the front desk staff.. not a single hi or smile, just flat and rather non-stop chatting with the other staff. Sangat tidak mencerminkan keramahan karyawan hospitality. Sangat disayangkan. Sorry, tapi next time ga akan nginep sini lagi.

Stayed in early December 2025 with family. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: Location: If you plan to explore Braga Street and the surrounding area, this hotel's location is perfect. There are many eateries, cozy cafes, and convenience stores nearby. In December 2025, the Bandung city government closes Braga Street on Saturdays and Sundays, turning the street into a performance stage for artists. Room: The hotel room was clean and tidy, equipped with a hair dryer, safe deposit box, and a cooler (mini-fridge). Water: There is no kettle provided for boiling water to make coffee/tea in the room; instead, a hot & cold water dispenser is available on every floor. Cons: Maintenance: The lobby restroom was very poorly lit and neglected; the floor was wet, and the toilet paper was out. The body soap in the room amenities was also overlooked—it was empty and had not been refilled. Service: The receptionist team needs education on hospitality and service excellence. Check-in starts at 14:00 (the hotel does not offer early check-in), yet when we arrived at 14:15, the front desk was completely empty. There was only a queue of guests waiting to check in. It was only after we asked security to call the receptionists that one finally arrived in a rush. Staff: One of the receptionists (female, initial 'E', wearing glasses) served guests for check-in/check-out with an expressionless face and no smile. She was not proactive in greeting guests approaching the desk and offered explanations without the friendliness expected of a front-liner. Suggestion: Hotel management should re-evaluate the receptionist team and emphasize the importance of hospitality.

The hotel is very close to Bandung Station and surrounded by many food choices, with pharmacies easily accessible in case of emergencies. There is also a water dispenser on every floor, so guests can conveniently refill their water whenever needed.

We were staying on the 7th floor but could still hear the loud music from the bars and cafes below.

Room size and bathroom. Bathroom is badly constructed: as you open the door the passage to the toilet is blocked, and in a narrow space left you have to get behind the door, close it and then access the toilet. Doing all that in the middle of the night is sometimes a challenge. Since the bathroom is so small, a sliding door would solve the problem.
