أكثر ما أعجبني في الفندق هو مستوى الراحة، فالسرير استثنائي ومريح جدًا، بالإضافة إلى الإطلالات الجميلة جدًا، خصوصًا من الأدوار العليا. وأود أن أخص بالشكر موظفة خدمة الضيوف؛ كانت من أجمل جوانب تجربتي في الفندق. تعامل راقٍ جدًا، ابتسامة دائمة، وحرص حقيقي على مساعدة الضيف. أسلوبها يعطي انطباعًا يليق فعلًا بفندق 5 نجوم، ومن النوع الذي يشجعك على العودة للفندق مرة أخرى. أتمنى أن يكون هذا المستوى من الترحيب والاهتمام موجودًا لدى جميع موظفي الاستقبال.

الفندق جيد بشكل عام، لكن للأسف مستوى تعامل بعض موظفي الاستقبال لا يليق بفندق 5 نجوم، ويحتاجون إلى دورات في خدمة العملاء. بعضهم كان بإمكانه المساعدة لكنه لم يتعاون بالشكل المطلوب. بالمقابل، الموظفة في خدمة الضيوف كانت رائعة جدًا، دائمًا مبتسمة ومتعاونة وتحاول المساعدة بكل ما تستطيع، وكذلك أحد موظفي الاستقبال الرجال كان تعامله أفضل وأكثر تعاونًا. أكبر سلبية بالنسبة لي كانت التكييف، فهو سيئ جدًا خصوصًا في الاستقبال ومنطقة ألعاب الأطفال، وكانت الحرارة مرتفعة لدرجة يصعب معها الجلوس. كما أن منطقة ألعاب الأطفال تُغلق مبكرًا. أيضًا حجزي كان بسرير كبير، وعند الوصول لم يكن متوفرًا ووُعدت بتغيير الغرفة في اليوم التالي، ثم قيل إن الفندق ممتلئ، وبعدها تغير الرد إلى أنه لا يمكن التغيير لأنني سجلت الدخول بالفعل! هذا التناقض غير مقبول، خصوصًا أن نوع السرير كان ضمن حجزي وتم الاتفاق على تغييره. الفندق لديه إمكانيات جيدة، لكن يحتاج بوضوح إلى تحسين خدمة الاستقبال، الالتزام بالحجوزات، ومعالجة مشكلة التكييف.

The pool and staf hospitality

The reception staff are helpful and friendly, especially Semih, who is a top guy always ready to make guests feel comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Das Ambiente und die Lage des Hotels haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv möchten wir das Personal an der Rezeption hervorheben – alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Leider war unser Eindruck vom Restaurant deutlich schlechter. Das Personal dort wirkte teilweise wenig aufmerksam und zeigte kaum Interesse an den Gästen. Auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant entsprach aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Zusätzlich fanden wir das Frühstück im Verhältnis zum Preis enttäuschend. Für den verlangten Preis hätten wir eine deutlich größere und abwechslungsreichere Auswahl erwartet. Beim Housekeeping hatten wir ebenfalls gemischte Erfahrungen. Die Zimmerreinigung war leider sehr unregelmäßig und wirkte teilweise so, als würde sie je nach Tag unterschiedlich gründlich durchgeführt werden. Hier wünschen wir uns deutlich mehr Konstanz und Sorgfalt.

Restauracja położona na piętrze, bardzo przytulna, ale też elegancka. Wybór jedzenia na tyle duży, że na pewno każdy mógł znaleźć coś co mu odpowiadało. Na śniadaniu było specjalne stanowisko, gdzie przygotowywano na patelni dania z jajek (jajecznicę, omlety, jajka sadzone). Kucharz robił przy tym niezły pokaz. W trakcie smażenia ogień buchał na pół metra w górę a jajecznica była przewracana na drugą stronę przez podrzucanie na patelni (nie widziałem przy tym żeby kucharzowi cokolwiek spadło). Szukając hotelu w Stambule zależało mi na tym, aby w hotelu był basen. W hotelu Windsor są dwa: wewnątrz i na zewnątrz. Każdy dzień zaczynaliśmy od basenu. To niewątpliwy plus tego miejsca, nie wspominając o tym, że wokół basenu zewnętrznego było sporo leżaków a nad bezpieczeństwem osób pływających czuwał ratownik. Same pokoje hotelowe bardzo komfortowe z perfekcyjnie działającą klimatyzacją. Obsługa hotelu spisywała się na 5+. Nawet gdybym chciał to trudno się do czegokolwiek doczepić. Hotel traktowaliśmy jako bazę do wypadów mających na celu zarówno zwiedzanie zabytków jak też poznanie samego Stambułu. Chcieliśmy pooddychać jego atmosferą i spróbować jego kuchni. Dzięki lokalizacji hotelu nie musieliśmy poświęcać zbyt dużo czasu na dojazdy, nie słyszeliśmy też hałasu dobiegającego z głównych ulic. Z pewnością hotel ten będziemy brali pod uwagę przy kolejnych wyprawach do Stambułu (bo oczywiście zamierzamy tu wrócić).

Naprawdę trudno się doszukiwać negatywów. Może jedynie mały minus za kawę na śniadaniu.

Few observations for improvement 1- The hotel is mentioned as 5 star on booking.com but there were no toiletries in the washroom 2- Room refrigerator was not working. 3- Breakfast was not upto 5 star level.

Hotel bien situé, on peut rejoindre facilement les lieux touristiques grâce aux transports situés à proximité. C'est la 3eme fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel rundum zufrieden - nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, alles sauber und ordentlich, schicke Einrichtung und gutes Frühstück. Geräumige Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen und super bequeme Betten.

Honest Hotel Feedback Honestly, there was very little that I liked about my stay. The swimming pool and sauna were probably the only positive aspects. The breakfast was acceptable and the food itself was good, but the service was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly or helpful, especially when we were with our children. They did not seem willing to assist us, even with simple things such as clearing the plates from the table. The overall attitude was unfriendly and, at times, aggressive. I have stayed at this hotel before, but my experience this year was completely different. I honestly do not understand how this hotel can be rated as a five-star hotel. In my opinion, it feels more like an ordinary three-star or four-star hotel. Good food alone is not enough for a five-star hotel. The quality of service, hospitality, and the way guests are treated are equally important. Unfortunately, the service during my stay was extremely poor. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience this year.

Hotel Feedback I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel in Istanbul. I arrived at around 3:00 a.m. with my children and family after a long journey. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not friendly or helpful. I asked for a baby cot, but instead of helping us, the receptionist created additional stress and refused to provide one. The attitude was particularly unacceptable considering that it was 3:00 in the morning and I was travelling with small children. I tried to contact Booking.com at that time, but it was extremely difficult to get any assistance. I also had problems accessing the internet. In the end, I had to pay extra and book/pay for two rooms because the situation could not be resolved. This was especially disappointing because I have stayed at this hotel several times before and have booked it three times. However, my experience this year was completely different and, unfortunately, a real disaster. The location was also disappointing, with a difficult surrounding area and poor accessibility. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service, the attitude of the staff, or the way the situation was handled. In my opinion, the service and experience do not reflect a five-star hotel. The management should seriously review the staff's customer service and the overall quality of the hotel. Based on my experience this time, I would not recommend this hotel and will think twice before booking it again.

Das Hotel und unser Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Mit der Sauberkeit waren wir während unseres Aufenthalts sehr zufrieden.

Leider waren wir mit dem Personal und dem Service überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Schon bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck. Wir kamen mit dem Auto vor dem Hotel an. Mein Mann stieg mit unserem 3-jährigen Sohn und drei Koffern aus, während die Mitarbeiter lediglich zusahen. Ein Mitarbeiter kam zwar zu uns, allerdings nur, um mir den Weg zum Parkplatz zu erklären. Erst als mein Mann mit unserem kleinen Sohn und den drei Koffern hineinging, wurde gefragt, ob er die Koffer selbst tragen könne oder Hilfe benötige. Bei einem Gast mit kleinem Kind und mehreren Koffern hätten wir erwartet, dass Hilfe selbstverständlich angeboten wird. Ein weiteres sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis hatten wir mit der Tiefgarage. Als wir eines Tages das Hotel verlassen wollten, hatte ein anderes Fahrzeug so geparkt, dass die Ausfahrt blockiert war und wir nicht vorbeifahren konnten. Mein Mann informierte die Rezeption. Ein Mitarbeiter kam, schaute sich die Situation an und sagte uns, wir sollten warten. Nach etwa 10–15 Minuten passierte immer noch nichts. Schließlich gingen wir zurück in die Lobby und warteten dort insgesamt fast eine Stunde. Als wir erneut an der Rezeption nachfragten, wurde uns gesagt, man könne den Besitzer des Fahrzeugs nicht erreichen. Erst nachdem wir darum baten, es noch einmal zu versuchen, wurde der Besitzer angerufen. Das Gespräch war über Lautsprecher zu hören und der Mann sagte, dass er in seinem Zimmer sei und ihn zuvor niemand angerufen habe. Insgesamt hatten wir leider das Gefühl, dass sich das Personal wenig für die Anliegen der Gäste interessiert. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Service erwartet.

أول شي السويت اللي اخترناه مو نفس اللي عطونا إياه بس مشيناها لأن قدنا دافعين ومافي استرجاع وكانت غلطة مننا ندفع كل المده بدون مانشوف الغرف .. رغم اني شفت التقييم عالي للفندق.. وبالنسبه للغرف العاديه ضيقة مره مو مثل الوصف.. نجي للتنظيف ماش تنظيفهم رغم ان اللي ينظف تايلندي حليل بس تنظيفه مو ذاك الزود لازم احنا نقوله سوي كذا وحط كذا .. العزل صفر بالغرف نسمع كل السيب ..الستاير بالغرف ماتحجب الضوء كنا مانقدر ننام زين.. السراير حاطين عليها لباد يتحرك غير مريح آبداً والمخدات كذلك اول مره انام بسرير اوتيل مرتبته كذا .. نجي للإيجابيات الأكل كان لذيذ خاصة الكلوب ساندوتش والمسبح نظيف .. خدمتهم حلوة اي شي نطلبه يوفرونه وكان في موظف استقبال نسيت اسمه كان لطيف بس ماعاد شفناه .. الفندق مو سيء بس يحتاج إعادة نظر وتحسين لهالأمور ..

Good location and easy parking.

I had requested a suite for three adults however suite given at time of arrival only had one large bed and no sofa beds. Not enough space to hang clothes for two people never mind three. Two cups, two spa robes. You would expect 5 star hotel to ensure their guests suites accommodate 3 adults especially since they have paid for three adults not two.

Das Frühstück hat sich seit dem letzten Mal null verbessert . Die Kaffeemaschine irgendwie uralt , so schmeckt der Kaffee auch. Das Frühstück wirklich ohne pepp aber Ok !

Μου άρεσε που ήταν κοντά στη στάση λεωφορείου και τραμ, ήταν σύγχρονο, διακοσμημένο, ήταν καθαρό, ήσυχο, το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό, το πάρκινγκ ήταν άνετο, το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και με ποικιλία και η διαμονή μας ήταν πάρα πολύ ευχάριστη και χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

We had a wonderful stay at Windsor Hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, and we felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-organized, making our vacation even more enjoyable. We were very satisfied with every aspect of our experience and would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

The staff were wonderful, great customer service and special attention given at all times. Staff were very attentive and made sure we were well looked after. The room was lovely and good value for money. Breakfast was nice and freshly prepared. The indoor pool was lovely and plenty of place to sit around both the. Indoor and outdoor pool. The gym is spectacular with the best gym equipment we've ever seen all update and super variety. Plenty of taxis outside for you to travel to tourist areas and not too far from the metro. The staff made the stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

Nu am putut beneficia de statia pentru incarcarea masinii electrice desi am sunat inainte de a face rezervare pentru a confirma posibilitatea.Pentru a beneficia de statia de incarcare , trebuia sa ne facem cont cu un nr de telefon de Turcia. Staff-ul nu a fost de acord sa ni se ofere un nr de telefon si nici sa ne incarcam masina la priza normala care era dispobila in parcare.In alte hoteluri unde am mai fost ni se oferea o cartela pe care o conecatm la statie si la check out plateam cat am consumat, iar la altele unde nu aveam statie ne oferea gratis sa ne cuplam la priza hotelului fara a plati vreo suma . Micul dejun nu a fost pe masura asteptarilor. Cafeaua oribila, am vazut ca se poate plati pentru o cafea de specialitate dar tind sa cred ca special era atat de proasta incat sa platim extra pentru o cafea decenta. Sucurile oribile , aceeasi situatie ca si la cafea. Pahare foarte mici pentru un pahar de apa (a trebuit sa fac 4 drumuri la dozatoarele de apa). Mezeluri de slaba calitate Cand am cerut 2 omlete chef-ul s—a suparat si a plecat de la standul unde le prepara.Intre timp a venit altcineva si am primit. A doua zi la 9:45 nu mai era nimeni disponibil sa ne faca o omleta . Fara produse traditionale (tabule, humus, salata vinete) Nu exista minibar in camera Nu exista gel de dus in baie Aveam doar un pahar in camera
