Posizione eccellente a 2 passi dal centro, struttura confortevole, Manuel e Nicolò della reception 2 ragazzi fantastici, sensibili e reattivi al problem solving, e non da meno le ragazze della sala breakfast e pulizie. Asciugamani e biancheria di ottima qualità.

Nell' appartamento su 2 livelli manca una luce adeguata nei bagni (praticamente non si vede nulla), un po' carente il set stoviglie e pentole. Tenere conto che la camera da letto è sotto il tetto quindi d estate fa caldissimo ed essendo in montagna non c'è aria condizionata.

Room was really too small to be marketed as a double. It was really a single with a double bed shoe-horned in.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave an excellent recommendation for a restaurant. Facilities were great. Room lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing with chef in hand to make omelettes/pancakes etc to order.

La struttura è molto bella, accogliente e calda. È sempre un piacere venire in questo hotel. Le camere sono belle e comode, funzionali e gli spazi sono studiati bene. La colazione è ottima. Gentile e professionale anche lo staff.

L’Eden Hotel di Bormio è una struttura di qualità, caratterizzata da un design contemporaneo e molto curato. La suite è confortevole e ben organizzata, con la possibilità di separare la zona letto dall’area living/dining. Piacevole anche il terrazzino affacciato sul torrente Frodolfo, così come il bagno, ampio e funzionale. La colazione è varia, abbondante e di buona qualità. Nonostante l’assenza dell’aria condizionata, anche nelle giornate più calde la temperatura all’interno della camera è rimasta piacevole e non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura accogliente e ben progettata.

Het ontbijt is geweldig, lekkere cornetto's vers gebakken eitjes en heerlijke koffie. De kamer is schoon en ruim genoeg en de badkamer is ook ruim genoeg. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk zoals aan de receptie in de bar of aan het ontbijt.

Ondanks dat het hoog gelegen is met over het algemeen lagere temperaturen was een airco op de Kamer deze keer wel aangenaam geweest, dus niet een regelrechte tegenvaller.

Struttura a pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggio a pagamento coperto 12 euro al giorno collegato con ascensore al piano camere. Ci è stato offerto un upgrade quindi camera spaziosissima addirittura con soggiorno. Comfort come nespresso e tisane. Letto comodo. Prodotti da bagno. Pulizia. Colazione spettacolare.

Room was large enough for 3, breakfast was good, receptionists are very nice, room garden was a nice touch.

There is no A/C and the summers are hot lately.

The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was well appointed. There was a couch and 2 chairs which was nice for the little time we were in the room. The staff was helpful and the underground parking garage was convenient (though there is a charge for it).

The free spa at the sister property was not as described. It was dates and not all the sauna services were available. They also charge you €5 for a robe, towel and flip flops. The breakfast was extensive but very strangely set up. Half of the ingredients for yogurt were together and the other half were by the egg station. Speaking of the egg station, I'm not sure what oil they use to cook the eggs but they come out extremely greasy. I do not recommend getting an omelette. They had issues with the power during breakfast and so the omelette and crepe station offerings were delayed about 30 minutes.

Mi è piaciuto molto la location molto centrale, il parcheggio interrato. La modernità della struttura in linea con le aspettative. Molto buona la colazione e l'accoglienza alla reception soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità di Manuel.

Al giorno d'oggi non è più accettabile una camera d'albergo senza aria condizionata, sopratutto con le ultime calde estati. Il fatto che la camera sia una bella suite, su due piani, ma che non sia dotata di terrazza con aperture generose e con visibilità sull'esterno (terrazza incassata nel tetto). Il cupolux sopra il letto non garantisce una corretta ventilazione dello spazio e in occasione delle prime piogge si chiude automaticamente aumentando il disagio. Abbiamo passato delle caldi notti con un riposo difficile. Sappiamo che dipende dal clima ma bisogna adeguarsi ai cambiamenti.

Fantastic location ‘just’ out of the Centro area, on the other side of the river, which made it extremely relaxing & at the same time so easy to walk to the main area.

Location, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beds were too firm and pillow options limited. No aircon and room very hot during our stay in July. Even opening a door didn’t cool down the room. Rooms not sound proofed adequately. People next door were very loud. No restaurant.

Bell'hotel a due passi dal centro. Moderno ed efficiente con un buon servizio bar. Buona colazione con chef alle uova che da una nota di "classe" ad una sala moderna e molto piena di tavoli. Manca il servizio bagagiste e ti aggiusti con un carrello che trovi nel garage. Posto macchina al coperto a pagamento.

L'Hotel Eden di Bormio è una struttura moderna e confortevole a 5/10 minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino e i principali locali. La camera per 2 era ampia e spaziosa, con zona letto e living separate. Tutto lo staff è estremamente gentile, cordiale e preparato a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Nota particolare di merito per Manuel, front desk, estremamente gentile e disponibile a rispondere a ogni domanda e necessità, dal parcheggio auto a consigli e prenotazioni dei ristoranti per cena. La colazione offre tantissime variazioni fra dolce e salato, con nota aggiuntiva la possibilità di richiedere pancakes, crepes e altri prodotti espressi preparati sul momento. Sicuramente consigliato!

Unica nota la Spa come pacchetto extra non incluso nella stanza, da prenotare e pagare separatamente, anche se il rapporto qualita/prezzo complessivo è comunque ottimo

L'esperienza all'Eden Hotel è stata meravigliosa!!! La camera super con un ambiente riservato; mi ha stupita la cala personale che conduceva direttamente alla zona notte. Un mini bar assortito, con anche thè e caffè da degustare in tranquilla. Una cabina armadio spaziosa e luminosissima. Colazioni super, con una chef che preparava a vista e al momento pancake, creps, ed altri piatti per una ricca colazione internazionale. Centrifugati super!!!! Il personale? SUPER! Una reception eccezionale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e consiglio su dove mangiare o su dove fare acquisti (Emanuele ci ha lasciato un bel ricordo di questa esperienza con i suoi modi cordiali). Il personale dei servizio sempre sorridente e gentile. Grazie Eden Hotel! Spero di rivederti presto!!!

To wyjątkowy, butikowy obiekt, który zachwyca nowoczesnym designem i fantastycznym, alpejskim klimatem. * **Piękne wnętrza:** Pokoje są przestronne, wykończone w drewnie i pachną lasem. Duże przeszklenia z widokiem na góry robią niesamowite wrażenie. * **Genialna lokalizacja:** Hotel leży w cichej okolicy, a jednocześnie tuż obok historycznego centrum Bormio. To perfekcyjna baza wypadowa na narty, trekkingi czy rowerowe wycieczki. * **Pyszne śniadania:** Ogromny wybór świeżych, lokalnych produktów wysokiej jakości – idealny start dnia. Całości dopełnia niezwykle serdeczna i pomocna obsługa, która dba o każdy szczegół. Szczerze polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortu na najwyższym poziomie!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Tiefgarage mit ausreichenden und separierten Stellplätzen. Ausgangslage ideal für Motorradtouren.

Hotel eccellente, con servizi ottimi e grande attenzione al cliente. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la colazione, l’attenzione al nostro cane e la prontezza dello staff nell’accontentare la nostra richiesta di una camera più grande rispetto a quella prenotata (a pagamento). Sicuramente un ottimo soggiorno.

Unica pecca: abbiamo notato la differenza tra l’inizio della settimana, con meno ospiti, e l’avvicinarsi del weekend. A colazione infatti mancavano prodotti che erano stati presenti nei giorni precedenti come formaggi freschi, verdura e uova strapazzate. Purtoppo questa differenza non ci dovrebbe essere in un 4 stelle. Attenzione in fase di prenotazione alla camera: molte affacciano direttamente su una delle strade principali di Bormio, perciò possono essere molto rumorose.

Schöne Einrichtung, gute Lage mitten im Ort. Das Beste am ganzen Aufenthalt war Pepe der Barkeeper!

Was soll ich sagen, von Beginn gab es Probleme und meistens zieht sich das auch durch. Manuel an der Rezeption war immer überfreundlich, aber nicht sehr lösungsorientiert. Wir kamen an und hatten kein Wasser im Zimmer ( Minibat sehr teuer, Bier 6€, Wasser 3,50€). Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es lediglich 3 Kapseln, wir hatten am Nachmittag Kaffee und ich fragte Manuel nach einer Kapsel um am nächsten Morgen auch noch einen Kaffee mit meinem Mann trinken zu können. Er sagte morgen gibt es neuen, ich sagte das nützt mir nichts, nach langem hin und her, bekamen wir dann noch „1“ Kapsel! Abends wollte ich einen Tee machen - Wasserkocher defekt! Beim Frühstück gab es am ersten Morgen kein Brötchen mehr und Brotauswahl gab es gar nicht ( nur Toast). Am zweiten Morgen war dann um 9:30 keine Butter und keine Brötchen mehr da. Auf Nachfrage ob man nicht im Supermarkt oder Bäcker ( die um die Ecke sind) Nachschub holen könnte, bekamen wir immer wieder zu hören, sorry, sorry! Gäste neben uns sind dann selbst zum Bäcker. Ich bin in meinem Leben beruflich in vielen, vielen Hotels gewesen, aber das habe ich noch nie erlebt!!! Einfach unglaublich! Die Matratzen sind auch sehr schlecht, man fühlt jede Feder.

Het onthaal door Manuel was zeer aangenaam. De ondergrondse parking is zeer praktisch. De kamers zijn modern, mooi en net. Barman Beppe is sociaal en kent zijn stiel. Dit is een voorbeeld voor alle hotels in deze prijsklasse.

Ich habe das Hotel um eine Rücksendung einer vergessenen Badehose gebeten. Sie haben diesen Service ausgelagert, das sie scheinbar zu faul waren, diese selbst bei der Post aufzugeben. Der Service hätte fast 100 €, für das Paket verlangen wollen. Paketstrecke Bormio-St.Gallen!

Posh interior. Bed was very comfy. Perfect location to start any serious motorcycling adventure.

Well. The kettle and coffee machine didn’t work. Had to go down and ask for hot water during the night for tea. Breakfast was ok, but they served instant coffee. We complained and guess what, we were served instant coffee again. Staff serving instant coffee could approach with „good morning“ as well to make guests feel more accommodated.

The furniture was sleek and modern, and the location was ideal, offering easy access to the surrounding area. Breakfast was quite delightful, with a variety of options that were both appetizing and satisfying. However, there was an underlying tension during our meals, primarily due to the chef's demeanor. It often felt as though we were being guided rather than welcomed, as she dictated where we could sit and how the self-service breakfast would be organized. The experience made us feel more like guests who were being watched instead of valued customers.

During our stay, the fridge was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off completely. One evening, a strong, unpleasant smell emanated from the shower. We also had two TVs in the apartment, but they used the same remote control. This meant that when we tried to turn on one TV, the other would turn off. It took us some time to figure out how it worked. The way people slammed their room doors was like an earthquake. Additionally, at 3 AM on the first night, some people were drinking and chatting near our room, making it impossible to sleep. From a high-quality hotel, I would expect soundproofed rooms.
