After using hotels/motels for over 50 years, first time that we never had our bed made. And that is not a false statement from me. PS. We heard the neighbours a few times until about 3.30 in the morning. We did manage to go to sleep. Daniel Fox

Wifi did not work, but staff connected my phone to fibre optic internet. Lack of light weights in gym. Would have been nice to have soap dispensers in room, instead of individual bars to avoid waste. Would also be better to have re-usable dishes at breakfast re-usable cups in the room.

When I arrived at the hotel the desk clerk required me to give him a credit card for incidentals even though I had already given one. I used the same card and then he tells me it is different than the one on file. This doesn’t make any sense and I can’t help but feel my card may be slated to be compromised. I am very uncomfortable and unhappy over this I will never use your advance check in again.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2024Amazing amount of amenities: 4 pillows on each bed, in room coffee, tea, mini-fridge, mini stove, dishes, etc, table & chairs, computer and computer desk in room, free Wifi, lots of storage, iron & ironing board, alarm radio, flat screen TV and decent number of channels, toiletry supplies, free breakfast, complimentary coffee, tea, etc. Nicely decorated front lobby for Halloween. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Free parking….What’s not to like?

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024I have read other reviews that mention waffles at breakfast… there wasn’t a waffle iron there this time. Rooms were nice. Is a nice new hotel. Lobby was really nice. Full computer in the rooms. 2 hot plates and microwave. Main floor rooms have parking lot access and nice red chairs to drink your coffee. Great location close to Main Street. The Office is a 3 minute walk to a great restaurant. I would say the breakfast could have been ramped up but it was really clean and well stocked with cin buns, bagels, omelettes (frozen and reheated), cereal, juice, coffee, tea and sausage. Beds were new and fresh. The corners are getting a bit dirty so a quick deep clean can remedy that in a jiffy. Check in and out was great. We will stay again.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2024The beds and pillow were very comfortable. There wasn't a lot of pressure in the shower. The breakfast was below average for this type of hotel. Could see through the bacon, eggs were bland, no fruit the one morning (never was fresh fruit) and also ran out of peanut butter. Coffee, toast and yogurt became the breakfast go to.
